I bought this LAVA IVORY + Tab in Sep 2015, from 1st day till today i.e.,[protected] it is heating up if plugged only for 1 hour to charge from 0% and messaging that over temperature, remove battery the dealer said it is common with LAVA, I was shocked.
And the volume buttons stopped functioning the Local engineer surprised that particular component is not in the items list to order and requested to send the Tab in physical, the issue was - just if you place your finger lightly, the volume raises - sent to CARE, repaired and working fine now, But after it returned from LAVA CARE started Tab wake up issue with Brightness in Auto mode, Sleep after 15 seconds of inactivity, even after several power off and on it did not worked out, sent for repair multiple times to LAVA CARE but they could not resolve and repair the issue.
Either the local engineer is unable to communicate the issue in English to them or they are not skilled to rectify after several up and down still the issue is not rectified. I request the LAVA to check the issue with Deccan Mobiles Ameerpet, Hyderabad and arrange for the rectification at the earliest.

I have visited in luxmi services service center gurgaon 30 june 2016. I'm facing the charging ic problem then he asked me the charge 1500rs then given the charge 1500. Then again facing the same problem once again visited in luxmi services service center thay have collect my phone after 3 hrs he has change my phone i told her it is not my phone then kamlesh told me no it is your phone after that ravish brother came they argument with me. Then i contact the customer care i informed everything they are it not possible to are end.

As per subject i bought a lava mobile on 23 april 2016. But after using 15 days i found that mobile having manufacturing defect. I found said mobile having battery over-heated problem as well as display problem. After found defect i deposited it five time at lava mobile service center but till date problem is still. For this mobile problem i am mentally disturbed and becoming a victim of psycho. Kindly help me.

I have purchased a lava kxt -28 star mobile from dewakar traders, jabalpur in the name of ahfaz khan mobile [protected] on[protected], i tooked my mobile as per lava website to np electronic shop no.8, khushi plaza, krishna hotel road, near bhawartal gardenm, jabalpur (mp). jabalpur, madhya pradesh contact number: [protected], they told me that we are not going to repair the handset because it is under warranty and refused me straightly and said to me to talk to the lava customer care and after calling the customer care they told me to service centre, i was feeling like a football in between two goals and one person also said that this kind of mobile are not in use now days and suggested me to go on to the smart phone of lava irs x5 which they were forcing me to purchase and trying me to convince me, this decision is mine sir what to chose and what not to chose because my indian constitution gives me the right of this, please help me out because a phone is an important utility in daily life, please do the needfull as soon as possible

I bought lava c180 headset on 3 march 2016 after somdays my phone showing some problems than i went to service centre but they didn't accept it for repair they told me that imei no. I brought a lava arc 225 model on 7/7/16.
A basic model. my complaint is that when my phone is on silent mode it does not vibrate.
There is no vibrate option on my mobile.
I addressed the same to the shop keeper and the customer care service centre too but. they refused to change my phone.
There is no description on the mobile cover too that the phone doesn't vibrate, so how are we suppose to know the same?

I am using lava iris pro 30+ mobile phone since last 18 months. From last two months i am having a problem with the phone's battery and due to this my phone is switching off suddenly. To start the phone, i have plugin the charger.
I visited my nearest service center for the replacement of the battery and the person from service center also agreed with the battery problem. A request has been raised on 31th may 2016 to replace the battery and told me that the battery will be available within 7 days.
However, after 1 months they closed the request, said that the battery is out of stock. I called to the customer service for the same and they suggested to visit the local market for searching of the battery as the company is out of stock. How funny...?
Anyway, i searched for the same in delhi famous mobile market places for the same, however not found the replacement.
Next, i contacted customer service via phone and they suggested to send a mail, which can resolve my problem. I sent the email with my specific problem and they replied the same answer to find the same in my local mobile market. I replied that i did already find and they respond with same statement again and again.

I purchased lava c 180 in april month from amazon online, after some time its keypad button got started to get chocked, i went to lava service centre triupati service centre at ganpati plaza jaipur, they just make clean its keypad and it started fine to work, but just after 1 day again its keypad continued to get chocked, i again went this service centre and complained abt it, they again just clean it, i asked them to change keypad parts but they said that they didnt have the parts, this time also it started to fine work but again after 4, 5 days it also started to get chocked, i m totally fed up of it, i want to replace my handset

Battery backup very poor not asper specification.
As per your specification battery 3G talk time 09 hours but practically only 03:51 hours .I am very unhappy with Lava mobile with this fraud

i want to inform you that i have purchase lava iris1 selfie mobile phone on oct. 2016 but i m facing some problem before 3 month this phone screen has been broken and repair with your authorize service center but approx one month his touch censer has been stooped working, again your service center change my touch screen in warranty period but now again facing new problem phone mick is not working and on/off switch is hanging condition.
so please short out my problem because i m very disturb with your product.

After formatting done by Ahuja Customer Care Centre in Gwalior(MP).My Cast Screen is not working.If i Asked them to reset it then they denied to do it.

Kindly look into this issue as early as possible.

Also, For your refernce My mobile is in Guarantee Period.

RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a mobile mode No LAVA IRIS X8 Tax Invoice No.1544 dated 26/06/2015 paid by cash. The said mobile was suffering the following defects.
1. The camera quality was not good
2. The software is not good as the mobile is hanging always
3. The contacts were automatically deleted and often auto off
I have reported the matter to the seller several times and it (Mobile) was given to the company servicing centre as advised by the seller of the mobile. They have done servicing thrice but problem was remaining same. After that I have given them a notice as to replace the mobile unless and otherwise I approach the court. Later they called me and asked me to give the mobile for further servicing on 15/06/2016 and the mobile returned to me on 23/06/2016 after four days the problem was repeated in the mobile. When I asked them they told that the warranty period was closed on 26/06/2015. It appears that they have intentionally delayed to avoid replacement of mobile. They acted like servicing the mobile frequently to avoid replacement of mobile.

The date of purchasing of my mobile was 26/06/2015 which they are saying warranty was lapsed whereas my sister was purchased a mobile of the same company on 02/06/2015 but was serviced on 29/06/2016 which has warranty. Comparing with this if we will observe how my mobile warranty was lapsed I am unable to understand.

Since i have started using Lava X1 selfie, i save some photos in private but when i need those photos i don't find it anywhere on my mobile. Even if i connect it to my laptop or open file manager to get those hidden files but it is of no use. all those photos are not there. i want those photos urgently. how would i get those??? i even searched it on google but it is also of no use and i have to complain here. need help...

I bouhht a lava pixel v2 3gb handset..on 20/04/2016 from jhansi ...after 2 weeks of purchasing..my phone not working properly ..i have problem on the charging .and toch problem ..because i hv no time for the service my phone ..so i went to lava service center..on 30/06/2016. ..but the employe of lava service center told me that my phone is water damage..but when i was using this phone.during this period..there was no water damage in my knowledge..i used this phone very carefully..but the employe told me that we cant repair your phone because it water damage..but i m totally disagree with the statmement of lava service center emplyee..so i am complaing through the website.so pls solve my problem.as soon as possible..my contact no.-[protected]
