I have purchased LAVA iris x1 on 2nd Oct-2015 in LOT Mobile Showroom at Guntur. Bearing my complaint Ticket No: 144191, after two days get a problem that hanging and meny problems I have submitted my mobile in Service center, (Y N Technologies, Guntur) on 14th Dec-2015, bearing work order No;[protected].
They returned on 15th Dec-2015, but again getting same problem again, I have given again in same Service Center on 16th Dec-2015, bearing work order No: 14683, I have collected on 17th Dec-2015 at 3.30 P.M. but the problem was not rectified, Service center people not giving proper response and also talking irresponsibility.
10 K.M. distance to Service center from my place. I have tried to call center and asked to talk in telugu with executive because I can comfort in this language to explain, but meny times tried but they will not connected to the telugu allways tell that that executive is busy, busy, busy then i mailed that I will go through leagally, after that they called then they advise that submit again in service center, after that i submitted the same on on 4/01/2016 they not registered my complaint and they give my mobile after waiting of 3 hours, but no change, I wexed with this one, I requested they to exchange my mobile but they are not accepted, I have not interest to continue with this mobile.
I have many video clips regarding problems in Mobile. In directly I get loss of money Rs. 60, 000/-
Sir, I have all evidences with me, ( nearly 15 mails and other)
Please do needful in this regard justify this matter at the earliest.
