Model iris pro 30.I visited ur service centre at shop no.42, ganjawala apt.Ganjawala lane, opp.Petrol pump, borivali w, mumbai 92 in january, 16.On 29/01/16, i received your message as follows ~wo:[protected] is repaired out of warranty, prt replaced:iris pro30/pro20 battery part chrg:rs.768.00 vat 96.00, labour chrg.Rs.0.00 total 865.00pls call[protected] for any assistance. However, the cervice centre charges me rs.1222/-.I asked him to give proper bifurcation in bill. He prepared another bill in which he mentioned batter charge 864/-, vat12.5% 108/- service charges (Fitting battery) rs.250/-.I want to know why i am charges fitting battery charges rs.250/- and vat rs.108/- again.
According to your message, which i showed to the person on counter, i should be charges only rs.865/- however he said i will have to charge vat again. & battery is inbuilt so you will have to pay fitting charges which is contradictory to your message. He was not ready to listen to me. Kindly arrage to refund me rs.357/- excess charges to me.
Should i tell my friends that don't go for iris pro as they charge heavily just for replacement of battery as it is inbuilt?
Kindly help me in this respect.

    This phone after formatting once does not create further Google account and thus no apps can be downloaded. After this it does not support some apps so app cannot be downloaded and so needed to be taken from some other phone. Also whenever I go to the service center they say only one thing "format the phone". Please do something..

        On 27.01.16 i have given my lava mobile cg141 model for service at punith communication, #630, sri balaji complex (Cellar) anikethana road, kuvempunagar, mysore. Ph:[protected]; email: [protected]@gmail.com, job sheet/cash invoice/work order no.4568.

        One person called mr. Arjun attended the complaint, after 15 days they have returned my mobile after repair but "with out battery". They have made a note in job sheet stating "only battery pending" and assured me that they will arrange to give the battery within 2 days, but even after one month the work is not completed.

        Whenever i call him, (Getting line itself is very difficult) after great difficulty line gets connected and he says within 10 minutes i will call and confirm, but that 10 minutes never comes.

        Concerned kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

          I am running my cell in older version when I connect to the network its shows that there is he version available when I try to update it says that not enough memory in sdcard or phone memory but I have 1.3 GB in SD card and 6.2 GB in phone but software is only of 688 mb then what's the issue is there any one to reply me

              मैंने दि. 30.01.2016 को लावा मोबाईल कपनी का एक मोबाईल ARC4i लिया। जिसमें दि.30.01.16 से मोबाईल में नेटवर्क की समस्‍या आ रही है मेरे द्वारा सर्विस सेंटर पर भी संपर्क करने पर मोबाईल रिपेयर भी किया गया उसके बाद भी कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ। अत: मैं चाहता हूं कि या तो मुझे दुसरा मोबाईल दिया जाए या फिर मुझे केश किया जाए।

                    I had purchase Lava Iris X5 (white) on May 16th 2015. Till date its performance is excellent. But from last few days its getting auto switch off while calling or browsing. I noticed the battery has now become fatter than normal size. I went to Lava Authorized service center (Guna Electronics, Pondicherry. Phone:[protected].
                    I thought they will replace my battery with free of cost, because it is warranty period.
                    But they told that there is no warranty coverage for fatter battery. And charged rupees 700 for new battery and asked my to wait for five days. In Lava website iris X5 battery price shows only rupees 540????? I asked this about Guna Electronic (Authorized Lava Service Center) They told extra 160 rupees is for service [protected]@#@##@#
                    Dear Lava team, Please dont cheat your customers. It is not good for developing company like you. I have informed this issue to at least 100 of my friends and still continuing. And planned to spread this issue to social media also.

                        This is bring to your kind notice that i have purchased lava x1 selfie 2 months before & i am facing problem with charging, i went to the SG Solution rohini sec-8, lava authorized customary care center, I have give my phone to the customer care they did something my phone was charging that time after 1 day again same problem then again i went to same customer care center they told me that my data will erase & we are software updating after that my phone was not working, then they told me we need to send your set to the company on[protected] & when your phone will come back we will let you know but unfortunately the did not inform me then I called to the customer care no. and i asked about my phone then the customer care executive inform me that your phone is OK and we sent to the sg solution authorized customer care of lave then i went to sg solution & asked to lata executive there, she told me why we should inform you, your set you need to come and told me that there is liquid in your phone you should charge 5000rs, that is almost phone cost
                        now i would to like to request you the i have purchase a phone 2 month before and there is charging issue when i have submitted but now they are saying liquid inside how is it possible, previously i was using lava iris that was good phone that is what i have purchase this mobile but unfortunately tragedy happened with me, please rectify my problem i will be very thankful to you.

                          I purchased a lava spark on 23 january 2016

                          when i went home the ba terry was discharged i thought its new we have to charge after full charging,

                          the charging was going down for 5 calls so i went to the shop i purchased, they sent me to service center their they told me to call after three days and come to replace so i called on 26of feb the lady started arguing out of the way lie she quarrels at home.
                          Please look into the matter or else i will go to consumer court

                                I have purchased LAVA iris x1 on 2nd Oct-2015 in LOT Mobile Showroom at Guntur. Bearing my complaint Ticket No: 144191, after two days get a problem that hanging and meny problems I have submitted my mobile in Service center, (Y N Technologies, Guntur) on 14th Dec-2015, bearing work order No;[protected].
                                They returned on 15th Dec-2015, but again getting same problem again, I have given again in same Service Center on 16th Dec-2015, bearing work order No: 14683, I have collected on 17th Dec-2015 at 3.30 P.M. but the problem was not rectified, Service center people not giving proper response and also talking irresponsibility.
                                10 K.M. distance to Service center from my place. I have tried to call center and asked to talk in telugu with executive because I can comfort in this language to explain, but meny times tried but they will not connected to the telugu allways tell that that executive is busy, busy, busy then i mailed that I will go through leagally, after that they called then they advise that submit again in service center, after that i submitted the same on on 4/01/2016 they not registered my complaint and they give my mobile after waiting of 3 hours, but no change, I wexed with this one, I requested they to exchange my mobile but they are not accepted, I have not interest to continue with this mobile.
                                I have many video clips regarding problems in Mobile. In directly I get loss of money Rs. 60, 000/-
                                Sir, I have all evidences with me, ( nearly 15 mails and other)
                                Please do needful in this regard justify this matter at the earliest.

                                  Sir/madam I buy this phone lava iris x5 with great look, battery backup as I heard but my phone's battery becomes demage with bulcky look it goes switch off even if it 90℅ charge .Lt makes me a lot of problem plzzz fix it and respond me ...

                                        I have purchased a lava iris x5 4G before 2months and my phone has a problem from the time of purchase. It restarts automatically some times while working or in ideal and at the time of restarting it stops at LAVA logo screen and flashes screen on and off and not booting after that. I have given phone to " touch technology" near arumbakkam, chennai service center 2 times at first they just flashed firmware and given and next they sent to your lava main service center for rectifying the problem. after 20 days i got my phone back from service center stating that problem has been resolved. But still now the problem has not yet solved and service center person also not understanding what my problem exactly. i have attached a video file for your reference of my phone problem. kindly give me a proper solution or replace my phone.
