    Im extremely dissapointed about lava mobile. I buy a lava KKT42 on 9th DEC 2015, the shopkeeper sold me a defected one which was not recieving airtel and bsnl signals, which i came ro know after i got home. Then when i submitted to jai laxmi enterprises lava care at Angul, Odisha.they are taking it so many days for such a small thing. Plz help

          Dear Lava team, I had bought a lava pixel V2 on 2nd of this month i.e 02.12.15. Right from the beginning the charging was very slow like 4% every 2 hours. i thought being a new battery it would get normal after few days, but after about 10 days the charging display kept coming and going but was not continuous. On 15th it completely stopped charging, i tried 4 of your service centers but none had the spares and said it would take 10 days to rectify. Finally RMS enterprises assured to to repair in 3 to 4 days. Now when i visited them today (24.12.15) they are saying there is a problem with the board and it needs to be sent to Noida and would take 10 to 15 days. they also issued me a new work order, hence i dont know what was the remark given to close the previous work order. The mobile is having motherboard problem which is hardly 10 days means, i have been given a faulty piece. I request you to get back to me at the earliest. As i am completely unsatisfied with the product, i request you to replace the mobile. Please don't expect a customer with a 15 day old mobile to wait for 20 to 25 days in service.             I was purchased a lava x1 selfie mobile hand set on 27th october where i got an offer of 500mb data pack free usege for two months from vodafone which they provide after a long harassment & the next date was for 2nd phase data pack from service provider 8th december which they did not provide upto 8 pm, which they provide on 11th december but they deduct 178/- from main balance for data browsing on 8th december which i did after 9pm on 8th december. Without giving my proper data how can they deduct the amount from my main balance? it was there fault but they did not want to refund the amount. Please do the necessary steps for refund my amount.This is the way they cheat the common people by giving the excuse of system thanking you kamal kumar singh

                On 16 dec 15 I given my mobile to above said lava service center to rectify display issue. The representative intimated me to collect my mobile as serviceable on 17 dec 15. So, next day (17 dec 15) I went to service center. one of the representative informed me that we have not started serving your mobile phone till now. So, he told to collect the mobile at evening of same day. But, I unable to reach the service center. next day (18 dec 15) before I start from my home I called service center to confirm the status of my mobile phone. When I called, representative of the service center attended the call and told to hold the line and kept me on waiting for more than 15 minutes. I deeply frustrated due to such a response from lava service center. after 15 minutes another representative took the holder and asked me what you want sir. I shouted for such an irresponsible behavior of the representative. further that representative assured me that next day my mobile will get ready.next day (19 dec 15) I asked status of my mobile phone to representative, he given feedback that come and collect after 20 minutes.I approach same representative after 20 minutes he said that my mobile phone is still not ready.I never come across such a negligent branded service center in my life time. I completely dissatisfied and unhappy with your lava authorized mobile service center named global communication at ambattur, Chennai-53. as my mobile play key role on my official work, am facing lot of managerial difficulties.

                    I really harassed from this Lava company's service center and my Mobile Iris X5 also... My Iris X5 bearing IMEI Number [protected], purchased online on 6.10.2014. It was giving problem since it was purchased, but every time service center people said, this is android phone and this problem is normal. On 1.10.2015 (within warranty period) it was stopped working totally and it was dead. I have submitted it to service center and received it only on 20.10.2015 and to my surprise it came as it was sent and i have not accepted it. So they sent it back and it was same repeat story on 05.11.2015 and 20.11.2015. Now service center people came to know that it's mother board is not working and need to replace and will cost Rs.3000, but they will charge me only 1500. Why should i suffer for Rs. 1500 as it was under warranty when it was given to service center. So please replace my phone or refund of my phone. Or else I can take the issue to consumer court. My Work order number is[protected]. Most funny part now is that after four months these funny people come to conclusion that it was water damaged. LOL Please provide me the new same phone in replacement...

                      I had purchased the lava mobile Cdma gsm on 4 of aug 2015. From starting of month the product is not working properly. So we had sent to service center. After 1 month we received the phone and the same problem is happening. Please provide me the new same phone in replacement.

                      I agree with above comment. I purchased from eBay seller Lava CG142j few months back. Phone will not detect Reliance signal, work only with GSM, also the battery will dry out in 5-10 minutes. On opening claim with eBay on defective product, I was told to take it to service center. First I got defective product from a cheat seller on eBay, secondly eBay claim system was pathetic, instead of resolving - replacing product or returning amount they completely ignored the matter. LAVA customer care numbers will always be busy, and when answered they will transfer call to another department and you keep rotating. I will not recommend to buy LAVA products, also from any online portals.
                      In continuation to above - I have invoice of purchase, the phone is under warranty of any manufacturing defect, its 2 month old, not sure if LAVA representative will be reading this post. Let me know if you care for customers, and any assistance can be provided. If not, I will consider it as sunk cost, and live with it, rest enjoy.

                            I purchased a new Reliance Lava WiPod Mini on 2nd Dec. The internet speed was very slow so I complaint reliance to resolve the issue. They informed that the device got some major problem so I submitted this device to Kushal services in Jaipur on 7th Dec under work order no.[protected]. Its been 8 days now, I haven't receive any proper information about my device. I raised a complaint 635437 and 656476 to know the status of my device but Lava Customer care always give a generic statement that the device is under repair. I don't understand whether they follow any proper SLA or not. I am not at all satisfied with the service. I have called the customer care endlessly. They don't care about consumer forum complaint too. I want the resolution of this device else give the money back.

                              I had bought a lava iris x8(IMEI - [protected]) about 7-8 months ago. After few months it's touch stop working in proper manner, then I had submitted the handset to lava authorised service centre(Ideal power solution, noida sec- 15) before two months from now. Few days after submitted the device, they(Ideal power solution) informed me to collect the handset from them, when I checked the device, the same issue(touch not working) is still there. After that I re-submitted the device with the same issue and the whole process had happened again. This time they(Ideal power solution) referred me to another lava authorised service centre(AMBE ELECTRONICS, Baisoya complex main road, noida sector-15). Engineer at AMBE ELECTRONICS is saying that the device is tempered and it wouldn't work without a new mother board whereas the Engineer at Ideal power solution is saying that the device is not tempered and it got repaired from the company, but the issue is not resolved yet. And the area manager(Vijay sharma, [protected]) of lava playing his own game with me. I had a chat with him and he said the device will be replaced this time.                                 Lava makes me a fool. they give me a replacement but my problem is same, what i can do at that time. my concern is 1) hanging problem 2) memory card is not running 3) software is not working properly when i contact to lava, senior manager NEETU is not having the manners to talk with customers

                                  Sir, I have bought a Lava Iris mini x1 handset from Planet M, Barrackpore on dated 03.04.2015. Recently I was facing battery back up problem and whether I call or doing facebook the handset was getting warm and drained all battery at the same time.So I went to the Lava Service Center, Barrackpore on 28.11.2015.They said the handset needed to repair, it had a battery problem as wel as mother board problem.On 09.12.2015 I called them to know whether my set had been repaired or not, they asked me to come and get the handset.I went there on the next day 10.12.15 and collected my handset.They said the problem had been solved and the battery needed to charge, so I came home and charged it but I noticed the problem still remaind.When I called them they misbehaved with me. I am complaining against Lava Service Center, Barrackpore to you for their misbehaviour and lack of responsibility towards the customer.I hope you would take action against them.Otherwise I will publish all the evidence I have against them in social media(Facebook, Twitter, Instageam) which will prove your lack of after sell service then nobody will buy your product. Thanking you.

                                        Dear Sir I purchased a Lava Iris x9 mobile . Its in the guarantee period. Now my mobile just got no power on and i visited the lava service center they told me to pay rs 3000/- i gave the mobile on 16.11.2015 and today is 04.12.2015 but there's no response . kindly gide me ... Regards
