Lava told us that they will provide the lollipop update for Iris x8 on 2nd week of September but when that time period passed they told it will be on the month of September now again when that period has passed the are telling that "Due to a technical snag, the roll out has been taking longer than expected. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and will update you as soon as the roll out is ready." Now this is not working good they are providing dates and again failing to keep their promise. I bought this phone only because of the promised update but still no update has been provided this is extremely frustrating... So please help me

    When ever I want to connect 3g network it shows the problem...I.e. Suddenly the concerned Sim signals dissapears ..until I change the setting to 2g it behave Like this...please solve this problem.. Regards. Rashid khan

      Lava iris x8 should be connected to 4g till 12th october & Lava should now make a brand till october last with android m, gorilla glass 4 hd screen, 4g connectivity, 8gb ram, 4.0 ghz processor, 128 gb rom, etc and pm modi should also concentrate on growth of home brands instead of foreign brands

        But still no 4g connectivity...

        Now lava have to provide 4g till 12 october any how...

        P.M. Narendra modi should also concentrate on indian brand lava's growth and development of technology than foreign products...

          They said that we will receive lollipop update for iris x8 in end of September but I didn't got any update. When we call them they use to that because of some technical problem lollipop update is being delayed and we will receive lollipop update soon.

            I had purchesed lava iris x8 at 13/05/2015 in guntur.The shop address is Big C opp.post office 7 line arundalpet, main road guntur-522002 ph:- [protected].At the time i am purchasing the mobile the shop keeper had said you will get lollipop update.Nearly 5 months is left but I didn't get any update link.please provide the update link. I am present Saudi Arabia. Is their any lava customer center here.please respond me.when I get lollipop update.

                I want to draw attention of customer care officials as I have placed a work order for replacement of battery on 24.09 15, vide work Order No[protected] for my mobile Iris Pro 30. I was informed by Star InfotechMobile located at Bhopal that the battery will be replaced in a week's time. Nothing is informed by the centre On talking to the service centre ever ytime they are asking me to find out from customer care, as if no one there has responsibility to take care of customer's interest I request you to kindly take initiative and resolve the problem. Thanks

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased one Lava mobile Model No. IRIS 250(IMEI No:[protected]) on dated 19.02.2015 from Dehradun. But it has started power off problem from 15.08.2015 and I had given to first time this set to lava care center on dated 23.08.2015. They called me after 10 days. When I gone then they told me that this set will be repair from here i.e. Lava service center (Kashyap Telecom) Dehradun and for this they given to me another new job card(dt:01/09/15) and now new job card without Number(dt:30/09/15). After that they exchanged my touch. But it is not working properly. I complaint many times for this Problem. For rectify this problem I gone there many times for repair my mobile. But after waste of my lot of time I didn’t get any solution. Now I am in bothering I am not finding that what I should do now. I can’t afford any other mobile. Please rectify my problem.

                    it is not working properly. I complaint many times for this Problem. For rectify this problem I gone there many times for repair my mobile. But after waste of my lot of time I didn't get any solution. Now I am in bothering I am not finding that what I should do now. I can't afford any other mobile. Please Replace my Phone.

At the time of submission of handset attended told me to resolve the problem within 10 days but now a days they told me to repair my handset after 15 to 20 days.                           My Phone is having Touch Screen & Mobile is behaving erratically & Selecting Automatically. We have give it in LAVA Authorized service Center (V-CARE MOBILE ( Service Centre ) V-Care Mobile, #54/1, 1st Floor, Begur Road, Bommanahalli Circle, Bangalore ). After checking with LAVA Service center they have told that Touch Panel can’t be repaired and offered New Mobile LAVA X5 after 4 days. What ever i received is looks old Mobile & Battery and mobile is used one. As i doubted it is the same New Mobile which you replaced is old done with lot of problems. IMEI/Serial Number of the phone: [protected] Work Order Number:[protected] Nature of concern of the phone: · We have Problem with my LAVA iris Pro 30 we gave it for VCare on 31.08.2015 for Touch screen Problem. · 03.09.2015 : Replaced with new set as LAVA iris pro 30 can’t repaired with LAVA X5 ( But X5 is not the new set it was old problemitic set which is having lot of problems ).( Service center is bluffed & claims it is Brand New Mobile ) · Battery is not charging max 30% can be charged & Discharging very fast.( 1min call battery will come to 5% ) · Data services not working. · 08.09.2015 : LAVA x5 is having Problem with Battery charging & Mobile data problem. V care has replaced with different Battery. · 11.09.2015 : LAVA X5 again problem with Batter & Mobile data. Returned to V Care for service. Everyday we are contacting Lava care everytime same reply with in 12 hours we will come back to you. Reply from Iris Customer care : 23.09.2015 : The relevant follow ups are being done, and we shall get back to you at the earliest. 18.09.2015 : The relevant follow ups are being done, and we shall get back to you at the earliest. 16.09.2015 : your concerns has been escalated to concern departments.The followup being done, and we shall get back to you at the earliest. I want my original LAVA iris pro 30 get repaired or Brand new sealed Piece for LAVA X5 not the repaired piece.

                            After a week o[censored]sing Lava Iris 8 which I bought online on 16/08/2015, the screen started showing a pattern of lines for long periods. On phone nobody had any specific way of informing us what to do. I conveyed this to the lava customer care via an email (30/08/2015). We then went to the service centre and got the handset back the same day. This happened twice. The problem was still there. We again went to service centre on 7th Septmeber and were asked to submit the handset for replacement of screen. The service center is 12 KM from my home. Then on 11th September we were told that the phone will be sent to us as it was repaired. After three days the lava representative called me saying that we will have to wait another 15 days because the screen to be replaced was not available with the service center. They never call back in 12 working hours, and whenever they call they have no solution but tell us to understand their concerns. In short, I bought a new phone to keep it in the service centre for around a month, for a problem that was company's fault.

                              Hi, i have submitted xolo tab qc800 dtd 5th-sep-15 for s/w, hang.work order no.[protected].he said your product will repaired 7th-sep-15 when i call on 8th-sep-15 they said we need more time. ok After that i called to customer care[protected] from this no.[protected].but status showing closed but product not deliver.I called to service center she said we more time to repair i said OK but how much time you want she said i will inform to you but till now i have no information from service center. today again i check with customer service with Sandeep he said your work order is created on 12th-sep-15. wait for next 8-9 day.I shocked i have no info from service center abut product, any other.I told to them i already 15 day over from submission dtae 5th-sep-15 without any information from service center i am going to take next step pls help after long discussion again he said wait.Ref no dtd 471622 Regards.                                 I have purchased LAVA EG841 of 18th Jul 2015 next days went to retailer that it has some scratches inside the screen, but retailer commited me to replacement from service centre but the service centre has posponded while saying we doesnot have right now come after a week, like this he has pospond for 4 week then I have submitted the same but after a month of submission my hand set and register the complaint daily oral & written both. They asked me to pay Rs. 1230/- against which no receipt . I advise you all please dont buy LAVA products.

                                      Hi We are purchase LAVA CDMA Mobile Reliance Store kanpur . We use only 10 days now phone not switch on. We complain lava care Unnao we submit phone in Lava care he return 25 days but not fix and also broke seal. Now we complain again Lava by mail and then we again going lava care Kanpur according to lava care mail reply . Here he change battery and now new battery backup only 20 to 30 min. So we again mail Lava care but not reply yet. We are loss more time. So please support me and solve my problems.                                         Sir, I have purchased a Lava Mobile (IRIS 404 IMEI- [protected]) on 8/3/2015 at Kolkata from Mobiliti World, 34/8 N.S.Banerjee Road, Kolkata with a warrenty period of 1 year. From July'15 I found some problem in the hand set & I have visited Lava service center on 11.7.15, they told their is a LCD problem and they kept the hand set for repairing. After 13 days on 25.7.15 they called me around 11.30am & told to collect the hand set. At 2.30pm I went to the service center & I asked them to check the hand set in front of me but they refused and told their is no any technician. They assured me that the hand set is OK. After half an hour I found the same problem adding to speaker problem. Again I went to the retail shop(Mobiliti World). They advice me to go again to service center on Monday i.e 27.7.15. On the same day I complained to Lava Co. by mail around 11pm, they also advice me to go to service center. I have visited the service center on 28.7.2015 now they told me their is a problem with mother board so mother board has to be changed & they kept my hand set. After 10-15days Lava representative Mr.Yogesh & Mr. Jitendra assured me that there will be no any further defect in the hand set so they requested me to take the hand set from service center. On their assurance I have taken the hand set. I am very sorry to informe you that now a new problem I found that is spaker problem. I again visited to Lava service center which is far away from my residence, they rectieied it with in two hours.After seven days again I found speaker problems. Now I have rquested the Lava Co. by mail to replace the hand set or refund my money because I will not accept a defective (firstly LCD problem then mother board problem & now speaker problem) hand set because at this time it is in warrenty period so you are repairing it but when the warrenty period will over then what will happen? Till now neither they replace the hand set nor refund the money. As I have told them mobile is very essential for my business but they are doing nothing.Inspite of my several request through mail as well as over telephone they are doing nothing. I have mailed them if you will not replace my handset or refund my money then I will move to consumer court but they woun't replied till now Now I am humbly requesting you please do the needfull.
