I have bought a lava iris fuel f1 smart phone from jain's mobile store on 28.12.15, invoice- 12132 at 14:03. Details of phone:-

But problems have been detected after two months.
* problem-- automatically minimizes and vanishes open pages or windows and the 'back' button automatically working even when no one touches. This problem occurs mostly when i open pages or websites using internet. Sometimes the back button works automatically like it has become mad. I can't do anything with the phone at that moment. Recently i can't use internet completely with the phone.
But the last time as on 16.05.16 when i submitted the phone at lava service centre, kharagpur, west bengal, they took two days to repair the phone. They delivered it to me on 18.05.16 (Working order no:[protected] although they had done nothing with the phone and i realised it at the time o[censored]se although they claimed that they had changed the touch pad and software of the phone. Next time i had once again showed the phone to the centre yet the result is same. So, i am worried about the co- operation and technical

More than earlier after the repairement at lava service centre.
I have mailed to lava care but they recommended me once again to submit the phone at their service centre.
When they are using crore of rupees on advertisement of mobiles, why are they manufacturing faulty mobile phones?
I only want the replacement of this faulty phone.

I bought a defective new handset (Lava magic+) that had a bad microphone. Upon realization i went to the vendor (Changtongya town, nagaland) for redressal the next day. Upon owner's suggestion i submitted the defective handset back to the vendor for repair under warranty. The handset was sent to jorhat lava service centre. It has been more than 15 days now i have not receive my repaired mobile phone.
Why is the lava service center soo slow and taking too long to repair my mobile phone? When will i get my mobile back? I am losing my patient and trust in lava company now. You have not fulfilled customer satisfaction.

My lava iris X5 4G mobile is not charging.lava service center not repair properly and how to take money they know that.1000rupees take and my mobile is totally bed work.so please give my money and take your rough lava mobile.then once again go to lava mobile center.they give 5000rupees.so I come back and other local service center I repair my Mobile.

Sub phone is dead slow and unsatisfied with response

I am charles (Bought lava a88 4g) from univercell stores. The day i brought it and inserted my sim, within two hours started hanging and running dead slow, the name is 4g but not able to connect to 4g at all. I escalated the same to mr. Shekar at lava sri mobile point authorized service centre (At flat no. 103b, 1st floor, arena multimedia building, above digjam show room, dilsukhnagar, hyd 36. (Ph[protected].

For my surprise, i had a bad experience with the in-charge mr. K. Shekar (Said he was the manager). He did not even try to show a bit courtesy to ask what went wrong. His behavior was very bad. I tried to convince him that i am not at all happy with this phone, please give me doa so that i can go for another mobile, but he refused abruptly. I called and informed the same to customer care where executive really understood customer's problem and tried to solve with mr. K. Shekar through telephonic conversation but still he was adamant and refused to do so.

I asked him to provide hierarchy details to contact, he said i am the only one who is taking care of this center, later on he was talking to some asm. I requested to give his number. I spoke to asm mr. Prashanth (Phone [protected]), who sung the same song as mr. K. Shekar. I am not satisfied with the customer care service neither with the phone.

I have deposited my mobile with charger and earphones with box to the person mr. K. Shekar and got the acknowledgment letter too.

Please find the attached pictures and details. I urge you to please value for customer's time and money. Totally unsatisfied with the phone and customer's service.

Hope you will consider my issue seriously and do the needful.

It has been a month since i have raised this issue through mail and calls to lava customer, no one is bothered to solve this.

I have purchase Lava iris fuel F1. after 15days touch get problem now more than three month runned still my problem not solved.. please dont buy like this product i[censored] buy you will waste time for service centre only...
I went service centre lot of time they keep on saying corrected but one two days after it gets same problem, ...

This much problem occurs they re not ready to replacement new one or permanent rectifying..

Lava suddenly stops manufacturing battery for iris pro30 hand set. Is it acceptable as per consumer point of view and in terms of sales & service policy.
Lava had sold this mobile to me and at that time they didn't told me that battery for this particular set won't be available in future. They had done a mis-selling to me. This can happen with other mobile phones of lava too, which will lead to consumer harassment and dissatisfaction. Should public buy lava phone if suddenly they stops making battery or other parts of their mobile set. I had purchased this mobile by an amount of rs. 12500/- but the battery didn't last for at least 2 years. Now when i am asking lava to provide me a new battery their reply is really insane and pathetic. Their service center told me that the battery is not available with them and lava has stopped manufacturing the battery which makes this set to fall under "return without repair - rwr" condition.
It seems that lava has made profit by selling me a bad mobile which was of no use now and also stolen my hard earned money. This can happen to other consumers too.
Kindly, help me to get the battery for this particular set at earliest.

Please refer complaint[protected] of chandigarh. Advise them to change the battery with out any cost. I purchased the mobile in the month of april 2015 and it started giving trouble. I contacted the service provider of lava "electro solutions sco2406 sector 22 c at chandigarh and, the complaint no is given above. The mobile is not working, now the service provider wants to have the instructions from the head office for the change of battery. So please advise him to change the battery free of cost. Thanks

maine 4 bar complain ki aur 4 bar care me bhi gaya lekin mere phon ka problem soal nahi hua, mere phone ki bettery rat ko 65% se 10 % ho jati hai aur mick ka bhi problem hai jab bhi maine care me phone diya to wo log bol rahe hai ki hojaye aur ho gaya hai lekin kuch bhi accha nahi hua mei apko akhri bar compalin kar raha hu kyo ki mai lava company ka phon lunga bhi nahi aur kisiko lene bhi nahi dunga ...ab dekhte hai aap kya karte ho apne coustmer ke liye...

I had purchased lava iris icon in january 2016. The device started having hardware problem in march, and then after it was sent to company for pcb replacement. It already took 20-25 days for device to get ready. Now the accessory (Headphone) stopped working. I had visited care for the same. They were replacing the product but with the headphone model with old model. I insisted to provide me the headphone with the look, style i had got in the lava iris icon. They told me to wait for further details. I had submitted my headphone in gandhidham lava care center with work order no.[protected] dated 21/05/2016. Now they are telling that they will give the old fashioned headphone only, and not the headphone which type i had received during purchase of mobile.

Last november 2015 bought in lava mobile but 3 times dead, still now not solving that problem. First time i giving egmore service certer and second time giving jafferkhanpet service time, both time they are told mother board issue.
Today also i m giving jafferkhanpet service center, now also telling same problem (Mother board)... What can i do! Don't know
That's why i decide to complaint lava complaint care...

My phone lava is given for repairing last week as it was switch off and when i call on number which is given on slip they alway say call 2 day or 3 day after i want to no how much it take for repair. Pls help me. It is warranty period.

I purchased a xolo q1200 mobile bettery from lava service center and after 10 days it burn and not working properly i complained at lava service center than he told there are no gurantee of it. my lava iris fuel is misbehaving for five days and under warranty period. I enclosed scanned copy of bill .
I went to lava service center at brahmputra complex kala aam bulandshahr but they denied to repair the phone saying" the phone is not under warranty period. This is rediculous, and how possible when I have the original bill of it.
I request your kind honour to get repaired either exchanged the phone.
I will have to seek legal protection otherwise.

I hv purchased lava v5 last month april 2016 after 1 week when i thought for tempered glass and given to tempered glas shop he shown to me it is bend in middle and tempered will not be fit to this and he asked me hv u not observed i was speechless as i hv no idea about that not seen minutely . pl. suggest what should i do. is this case under warranty or due to manufacturing defect can it be replaced .

I have used my dongle literally two or three times it's in very good condition but suddenly it's wi fi not working so i submitted it on 23.02.2016 in lava xolo service center at gtb nagar (Kings way camp) to get it repaired. But they told me for replacement instead of get it repaired. And in replacement they are giving me a used mts dongle which seems in very poor condition. But i want either a new dongle or my repaired dongle.

I have many time sent email to lava and mts regarding my complaint.
The complaint was registered no 955860 dated 03/03/2016 against mts dongle.
In all this issue i did not receive a single reply from lava.

in this mobile the camera is auto focussable for far objects, but when focussing to the nearest objects like any text document its not clear at all ..so please reply a valid suggestion ...
if we take some photos of any text document in rear camera its see like merged images ...we cant see or identify any text letters in that ...so whats the problem for this please explain quickly..its a humble request

My phone Lava iris X9 is not switching on due to some short circuit in IC.The phone got damaged on 21st April 2016.I took my phone to the lava customer care located near my place here in Cochin...My phone is having warranty till July 2016 .The people in the service centre didn't give warranty for my phone telling silly reasons that the phone is damaged due to water damage...i told them water hasen't gone inside my phone yet...the service centre people argued with me telling that water can get inside the phone even through sweat through the charging slot in phone.

I asked them what kind of phone you people are selling which can even get damaged with a sweat.The service centre people didn't have a reply.
Kindly see to the matter and help me get my phone repaired.

Though sim card is present my mobile is showing the sim slot as empty. It's troubling me a lot. The sim slot is detected some times but most of the time it is asking me to insert a sim though my sim card is present.I hav tried switching off my mobile atleast cases it is solving my problem most of the time my sim card is not detected I regret very much for purchasing such a mobile I am unaware of this problem if not I might have not purchased this lava mobile. Please solve this problem so that I can feel better with this mobile.
