I have used my dongle literally two or three times it's in very good condition but suddenly it's wi fi not working so i submitted it on 23.02.2016 in lava xolo service center at gtb nagar (Kings way camp) to get it repaired. But they told me for replacement instead of get it repaired. And in replacement they are giving me a used mts dongle which seems in very poor condition. But i want either a new dongle or my repaired dongle.
I have many time sent email to lava and mts regarding my complaint.
The complaint was registered no 955860 dated 03/03/2016 against mts dongle.
In all this issue i did not receive a single reply from lava.
