I Have Purchase Lava Mobile Model No ARC bearing IMEI No [protected] From White House Mobile Shop 109 Ground Floor Golani Market Jalgaon Maharashtra On[protected] with Bill No 1248 on the same day the Shop owner insert the sim card in port no 2 instead of port 1 After 4-5 days i tried to insert Sim in Port 1 But it was not Responding I immediately contact with shop owner that time he also tried but no use then he told that show this mobile in service center mean time i was out of city for important work and when on Dt 6-3-2017 I again visited Shop and service Center They replied that there will charge for repairing hence my complaint is that the may please be replaced by the shop owner

My phone is under waraty and in my phone headset icon is coming permanently i cannot make calls to anyone and i have showed my phone to service center they are saying that my headset jack has been burned by any shortcircuit so they ll not repair my phone bcoz it doesn't comes under waranty...so immediately take some action abut this out of this...
