[Resolved]  Lava Mobiles — Replaced wi pod is faulty N 2nd hand

I purchased a lava wi pod on dec 25th 2015, and due to a connecting issue Service center gtb nagar suggested me to replace the product. they replaced my product in 12 days but replaced product is 2nd hand and too faulty it is not giving wi fi signals. i dont have time to go to service center again and again and again. pls help me. This is my 2nd time replacement of wi pod in 15 days. Last replaced wi pod is faulty and 2nd hand . I m very depressed with ur services. now pls give me a fresh and working wi pod. My work order no is[protected]. And my contact number is [protected]
