Lenovo — Issue with lenovo mobile a6000 plus

Dear team,

I was purchased a mobile lenovo 6000 plus on[protected] through flipkart but now within warranty period mobile display is not working. As earlier two time also this set is not working properly due to hanging problem that time i took at authorized service center (City center, jaipur).

Now this time again it having a touch screen problem. I meet with your local authorized service center located at janakpuri district center delhi but your representative told me that mobile touch screen is not covered under warranty and he was told that it will take 3500 rs (For touch screen) to repair. So kindly suggest me now what to do because my mobile is in warranty period.

I has registered to LENOVO BTC offer for 3-years warranty and 1TB hard disk.
I has received warranty through mail, but I still received external hard disk they are not responding to phones, I has even mailed to them for many times but no use.
