My S.O is [protected]. On 14th July i received SMS as your part is shipped, please contact your nearest service center...after 3 days i was called to them, they said "not yet received part", since then i have been calling them and quarreling, they are saying as same "not yet received". today i have called to your customer care, they given shock to me, they are telling "part is not available now it will take some more days time". i asked "why did you send mail like part was shipped and why your lenovo service.com showing as part is shipped". then they told simply, that site is not working :(... it is really worst service, i never expect this from lenovo
