I have purchased a new lenovo k3 note 6 months before and it was having network problems from the beginning and suddenly stopped working one day and then when I went to the service centre the company told me that the internal part of the phone was damaged and its repairing will cost me 60% of the value of the phone in addition to the service charges...it has been 3 months the phone is not working ...I want a replacement of it

The was already damaged when I received it as it hv having network problems from the beginning and instead of repairing it, being in warranty, the service centre charged unworthyly

    Recently I had brought a Lenovo zuk z1 mobile, it has a hanging problem. So I replaced it with new z1 mobile by amazon. but it has the same issue. I'm not satisfied with my z1 model. That to replacement period was completed in amazon. So I don't have the chance to replace once again. So what I have to do now.

        My lenovo k4 note have some issue that its charges only when switch off mode i bring my mobile to service center they told me that charging port is water damaged, i just shock..cause regular i carefully handle my phone then how its happen, then again they told me u will charge for this part Rs.480 even my phone in warranty.
        it has been more than 8 days gone still my phone not repaired...really very disappointing service from lenovo.
        u loose my faith

            CD player drawer is not closing and working properly. Basically when i press open, the drawer does just that but when I try to close it, it doesn't work properly.               I have purchased lenovo k3 note, but after 3 months it starts heating while using, then i got it repair from the service centre at jabalpur (Mp). Then the mother board was changed. But after 2 months of repairing the same problem occurs and a new problem of network have started.
              So now i again go to service centre for repairing and my phone is right now with service centre peoples.
              This is not the way i expected the phone to behave.
              I am frustated with the phone that i have purchsad.

                I have bought Lenovo Vibe P1 two months back. Recently from past one week I am facing the sudden switch off of phone when battery is stilling showing 45% after the June update which was released by lenovo. This is a serious issue even battery is around 45% the mobile gets switched off. This issue is occurring frequently as and when the battery level comes to around 45%. Pls provide the exact solutuon for this problem.

                  Had purchased a lenovo mobile on 19th march, 2016. The fingerprint scanner and usb stopped working within 2 months of the purchase. So, i took the phone to the service center and the executive at the service center told me that i would receive it back within 3-4 working days. Now, its been almost 21 days and they still say that the part is not available and it will take 5 more days. Whenever i call them, they just extend the date and hang up the phone. Besides that they do not know how to talk to a customer. When i asked them whats taking so long, they asked me to complain to the manager whose phone was off (It still is). Whats the point of having warranty when the service is so pathetic? I can rather spend some money and get it repaired at some mobile store and save myself from all that harrasment. Also, when i asked them for a spare phone, they just said that this option is not available and hung up the phone. So, maybe after raising these complaints, maybe i would get some kind of response from them.

                    I purchased lenovo zuk z1 on 24 may 2016 imei no. [protected] for ₹13500/-. I started facing an issue of network loss in this after 15 days. So i visited service centre on 8th june there they told me there is a defect in hardware so i requested for replacement but they said you have to ask company for this.
                    So i asked support ([protected]@lenovo.com) for replacement but they said you have to report issue in 7 days for replacement. Since i faced issue after 15 days how can i report it in 7 days.
                    I have not received my phone till date and it will take 2-3 more days for repair.
                    Its almost 15 days since the phone is at service centre.
                    I have told them that i will not accept the repaired phone since i have paid for a new phone.

                    Company is not replying for my messages and the phone is still at the service center.
                    They are saying they have received a defective that is to be replaced. Company is just delaying the process.
                    I need my phone to be replaced or refund my money.
                    hi himanshu i bought zuk z1 on 24 may.after 15 days i am also facing No Network Problem.So I went To a service centre in kolkata.they told that there is Mother board problem.so i gave the phone to service centre for repair.it been 7days but they r not willing to give my phone back..
                    I received my phone. They have replaced the mother board but the phone is not properly fitted.

                      I'm divyesh sinojiya from gandhidham. My complaint is about my lenovo mobile.
                      Jab me meri office se ghar ja raha tha tab mera mobile lenovo a7000mere trousers ke left pocket me tha dt. 16 june 2016. Ghar pahochke mene mera phone pocket se nikala tab dekha to uska touch work karna bandh kar diya tha.
                      Next day mera friend mera phone leke lenovo centre pe gaya to usne bola ki aapka phone ka touch kharab ho gaya he 15 to 21 days me repair ho jayega. After that usi din sam ko 5 baje lenovo centre se phone aaya ki aapka phone ka touch pad band ho chuka he. Or wo warranty me nahi aata. Repairing to ho jayega but uska charge rs. 4000 lagega.

                      Please help me about this.

                        I am getting a buzzing sound in my lenovo pc while playing music or any other audio even.I tried disable the extra audio devices and also updated the audio device drivers such as realtek, but the problem still persists.The problem has started from almost four to five days and i am unable to detect it even after updating and installing many softwares . I will be obliged if I i get any suggestions or help from your side and if possible please do it quickly i will be thankfulto you .

                          I purchased lenovo K4 note vibe in the month of January 2016, after one months problems get started like not updated software and all so I submitted to authorised service centre and they did, after fews days again some problems in voice hearing, hang, display problem, battery problem, and many others, so I submitted again to authorised service centre and they changed mother board of particular mobile and gave to me but again problem didn't solve so at a same time I again submitted and they changed mother board again and gave it to me after fews days and I updated some applications and on the same days I am facing some other problems likes calls drops automatically while I Dail so I again submitted on 13 may 2016 and coordinate with Mr Ramashankar who is West region heads and confirmed me that we will replace it soon once I get approval but after our that conversation it's almost 13-15 days gone but till date I am not getting any revert and I visited ahmedabad authorised service centre and they also told me.that we didn't receive any confirmation. Once we get it we will replace and in his system also mark that we have to replace this mobile but I am not getting any proper revert from lenovo service department and I am fed up with this kind of issues. I purchased this mobile before 5 months but hardly I used 2 months and 3 months in service centre so what should I do in this case if someone body help me.

                            Hello Sir/Mam,

                            I had bought a new lenovo A 7000 mobile on date 1st 2015. IMEI no is [protected]. But after some 6-7 months problem in Radio Signal had been observed and it stop working properly. For the repairing purpose I had submitted my mobile at the authorized service centre (Kavya Enterprises Pune). The service center representative said that the problem was due to motherboard of the cellphone. The cellphone was under warranty hence they changed the Motherboard of the cellphone. Even after changing the Motherboard the fault was not solved but I continued using the phone since the service center was not able to provide the solution.

                            Again after 6 months the cellphone started giving issues with battery life hence decided to take the device to the service center for check-up. Now since its 13 months after I purchase of this device, it’s out of warranty now. The root cause they found out was faulty motherboard and they asked me to change the same by paying additional Rs.4200. As stated above the motherboard of the device was changed just 6 months back and in such a short period the component went dead.

                            It is very bad experience with quality and service of Lenovo. I am totally frustrated with this and requested Lenovo to look into this matter. Please replace my phone immediately as it shown sign of faulty parts in such short duration o[censored]se and I had doubt on repairing quality considered experience till now. I want immediately replacement of Motherboard of my phone or return of money.

                            Please do the needful.

                                  - date of the incident 28/05/2016
                                  - Phone is given for repair in service center located in Laxmi enclave Surat on date 28/05/2016.

                                  They told me that motherboard needs to be changed so it will take 15 days maximum. After 15 days they told me that motherboard is changed but volume keys are not working with new motherboard. They told me that it will get done within two days. Again I went there after two days and they told me that volume keys are not available so it will take 7 more days. And now after 7 days the issue is still the same. Don't know what is going on here.

                                  This is disgusting. If you can not repair the mobile within given amount of time, why are you guys giving such dates.

                                  I need immediate solution for this and otherwise I will complain about this in Consumer court.

                                    When double to wake option is enabled, sometimes when tried to double tap the phone is hanging even it is very difficult to switch off/ reboot the phone. The screen is continuously going off and on. It is almost impossible to open the screenat that time. Please try to resolve the issue or try to send an update for the bug fix if it is a software problem. Thanking you in advace.

                                      I i brought lenovo moto g4 plus from amazon. After purchase when i'm using it, after using camera for 5 minutes it's too much heated and when using turbo charger to charge my mobile it's also heated too much. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Cause it's not possible to use this kind of hated the mobile. Do something about this problem.

Main problem is cell not connect to range of service providers. Submitting the services center at amravati dist maharashtra state no clarification at services center they are refund as it is my cell.
