Lenovo — Notification tone

Hello sir/mam
i just bought lenevo k5vibe plus before 2 days, from the first day it has the problem in notification tone it is very low for gmail, face book & whatsapp msgs notifications & after plugigng head phones it its changing in low level & on adjusting in on high level it is changing itself on removing it, pls reply me the solution.coz i m getting so much offended by it coz i am not able to listen the who msgd me, it is a bad feature of your device pls notify me for the solution as soon as possible .

I purchased my lenovo vibe k5 as on 27 january 2017. and it was started to give problem after 20 days and after 26 days. it have software problem . now i want to start my mobile. but everybody told go to lenovo care ... and care persons told it will take 20 days minimum... to fix this problem.. please help me.

I am getting some issue in my Lenovo note k6 like note k6 speaker is not working properly some time he is not giving outside voice .
