Lenovo — Vibe x3 support end for just six months

Vibe x3 is a flagship device from Lenovo which was launched on nov 15 retailed from January 16, i hv bought it as it was a flagship i thought it would get updates but till june 30 ihv received 3 updates 1minor 2 fix to that update as there were issues 3 is the MM .I was hoping security updates volte as the low & mid range devices got them but they didn't provide any updates till March 15th but suddenly stopped support by changing upgrade status to complete which means no further updates.They have cheated us by stating it as Flagship i felt this is the only place we get justice for what we paid for.

Updated by raghava bhargav Lenovo has released Vibe X3 on November 15 which were retailed from January 16.As part of support they have released 3 Updates 1.was maintenance 2.was fix update as the maintenance update had issues of its own 3rd being the Marshmallow update which was released on 30th june 16 which was the last update/support i been waiting for security updates they didn't, volte Update they didn't, i thought they will be releasing a final update in the form of Nougat update till March 15th 2017 but they have suddenly stopped support by changing upgrade status to complete (which means to further updates) so they have stopped support for just 6 month for so called flag ship vibe X3.Actually the have to support 18 months as per Android Update terms atleast but they have stopped support just by 6 months even not proving security patches.When i communicate about updates they are suggesting the new devices which means they are trying to sell new one's by ending support for existing devices

they have cheated us by saying a flagship device i thought i will get nougat as they were no updates since june
they should provide Nougat along with volte nothing else we needed

They have stopped support for all devices including K4 note apart from X3 they should pay for what they have done

Did not get any security update since months. Is this called flagship device? I paid 20k for this and complained so many times in forum, bt still did not get any response. Is this experimental piece or launched with a hype as flagship to build the goodwill. The company must take a serious action regarding this atleast now.

Very bad Support from Lenovo for VIBE X3.
How can any company stop giving update within a year to any smartphone and that too for a 20K flagship device.
And though hardware is capable for update and VOLTE why are they now going to provide update.

I purchased this phone bcoz I trust Lenovo brand .I have even Lenovo laptop too but very disappointing ...it's a flagship phone ...nimor updates to fix bugs den marshmallow but still some errors ..like Instagram is not wrking ..some conflicts ...it never saves vedio pls fix it ..
