I have bought lenovo k4 note mobile 6 months before in lenovo showroom in guduvanchery there was a problem in power button after 6 months I have gave mobile for service to lenovo showroom the showroom send the mobile to some other lenovo showroom 1 weeks passed away still know no actions were taken.I didn't get my mobile back kindly take necessary action on showroom I need mobile tomorrow

I perchase lenovo phab 2+ before two months . after time it is broke in my pocket and damage display . this product in the warranty period so I go in services center but thay called this is a chargebal. But this is a warrenty. You can repair this product for free outher wise change products please replay possitivly . this is a very serious matter.

    Staffs are working very slowing just like no one warching them. They feel like they are government company and they busy most of the time in gossip. Their behavior is also so rude. They don't have manners to talk. They are very irritating. I have visited 3 times but still waiting for my turn from 1:43 to now i.e. 5:54. Can you imagine how much they take time in gossiping. I am so frusted.sometime they start fighting each other. If they continue this type of behaviour, I can hurt them. Please do the needful if you are in not in the category of them.

      Hello, your product is really you are making fool to your customers. I have purchase a lenovo laptop 1-2 month ago, after 15 days i have issue with this laptop keypad . also a technician visited but he changed it but issue was same i again called him but he was just making false promises and never come again.. after 10 days he call me and told that you need to call customer care again. what is this service why you close my complain without my confirmation. .i need a resolution within 24 hours. otherwise i will post on social media and also consumer forum

        I bought a new lenovo mobile phone (model Z2 plus ZUK) on[protected] from a retail dealer from kochi, kerala state.But the detailed user guide or manual is not provided with this product and instead of this they provided a short quick start guide.I hope it is the right of the customer to get the detailed manual of the product.I even visited the website mentioned in their quick start guide (support.lenovo.com) and tried to download the manual but it is not available there and what available is the quick start guide . I had contacted their customer care number and asked about the same but they are unable to solve my problem

          I bought Lenovo k 6 note on 01st March 2017. This mobile having Mike problem. After visiting to service center.. still issue persists. I need replacement piece. Customer Care refusing for d same. I feel like cheated..it's not worth of buying this mobile. I contacted Customer Care number..they told me to visit authorised service center. I visited on 18th March 2017. But post that still issue persists. I again contacted Customer Care n requested to provide replacement for this phone.. but they said replacement window is over..we can not replaced the phone..free service can be provided..what is the use of spending so much of money 15999 on this mobile?? I m not happy at all with the kind of services they are providing..plz Address this issue. I am working women.. managing home n office both. Every weekend I can not visit to authorised service centres..also this center is not nearby. I have to spend 200 rs one time fare for reaching this service center.             I bought this phone online in october. since then it is giving a very poor performance. sometimes its screen lag, sometimes it gets overheated. sometimes battery drains very fast. When its battery falls below 6% it suddenly decreases to 0% and mobile gets switched off, even when charger is connected. and then it doesnt start. this has happened 3 tiimes till now, and every time it needs to be sent to service center, they take 15 to 20 days to solve this problem. i requested them to replace my phone with a new one, but they say its not possible as it is against company policy they say they can repair it as many times as i bring it to them, but cannot replace. I cannot take this as i m done with calls and rounds to service center. I want the phone to be replaced with a new one, or i want refund.               I've given my phone to Gandhinagar Service center on 15th Feb 2017. It's been more than 40 days they are not returning it back, they are saying they are waiting for some kind of special approval from head office. I simply don't understand why is it taking so much time, I've provided all the details, phone is under warranty and everything is perfect. Further more the service center guys are saying that they can not say that how much more time it will take, they are saying that we are helpless and it all depends on when we get approval from head office. Kindly look into the matter and let me know.

                I bought lenovo zuk z1 smartphone in august 2016. Still here they didn't given any software update. All other model smartphone are running already 6.0 version and they will ready to update 7.0. But only lenovo zuk z1 is runs 5.1 still here no further update. I complained more time to the company. But they reply irresponsible. Its very irritated to us. But its price 13500/-. Its not support volte. Its so funny to compare other brand phone priced only 4000/- which support volte.

                  The worst service response i have received. I have 3 years onsite and home service subscription and never responded by lenovo thinkpad service.

                  I have subscription as below and they told me, we will not provide service and not come to your place to solve the issue.

                  Also, today (22nd March), I called and there are more than 10 calls transfer 1 team to other person and I really tried with this service. Lastly they told me, we can not provide the home service.

                  Just come to know, during live Trouble Shooting with your Lenovo Executive, Lenovo Ahmedabad Authorized Service Center who has installed not supported Calibration Software and due to this I have wasted my so much times and energy here to fix the issue raised/created by your service center.

                      Visit lenovo service centre named "service solution" at jandu tower, new delhi today i.e., 21/03/2017. The problem is tablet up volume button is not working. The service centre engineer open the tablet and do something and takes 15 min after 15 minutes the enginer fault the tablet and tablet goes dead. After engineer mistake they told there is water in tablet but there is nothing. He said because of he fault the tablet and tablet goes died. I contact lenovo tab support they contact service centre. But service centre told them there is water so the warrenty is void. I have tablet picture but there is no water on it. They are just doing because enginer done mistake. My tablet seriel no.                         I had ordered(Order no OD[protected] my Moto Z play(IMEI no [protected]) with style mod (Black, 32gb) via Flipkart.com dated 24th November 2016 by the name of Shashank Tiwari. I was out for a launch on Saturday 4th March 2017 where the display of my phone was gone all of sudden. I went to the service center in defence colony on 6th March 2017(Token no 114) where the service center person told the phone is dead but there was keypad sound coming from the phone as well as my phone was vibrating on locking. The service centre informed “YEH GIRNE SE NI HUA” no explanation apart from this. I received a defected piece but #motorola #lenovo not ready to accept their fault and asking 11500 Rs for the repair. My phone is 3 and half month old in warranty but cant be repaired as it comes in physical damage. The damage is not even visible in normal light, you can only see once you tilt the phone and put light, even my phone does not have a single scratch on it. Really #moto as you guys are making fool of your consumers by selling defective pieces like this.                           Bought a Lenovo zuk z1 on in august 2016 after few days my phone started restarting automatically.first time i submitted my phone at lenovo service centre was on 27th nov 2016.

                          No. of times visted service centre - 6 times
                          No. of times phone's PCB was changed - 2 times

                          still the problem continues even though i was able to get regional ASM involved still no proper assistance.As the customer care executive has only one reply to my mail as requested earlier please visit the service centre again.Lenovo has the worst customer care and service centres.

                            Lenovo vibe X3 being a flag ship device received only three updates(2 bug fixes n on marshmallow that to with new annoying bugs) since it's release n stopped the in 8 months. No VoLTE update for this flagship device while the lower end devices of the same company with much before release date received patch fixes for marshmallow+ VoLTE (K4note n other). With many asked twits n posts for help by vibe X3 users they finally ended the drama with completed roadmap for device upgrade.
                            My device is still in warranty n yet doesn't receive a single update since july2016.
                            We are being scammed as it was a flagship phone n has number of bugs.

                                  I bought lenovo vibe K5 in june 2016 but the problems start within 5 month (i.e. mobile was automatically restarting and also it was automatically operating and it had some touch problems. But unfortunately I was not able to repair it immediately. So in January 2017 I took this mobile to Lenovo Care centre at Hardy Complex, M G road Secunderabad and this is my serial no. SOIN[protected], the person from lenovo care said that they will repair it within 4-5 days but it took near about 20 days to repair my mobile. But again within a month mobile has started same problem. Though they have taken enough time to repair it but they fail do so as mobile is having same issue. This was my worst experience and I will never ever buy any Lenovo mobile. Or I will not even suggest to buy Lenovo.

                                    I buy Lenovo vibe X3...They tell me that it's a flagship feature phone of Lenovo...It uses Snapdragon 808 processor on it..It support s volte...But they tell me that their updatetion is complete after marshmallow update...But I pay 20k for this phone...So I have the right to get volte update ...So Lenovo should give me the update.. Otherwise I will be a number one enemy of Lenovo phones...And I will be attack Lenovo everywhere like Facebook Amazon Flipkart Twitter WhatsApp Google and everywhere...

                                      Vibe x3 is a flagship device from Lenovo which was launched on nov 15 retailed from January 16, i hv bought it as it was a flagship i thought it would get updates but till june 30 ihv received 3 updates 1minor 2 fix to that update as there were issues 3 is the MM .I was hoping security updates volte as the low & mid range devices got them but they didn't provide any updates till March 15th but suddenly stopped support by changing upgrade status to complete ​which means no further updates.They have cheated us by stating it as Flagship i felt this is the only place we get justice for what we paid for.

                                      Lenovo has released Vibe X3 on November 15 which were retailed from January 16.As part of support they have released 3 Updates 1.was maintenance 2.was fix update as the maintenance update had issues of its own 3rd being the Marshmallow update which was released on 30th june 16 which was the last update/support i been waiting for security updates they didn't, volte Update they didn't, i thought they will be releasing a final update in the form of Nougat update till March 15th 2017 but they have suddenly stopped support by changing upgrade status to complete (which means to further updates) so they have stopped support for just 6 month for so called flag ship vibe X3.Actually the have to support 18 months​as per Android Update terms atleast but they have stopped support just by 6 months even not proving security patches.When i communicate about updates they are suggesting the new devices which means they are trying to sell new one's by ending support for existing devices
                                      they have cheated us by saying a flagship device i thought i will get nougat as they were no updates since june
                                      they should provide Nougat along with volte nothing else we needed

                                        Kadam marketing limited (Authorised dealers of lenovo), g-3, aggarwal bhawan, nehru place, new delhi - 110019 sold me a laptop (Lenovo ideapad 110-15ibr0) on[protected] at inr 23, 900.00, where as it's clearly written on the box the mrp is inr 23, 290.00 (Inclusive of all taxes).
                                        When confronted they say we receive laptops at a price more than mrp only and lenovo does this because it helps them in saving custom duty and we give freebies and we charge for that. If so, then why do you call your thing freebies.
                                        This is not at all acceptable at any cost.
