Damaged product Received and not sending new product on time

Ordered two pair of glasses end I received with the major cracks where the lenses are broken into the pieces in the package box and this has been done because of the shipment here the problem of lenskart because they did not packed the items properly with air bubble shield and the outer cardboard box, by this reason I told the customer care many times regarding this but they didn't respond anything and at the end I exchange the product with...

This is my 1st and i think last experience because no bady support to customer, i have make a order on 27th of june 2020 and product delivery date as mention on website is 1st july and today is 1st july i don't know where is my order, i make a call and asked to customer care she said i will call back after 15 min but no bady calling me i am waiting for 2 hr, I don't know why people like lenskart, refund my money back at the earliest....

Defective spectacles

Address:3/116 first floor , front side, subhash nagar, New Delhi

On 28.06.2021, a lenscart official came to my place for trial visit. I selected two glasses which were on scheme. One of the specs was defectivel and misalligned. I have called the official to visit my place again and get the defective piece replaced.
But no one visited. You are requested to send a person to my place so that he can collect the faulty glasses and bring back the correct one.

I placed an order on 29th May 2021on lenskart, which is still not delivered to me.

Have not received my product

I placed an order worth Rs. 4068 on 28th May 2021. It is 28th June and I still have not received my order! I have raised the issue to their customer team multiple times. Wrote emails, called the helpline, used the chatbot but all futile no resolution.

My money is with them for a month and the order is still not with me.

This has not only caused me serious frustration issue but I also missed the opportunity...

Not honouring Warranty.

I have purchased 2 nos eyeglasses from omaxe connaught place Lenskart store on 11 oct.

But now i have seen there is one crack near the leans in frame which is increasing day by day.

I have visited the Lenskart store (Gurgaon Adarsh Nagar) for that but they refused to repair it because they said it will not cover in warrenty as it is physical damage but there is not a single scratch mark or any dent in frame....

Lenskart father’s day sale is on
And when we try to order frames only under sale
Then they say u have to buy lenses also
They have not mentioned anywhere that frames only cant be bought
In fact when we select frames from sale section they are added to cart but discount is not being applied
If only frames cant not be ordered from sale section then why are they giving option to order it...

As part of CORP program they gave me voucher, which is not working now & giving justification like we discontinue that

Received notification from Lenskart for CORP program, as part of which after registering with my company email ID I will receive CORP offer code.

Which I did as they mentioned in that mail, after which I received offer code.

After some days I tried to utilize that voucher code, but notice that it is not working & raise concern with Lenskart, where they gave reason that CORP program offer has been discontinued.br...
