Ordered two pair of glasses end I received with the major cracks where the lenses are broken into the pieces in the package box and this has been done because of the shipment here the problem of lenskart because they did not packed the items properly with air bubble shield and the outer cardboard box, by this reason I told the customer care many times regarding this but they didn't respond anything and at the end I exchange the product with the new product. And they called the blue dart about the return pick up, by this reason I again called customer care and request them to arrange another Courier service but again they arranged the pick up by BlueDart, because of that i again called him, but they told me to wait 24 hours, and i'm surely confirmed that they will arrange again with bluedart or send the damaged product because of bad packaging.
The solution I want is that I want my new glasses which are on hold till you receive the damaged product, and you will do your other pickup process anytime you want to be.
because of your poor service to your customer. so it's my request to send my glasses.
Because of this we are tired mantely as well as physically. You know it greatly to have glasses to a person. It is an Emergency and how important it is to have it on time.
NOTE- If i not will get a proper solution in 24 hours, i will surely go to Consumer Court and make a Case against you. again its a request to you, to take action on it as possible as you can do.
