This is my 1st and i think last experience because no bady support to customer, i have make a order on 27th of june 2020 and product delivery date as mention on website is 1st july and today is 1st july i don't know where is my order, i make a call and asked to customer care she said i will call back after 15 min but no bady calling me i am waiting for 2 hr, I don't know why people like lenskart, refund my money back at the earliest.

    On 28.06.2021, a lenscart official came to my place for trial visit. I selected two glasses which were on scheme. One of the specs was defectivel and misalligned. I have called the official to visit my place again and get the defective piece replaced.
    But no one visited. You are requested to send a person to my place so that he can collect the faulty glasses and bring back the correct one.

      I placed an order on 29th May 2021on lenskart, which is still not delivered to me.
      Order id [protected]

      After following up countless times, the lenskart team told me that my order was delivered on 23rd June at 6:20 pm and shared proof of delivery but it never was, to investigate further, I contacted the on-ground Delhivery courier team to know the status of my order and I got to know that they have marked this order as lost in their system and hence never delivered it.

      Whereas the lenskart team had the audacity to share fake POD with me starting the order is delivered.

      Please Refund my money or place a fresh order.

        Both the lenskart blu eyeglasses after wearing by my daughter she feel a sever headache and consult the physiotherapist, then would found that the glasses that lenskart provided have some error. Requested u to return your product back and refund me the amount.

          I placed an order worth Rs. 4068 on 28th May 2021. It is 28th June and I still have not received my order! I have raised the issue to their customer team multiple times. Wrote emails, called the helpline, used the chatbot but all futile no resolution.

          My money is with them for a month and the order is still not with me.

          This has not only caused me serious frustration issue but I also missed the opportunity to get 1 month's worth of interest on my money.

          Please help me resolve this.

            I have purchased 2 nos eyeglasses from omaxe connaught place Lenskart store on 11 oct.

            But now i have seen there is one crack near the leans in frame which is increasing day by day.

            I have visited the Lenskart store (Gurgaon Adarsh Nagar) for that but they refused to repair it because they said it will not cover in warrenty as it is physical damage but there is not a single scratch mark or any dent in frame. Only one small crack mark is increasing from near by the lense as per local vendor it might be due to wrong fitment of glass.

            My order was [protected].

            Right now i don't know where should i go.

            As i have also told them to glue it with something that it will not increase in futur but they directly refuse to entertain the case & repeating it is physical damage. But they didn't want to investigate how crack occur on that place.

            They didn't want to accept the fact it can be manufacturing defect or frame has low build quality.

              Wrong prescription given after eye checkup

              I had ordered Bausch & Lomb optima 38(polymacon) contact lenses (right and left) from lenskart .l received one of my contact lenses damaged (ie. one folded lens).worth Rs.727.I was unable to open the folded lens . I really disappointed with this order. I would like to have my lens replaced. Please consider this complaint serious & take action as soon as possible.

                      I west to the store (Lenskart fazir bazar shibpur shop no 493 GT road ground floor Howrah pin 711102 West Bengal) ist time on 11th this month because one screw of my John and Jacob spectacle has been came out and they fixed it in that store though it was loose and they told it will not come out but it came out on 17th I again went to the store and told I want to buy the same frame just change my glass to that new frame they told they will send that to their lab in kolkata and fix it max to max by 21st and will call me but they didn't call I called the store on 22nd ist time they told they will inform me soon but they didn't call 2nd time I call and they told me that my spectacle is not in their store and they will conform with their back up team but they again didn't inform me anything and 3rd time when I called they told it's in their lab it will take another 2-3 day minimum. There is lockdown going on in West Bengal it's difficult to go repeatedly to a store and it was my only spectacle with adjusted power

                        Hi team,

                        I visited Lenskart store of Nagori garden - Bhilwara, rajasthan.

                        At the time of store visit, the store manger - Prateek Chauhan made us wait outside the store considering the covid situation which was understandable and we waited for almost half an hour outside the store.

                        After half an hour when I went inside the store I asked Prateek Chauhan for eye checkup so that I could choose the glasses and spectacle incase of any change in my eyesight for that he made us wait for more than 2 hours just for the eye checkup even when he himself along with the 2 staff were doing nothing and sitting idle.

                        And even after making us wait for 2 hours he was not sorry and started arguing as we requested him for the checkup and reminded him the same .

                        The behaviour shown by store manager PRATEEK CHAUHAN was PATHETIC, UNAPOLOGETIC AND EGOISTIC. Attitude was very bad and negative .

                        He even made fun o[censored]s for waiting infront o[censored]s with his fellow staff prasant .

                        I would never ever recommend my friends and family to visit that store ever again if the staff is not given proper lesson for his inappropriate behaviour.

                        And if he stays there as store manger for too long I am 100% sure that store will be shut down very soon.

                              And when we try to order frames only under sale
                              Then they say u have to buy lenses also
                              They have not mentioned anywhere that frames only cant be bought
                              In fact when we select frames from sale section they are added to cart but discount is not being applied
                              If only frames cant not be ordered from sale section then why are they giving option to order it

                                  Received notification from Lenskart for CORP program, as part of which after registering with my company email ID I will receive CORP offer code.

                                  Which I did as they mentioned in that mail, after which I received offer code.

                                  After some days I tried to utilize that voucher code, but notice that it is not working & raise concern with Lenskart, where they gave reason that CORP program offer has been discontinued.

                                  Which is not making sense, as you already dispatched voucher code & it should work.

                                    I have purchased 2 spectacle with frame from lenskart near Victoria college, Palakad, Kerala showroom in December. But within 2 months one of that frame broken. And I had given it to the showroom for repair but they told me that they can do nothing and also asked me to buy a frame which cost the same as new spectacular. And I was forced and I had to purchase another pair. Although service was good while purchasing new frame, service afterwards is really not satisfactory.

                                    As I visited the showroom at Palakkad and requested for the repair which was denied and I was convinced to order another pair which is just creating volume. Your people utilised the situation for more business. It's nothing but cheating in all sense.

                                    Lenskart need to improve the way service is provided. I am a gold member and has been purchasing for a while. But that was an annoying experience.

                                    Training has to be given for those who deal the customer

                                    So please do the needful.

                                      I bought 2 specs from Lenskart under Gold Membership scheme of one Plus one, I paid Rs 2800. I guess Rs 1400 per glasses for computer glasses is above average.

                                      I bought Gold membership to do this.

                                      Now, they delivred one of the glasses but did not deliver the other one citing that courier partner returned it.
                                      How am I as a consumer supposed to believe this kind of stuff?

                                      I called them on 09th June and was told by the customer care that I will get my order in 2 days. Then later during the day I got an email stating "Refund request approved".
                                      I never asked for refund and that store credit of Rs 840.

                                      Couple of things:
                                      1. Why run a scheme if they cant fulfill it?
                                      2. Why did they lie to me?
                                      3. I never requested for a refund
                                      4. The same glasses will cost me double of the store credit they have given me i.e. Rs 1680.
                                      5. I wrote to them that I need the product as it is. But, only store credit email has been sent to me.

                                      Still, they have gone ahead and processed the refund without my consent and without any further response to my mails dated 09th June.

                                      I need help with this.
                                      This is an utterly disappointing experience for me. I am not happy at all with what has been done and might be happening with other customers too.
