Regarding not Resolving my problem from Previous 2 months

I Placed an Order of 2 Pair of spectacles from Lenskart. My order I'd is [protected].In this order, I Received only 1 Spectacles which I Returned under Return Terms and Conditions of Company.while I didn't receive second Spectacles till yet and Not Received Return Payment of Order which I returned....

Refund

Hi, I recently bought a blue ray glasses with pre-payment. After I received my galsses, one glass frame is too large. So I returned it through online option. They collected the frame. In lenskart app, it shows refund status completed. But I haven't received my amount yet. It's been 15 days over....

Product was not delivered and not responding properly.

I placed 3 products in the order on 19th Dec and it was mentioned ill get the product on 28th December. I received 2 of them on 23rd December and I was waiting for the other product till mentioned date. At the end of time, I didn't receive the third product and now they are claiming they delivered it on 23rd December and suddenly my order status of 3 products changed to delivered at 11:40 PM of 27th December.

Product is not delivered and said it was delivered

I ordered sunglasses, eyeglasses and lens cleaner at a time. They delivered sunglasses and lens cleaner but not eyeglasses.
Now they claiming they delivered all three products and customer care support not even trying to look into my problem.
Worst is it is not opening in my mobile now and opening in everyone's device.
Worst experience happened with any service ever....

Wrong glasses in checkup

Lenskart provide me wrong glass and they are not exchanging or returning this product. They are continuously telling me our concert department will talk to you bu no call is coming from them....

No service for the new product which got damaged from customer executive's side.

I ordered a new eye glass on 31st Oct 2021 from Lenskart, Padivattom, Kochi. The total cost was Rs.2594. I took a subscription also the same day.

I received the product on 12th Nov. Few days later I observed that the right side screw loosened and on 10th Dec I went to the lenskart showroom at Oberon mall, Kochi which was near to my residence. I told them my concern and they tried different screws...

I went to Lenskart outlet at Sri Sai Gayatri Towers, S NO-142, Financial District, Nanakaramguda, Telangana 500032, today on 18th Dec. I wanted to buy eyeglasses but no one even bothered to help out with glasses or frames.
It looked as though everything is self service, we need to buy frames, but glasses, set them in the frame and then go.

There was just 1 other couple in the shop, and everyone was showing frames to...

Rude behavior by representative

Ordered framed few weeks back and waited two more days for the lens to be prepared and delivered along with frame, but delayed this for few more weeks saying some technical issue, and when my mother called today the representative spoke very rudely which dissaponted my mother very much, a total dissatisfied and dissaponted first experience with lenskart, how come such a reputed company employ rude behavior employees....

We visited 3 branches of Lenskart, 1st one in Kolathur 2nd in Shanthi colony & 3rd is Kolathur again.
Buy 1 Get 1 for gold membership (whtas the use)
For my mom the Eye check up was done in Kolathur Lenskart for the power & frame was also choosen.
They asked us to select another frame, since kids size wasn't available we went to Shanthi colony branch. Size wasn't available that's fine & understandable.

I have ordered contact lenses from Lenskart and the cylindrical value has not been added. Only the spherical value has been added due to which my vision is blur and cannot see crystal clear. I had uploaded a prescription for this order and had the power confirmed with your customer care right after I placed the order. Vincent chase by lenskart full rim aviator frame temples get loosened and colour faded away.

I had ordered Vincent chase by lenskart full rim aviator frame from flipkart on 21/09/2021. I have been using the same since 3 months . Now the temples of the spectacles getting loosened and the colour also faded away and can't use properly. It have 1 year manufacture warranty...

Refund not received till date

On 4 Dec, I purchased their PRO membership. As LK Cash didn't credit even after contacting their customer care, I cancelled their membership and asked for a refund. They assured for refund within 24 hrs. Till date, I haven't received any refund. Please consider this complaint and refund otherwise I shall go to pg portal.

Disrespectful Treatment at the Store

The lenskart Nellore Store staff is highly disrespectful and ill mannered and mistreated with me. They're saying the optician is not available at 4 in the evening and saying it as lunch time in a bad manner....

Regarding Order Issue

I purchased the Lenskart Pro membership and they said that on your Lenskart Pro membership Purchase Your First Specs are Free of cost which and they add 1600 Lenskart Cash in my account to order the First Specs but after Purchased the Membership they said its a technical issue and we'll resolve it but they disconnect and transfers my call but not one really help me. They just making people's fool.

Against appointment with Lenskart

I have booked appointment on 29.11.2021 for scheduled 02.12.2021 at 1 pm to 3 pm but no one has come to me yet,
Yesterday I have received call ( M. No. [protected]) several times and they (Mr. Anil and one more women) told me that we have rescheduled your appointment and i asked them please reschedule and they rescheduled 5 pm to 7 pm but no one has come, again they called me around 9.30 pm and asked me for rescheduled your appointment...

Regarding eye glasses insurance

I have ordered two eye glasses from lens kart store Pheionx mall Bangalore on 22 feb 2021 with order of - [protected], with insurance of Rs99 from Bajaj ..after receiving product I found product was not good then immediately I placed order for exchange of product, after few days I have received new product and I was under impression insurance which I had taken for old product will also be transferred to new one because I have paid the money...

Supply of defective

I have placed an order for visiting and measuring the powers and accordingly they have placed orders for me and my wife after measuring the powers.
They have supplied both the lenses, and while one had come in good condition, the other one had arrived in defective condition.

I have ordered for exchange of the defective one with a fresh one and accordingly they picked up the pack of the defective lenses, but till now...
