Kindly check why this type of cheating business they are conducting.

I requested return for the products and refunds in original mode of payment but after return they just gived me store credit. I want my money as a cash or in bank.

    I placed an order with order no: [protected] and In the payment sections I paid as a guest from the mobile number: [protected] as I didn't have an account in Lenskart at that time, after the payment, It said the payment is a success ( I have the payment SS for your reference) and after the payment when I was entering the prescription values, It stopped immediately stating that the payment is failed ( I have attached the SS for your reference ) but the payment is done successfully and the amount has been cut from the bank as well ( I have attached the same for your reference ). As I paid as a guest, I was unable to view or track the order. Can you kindly look into this matter? Thanks.

      I have booked a home eye checkup on Feb23 via website for 25th Feb
      i contacted lenskart on feb 25th, they gave me 24-48hrs for resolution
      i contacted them again on Monday Feb 28th, they again postponed to March 1, now when i contact them, they are again postponing to March 2nd

        My Brand new Half frame spectacles' lense just pop up due to loosening . I have not expected that a huge company like lenskart will give low quality products. I think that I would have bought it from a local store nearby . It will not give such a defective frame
        The lenses are so expensive if it continues to fall again and again it will get damaged.
        Then the worker at the showroom started giving excuses that in half frames this problem is common. Also told us for insurance .
        When we bought it no one there even told us about the insurance and this problem of half frames.
        They just feel selling is the most important .

          I opted for lenskart home visit and placed order for my entire family (10 in number with a value of INR 14k+).

          Not a single powered specs were delivered with accurate power. After, continues, painful and false promises by the representative...here is the current status.
          1- 4 pcs ordered for my son, I now spent additional and got correct powered glasses from local vendor - Promised return with refund PROMISE NOT KEPT
          2- For self -- Rep broke my existing specs, from the two ordered I kept one and returned the other (Due to incorrect power specifications). PROMISED REFUND, not honoured.

          Wanted to try one last time before approaching legally for commitment not kept.

            THE STORE MANAGER(phone no is [protected]), gave me the appointment on 23rd feb 2022 how to use lenses as i m a first time user, by reaching on time with a small kid he asked to wait for another 45 min as his staff was not there in store, when i asked him what is the purpose of the appointment, with a small kid i cannot wait for so long, please give me home delivery and tell the person to teach me how to use., he refused and started showing me the attitudeA.
            again on 24th i asked him can i come so that someone can teach me, he said i will tell you in a while but he didnt called me back.

            i want an enquiry to be so rude with lady who dont know how to use lenses.Also i can file a complaint in consumer court too, as i have video that too i can put on instagram, but not doing it .Please resolve at your end.

              Myself dr shubham working in max hospital new delhi and I have bought a new glass in December frok lenskart with premium lenses today i noticed a crack in it and wen i visited select city walk mall saket new delhi lenskart store they behaved poorly and didn't changed my glasses. Please changed the glasses otherwise I'll sue u in court and lodge a legal complain against u.

                Gst invoice

                I have visited the lenskart store in madurai and before ordering the items i enquired about invoice with my gst no incorporated so that i can claim gst input credit. in the store they also gave assurance that they will send email to the office and you will get the invoice with your gst. after confirmation front the store only i placed that order.

                at the time of receiving the order i didn’t get the invoice with my gst...

                I placed an order on 8th feb for two eyeglasses, but one of them were of wrong eye power so i applied for exchange for it and till now the replacement order hasn’t even been shipped, i have contacted lenskart but they are not working on this issue, they’re so unprofessional they don’t even know what’s wrong with the order. I demand for the delivery of my order or i need refund and compensation for wasting my time and mental harrasment.

                I have been waiting since a long time, you do not understand how much strain my eyes have to undergo without the glasses, instead i would have bought my glasses from local store, it would have been so much hassle free

                  I ordered two specs from lenskart on 12 feb 2022, the expected delivery was on 16 feb but it got delayed so i contacted customer care, they informed me that my product will get delivered in 24-48 hours. On 19 feb 2022 when i checked the application, the application is showing the product is delivered but i did not recieve my product

                          My lenskart order ID is [protected]. I have ordered lenskart eyeglasses and John Jacobs sun power sunglasses on 6 Feb 2022. the order got delivered on 12 Feb 2022 via Kerryindevexpress. Product outer polybag was damaged. The product was received but is a different/wrong product which I have not ordered. I have called lenskart on the same day in the night but the IVR system says the lenskart representative is available only from 9 AM to 9 PM so I have called again on the next day Sunday and raised a complaint regarding my issue. lenskart asked for photos of the received wrong product. i have shared all photos on mail with the declaration form. now lenskart is saying why I have taken parcel. and saying it is my fault he says lenskart will check with the courier person. if not solved they said lenskart will not do anything on this. this is my first and last purchase on lenskart. I have not expected to get this type of lenskart support.

                          I am asking lenskart to provide me with my refund ASAP. Requesting for a refund.

                                  I purchase two glass date 5/2/2022 from store Sundernagar district Mandi Himachal Pradesh.Here i got offer buy 1 get offer and I got my order 7/2/2022 here I got issue on one glass before accepting my order and i told to him for replacement and they assured to me.Till now I didn't take any information from store i already complaint to customer care but they also give me only sympathy.I want to replacement my order as soon as possible.Here i see police for replacement only 14 days and one week passed away but no conclusion for my replacement.Please take seriously.

                                    It is sorry to inform that lenskart offer insufficient services, I with my family visited 2-3 times at lenskart store jail road Delhi for specs and eyes test . Everytime they asked for more than 1:30hrs waiting for eyes test, we requested for appointment still they are not listening the problem and asked to wait. It is difficult to visit everytime and wait for 2 long. They should have given appointment to respect customer time also, but it seems that they are lacking to understand customer side.

                                      I have visit Lenskart store in Madhapur (vishruth optics) the employee behavior is very rude towards customer handling and response about the product doubt and clarification about the product. I am not happy with service we gold customer we take or visit the store frequency of lenskart I am not happy with employee name (Pooja).

                                      Kindly I would like to bring under kind note, I dont want to see this kind of issue in store please resolve this issue.
