This is pankaj mishra from jm financial services ltd. There was a camp organised by your mumbai team at our office and i had ordered a progressive glass with frame which costed nearly rs.5000/-. It was delivered on[protected] but i am completely unsatisfied with the product. It is proving to be useless. Please ask your team to get it collected and ensure that the same is corrected without loss of time.

    I placed an order on Lenskart. My order was confirmed and after 2-3 hours they mentioned it as "Stocked Out". What sense does it make. It means you make the product out of stock after confirming it and getting the payment. If stocking out means something else then you should clearing mention it on the Website. If it means what the actual meaning of "stocked out" is, then Lenskart is just messing with us.

    I apologise for the complaint. I too thought that Stocked out means the product has been taken out of inventory but was bit confused.

      I bought spects. On 30 june, 2019 from lenskart outlet in elante chandigarh, the staff told me that the lens are scratch proof, but now i found that it was not true, my lens have scratches on it, so now what should i do? & there is 6 months warranty for scratches, so now what should i do? I don't want scratches on my lens. So, kindly take appropriate steps to help me, i shall be thankful to you.

        I bought lenskart's brand frame (Vincent chase) from its air flex range with blucut powered glasses.

        The pictures shown on the product shows as if it can be twisted in any sense and it is very flexible and light frame.

        But the frame's material is really stiff and broke on its on while wearing normally in sitting position in around 6 months.
        Lenskart provides 1 year warranty but they are not accepting it as it is a breakage which they do not cover in the warranty.
        But i want to say, that this is because of the cheap quality of the product contrary to the marketing.
        The product's manufacturing and design is not up to the mark, which is leading to breakage and it is a manufacturing issue.

        When i went to rate the frame 1 star, i found other people's reviews with exact same thing happening to them, the frame breaking from the same position on its own because of the pressure from lens fitting within.

        I would like lenskart to provide me with the replacement.

          It is not even 1 week of time of receiving my order from Lenskart. The specs are very old and delicate. Also there are lot of scratches on them. The staff has clearly told me that it's unbreakable but its broken.
          Not happy with service as well, still the status of my order is not updated in my account, showing as processing.
          I want to replace them ASAP.

          I have no information on my order, they took 20 days of time even after frequent visit to the store. The status is not updated yet in my account. Showing processing.
          Received very poor and delicate OLD frame, broke within 1 week time of receiving.
          This is not fair, spent a lot. The staff assured me that frame is unbreakable.
          How it is possible that both the legs are broken. Also there are lot of scratches on my received specs.
          I need serious action this.

            I have ordered two spectacles from lens kart. They supposed to be delivered by 12 September 2019. But tracking is showing that my order is not even started processing stage. I have my upsc mains exams soon. How I supposed to give it with my old lower power spectacles? When I contacted the customer care services they are not even giving me dead line for delivery. They are saying it can take any number of days. Even 10 days more might be possible. This is not fare. You should have mentioned it beforehand. This is not the way professional company like you should behave. I am frustrated due to headache and it's affecting my studies. So look into my matter asap. Or else for sure I will drag your company into court for harassment of customers.

When i talked to customer care they are saying we can not do anything go complain where ever you want. My product details is vincent chase vce11521.                 Lenskart team got my eye test done at home.. Ordered my glasses and got it delivered but the frame is loose and not exactly the one that i tried.
                I need to know if they can get it changed at home or i need to go to the store.

                    I have purchased 2 blue coat glass with frame from lenskart lawrence road, amritsar showroom in may. It within 2 month, one of that frame broken. Against manufacturing defect. Manjoor is sales person he also tell me 1 year full warranty. Becoz we buy flex series frame.
                    Now that time of breakage he didnt reponse.
                    Very bad quality and very bad service. Although service was good while purchasing new frame, service afterwards is really not satisfactory.

                      Sir mene 12 august ko order kiya tha or bole the ki standard delivery 18 august tak ho jayega. Sir 2 frame tha jisame se mujhe 1 frame mila and 2nd ka bole ki out of stock hai to time lagega. Or bole 2 to3 day me vo bhi milega then mene wait kiya jab product 3 day me nahi mila to mene fir se call kiya to bole frame out of stock hai is liye nahi aaya. Or customer support ne bola ki aap frame change kar to vo aap ko 31 august tak milega. But 31 august ho gya or product nahi mila call karane par pata chala ki product unake paas nahi hai out of stock hai sir fir mene 1september ko paisa refund ke liye request beja hi to bole ki aap ko paisa refund hone me time 15 din ka time lagega kyuki pura process me time lagata hai sir plz help me... Plz sir mera paisa refund karane me madat kara do sir

                          I have ordered two specs in lenskart on 9th august, and within 3 days i got message that order is dispatched which is really good and appreciate that. Unfortunately my address was old address and coureier guys asked for my new address. I waited for 4 days i didnt get my specs. Since it is very urgent for me and have to travel out of country, i went to the courier warehouse and could able to collect only one. And the other one they told they will deliver to new address. It has been more than 3 weeks now, i still didnt get the specs and dont want to wait anymore. Now i want to cancel my specs and get the refund. When i spoke to customer care, now they are telling we cannot do partial refund, return the old specs also. How can i return the one which i'm using it. Also they are telling it is not possible to deliver the product, where they need to place the order again. Which is not at all acceptable. Have been using lenskart for past years and have ordered more than 10 specs, this time it is horrible.

                            I am a frequent user of Lenskart but last year i faced issue with quality of vision so i ordered fresh Order ID:[protected] I was assured before placing the order that if anything wrong happens this time I will be getting resolution and that their coating and other quality been improved but to my surprise one of my two placed spectacles one gave me vision problems within an year (placed in July 2018) and as per the policy of one year warranty I emailed them in feb, 19 and they replied that lenses vision can change every 3 Months? and asked me to place new order and pay again ? (refer screenshot) Then what to do with the warranty of one year ? I feel cheated that product is still not in use and I was using the alternate one but thought of highlighting it with you so that no other customers get misguided like me and face humilations.                               I had placed an order on Lenskart on 16th August 2019. Order id - [Order ID:[protected]].
                              Due to some error in their payment gateway, my money got deducted 2 times from my paypal account but order didn't go through.

                              Now whenever I reach the support team, they say our finance team is looking into the issue. Its been 12 days now still they have not issued the refund or processed the order.

                              I have really started to doubt their intention whether they want to refund my money or not. I think it is just a trick of Lenskart to show 300 cashback on online payment. When you do online payment, your order won't go through but your money will be deducted.
                              Even after multiple follow up, they wont refund your money. Will come with generic reply that "we are working on your request and will get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs. I am pretty sure if they reply on this complaint, they will reply the same.

                              This is the second resort of my complaint and if my refund is not issued now, next step will be directly in consumer court.

                                I Dhanlaxmi C. Pednekar, Place an order at Lenskart, Shop no.3, Sai Leela Co-operative premises Society Ltd., Mokesh Plaza, SV Road, Borivali west, Mumbai-Maharashtra, Tel-[protected]. My Order No-[protected] Date-13 July 2019.
                                At the beginning the Store manager Mr. Vaibhav Sakpale were highly encouraging and entertaining us to buy more and more products. He show us so many frame and its features. Finally i select 2 Frames. after 20 days i got my order and i was very exited but after were eyeglass i came to know that 1 frame (item Id[protected]is completely different which was i not selected.
                                I visit Store and knowledge my issue that time i was surprised that store not entertain my issue and showing me company return policy. They not ready to process for Frame replacement and told me that they will not do anything for replacement. This means that they are trying to avoid the service and behave us like customer is not important.
                                I am very disappointed.

                                i request you please take it serially and provide me proper frame which i was selected. waiting for your positive feedback.

                                  I had placed an order on Lenskart on 17th August 2019. Order id - [protected]. Due to some error in their payment gateway, my money got deducted 4 times from my card but order didn't go through.

                                  Now whenever i am asking them for refund, they are asking me to wait. Its been 5 days now still they have not issued the refund. I have really started to doubt their intention whether they want to refund my money or not. I think it is just a trick of Lenskart to show 200 off on online payment. When you do online payment, your order won't go through but your money will be deducted. Even after multiple follow up, they wont refund your money. Will come with generic reply that "we are working on your request and will get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs. I am pretty sure if they reply on this complaint, they will reply the same.

                                  This is the second resort of my complaint and if my refund is not issued now, next step will be directly in consumer court.

                                  Also attaching is my screenshot of the conversation which i had with their manager where they had promised i will get my refind in 24 hrs but its not been done yet.

                                  I win quiz from lenskart website and i win lenses solution in which they said only to pay delivery charges 80rs and i paid it by my debitcard but now i am getting massage product is stocked out i want refund of it they are doing cheating with costumer and wasting their time for quiz contest kindly note that they are cheater

                                    I see a high number of complaints regarding lenskart products being stocked out, but all problems appear to have been taken care off as per the comments by lenskart, therefore i hope my order which at the moment is going through the problem of stocking out would be resolved too.                                       On 9th august 2019 i ordered two specs with order amount rs.1530 and order id [protected]. On the same day i cancelled my order because i placed another order due to fitting issue. But lenskart team is disguising me by saying soon i will get my refund. After 12 days also they are not refunding my money and saying it will take time.
