I have ordered two specs in lenskart on 9th august, and within 3 days i got message that order is dispatched which is really good and appreciate that. Unfortunately my address was old address and coureier guys asked for my new address. I waited for 4 days i didnt get my specs. Since it is very urgent for me and have to travel out of country, i went to the courier warehouse and could able to collect only one. And the other one they told they will deliver to new address. It has been more than 3 weeks now, i still didnt get the specs and dont want to wait anymore. Now i want to cancel my specs and get the refund. When i spoke to customer care, now they are telling we cannot do partial refund, return the old specs also. How can i return the one which i'm using it. Also they are telling it is not possible to deliver the product, where they need to place the order again. Which is not at all acceptable. Have been using lenskart for past years and have ordered more than 10 specs, this time it is horrible.

    I am a frequent user of Lenskart but last year i faced issue with quality of vision so i ordered fresh Order ID:[protected] I was assured before placing the order that if anything wrong happens this time I will be getting resolution and that their coating and other quality been improved but to my surprise one of my two placed spectacles one gave me vision problems within an year (placed in July 2018) and as per the policy of one year warranty I emailed them in feb, 19 and they replied that lenses vision can change every 3 Months? and asked me to place new order and pay again ? (refer screenshot) Then what to do with the warranty of one year ? I feel cheated that product is still not in use and I was using the alternate one but thought of highlighting it with you so that no other customers get misguided like me and face humilations.       I had placed an order on Lenskart on 16th August 2019. Order id - [Order ID:[protected]].
      Due to some error in their payment gateway, my money got deducted 2 times from my paypal account but order didn't go through.

      Now whenever I reach the support team, they say our finance team is looking into the issue. Its been 12 days now still they have not issued the refund or processed the order.

      I have really started to doubt their intention whether they want to refund my money or not. I think it is just a trick of Lenskart to show 300 cashback on online payment. When you do online payment, your order won't go through but your money will be deducted.
      Even after multiple follow up, they wont refund your money. Will come with generic reply that "we are working on your request and will get back to you in 24 to 48 hrs. I am pretty sure if they reply on this complaint, they will reply the same.

      This is the second resort of my complaint and if my refund is not issued now, next step will be directly in consumer court.

        I Dhanlaxmi C. Pednekar, Place an order at Lenskart, Shop no.3, Sai Leela Co-operative premises Society Ltd., Mokesh Plaza, SV Road, Borivali west, Mumbai-Maharashtra, Tel-[protected]. My Order No-[protected] Date-13 July 2019.
        At the beginning the Store manager Mr. Vaibhav Sakpale were highly encouraging and entertaining us to buy more and more products. He show us so many frame and its features. Finally i select 2 Frames. after 20 days i got my order and i was very exited but after were eyeglass i came to know that 1 frame (item Id[protected]is completely different which was i not selected.
        I visit Store and knowledge my issue that time i was surprised that store not entertain my issue and showing me company return policy. They not ready to process for Frame replacement and told me that they will not do anything for replacement. This means that they are trying to avoid the service and behave us like customer is not important.
        I am very disappointed.

        i request you please take it serially and provide me proper frame which i was selected. waiting for your positive feedback.

            I see a high number of complaints regarding lenskart products being stocked out, but all problems appear to have been taken care off as per the comments by lenskart, therefore i hope my order which at the moment is going through the problem of stocking out would be resolved too.                   Lenskart is a pathetic company they just aim to take money from customer and at the time of delivery they will start with the excuses and avoiding phone calls. From Lenskart naraina i have placed the order with order number [protected] delivery date extended twice and when you will call on their customer care number they will ask you for 48 hrs time and this will keep going on they will make your life hell and make you feel like a fool who have trusted them with the money and valuable time

                    My order no is [protected]. They said me it will be deliver by 17 aug regardless it up to 20 aug 2019.
                    Today is 19 aug and i call them for dispatch issue, they told me one frame is not available so i will call you again for new order.
                    Neither did he called me nor did i get any info regarding one frame out of stock.
                    I did that using independence offer and would the same for my new order or justsent me my old order
                    I dont have gloasses at the moment causing me inconvenience.

                      spects got broken

                      Hi, this is sandesh from chennai,
                      I bought 2 spects from lenskart 2 months before. Before buying i had very good expectations about lenskart, i thought it would last longer and all.
                      But not even rough using it, it broke, that too just while removing,
                      I tried to share my problem with lenskart customer care, i got a harsh reply saying it's my mistake,

                      kept out of stock product in display

                      Worst experience ever at lenskart gachibowli outlet (Near hp petrol pump) hyderabad. I went there to buy sun glasses and after selecting one while billing they said very easily that it is out of stock. Even the behavior of the manager was strange. When i asked manager on why he kept out of stock product on display as how customer knows that, he simply said please select the other one. Means time has no value in-front of him. I have already...

                      A few months ago, i bought spectacles from your lenskart store, chennai, tambaram. Vide order no.
                      Matte black blue full rim rectangle small (Size-50) vincent chase air spree vc e11001-m - c2 eyeglasses
                      Product id : 126464

                      At the time of buying, the store manager told that the frame has 1 year warranty and the lens is scratch resistant. I was forced to buy gold membership. The frame got broken now not even lasting for 4 months. Worst and substandard product was sold.

                      I was told that i paid only for the lens and frame has come free and hence they cannot do anything. I at least wanted my frame to be repaired, which was completely denied, by the store in charge. What is the use of a lens when the frame itself is substandard.

                      On contacting the store, the manager made false promise that he had got approval for frame replacement free of charge.

                        Totally dissatisfied with the service provided by lens kart.

                        The order no was [protected]. It is not even been 1 year and one eye glass is totally scratched as compared with other glass.

                        It is clearly visible that the two lenses are of different quality. What is the standard lens kart is providing for the customer.

                        Here i have paid arroung rs. 4000/- and the product is such a poor quality material which doesn't even serve the purpose for at least 1 year.

                        I will never ever recommend someone lens kart until you have a permanent solution for my issue.

                        Till this date i was a satisfied customer but henceforth i don't like to continue the relationship.

                        Based on the above complaint they have made a replacement but that was not lasting for 6 months. Right now they have made a call to me and updated that they cannot replace it again as the master order has completed more than one year.

                          I had buy lens with frame on 26th july and got delivery on 01st aug 2019, while continue wearing of lens getting vision problem in left eyes as measurement not taken properly. View from left eyes is bluer, then i had visited store to resolve my problem, they told me that they are getting approval for near and far vision, they will replace my existing lens and giving me 2 separate lenses for near and distance without any cost.
                          But today (11.08.2019) i got a call from your centre and they denied giving 2 separate lenses.
                          Now i am totally disappointed with your services.
                          I need resolution on this. Either you can do correct measurement of my existing lens or give me 2 separate lens without any cost. If you are not able to do it, then return my money without any deductions.
                          If you are not agreeing for anything, then i will go to consumer forum and will lodge complaint.

                            I ordered 2 spectacles from lenskart.. One of them was delivered the next day.. The other was never delivered.. I spoke to a lot of customer service reps who did not help.. Even the manager disconnected the call and never called back.. I have been calling them since last 4 days.. All they tel me is to wait.. I have not got the order yet.. And these people do not help me.. My money is gone.. And the order is still not here.. Customer service is useless cz they do not even have a proof of delivery..

                              Jun : frame broke simply
                              July : reached lens-cart. Promised replacement
                              Aug : leadership changed the mind. No replacement now.

                              The company has non reliable products. Their glasses are low quality than you get outside in local stores. They claimed as un-breakable but later they got broken with normal use. They are cheaters and their policies are suitable for somalia or pakistan type of company.. If you are indian and has indian expectations, this company will not fulfill.

                                I kiran sidana, placed an order at lenskart, green park market, new delhi. At the beginning the employees were highly encouraging and entertaining us to buy more and more products. Once an order for two spectacles were placed, things took a bad turn. They promised to inform of the completion and delivery of product, however no such communication was made from their end. I had to make repeated calls to keep a check on my order. Later once the product was received, one of the product was a sheer blunder. As soon as i tried to wear the product, i was told the dizzy is due to a new lens which is quite normal. However, due to persistent pain being caused in the eye, it made me think that the lens isn't of the correct no. Once i raised the issue with the store optometrist mr. Kamal kanth, he, instead of being apologetic of the blunder he made was quite okay with the fault made. On my repeated unsatisfied comments, did he agree the product of their defect. No monetary compensation or even an apology came my way. Completely, utterly disappointed with service and the product. Kindly look into the matter, really pathetic service.

                                  Worst escalation team. Killing my time from last 2weeks.

                                  No solution.

                                  I told this is manufacturing defect one frame size is bigger and another is smaller, he say its okay no problem, what an #!!

                                  Forget about the other normal issue if the manufacturing defects are not entertained, shame on you guys.

                                  Cheating and by making fool to people, looting the money.
