I went to the lenskart showroom and purchased a ray ban Rx5337 medium (size 52) Black Red 5528 unisex Eyeglasses.
Product ID- 106238
When we received the specs we also fitted crizal lenses in it.But now even though it has barely been a week the glasses are too loose and its not possible to wear them.
This is a manufacturing defect as we received the glasses in this condition.
The ones we tried in the showroom were of perfect fitting.
I would like a replacement of these glasses and a full compensation of the lens that we had to fit in this faulty frame.

      Order placed at Lenskart store on 4th May for two frames. - one full frame and one rimless. Full frame was delivered but it was informed to us the the glasses of the rimless frame broke and it will not be delivered that day. The next date that was given to us, the same thing repeated itself. This happened 3 times. Now all we want is the refund of the amount of the rimless frame because Lenskart is not able to deliver the rimless frame. But the call centre executive and their floor managers are denying and are forcing us to take store credit. After these incidents we do not intend to patronize Lenskart.

        I have previously encountered problems with lenskart but the product was satisfactory
        But now after a successful payment they are saying that the product is stocked out
        WHAT kind of service is this??

        Any company representative, if you are seeing this, please workout your policy
        Because this is some kind of cheating.

        And also i bought the gold membership
        Now i am regretting that decision

            Order Number : [protected] I had ordered Sunglasses from Lenskart against this order id on 1st June'2019. When I opened the box the sunglasses was minutely broken and when I wore it, it started to pain below my eyes. The Rim are duplicate and the Sunglass is also duplicate. It was from Lenskart and the company name is Vincent Chase. I paid Rs.1118.00 and now If I wanted replacement there is no sunglass available with the same colour and I said to send me the original product and then I will return it but Ms.Ann Golsalvez and Mr.Satyendra both are not cooperating with me for replacing the product or atleast provide me the loss which I had occurred by this Duplicate product which was given to me by Lenskart. I asked them to provide me email id of Mr.Peyush Bansal but that also they are not giving me. Being Resolution officer both are saying they don't know email id of Mr.Peyush Bansal CEO of Lenskart.             KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM AGAINST LENSKART WHICH IS STILL PENDING. The Resolution officer is telling me to go to Janakpuri District Centre to collect Sunglasses provided she gets from back end team. This is really unbelievable. Yesterday I received email that I can even get Sunglasses worth Rs.1500 provided the senior officer gets email from back end team. Lenskart is cheating customer and they are just wasting time of customer. I WOULD ADVICE THAT PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LENSKART SINCE the products are Duplicate and even CEO office does not have time to read email of Genuine customers. I am fed up with Lenskart. As per the previous telephonic conversation, we would like to assit you with the replacment but unfortunately as per the highlighted issue our system does not allow to provide the Free of cost sunglass. Even we are ready to provide pre- replacement in which you can select any alternate sunglass with in the same price range of Rs.999/- and same brand vincent chase and we will punch the order and deliver at our nearest lenskart store from your address. Once, it will deliver you can submit the old sunglass and collect the new sunglass. Also, as per our records we have not sent any email for providing sunglasses in Rs.1500/-. Please share the screenshot of the same if you recevied any such email from our executive.

              I have ordered contact lenses through lenskart and this is the 3rd consecutive time I have received damaged lenses.
              Each time the left eye lenses are fine but the right eye lenses are chipped or cracked on the edges. I have called the lenskart customer support for my previous order but did not receive any help. Below are the details of my previous order.

                I have ordered 2 frames yesterday. The order was placed payment was done. And now it is showing stock out. Seriously??
                U guys don't have the stock after placing the order. If it is out of stock then you should have mentioned it before placing the order. This is a very bad experience.
                I found so many have faced the same problem. Why is Lenskart so irresponsible. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

                  I purchased a pair of glasses for me from Lenskart store in Rohini Sector 9 Delhi(dc chowk) on 10 dec 2018 . The frame given by them was very loose and unfit to wear . Despite several visits to the store mentioned above to provide us a permanent solution, we were just ignored and given random excuses .AT last after complaining repeatedly they made a new frame for us but this time developed with faulty eyes number(not similar to mine). Now the spectacles given to me are totally useless as i cannot see anything as these are not made according to my eyesight . When i visited the store again to complain about the faulty spectacles, the staff made fun of me and said that your eyesight has degraded whereas our spectacles are fine. I visited my eye doctor yesterday and he also told me that there is some problem with the glasses given to me.I am attaching a copy of my invoice and eyesight number ordered by me vs number given to me. Thus i request you to take strict action against the staff and return my money asap . I have been harassed for so long now and wont suffer anymore .

                    Lenksart sending lots of trash/fake promotional offers to my number saying that 3000rs credited to my account etc..

                    This kind of practice should be stopped from you and i personally felt that i am not gonna use LANSKART services in my life rather i can live without sight.

                    You do not have to insist customers to buy your products if you are that much good with your products.

                      My order ID is [protected] .I bought frame, sunglasses along with gold membership from Bhandup franchise. At first my ordered delayed by 4 days of expected delivery date and still I got frame which is faulty. When we visit store again they said they will try to replace frame but then they said that frame is not available at all you have to choose different frame. Again when I ask them for partially refund as I want to keep that sunglasses with me they refused to do that and give me only option to choose different frame and proceed order. This is very unsatisfied experience as a customer. If customer is buying your membership with paying extra money and still you are treating them like this then this is not acceptable at all.

                        I have placed order vid no.Order ID: [protected] on Lenskart for Carrera CA8800 Shiny Black 29A Eyeglasses Product Id : 87095 with Lens on[protected] which delivered to me on[protected].
                        The Quality of Glasses is worst, within 3/4 month scratches appear on one of the glass. Though it was clearly mentioned one of the features in order as "Crack & Scratch Resistant". When I approach to the outlet near Kasba, Kolkata they refuse to provide any service even not got any help when called in support no[protected], on request they given a complain no. 8837132 without any further support.
                        My Experience with Lenskart is very disappointing and very much decertified because poor quality after sell service or no service provided by lenskart. I must think in future before visit lenskart again.

                          I have placed order for 2 spectacles on june 2 Order number : ([protected]). and now its showing the product is stocked out and on June 5 i recieved an invoice in email .In which only 1 spectacle is mentioned and the amount is lesser than in the order.As it is a prepaid order I want to get a clarification about the diffrence in invoice and the refund.                             I order 2spects for my father who is a senior citizen, 1 product was dispatched next day and another was stocked out. I got a small for 1st product saying pincode is incorrect. So called customer care asking for a change and also asked to correct before dispatching the second product. After these instructions also the sent the 2nd product with same pincode. And till date i have not received any of the products because now there courier guys are saying they don't provide services in my area.
                            And there list of irresponsible person who promise to call u but will not call (Rajeev from logistics, karan from customer care)

                            Even kenskart doesn't have the hub details were product is stuck
                            And here my father is struggling as he is not able to have a proper vision.
                            Pathetic and unexpected service by so called lenskart.

                                  Hi... I have a costumer from lenskart from 2017... I had given a glass repair i. E a screw had been missed from d frame. I had given it on 2.6.19 at 10.30am to a boy named karthik in anna nagar branch near chintamani chennai tn.
                                  I was said i would get it d same day eve or next day eve but was not given... I had called d staff & every time with a different ans.
                                  Being a grt place to shop also needs timely delivery... My daughter had skipped classes & she is not very happy with ur service pl do the needful

                                  I purchased product from Lenskart in feb 2019.and product was very uncomfortable.I use it only 2 to 3 times only .nose pad of the product is fixed and it makes marks on my nose .i make a request to exchange my product on month may 2019. I spend more than 8000 rupees and it is worth less.

                                    Hello team,
                                    I am a regular customer, who is been buying products from lenskart and it been now almost 2 -3 years i have been purachsing from lenskart.
                                    But this time i am really disappointed as the quality of the frame which i have received is not good.
                                    The frame hinge broke automatically and its not even 6-7 months that i have bought this product.
                                    I bought the frame with bluecoated glasses which was said to be the best, but now i am thinking of whether should i comtinue with lenskart or not.

                                    If by paying this much of amount and the quality is same as that of a local vendor shop, its good that i switch back to them.

                                    I would also recommend others not to use the lenskart service as per my todays experience.

                                      frame hinges

                                      I purchased a Vincent Chase eyeglass on 29 March 2019 through the lenskart app.
                                      After 1 month one of the frame screw is loose and now everytime I wear the glass I have to tilt towards right for the perfect fit.

                                      I enquired with the customer care but they weren't specifying about the above mentioned order.

                                      I would like to know whether lenskart provides any repair service or any return/ replacement....

                                      I placed the order for spectacle from lenskart on 11 feb 2019 and found that inferior quality of frame has been provided which broken easily in just 3 months . Order no is [protected]. Since frame from Lenskart is assumed as good quality as compare to other but it has broken easily whereas there is no brokerage of glass. It is also having warranty of 1 year. I contacted to customer care/resolving officer of lenskart to look into the issue to provide inferior quality and requested to consider it in true sprit to maintain the customer relationship but issue is not being resolved properly .

                                      I would request you to look into the above matter and resolve issue appropriately.

                                      It is regretted to say that Lenskart representative has not taken any action and intermittently misleading to the customer. Since I have easier place the order as COD but they are advising me to pay in advance . This is really like a poor level to deal the customer grievance. Earlier, I raised the issue about inferior quality of frame which has broken in just 3 months and gas been denied straightforward that this is not under cover with warranty but at the same time it should be concluded when glass is mire fragile than frame and when glass has not broken and frame broken is indicating itself that worst quality if frames were provided to the customer. In view of the above a big question arises what is meaning of warranty .

                                      Kindly look into the above and do needful under advise to me.
