I had placed an order last year which has had problems since the vey first day which had been informed to lenskart whose personnel kept delaying me with flase promises after replacing my spectacles once. The issue never ceased and i kept emailing, and eventually was told that they can't refund my money because i didn't claim replacement in time. Lenskart had been informed about the issue from day one and yet chose to be ignorant and sly, avoiding me and taking advantage of the fact that i was being polite.
This harassment has proceeded for too long and if my issue isn't resolved, i'll drag you to the courts.
