Lenskart — No response on the damaged products complaint | |||||
I have raised a complaint 1 month back on the fitting issue for the Order #[protected]. the lens has come out of frame. Lenskart service representative has visited my home and took the frame+ lens and got it repaired. The issue has come again last 10 days back. The Fitting is not upto the mark, i again raised the complaint before 8 days and the lenses has fallen from the frame today around 8.10 pm and had broken into pieces, which the lenskart team claims that they are non breakable lenses. I realized now how much big mistake i made by purchasing the worst lenses from lenskart. I really wonder how come fiber lenses got broken by falling down from 2 feet.
