Hi Ashwin! At the outset, we apologize that our product could not meet your expectations and you wish to return the same. In order to proceed with the resolution, we request you to share 3-4 images of the product where the defect is clearly visible and specifically 1 image of the temple where Product ID is mentioned - sample Temple area image attached since in the above reply there are no images attached.
