I purchased lg smart tv 32inch from chroma in 2015 and in just after 2 years tv has white spot on screen. We call customer care and technician came he said panel need to change or backlight need to change which cost 6k to 14k expense.

We purchase lg product on trust but it is just a fraud like thing in just 2 years tv required panel change?? Then what is lg brand if there tv cant watch long time. What is your warranty on product
Your tv is panel is bad quality then cost should bare by company only why from customer you want money, when we purchased your product we already paid money to your company as trusting you are providing quality product to us and we not get any service cost in at list next some years but what is your quality only in 2 years you shown your bad product sold to customer you are just cheater we never going to purchase lg product in future and never recommend to people as well
Improve your product quality which is very poor

We are just cheated by your brand name now fill all money are wasted,
Who is going to pay for bad quality of product customer or company???

    We have purchased lg refrigerator (Higher end - side by side 2 doors fridge) 5 years back... And all of a sudden the refrigerator stopped working!! Complaint has been registered on june' 17 rnp[protected]. Technician came and told pcb and the compressor need to be checked and after placing order for pcb he came and replaced the pcb and still they problem continued and then he said they compressor need to be changed and after few day days he came and changed the compressor and still the problem continued.
    Then the service people said that they need to take the fridge to the service center for check gas leak and they took it.

    Now they have closed all the complaint and not attending the calls. What is happening to lg? Rk electronics pattambi kerala is the service people who is doing all this.
    Very worst service and we really regret for buying a lg product.
    Yesterday they have returned the product without repairing. I have no other option than going to consumer court.

        I purchased lg led 32 inches tv in may 2015 and in september 2017 it's not working.. The screen went blank. The lg service mentioned that the led panel and pcb problem and gave an estimate of 21381 rupees. Which is 75% of the tv cost. Later i came to know that all the lg led tvs have same issue. Lg selling the failed products, i agree that its lg strategy to apply such faulty parts so that they can earn regularly from customer by replacing parts.

Then why the hell repair and service centers are there. Later i came to know that all the lg led tvs have same issue. Lg selling the failed products.

        And no rational response from the lg service. They are just saying you can get it repaired or not. It is very disappoint to trust and buy this product. I never again buy products from lg and share my experience with all my social network pages and channels.

          Phone is not starting, going into boot loop. At service center they directly said that motherboard is to be replaced, without checking.
          Already there is a lawsuit in us against lg for few of its models having faulty chips. When the company knew this problem exists they should have recalled the sold item.
          Now that my phone warranty period is over i cannot claim it.
          Since its a manufacturing defect of faulty chip i wont like to bear the cost of repairing it. Hence i request a replacement or free of cost repair.

            Respected sir,
            I am typing this nail because of disappointing response from almost three different city's service center for mobile service.

            In this competitive world, india's most prestigious company's service centers are irresponsible for customer's satisfaction. This is like bull # experience.

            I have a new mobile phone lg q6 which is launched last month, and it is very delicate phone... Now the issue is the front glass is broken very next day i receive the phone... And i called at ahmedabad lg service center and contact nirav there. Nirav mo: [protected]. He told me to wait for a week.. And now it has been a month.. And every week i contaced him for update for my combo pack for q6 platinum color.. But he is delaying every week and giving me same answer that there is shortage in all over india.
            How can i believe that the lg is launching new devices and they don't have accerrioseires and material for same?? How rediculious it is. Then i contacted mumbai service center at lower parel. Pankaj mo: [protected]... He is giving me same response. Then i contacted noida service center. Hansraj there. He told me that every service centers has q6 accessories snd combo pack which provided by company. It means nirav from ahmedabad cervice centre and pankaj from mumbaj service center.. Both are laying to me...

            Now i want clear answer for my requirement for q6 platinum color. If i am not getting service from ahmedabad or mumbai in this week i will complaint against lg company to the consumer forum.

            Waiting for positive response.

              Purchased lg fridge no. Lg ref. Ff gc-d432hlam to on dt 19/7/2016 ref bill no 597. Shalimar marketing jalandhar. For rs 51500/ exactly after one year on dt 29/8/2017 the gas was refilled by global service ref bill no.01554 for rd 1479/ authorised sevice centre jalandhar. Now after ten days display is blinking fridge is not working now they say perhaps display we have to change and one another part for that it will cost you. Please let me know whether company can do any thing my number is [protected].

                I was purchase lg refrigerator in m/s. Vardhman sales. Odhav, adinath nagar, ahmedabad at 15th may 2017. After 3month refrigerator do not working so i was told about this problem at that shop. But i don't received satisfy answer. He told us go where you want to go and tell him. We don't call u buy from here.. I[censored] have any problem so go in lg service center. And don't call us again. So now tell me what i do. Is that lg service?

                  My is sanjay. B i purchesed an led tv on 26/9/17 model no lg42lb550a... Its my biggest mistake to buy it form lg shame on lg service... And higher authoritues who is not even fit for their job's. It is the 3rd time the tv is not working each time technicians form lg tv have some or the other problem. I guess all the parts hsve been replaced buy now. Now the product is not under warranty and the tecnichen is asking 50% of the tv cost to repair... And first of all it's tecnichen problem who has badly serviced last time... Who is not fit for their jobs... And i also tried calling higher authorities who is not even answeing the calls shameless ([protected]) & ([protected]) i will take serious action on lg.

                    Description :in june 27th 2017 i have purchased the most costly tv, oled65e6t and it was installed on august 2017. Within one week first fault was found that picture was not coming.

                    We inform to reliance digital personal who done installation. He informed us that hdmi 2 port is not working &he changed set top box line to hdmi 3 port.

                    Last saturday it was happend. After only few days yesterday while watching tv first sounds was stopped & after few seconds picture also gone.

                    To day your service personnel come & tell us that this problem is happened due to malfunctioning of mother board. And fun is that it will available after a week. First of all i am not going to accept this kind of faulty product. I need replacement for the same.2nd i will not wait so much of time, all my home products are from lg. But why i will suffer so much with this kind of costly products. Please have a look and contact me.

                      I have purchased the lg g5 product 4 months ago. After updating the mobile to android 7.0 its giving alot of problems like battery drain, application hang and all. As per service center they dont have any solution for this battery drain, they just format the mobile and install the offline update. The main point is lg takes
                      Alot of cost for new mobiles and as the mobile is updated the main problem starts. They are not concerned about the bugs occurred in the android updates.

                        Hi all,

                        I'm sangita shaw, purchased lg split air conditioner in the year of 2014 october,.. I had made an amc on 14th jul'17. (Vide amc number: 15024027. On 4th sep'2017. I lodged a complaint to the customer care since my ac was not cooling.. A service engineer named nilay dutta had visited our house and seen and said that there is a leakage in the condenser unit, that needs to be replaced, which would be done shortly. After saying he left. He had never given any alternate solution till the time the parts are not available.. Again i had lodged a complain with the existing complaint number that how long it would take to replace the parts..in return the call centre had given the number of service centre and i had called them to get the alternate solution.. One of the person said that we can fillup the gas till the time you don't get the parts replaced. Initially i called mr. Nilay dutta to fill the gas, in reply he said that it would be chargeable even if my machine is under amc, then again i called the customer care and on that request the service engineer mr. Tapan mandal to filled the gas.. He said i will fill the gas.. Since there is a leakage, the gas might not stay.. As soon as it finishes you inform me. After 5 days on 16th sep once the cooling had been stopped, again i called mr. Tapan, but he also asked money for it.

                        I again had called the customer care, i had been promised by them that somebody is going to call me.. Till date no solution had been given. My 5 years old kid is suffering with us not able to sleep for somany days as we stay in the 5th floor, it is impossible to survive without ac. It is a necessity for us.

                        My question is to lg, when you are selling ac, why don't you have parts available with you... Even if you don't have the parts available then why don't you have alternate solution available. Is it a wrong decision that we had taken to purchase lg products?? I never had any issue with lg washing machine.. But when i'm facing problem with my ac,, the kolkata narendrapur service centre is behaving horrible.

                        If my service is not done i'm going knock consumer forum.

                          Yesterday my tv display screen was not working

                          At the time of purchased i was told by lotus official that lg led will work 10 years there will be no problem in 10 years

                          And know this product is out of order within 3 years

                          Sir lg is a big brand and its surprising me that my tv screen is not working
                          Within 3 years

                          Sir please send your official to check my tv as early as possible

                          I have purchased LG 32 inch led tv in AUG, 2014. Just completed around 3 years. Branded Product like LG normally defects will not come so early.

                          We are investing so much money on brands like LG with a trust that it will last longer.
                          We can also purchase unbranded products who will give more warranty at much lesser price with same quality.

                          I am really disappointed because for a middle class person like me Rs. 25000 is a very big amount.

                          Please address my issue and help me getting repaired my TV.If not i will share my views in networking site let people know about LG products will get defective within short period of time .

                            In reference to my call i got a call from customer care and he told me they can't do your servicing of ac without getting charges whethter your ac is in warranty or not. You have to pay charges.
                            I don't know how should i pay labour/services charges in 1st year warranty and forcibly they have closed my call without rectify my ac problem during 1st year warranty.

                              I've have been tricked with the mobile device. The lg company says on their
                              Website that the device nexus 5x with the indian variant model number is lgh791 but the device which i purchased is having the variant number lgh790 which is u. S variant number. My device ran into a famous bootloop problem highly faced by the user of this device all over the world, and so the service centre people says to change the motherboard which will cost me around rs.15000. If it was to be a motherboard of the indian segment it would have costed me a bit less and chances are that the original board might not have faced the problem as it faced right now. If the device is purchased in india so it should have the motherboard that lg says on the website made for india. Also the imei checker shows some different stats when checked online about the details according to the imei. I want to sue the company for giving me a u. S variant device which was supposed to be indian variant device.
                              Bought this device from snapdeal india.
                              I want the company to compensate for the problems that i faced due to this device, lg and their services.

                                When i open try to open door of refrigerator in morning it was not opening sound comes of something stick inside and when door open i found the area near defrost button completely burn plastic get melted see attached photos and study the case to completely avoid such fire inside refrigerator. show this to your qualified top most design team and give me clear justification why this happen. waiting for reply

                                  I purchased a top load true balance lg washer from Hahns appliance warehouse in Tulsa, Ok.
                                  The first one had a water valve problem immediately and they fixed it but then the water sensor went out and they decided to replace it.
                                  The new one had immediately a problem turning on. You had to unplug it for 10-20 seconds and plug it back in.
                                  My point is lg products obviously are not quality products.
                                  Beware when shopping for lg products.
                                  Customer service is not the best.
                                  I got laughed at by someone from India customer service.

                                    A technician while visiting at our home first time then he said that we had to replace an led backlight of cost 4000rs after ordering those backlight then after he said your led panel was damaged you need to change it which are of cost 14000rs and led backlight of our TV model is not available anymore. So my complaint is that if LG is not having parts of our TV model then why we are paying for that it's not our fault.And plz send a skilled technician who can able to solve problems

                                    In my case, technician gave two options [1] by changing the backlight of cost 4000rs [2] panel of cost 13500 rs
                                    Then he told service center does not have backlight so you get the panel replaced. I asked can service center give in writing that backlight is not available and LG has stopped manufacturing. They didn't come back. Seems purpose is to earn money at any cost

                                      My nexus 5x went into bootloop immediately after installing Android 8.0. The service centre says it's a motherboard problem. Apparently, it is a global issue and LG has a refund/replace policy in many countries. However, no such support in India. This is a wrong and discriminatory policy against products being sold in India. Why should the customer have to bear extra cost for a manufacturing defect by the company? The defect has been acknowledged by the company and they are now blatantly trying to get out of taking responsibility for their mistake. This is a poor customer practice and the company needs to replace damaged products made by them

                                        I have bought lg ac six months back.. After 6 months it has stopped working..

                                        I have submitted complain via toll free number of lg

                                        Their employees has visited for inspection.. They say next day our technical engineer will solve issue...

                                        After that new technical visit.. He says new technician will solved your because it is under warranty

                                        Are they not aware before visit that the product under warranty or not

                                        Why they have different team for warranty and no warranty

                                        They dont have proper complaint management system and working like lala management

                                        Problem is still unresolved
