Every alternate days i am calling customer care and every time i am assured the service but no one is interested in fixing the issue. Rnp[protected] raised on 05th september 2017. This is the 4th time in 1 year ac is facing the same problem. It's just not cooling. First time just after 1 month of purchase (May 2016) this happened. Then engineer came and re-filled gas and told leakage problem has been fixed. Not to worry. Again after some months in 2016 this happened. Again engineer came, refilled gas and told now it's solved.
After that winter came, no one used...
