I got my ac repaired from aducia service siliguri an authorised service centre of lg before diwali. I wanted to get it installed. The service people told me that they wouldn't be able to install the ac before kali puja. I had no issues till then and agreed. It has been more than 10 days and i have been waiting since then to get it installed. At first they said that they would call me soon after kali puja but on the contrary i have been calling them. Every time they have an excuse that they don't have much staffs who can install ac. 10 days is a long time and i think my job should have been done on priority. Moreover they have insulted me a number of times my hanging the phone before i could complete speaking. Lg service centre in siliguri have had a bad name for long. They have the worst set of staffs and don't know how to treat their customers. They always talk in an attitude as if they have been doing a favour. This is unexpected from staffs of such big consumer electronics company. If this is how the service is going to continue i won't prefer lg product nor suggest anyone to buy it

    I'm registering for service call since 3 days. No proper response from any engineer or supervisor. I paid amc amount rs.5469.76 on 29/10/16. So far the inner 4 filters are not changed. No proper response. They cut call if we call on their numbers. Then y do u people collect money in the name of amc when u don't want to provide service?? My amc period also getting over.

      Hi lg electronics.

      My name is ronak patel, i bought lg q6 mobile on 12 august 2017 and recently on the beginning of october 2017 found an issue on display touch and network disable, i don't believe companies like lg had made a faulty, bad product by default and i have purchased such a pathetic phone with poor camera quality and causing problem within 2 months of purchase. Even i went to lg service center on 11th oct and submitted device. They promised me to give my device within 4-5 days, today 27th oct 2017 still not provided my device and always make some nonsense excuse that phone having a hardware issue and part has been ordered come on next day every time.

      However, i don't really want that particular mobile model.
      And in future never be purchased your product.
      So please change my mobile.

      Hi, LG electronics.

      One more day closed with the same nonsense excuse by the service center, Even I talked with LG support and one of the representative assured me LG team look into the matter and you will get a call within 2 Hours. However same like service center, I didn't receive any call from LG support.

      Day by day I am more confident about your poor service and low-quality product, It has been 20+ Days and still didn't received any response from LG, I was visited service center, called on LG support Center, Sent an email to LG Support, Created Complaints on Consumer form, Still LG support team found the way to avoid customer request, Brilliant effort made by LG team on how to avoid after sell service.

        My refrigerator lower section frozen the product i. E. Vegetables & fruits etc. For same i have complained many times & to attend the issue lg technician mr rajesh came & he replace the pcv & duct of my refrigerator. The duct he replaced is of other variant. When i complained regarding the same to him he told me that it came with modification but in actual it not so. Than i call the customer care regarding the same issue, he given local branch service centre no [protected]. I called over there & report the issue to ms ruchi & mr sanjay pandey. They told me to revert within two days but does not get the reply. I again call them mr sanjay pandey said that we have place the order of new duct. After long wait of more than 5-7 days i again call over there than mr pandey said we will send technician for replacement by tomorrow & next day i received call from mr rajesh technician lg that i will came tomorrow for replacement of duct but almost 15 days has been past till the date he not came to replace the duct.

        This was very bad experience from lg. The people mr rajesh, mr sanjay pandey & ms ruchi working under lg team abolishing the name & fame of lg & cheated the customers.

        Look into the matter.

            I prateek jain have purchased a lg microwave from sargam electronics (Kanti nagar branch). Details of my purchase is given below:-
            Product name with model no. - convection lg microwave (Mc2846bct)
            Date of purchase - 16th october, 2017
            Dealer name - sargam electronics (Kanti nagar)
            Invoice no. - gst-kn-5354
            Bill amount - rs. 14, 200/-

            My product was delivered on 17th october, 2017 and after that i booked a demo for the same. After getting demo i started my microwave for preparing a dish. But while preparing i found that door of microware starts liquefy. Similary bowl inside microwave also stucks to the glass plate. I immediately booked a complaint with lg. Details of which is as follows:-

            Next day, on 18th october morning a techinician visited my home and checked the product. He told me that my product will be replaced in a week. Details of technician is below:-

            Its now more than one week but no one is telling me status of my complaint. Within 2 hours of delivery my product got damaged as it was a defective one. I dont know which kind of policy lg is implementing but this is like a harassment for the consumers.

            I request concerened person that kindly resove my query as soon as possible.

            I am enclosing following documents:-
            1. Picture of purchase bill
            2. Picture of defect in product.

              I have bought a refrigerator model no lg t322rsdn on 7/10/2017 and i got the delivery on 14/10/2017. When the engineer came for the demo in my address, after unpackaging the refrigerator he found a dent on the upper door of the refrigerator. As i have requested for the total replacement of the refrigerator, since it was very new and the dent was identified in the presence of the installation engineer. Instantly he took the photographs and said us that he will take the respective measures. After that my wife payal das gupta had called and talked to the customer care service named abhinav and rashmi and requested about the replacement of the refrigerator and she was provided with the two names and phone numbers of customer service executives (Name : souren. Mobile : [protected] name : debnathda mobile : [protected]). Both of them had promised that they will replace the defected refrigerator and finally let us know on 21/10/2017 about the replacement of the refrigerator. But now they are telling that our complain is on "processing". The customer service executives are very irresponsible and they are trying to avoid the matter. Please take strict action against mr. Souren and mr. Debnath for harassing us (Representative of lg customer care). And also take a quick action about the replacement of the refrigerator.

                Refrigerator not cooling from last 2and half month.I have registered the complaints many times to the service centre and till now they did not rectified. In the meantime they are saying the spare parts not available. I don't understand that LG is such a big multinational company cannot provide the spare parts within 2 and half months in india. This is irresponsible from the company side as well as the service section.As we know most of the home they have only one refrigerator. But here I bought a refrigerator payed by 30000 Rs.and how can I put that in scrap.I don't know how much I have to wait to fix my refrigerator .

                  All of the above are more than 12 years old. Lg technicians say it is more than 5 years old lg will not supply spare.

                  If we go to market and search we get spares and repair it too.

                  Now all of my above utilities are behaving erratic and lg is not repairing.

                  Fridge is sometime cooling sometime does not.
                  Microwave stating automatically without pressing any button.
                  Tv is running after thumping. I told the mechanic to clean the pcb. He said 'i am tv technician not tv cleaner'
                  Now my washing m/c is lg too... My wife is using it miserly... If it goes bad lg will not repair it.

                    In this context i request you to take back the product as model for your inefficient manufacturing as well as most aghorable service you offer to india
                    You are forcing me to advise my friends and relatives not to buy lg products in future

                      My lcd tv (32lg80fr) main board is faulty. Today i went to your service centre named master service, they checked my lcd tv. They told to me that main board of my lcd tv is faulty and it is not available as this model is obsolete. So i asked them as the lcd is only 9 years old how can the company stop making the spares of an popular model of its time without informing customers. Please help.

                      Today mechanic arrived from your service centre .After checking the model no.of my LCD he gave me the same answer that this model has been discontinued by the company therefore we can not procure the required spare part. This is very sad on LG's part U already provided you the the same information while lodging my complaint apart from this the same information was shared with Mr.Hitesh which called us from Noida. I never thought that such a huge brand like LG will have a such ridiculous customer service. Also I will like to mention the person / mechanic who came to visit our home was charging 300 rupees...such a pathitic response.

                        I registered my complaint regarding some problem with my ac to lg helpline on 20/10/2017 and assured me that technician will call me within 2 hrs and home visit within 24 hours. (Rnp[protected] and my registered number is [protected]) but it has been 4 days, i haven't received any call and any visit. I am feeling helpless and promising myself never to buy any lg product. They have shown their way of customer service. They gave me number of someone called trishna mahanta from my place but unfortunately she doesn't receive any call whom i have called multiple times on 24/10/2017. Please help your customers lg

                        I called LG helpline today on 25/10/2017 at around 9:55am and told them about my discomfort. Finally they forwarded my call to one senior which they could have done earlier also and that senior made a conference call to responsible person at my district. They apologized for delay and assured me that technicians will visit the same day. Technicians visited my home at around 3:30pm and checked everything. They told me that indoor unit has leakage and need repair to be done at their service centre. They disconnected the indoor unit from power source and outdoor unit, and told me to bring indoor unit to their service centre. Let's hope everything gets well

                        It has been 14 times I have called LG helpline since 20/10/2017 and everytime they assure me that they will forward my complaint on urgent basis and request me to wait. But they have changed definition of word " urgent" or may be they are testing my patience. If you know that you couldn't provide service on time, please start a counselling centre so that you can teach customers to have patience. I thought LG is best. Everyone thinks so. Please don't lose trust of your customers.

                          I have ordered a lg purifier 2 years back and the water was totally sour. I complained about it in lg but no one bothered. Everytime the service person used to come and do nothing and just go, ultimately we decided to bring the jars and drink water. Now as we have shifted to another place, i decided to pay 15000 and changed the entire filter from lg and i did that and again the water is sour. We are calling in lg from so many days they are continuously sending the same engineer and when we are asking supervision for some senior engineers they are not bothering and calling back. This problem is continuing from last 2 months and they are not solving the problem at all. I am from a very middle class family and lg is cheating on us i want justice please help.

                            I bought this Lg 43lj523t model lcd tv on the 18th of oct 2017. As promised that the very next day the company will install it by coming to my home. Until now I've not even heard of them plz advise.as I bought it only saying that I want it fixed the next day.

                              My complaint number with lg : rnp[protected].

                              I had bought a lg 32' led on 2nd october from tmc showroom and by 12th october i had a problem with the screen. There is a line which is coming on the screen. Lg's technician cooley said we need to replace the panel and i was shocked. I asked for a replacement having spend our hard earned money on that. It is less than 15 days and the company cannot disown us just by not giving any proper response. Ever since, i have called their call centre 5 times and as they cant help, i was asked to contact their local service team in hyderabad and have been talking to siva - [protected]; they gave me venkats number from lg - [protected]. Last 10 days i have been only doing this and have no resolution.

                                I bought a lg microwave from flipkart and it is defective out of the box. Lg technician visited my house and found it defective. He recommended replacement since it is a brand new product. Flipkart refused to replace it as it was out of their 10 days policy.
                                We contacted lg helpline and service center and they are just giving us run arounds and aren't willing to replace it.

                                It is a brand new product, out of the box not working. This shows us the relability of the product. And since 1 week we can see, how lg treat their customers.

                                We are looking for a replacement. Not refund. So let me know what can be done from your side.

                                  When i called up to lodge a complaint for my top load washing machine which is under 5 years warranty period. Ms rashmi started forcing me that she will lodge a complaint only if first i need to be near my washing machine. I told her i am not at home on this she said then how can i file a complaint first i need to perform something on machine that she wants me to do otherwise she will not be able to record my product inorder complaint. I told her the machine is not working thats it send an engineer he will check everything. On this she shouted at me and said in a raised voice that i am arguing with her and not doing what she is asking to do with machine buttons. I want to understand when my machine is under 5 year warranty and i call customer center and say my machine is not working then why not i am given complaint number?? Why am i harassed? Instead of taling politely with customers in a humble way lg customer executives talk like uneducated etiquettes less miserable service ppl.

                                    I purchased lg nexus 5x in feb 2016, now i am facing problem of bootloop. I also contacted to lg service center. They suggest me to change motherboard which cost around 12000 inr. So my concern is if my mobile get run down with in one and half year so why i trust on lg products. After reaserch on internet this problem is due to bad ic on motherboard and for this lg is totally responsible. From now lg brand is non trusted brand for me, my family and for my friends. Waiting for action to take from lg india

                                      I had purchased lg ro purifier hot and cold some three months back, internal filters are not working now, the service technician is telling to change the filters on a chargeable basis, i want to know if the product is in warranty, then why i need to pay. This is a pure case of harassment where the customer is being asked to pay while in warranty.

                                        I have purchased a brand new lg smart tv with full cash payment on 16th oct 2017 from thane ghodbunder road kapurbavdi lg shop. I have purchased from proper lg authorised shop and not a 3rd party vendor. My tv is not yet installed in spite of repeatedly informing them. I was made to speak to some lady on the phone from lg by mr imran sayyed salesman of lg shop this lady was harshly rude and absolutely irresponsible. She was shouting and talking nonsense to me my tv is not yet installed i was promised it will be installed within 24 hours ie 17th oct moreso they have taken my old working tv and just dumped the new tv.
