Ipurchaged the lg refrigerater model gld372jhsldhs on 30thjune2016. It started giving problem in nov 2016 which was resolved by replacing mother board and the sensor panel. I bought a nexus 5x in november 2015. I have used my mobile for 20 months. Now i got problem, service centre people are saying that 18 months warranty is completed for my mobile. They ar saying motherboard is to be replaced which cost around rs 11000. I bought nexus 5x around 2 years ago and now it is suffering from boot loop problem.
As the phone is not in warranty, lg wont't replace or repair it.
We know that boot_loop is a well know hardware issue so the lg should look in to this matter seriously and care about customer service more properly.
