My tv breakdown on 25.07.17. The tv is under amc for last 3 years. Now lg technician says that the diffectiv parts is not available with lg. Today they said that they will compensate with dipriciation value of nominal amount. Strange?. There is no fault of mine. I have purchased the tv for 94000/- & paid 17000/- + as amc for 3 year.
Now either they repair the set or replace the tv having same feature.
No other option is acceptable.br...

I have bought lg k10 mobile in bajaj electronics, miyapur, hyderabad, telangana on 29/11/2016.
My issue:
1. My lg k10 mobile phone display problem. Since past days i have vsited 3 authorized service center, patny secunderabad. Panjagutta.
Still they say it wll take 7days to stock to arrive.
So iwant you to provide the display as soonas possible.
Or replace my mobie phone. Or illb complled to go to consumer...

I have lg led tv model 32le5500. It was bought around 2011 july.

Recently it had problem with frozen display. Complained to lg service centre and they visited at home for inspection and charged 295 rupees. They informed me that the mainboard of this tv is at fault and has to be replaced the service guy informed me that he'll go to his office and raise for this spare part and will inform me.

Hello, i am using nexus 5 since last 2 years. It was working perfectly. Suddenly nexus 5 did not showing display / turn on. When i went to authorized repair center they denied to take back up due to failure of mother board. Even if it gets replaced with new mother board, it is not possible to take old back up.

Please provide solution to take old back from nexus 5....

Service request rnp[protected] is still pending despite three calls to the lg call centre. There was an ae error last month and after 5 visits by technicians spread over one week, it was resolved. I had to lodge three complaints on the call centre then because, mischievously, the technicians had closed the complaint.
The same problem has resurfaced. I called on 30/7 to lodge a complaint and was given the above service number. A technician...

Inspite of lodging repeated compalints, no one has bothered to contact me for the repeated failure of such a costly tv. I think lg works only on sales side and not on service side. My tv has failed thrice in just 13 months time. Last month only tv was repaired and again panel gonen failed. Unfortunately lg has not bothered to call me. This is one more reminder on this issue and continuous failuire on part of lg.

Shock to see failure of our refrigerator after purchase of 13 months. Paid rs1600/- for refilling the gas. After 15 days again failure of refrigerator twice engineer came and said that we’ll take the refrigerator in our service centre. Further it would be free of cost service and will take care of your refrigerator.

But you yourself can view the pathetic condition of refrigrator delivered...
