Sub: pathetic product quality / customer service

I have a google nexus 5x imei: [protected] which was working perfectly fine until i updated my device with your latest fota.
My device went dead post upgrading the software and post visiting your service center (Tcr: rgurggn/12815) they gave me an estimate of rs. 13900/- for pba and charged me for the diagnosis.
My device is not physically damaged neither water logged / misused, my device got bricked due to your software release which had bugs.
Please get my phone in a working condition like before at your own cost as i will not pay anything for which i am not liable.
Even your service center executives said that they are receiving many complaints related to this but they are only offering paid repairs.
When customer is not at fault and the problem occurred from your side then you people should take the ownership to resolve the same at the earliest.
I am waiting for the response from your side before escalating this issue in social networking websites and consumer court.

    I had purchased nexus 5x on 24/02/2016 from jumbo electronics noida gip mall. I was happy and satisfied with phone but suddenly on 19/08/2017 my phone went off, i went to your service center sector 63 noida and asked what is the problem in the phone, service guy told me that it's motherboard need to be changed, he told me that your phone is under warranty till 23/08/2017 it will be repaired under warrant and asked me to come on 21/08/2017 with bill. I went home and searched the bill but couldn't find out, then i thought to enquire from the delear jumbo electronics about the duplicate bill, but go to know that it has windoff its business from india in jan 2017 itself. It was the dubai based company. I again went to service center in 21/08/2017 and met mr dheeraj center manager told him about the case. He bluntly told me that we cannot do it without the bill. I have been denied the warrant benefit ever after i m covered under it. Warranty can be checked through imei number. The part i. E motherboard itself cost rs 10600 as told to me by mr dheeraj.

    I don't understand how not having a copy if bill can be justified in denying the warranty benifit. I have already escalated email to customer i'd and also talked to customer care several time but no solution was given to me. My warranty is ending on 23/08/2017 please help fast. I have the bank statement through which i paid the amount to jumbo electronics

      I have purchased an lg double inverter ac from bajaj electronics. Since the first day of installation it was not at all working and i have made many complaints regarding this issue and the response was very poor instead of many complaints the lg service is closing my request without any action and notice. My lg product is under warranty period, my issue is not resolved and i have been waiting since 4 months.

        I have front load washing machine. Model code is f14a8rds29. Purchase date was[protected]. Now my machine is giving lots of trouble like vibration and it shifts from its actual place while spinning, literally 90° also. I had registered a complaint in navi mumbai's service center. They send 3-4 technicians. But nobody was able to solve my problem. I dialed mr. Pradeep atleast 10-15 times during this 4 months. Coz on toll free no when i dialed to register complaint, they ask me to call directly to mr pradeep as he is a head of navi mumbai's service center. But he never attended my call. Day by day the problem is increasing. And the service engineers are totally unable to diagnose it and solve it. 2-3 times they had charged visiting charge. But did not give proper solution. Now tell me what should i do in such case? Should i go to consumer court? So requesting you to solve my problem fully. Or give my money back. I will purchase some other good brand.

          This is bringing to your kind notice that 2 month ago, i have purchase a 32inch tv but display of this product is not working properly some time it’s not responds as usual its goes on black like off screen or music mode. I have logged it’s complain 3 times in this regard but satisfactory and permanent solution of this problem is still pending. If it is time taking procedure please replace my product. You are also requested to take necessary & effective action regarding my problem rectification. This is my very bad experience to use lg product & services because i am facing such problem from day first of my purchase.

            I bought a lg 22 inch tv. Then i called customer care service regarding installation on 14 aug. They told me that it would be installed in 72 hours. But after 72 hours i did not receive any call. Then i called again to customer care, they gave me service centre no to call.. I called and the service centre person told me that he would come the next day. But it's been 4 days and i have not yet received any support or call. I called again yesterday to customer care and the person forwarded my call to his supervisor. The supervisor himself assured me that he will call at 1000 hrs today and tell me the status of my request. But he did not call. I am very disappointed with the lg customer care service. I had very high hopes of your company but because of such irresponsible behaviour of some of your staff your image is being diminished. As a customer i would like you to please look into this matter and help me as soon as possible.

              We have purchased television from l g company model no: 43uf77ot serial no 508plht075457 dated 27th dec'2015. On 14th aug 2017, we tried to switch on tv but it was showing only the lg logo so we lodge a complaint in the customer care. Complaint no-rlp[protected]. Same day a technician named mr. Yogendra - mobile no - [protected] visited our house to check the fault in tv, he said that there is some issue with the panel and he will get it repaired with in 4 days. Again when today i called them to know the status he came with another technician called mr. Jayesh - mobile no-[protected] and informed us that the motherboard of the tv is having some issue and we have to pay rs.12000/- to get it repaired. When the first technician came why cant he tell us that there is the issue in motherboard and not in panel. Being having a big brand we didnt expect these kind of malfunction in the parts of the tv. Rs.12000/- is a huge amount to pay for repairing with in two years after paying rs.60000/- while buying the television. Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible. Otherwise we will not be able to trust such big brands.

                Hi,
                My nexus 5x is continuously boot looping.
                As checking in google forum got that the boot looped phones are getting replace.

                There was mentioned as :-
                If we have purchased it from google then google is replacing and if purchased from different seller, lg is replacing.
                Hence visited to lg service centre (Apk technology, pune (Mh) but they told me that you need to change the motherboard which will cost inr 10, 000.

                Then i called to lg service centre support on [protected] and they also don't have any idea for the replacement.

                Also received a mail from lg that the warranty for nexus is 24 months.

                Request to you please intervene on the same as early as possible.

                  My tv had an issue. It was switching off automatically. I contacted lg on 2nd june 2017 at customer care. Technician came, he said that there is issue with motherboard it needs to be replaced. I said ok, 5-6 days later he came with the motherboard, he changed it but the problem didnt went away. He then unplugged the switch panel from the motherboard. And he confirmed that the problem is not with the motherboard but its with the switchboard which will cost me rs 2500. I agreed. 5-6 days later he came with the replacement part. While replacing the technician broke the led panel. Thankfully he accepted his fault and he arranged replacement of panel. Everything seemed to go fine by now. But after 10-15 days he said that he cannot find the panel through indi. So lg would replace the complete tv set. But, they said that 3d tv is not available then i have to go with 4k uhd tv. And told me to suggest them model number of tv in the range of rs.89, 990/- (Original cost of my tv). I suggested 49uj632t. A few days back they said that head office rejected that proposal and they can give me 43uj752t. To that today i said ok. Now the customer care is saying that they dont have that model. They gave me 2 options one of rs74000 and the other was of rs 71000. This is the worst thing ever happened to me.
                  They say that they will contact in a day, they never contact. Its me who initiated calls everytime. Just fedup with their service.
                  Every formality is done. Paid dd and other that are required for the replacement.

                    Hi sir/ madam,
                    This is regarding the lg led tv which we bought on 15/06/2017 which has one white dot on the screen. This dot is visible only if there is a blank screen, if any picture displayed the dot is not
                    Visible.
                    We found this issue after three days and we immediately raised the concern in support centre and raised the ticket for this issue using the contact number #[protected].
                    They have sent one technician to validate this issue, technician reviewed the issue and asked us to send the snaps of the issue to him so it will be easy for him to send the details to the respective team. We have did the same.
                    After this i have followed several times with the support centre finally they got the panel approved and delivered after this they have sent some technician to collect the tv from us to change the panel on 11/08/2017.
                    On 12/08/2017 they called me and said that for one dot they won't change the panel minimum there should be 4 dots in order to change the panel (This looks weired)
                    I have raised the following concern to them
                    - why this 4 dots come into picture, intially they didn't tell this
                    - on which basis you got the approval then
                    - what gaurantee you will provide it will not cause any issue, will you provide written statement for replacement if any issues occured later
                    - if this is no manufacturing defect why this dot not present in other lg tv

                    Can you please check this issue and do the needful for us we have spent nearly 40k not one rupee or two rupee we are so much depressed. This is the first time we have changed our brand from sony to lg. Still we have confident that you will serve better customer service.

                    Sir, after we have raised this issue they sent one technician to validate the issue he asked me to send the snaps of the issue I did the same.Based on that they got the panel approved they collected the TV from us and saying that they won't give approval for single dot minimum there should be 4 dots Apart from this nothing they have done

                      It is really a shameful thing that a brand is doing such kind of cheating with their customers. I purchased a single door refrigerator in june and rigt from the beginning it is making very loud noise. Even technicians told that compressor have some fault n it will go in replacement. But still no response is there and they have given some idiors number whi does not pick up the phone. I am certainly going to complain in consumer forum and if god forbids if something hazardous happens then i blame it all on lg and they will have to pay for it. Such a crap company..

                        Intially after complaint company kept us on hold saying
                        Spare part is not available
                        On 16.8.17 we received a call from company mr. Riyaz saying that spare part is not available so company will give replacement of new tv with condition to pay rs3500 to 5000
                        The set is under warranty, company asking for money inspite of their fault
                        We r being senior citizen can not afford to pay additional money
                        So either pay back our cost or give any set of same size free of charge

                        We expect fast action from you

                          My out of warranty, lg ac suddenly malfunctioned and we booked a support ticket.
                          Engineer came next day and said pcb has gone and needs to be replaced.
                          After repeated following up, they replaced it and charged us for the same. Till the time engineer was present it was working.
                          After a couple of hours the same problem reoccurred.
                          We again lodged a complaint next day and now true colour of company came in front. For 4 days no one even bothered to call least come. And on calling service centre, now either some other part is being said faulty or they are not ready to admit that their support is not over for first complaint as the problem has not been solved.
                          We are now running from pillar to post to get the same repaired but no support from company is being extended.

                            My complaint id is rnp[protected]. I gave my phone to kadapa service centre for repair, they broke the back case of my nexus 5x. At the time of incident, there is no owner available in the service centre, the technician told that we cannot change the entire back case because it has lightly broken and that to by mistake not necessarily, if you want you can give complaint to manager. Then i reported it to manager, after that the technician has changed words and tells that he didn't damaged the phone. Now whats should i do, please help me, i have a proof that 2 of my friends also came at that time of giving mobile to service centre.

                              I have purchased my fridge just before 1.5 months. Since from purchase i am facing problem of condensation between the doors of fridge. For the same i have filed complaint to lg customer care many times.

                              Two times technician visited my place to check the fridge. First time technician thought that it is due to door gasket problem. So he just fixed the gasket properly. But it doesn't solved the problem. Afterwards again i raised the complaint.

                              After vigorous follow-up finally the direct company technician came to my place. But again he told me the foolish reason that the condensation is due to sticker on gasket. Actually that sticker came with the packing of fridge. I just didnt removed it. So he was telling me that the sticker is only for packing purpose and you have to remove it before installation. So he removed that sticker & told me that now your problem is solved.

                              But still i am facing the same problem. I got irritated with the lg customer care.

                              I hope atleast now lg will take proper action to ressolve my problem.

                              With reference to above complaint I have not received any response from LG. worst service from LG. Every time only technician comes, take some photos of water droplets & goes.

                              Very very disappointed with LG product & LG after sales service. Very rude technicians with no knowledge.

                                I am regular customer of lg.in past i had purchased lg mob, lg freeze, lg washing machine.

                                On 3rd of may i had visited lg store located at ellorapark (Umiya incorporation) for purchase of ac.

                                I asked one of them executive for purchse of new ac. I told her my room size 100 sq feet, she has suggested me 1.5 ton ac. Again i asked 1 ton will be not suffice? She said no sir you have to go for 1.5 ton.

                                She had shown me one model of ac and immediately i was ready to purchase it because of lg brand.
                                I handed over my credit card for payment but after few mins i was informed that model is not available. Your executive has advised me to go for higher model i said ok no problem. I made the payment over the counter and i had requested them to install ac by tomorrow. They said we will try but not sure due to season, again i said ok.

                                The ac was so big and not suitable for my 100 sq feet. I have to swith on and swith off the ac again & again. That lady has missell. Very dissatisfied

                                Next day morning i was constantly trying to call them about status of my air conditioner delivery they told me it vl b delivered before 1 pm. And it was delivered. Appreciated this. But for installation they guys were giving me false commitment. I was tired up and lost the hope as i had tried to contact several times.

                                After my so many calls installation guys came. I informed them i want to install ac in some particular area. They said it is not possible. Again i said o, go ahead and i have to compromise for the place of installation.

                                Now at the time of installation they guys were telling me sir we need extra pipes which are chargable, which was not informed at the time of purchse. Then i called umiya sales [protected] and asked them it was not informed me about this charges at time of purchasing ac. I requested them to give me some discount as i have compromised in model, installation, place of installation, but he has cleared told me that you have to pay we can't do anything. I was frustrated as lg brand has misselled the product to me. I have first time purchased the ac and i had also told them in next month i am planning to buy more ac for my brother and parents but due to such incidents i vl never buy and never recommend anybody for lg brand.

                                Again at the time of purchasing ac i was clearly told your executive i need mosquito feature again i clearly told that i need mosquito feature in my ac. She said its inbuit but when i ask lg customer care they said sorry sir this feature is not available in your ac.

                                And most important thing is when i have purchased ac your executive had clearly told me there will no cost emi facility in your card. But recently i got my credit card bill where interest has been levied.

                                I request you to kindly resolve my all issue or refund my money back as i am very much disappointed.

                                I have submitted my washing machine on 11/07/2017 at Raigarh Chhattisgarh for repair.but there is no any response from service center regarding the problem and services status of the washing machine even after more than 25 days .

I have a phone but no one comes and engineer and call is closed. Lg has become quite a dirty service. I have applied the other such that i have already applied but i have come to leave the engineer and the open. My complant no rnp[protected] is given to sandeep mo. [protected]. Try to get it quicker than you will be very pleased.

                                    Sir,

                                    My above lg mobile has been stolen from our office in bhandup-w, mumbai. I was sitting in the office with my colleagues, when a few people came for some work. Of them were two ladies with a child and one was a man in the age of around 35 years. We spoke to the two ladies with the child but it seems they have not taken the mobile, because i remember to have made a call after they left office. I doubt the man in his mid thirties to have taken the call. We called him back of office, to which he responded and came back, but after talking to hime it seems he too must not have taken.
                                    We request you to kindly help me to trace/track the same.

                                      Hi team, i purchased a lg tv from delhi and not i am facing issue with it. I have logged a complain with ref no rnp[protected] and it has been one one month there is no solution form the service team. I tried to reach team too many times but no luck to get the issue resolved.

                                        Hi Sir/Ma'am,

                                        This mail is regarding LG G4, we had purchased a new phone on 10th of Jan; 2016 and it died on 18th of July 2017 as its motherboard was facing boot-loop issue which we were unaware.
                                        When we visited service center at lower parel, the person working there told us it was an issue with LG G4's motherboard and so LG is giving 18 months warranty. But later when we asked for replacement of mother board, he said its electronic piece and anything can go wrong with it.

                                        This was LG's problem.They should had recall and changed that faulty mother board in the 1st place. As this problem was recognized by the company many months back. We invested pretty much big amount and thought o[censored]sing it for long term but this is what we are rewarded with!

                                        If at all LG is replacing it we would like to get refund or replacement of motherboard as soon as possible.
