I bought a lg 43 inch led tv about 8 months ago, 20-oct-2016. Being a regular it employee it was too expensive for me, its 54000 inr, but i still bought it thinking i wouldn't have to buy another one for the next 5 years or so.
But last month, on 30-june-2017, the tv started showing blurry picture with lines all over. I contacted lg customer support. As the tv is in warranty, they sent a service person, he said the panel was gone and he will have to order and it will take a couple of days.
I have waited for about a week, and again contacted the support team. This time the same service person again called and again asked for some time. After a week the same happened and i again contacted customer support.
Now the service person says there are no spare parts available and i will get a replacement and he gave a number of his manager, kishore - [protected]. This manager assured me that i will get a replacement in 3-4 days. Its been 10 days, today is 24-aug-2017, and he is skipping my calls.
I did not expect this kind of service from lg. Can anyone help how can i resolve my issue? I am expecting the tv to be repaired/replaced as soon as possible.

LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We have a refrigerator LG- RT 29/2009 which is defrosting again and again.
