This is to inform you that i had purchased a brand new lg led tv model 49uh850t on 13th august 2017 from lg best shoppe jeevan jee refrigeration in kalkaji new delhi. On 30 august the t. V stopped working and a complaint was lodged under complaint number rnp[protected]. The technician who visited me on 1st september informed me that the led tv was defective and will be replaced. Inspite of repeated calls to lg customer care team, till date i have not received any replacement from lg as promised by mr. Naresh kumar of lg and moreover i have been insulted and humiliated by mr. Naresh kumar with sarcastic remarks during telephone conversation on 12 september which is unacceptable. His mobile number is [protected]. This is absolutely pathetic service and shocking from a brand like l. G.

    My lg washing machine is not working since 6th of september. I lodged a complaint on that day itself. Technician visited my house in santacruz west on 7th september. He went away on the pretext of not being able to see the bill properly. I got a fresh bill copy from the dealer that day itself. I posted the technician it's photograph and he had promised to visit again the same day.7 days have passed. I have made atleast 100 phonecalls. A few calls to some senior mr. Parag. Everyday i am told the technician will be coming today. I am not well which i informed the senior whom i spoke to. I can't even visit the doctor waiting for the technician. Today also i was told 100% the technician will visit but he didn't turn up.

      I own an lg nexus 5×. Due to the boot loop hardware issue, which had happend on 26th of june 2017, i had given my phone to the authorised service central for repair. They had promised to solve my issue within 10 to 15 days of time. I had called after 15 days and they asked me to wait for another 10 days. But even after two months from the promised date, i had not received my phone and no improvement. They saying phone parts are not available and waiting. This upsets me. After paying around 260000 no one expect this from international brand, this is important and i need the solution to it at the earliest or i would be forced to file a complaint in the consumer court. And not only bootloop issue but the phone has issues about camera like camera freezing. My phone is in warranty. I hope lg will not put me in the situation where i nee to complaint in consumer court.

        I have lg fresh master fridge, recently i changed compressor paying 7000 rupees, but after 4-5 days there is no cooling, again i called technician and he solved cooling problem, but after 7 days again same problem and from that time i called in customers care number of lg but till date there is no solution, pl look in the matter

          Rnp[protected] is the complaint number which has been assigned to khushi enterprises in bettiah. The complaint was registered 2 months back but they are just not solving the problem... My father being a senior citizen is getting all the more troubled by them... Ritesh is the person incharge there and he is not answering my calls.. If lg cannot provide me with the services just be specific and tell me that you ppl cant solve but why the hell are the customers being harrased. If my complaint is not resolved within a week ill complaint in the consumer foroum also. Such pathetic services not expected out of lg.

            I have lg led tv which suddenly stop working. So i have contacted your customer care.2days ago engineer called me back. But his taking was not like a engineer. He talk with me with rudely. Telling me various issues regarding the tv problem. I know my what is tv's problem but the engineer told me wrong details for solving the actual problem. He was not speaking with polite rather he was speaking like rowdy. Why you company appoint this type of rowdy. Give him a proper lesson to speak customer. Reference number nrp[protected].             Sir. I all ready complained regarding my tv your service engineer only gave me assurance that he will come to solve the problem. But he did not come. And we he gave me assurance that he will come after 1 day.in this way is am waiting for since 3day. Service engineer do not providing me specific time. If the engineer will not solve the problemi will lodge a fir to consumer court. The toll free company provided me a number which is [protected].               lg 32ln5110 screen blackout

              Looking at the above all comments and i can see many o[censored]s have the same problem. I brought my led 32inch lg 32ln5110 in nov. 2013. This year 2017 in sep. The screen stoped working but the sound was coming. Asked customer care who comes switch on/off tv and said its a known fault and asked 750rs for just to check the tv by technician. The technician came and they said i need to change the led backlight pannel which will cost 5500/-. (I bought the tv for 27k). But now i dont have an option.
              But found lot of customers who have this issues that mean lg makes defective products.

              We are investing so much money on brands like lg with a trust that it will last longer.
              I am really disappointed because for a middle class person like me rs. 27000/- is a very big amount.

              Please address my issue and help me to replace my lg product with new one.

              I am very disappointed, i don't want any lg products.
              I'll never ever purchase any lg products in my life time if they will not get me replacement.
              Otherwise i will request all the customers not to go for lg led tv or any products of lg.
              They are not trustworthy at all. Never trust lg. 😡

              I have the same issue with this model. Better to get another new TV than shell out 50% of the TV amount(current market) for an old model which is going to get the same issue again eventually.

                I bought an lg led from dehradun gms road store. I bought it on 9th july 2017 and within 2 months the led got crashed twice and the manager named there sudheer kant is so irresponsible and illmannered that he does not know how to talk to a customer. He says that you are nothing in front of me i have handled many ministers and adhikaris. He is not replacing the led and talking # in front o[censored]s and on top of that he was misguiding us that it will be done in 10 days and all. I want you to take strict actions against this person and get the led replaced fast.

                  He repaired my tv and take service charges.
                  But still four white spot came on screen. I complaint to ur service engineer but he told that this will disappear after 5 to 6 days after using by fill up gap at led.

                    I have registered a service request with no RNP[protected] and got a message with the concerned technician detail but when I contacted him he told he is for different area and will not be coming. After that again I contacted LGE customer care and they told me the request has been already accepted and it will be done by today. But sorry to inform you that noone contacted me yet. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ASAP. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE DURING SERVICE. PLEASE RESOLVE IT IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WILL PUT COMPLAINT AGAINST LGE IN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.

                      My rnp[protected] dear sir m residing in bangalore rural district doddaballapur taluk i purchased lg washing machine f8068ldp front load from past 1 week its not working i called c care they gave rnp no n allotted to v tech service center sahakarnagara its very worst service center ever i saw wednesday i gave complain but till now no body contacted me i only called them from 2 day they assigned different people koushik n srinivas technicians but they diagnosed through mobile only they r giveing manpower reasons before this lg service was good but after giving v tech its gone name in our taluk in doddaballapur if we give complain to ifb with in 12 hours they attend m sorry to say this m wrongly selected lg products yet not served m going to check problem with local technicians bye

                        Hi.
                        I have purchased lg refrigerator in the month of march 2016 as per norms its oit warranty but we never expect that just after completion of warranty unit creats issues. My refrigerator is not working properly. I called at customer care they asked me to pay 450 rs for service charges and if part needs to be replace then amount of part also to be paid.
                        I have spend 32 k bucks not to avail service just fir 1 year. If this is its quality it will make me cry for rest of the years.
                        I am looking for the better solution. Looking forward for the revert from lg team.

                        I have purchased double door lg refrigerator in march 2016 347 ltrs. After just completion of warranty unit is creating issues no cooling is there my stuff is getting spoil.
                        I lodge a complaint technician cane and said whole duct and sensor needs to be replaced. Approx 2100 rs needs to be spend. He also told that this problem occured in many units in noida area.
                        Now the point is if i had already invest enough amount of the unit so atleast unit can work for 2 years without any issue.
                        I will not pay a single penny and lg will resolve my issue free of cost. As my unit is new.
                        I am waiting for the revert from lg team

                          Me dr. Rajkumat agarwala have a lg 791 mobile which was nonfuction from few months - repaired once within guarantee period by lg service centre siliguri - but it did not work well for a week & it is dead again lying at lg service centre.. No one take care. I inform lg area office kolkata also but no result.
                          . Therefore i request to do the needful earliest or i have to do otherwise.

                            Hello,
                            I have purchased amc for lg ro water filter in may-2017 by paying about 14k. I have been following up for 4 months with them to send me the amc receipt and invoice. Despite having raised complaints and having followed up with the bengaluru lg service center i haven't received the invoice. The service personnel is supposed to come once every 4 months and they haven't. The lg call center is not ready to provide me details about the branch address or concerned person. I think this is a clear case of fraud.

                            Luckily i have paid the amount by cheque, despite the lg representative insistence to pay by cash. The cheque was debited by lg in may 2017. Please advice what steps should i take to recover this amount.

                              I have brought an lg washing machine in kerala about 25 days before. The board blew off after a maximum wash of 3 or 4 times. Now the shop from where i have brought says the original board has to come from noida and will take 10 days time.
                              How can the mother board of the washing machine gets damaged in 4 washes. It is either a manufacturing defect of the model or a logic failure in the board circuit. It can happen again and again for sure. I dont need any change. Kindly replace the machine with some other brand. Please

                                On 7th september 2017 i registered the complaint regarding my lg washing machine fully automatic model number-t7070tddl. Complaint number-rnp[protected]. I was told to wait for 24 hrs, since then i am taking follow-ups.
                                But i am not getting any proper guidance from customer care. I was told that there will be engineer visit on 7th september 2017 between 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on my mentioned address, and before visit i will get sms on my registered number-[protected].
                                Till now i didn't get any information. My washing machine is in warranty period, i called up customer care several times but only getting this response that your complaint is forwarded to higher priority and we are putting reminders.

                                  Hello, my 1 year old washing machine having issue. Logged complaint on 23-august-2017, complaint number rnp[protected]. Every alternate days i am calling customer care and every time i am assured the service but no one is interested in fixing the issue. Yesterday when i called i was assured that i will get an update withing 2 hour. But no call from anyone yet.

                                  Washing machine's surf is not mixing and electricity current is felt when tough the suft compartment. It is dangerous when electricity is passed through surf compartment.

                                    Couple of days ago my nexus 5x which i bought last year started rebooting and does not turn on. I called google to check for any software issues but they responded asking me to check with lg. I went to the service center and they mentioned that it is a hardware problem (Surprisingly in less than 2 minutes). I am now being asked to pay more than 10, 000 for the replacement as my warranty expired last month. When i checked the existing complaints i see that there are many users who have been affected in last 2-3 months. Service center did not have an answer on why my mother board has crashed. This is a serious concern and mobile phones are not supposed to break exactly in days after warranty end. Cost of hardware replacement is too high.

                                    Hope company holds up some responsibility and consumers are not charged thousands for service.

                                      Manufacturing date & barcode is attached in the monitor, i was contact customer care & also service centre but they are denie it

                                        There was a complaint with our airconditioner and a technician came nd repaired it first... Now again the room is not cooling so we again complained and today that same technician came and he told its gas has leaked out... He told it has been there before he ws repairing for the first time. Today evening there ws call from lg service center for feedback we told wot he has told and when we said we complaint to the higher authority, he said he has no problem you go and complaint
                                        Is this the way you treat your customers
                                        Such a big company and ur service is horrible.
