My tv had an issue. It was switching off automatically. I contacted lg on 2nd june 2017 at customer care. Technician came, he said that there is issue with motherboard it needs to be replaced. I said ok, 5-6 days later he came with the motherboard, he changed it but the problem didnt went away. He then unplugged the switch panel from the motherboard. And he confirmed that the problem is not with the motherboard but its with the switchboard...

My out of warranty, lg ac suddenly malfunctioned and we booked a support ticket.
Engineer came next day and said pcb has gone and needs to be replaced.
