Hello, i am sandip kachhadiya from surat, gujarat. Professionally i am managing director of one software company. I have purchased one lg led 109cm 43lf6300 tv. Its worth of 62, 000 inr. I have purchased it on 15/11/2015.

Suddenly my this so called digital (As per company) tv faced issue of display. Getting vertical lines on tv. I call to service provider guy and he told me to spend 25, 000 more to make this correct.

He is telling me reason that, usually in rainy season, lg tv facing this issue. (Wtf). Its 62k worth of product and not getting proper service and product from company.

I am claiming this because if need to spent 25k in every rainy season as per company's product quality than lg must stop to develop such product.

If i will not get the solution than i will go ahead for legal process.

Hope you understand me and think as a customer.

    Registered complaint no. Rnp[protected] with customer care on 31.08.2017 at 9.15 am for repair of washing machine and was assured that technician will visit between 12.30 to 1.30 pm. No visit, no call till date.

    Contacted cc again on 31.08.2017 at 2.45 pm and then again on 01.09.2017 at 9.20 am. Instead of helping, they directed me to call the service centre. But even the service centre is not taking call. The cc informed that their supervisor will make a conference call with the service centre. That has also not happened till now.

    Trying to submit complaint through email at lg website, the portal not working.
    Very very frustating. Very pathetic service. Seems we did a mistake by buying lg product.

      Sir my television created problem and when we complain to customer care so there is no any response they don't pick my call, whole staff will ignore my problem and we are very thankful if you solve my problem as soon as earlier, we complained on 22-august-2017 nd still there is no any response so we face many problems they wasting our soo much time so kindly help me please

        I have purchased lg split ac of 1.5 ton for my home and since then its been 6 to 7 times i have been facing issues.

        Just after 1 month of purchase, it stopped working and i registered a complain. Technician came and reported gas issues and filled the gas as it was under guaranty.

        After another 1 month, i faced the same issues and again gas leakage is detected. After complaining so much time, they agreed to replace the cooling coil inside the machine and was done from authorized lg service center.

        Another 6 to 8 months passed and i have faced the same issues of gas leakage even with new cooling coil.

        This time 1 year has already passed and i have to pay for gas refilling and service charges to them. They reported the leakage issues and asked me to pay for gar refilling and technician sealed the leakage point with some sealant.

        3 to 4 months have passed ok during winter and again in the most demanding time i have faced the same issue again.

        Now the paid service which i took came up with the 6 month warranty. When i contacted again, they asked me to change the coil and asked me to pay for new cooling coil despite the six months of service warranty haven't been passed.

        So, this way in 3 year of time, they are suggesting me to replace the coil for the third time in a raw.

        I have another ac of panasonic purchased at same time as lg still haven't got any single issue of gas leakage.

        It was the worst experience ever from lg product and they are also promising false warranty to lure the customers.

        Initially, the dealer informed me that i have 5 years warranty of gas and compressor so i won't require to pay for gas for next 5 year.

        So, when i contacted them after 1 year, they asked me to pay for gas charges saying the there is an internal leakage from the agencies.

        I would not recommend anyone to purchase lg ac. Please pay extra for other companies like panasonic or hitachi but never buy product form lg.

        In 3 years of time, i felt like paid half of price of ac in maintenance.

          We are movenpick hotel jeddah,
          Plan to renovate the tvs (160pc) of the hotel, got a proposal from different brands, finally decide to get from lg agent in ksa-jeddah.
          We purchased as 1st floor renovate 20 pieces of 32 inch.
          Since receive the tvs we are suffering to install and facing many challenges.
          The argent used to change the tvs and send replacement which is very bad experience for us.
          Appreciate your support to ask the agent to return all the tvs and refund us the amount, we are about to send a complain also to our corporate office in switzerland to share this experience with all sister hotels all over the world.

            One of air conditioner which is under amc since its purchase in april, 2013 for approx. Rs. 40000/-, is not working since march, 2017. I am regularly lodging complaints and without satisfactory service complaints are closed. Hence every time we are made to lodge a fresh complaint.ac has already been lifted to service center twice.

            We were informed that since it cannot be repaired because necessary parts are not available, ac is being put in process of replacement.

            I was advised to submit bill for purchase which is not available. I was asked to submit affidavit. It is beyond comprehension why i should be asked for affidavit when ac in physical and also amc is available. However, since lg team was dragging the matter un-necessarily, i requested them to provide performa of affidavit to be submitted. They took more than a month to provide performa of affidavit. Anyhow, i prepared an affidavit sent the preapproved affidavit. It is sorry to say that i was made to submit affidavit four times despite the fact that every time draft was preapproved by lg executives.

            During discussion every time, i was assured for replacement of ac and refund of amc amount. At one time lg informed that after depreciation i will be given credit of rs. 20000/ plus amc amount paid in advance for two years. Though it was against spirit of replacement to buy peace i accepted the offer of lg.

            Now, changing their offer lg has offered rs. 11000/ as credit against purchase of new ac and non refund of amc amount paid in advance.

            I am totally at loss to understand the systems at lg. Lg executive though calling over phone do not give their offer etc.in writing. At one time lg executive even mentioned that to avoid record we do not give any commitment in writing.

            I felt so much harassed by lg behavior, considering the matter in totality, i informed lg that i do not wish to continue relations with lg and i requested lg to refund ac value and amc amount paid in advance.

            There is no response from lg.

              Hi,

              This is regarding the leakage issue with my lg double door refrigerator 308 ltr for which i have been registering complaints since past 2 months

              Finally on 12th august decision was made to replace the fridge after several discussions with the technicians and other senior members. Having said that it's been more than 20 days and i am still awaiting for the replacement.
              I have been calling up customer care as well as the officers responsible in the indore region to know the status but unfortunately only to hear that i would be getting call shortly with the update around the dates when my fridge would be replaced.
              Below are the contact persons from indore region whom i have been trying to chase since past 15 days but i am not getting any proper response and nor any dates when it would be replaced.

                I had been after lg for over 6 months. Till date they have not been able to provide me the spare i needed for my lg vacuum cleaner model :vc3316nnt serial number :512vcwc04321. They keep giving me excuses that they are still trying to identify this clean filter. Are the service member technicians that dumb. If lg cannot provide spare parts for a product that they sell, they should not be autorised to sell such appliances. This clean filter in particular is the part that gets the wear and tear very soon and very crucial part of the vacuum cleaner. Without which the machine won't work. It is a vacuum cleaner that lg sells for approx 9000rs and still selling not an old discontinued model. I do proper maintenance. I am not a person who mis handles the appliance and this part didn't get faulty due to mis handling. Most recent complaint reference number raised with lg rnp[protected] and they had closed my case without any responsibility. Dont boast so much when brand cannot meet customer requirements. It is not life's good after buying lg products. It should be "life's good made he'll by lg". I was informed that my spare would arrive at bangalore from delhi on 16th august. Since i didn't hear anything from lg so far tried ringing customer care and surprisingly they said it will be available by 20th september. Now if i call on 20th september they would probably say it will be available by 2018. Should we truly support this kind of pathetic response from what we call as a multi national company lg. I don't think we should. It is better to opt for any other brands which have good conduct and customer relation not lies one after the other. There is no body to govern these mncs in a country like india. This is the last time i would buy any lg appliances.

                  I bought my lg refrigerator (308 l, model no: gl - 1322rp24/2017) from johnlyn enterprises, margao, goa on 16/3/2017. From the day of installation water droplets are being formed on the outer, lower surface of the deep freezer door.

                  I have complained innumerable times and my latest being with complaint rnp[protected] dated 10/08/2017 and rnp[protected] dated 14/08/2017.

                  I have being given countless visits first by your junior technicians, followed by senior technicians and then lg engineers. They have manipulated, tested and tried with no success. They have even taken several photographs and made me wait for reports from higher authorities with no solutions till now.

                  Now my patience has reached its limits. Kindly let me specify the problem with my refrigerator is from the day of installation and it is a manufacturing defect and not a technical problem. I have given you sufficient time of 6 months to experiment on my refrigerator like a guinea pig. It never looks a new product, in a new mess every time your technicians and engineers worked on it.

                  I will not be entertaining you any longer. My refrigerator is in warranty period and i seek a replacement with a new unit to the earliest.

                  I am facing same problem with same capacity fridge. Even I am getting very bad treatment from LG technicians. They are not able to find the exact solution for the problem.

                  also One of technician told me that every new model of LG refrigerator has same problem. But I could not understand, if it is true then why LG is not taking any action to resolve the problem from roots.
                  Your employee has refused installation and removal of already existing stand with the word i do not have time to install it...it seems you people are saying the customer should not have any led before we buy from you...that was clearly shown with irrespect and behave of your employee.

                    Sorry to inform you that your lg washing machine front load product is such a wort item. Its been only 2 years i purchased the product and in between that there are complaints in spinning. I have informed the service center and they took the item for four times. At the first time
                    They told it having the problem in motor and in the next time they told that have to change the board. Its very expensive. And also the supporting agent told that its only manufacturing defect. Anyway i stopped buying the lg product becoz of my worst experience. Kindly do anything since i want my money back other wise do needful things.
                    I didnt used in regularly since im a software engineer and i have get time only to wash in weekends and only at day time. Then why this much problems. I only forced my husband to buy your product becoz there is always a trust in yours products. Now i fully fed up with that. Since there are lots of good other company products are there i chose your item. Hope you will reply soon.

                      I have ordered lg washing machine from lg.com online store (Lg website). Beginning they have called told me that there is no stock of the model which i have ordered. They they have asked me to take anther model. I agreed it and thus they have to provide me 1500 refund. Also during the purchase i have selected emi option as well. They have delivered the product and gave me only one mobile number to contact for any issues.

                      I was waiting to convert the order to emi, but even after 20 days they did not convert it and at last when i called and asked them, they where saying no emi options online and therefore i have got my credit card bill with full amount of the washing machine. This is first complaint.

                      Second one, is still they have not return my remaining money. Lg ows me 1500 even after 1 month, i have ordered it on 23-july-2017. Today is 28-aug-2017. When i call they will not attend the call.

                      I have called toll free number twice, they will always ask to send mail to [protected]@lge.com, but this again goes to the same guy who were not attending my call. So no use of contacting lg support as well.

                          I nexus 5x from last 1.5 year yesterday all of the sudden its stop working today i visited lg service center and they mention issue with mother broad and costing for replacement is 14 k, very disappointed don't know what to do but for sure never go with lg product in my life, let me know if this forum can help. I am first time using this forum, i am hoping will get some help here, this device cost me around 30k and now nothing its worth off.

                            My split ac indoor unit caught fire.
                            Mr b d chougule visited our home in bandra west, bombay today to make a report.

                            The report that he has made doesn't have the issue fields filled. Neither does the report capture the seriousness of the incident and the life threatening nature of it.

                            Hope lg will be sending us the copy of his detailed investigation report with the solution they are proposing, for this incident that could have caused huge loss of life and property of my family and our building which has more than 100 apartments.

                              I had purchased double door refrigerator on 25 june 2017.in the beginning, it was running well. After approx. 20-25 days i turned its 'dual fridge' feature 'on' to convert the freezer into the refrigerator. The cooling in the both the compartments was less than it was running in normal mode (Dual fridge 'off' mode). It was my first experience of the dual fridge so i thought that it could be due to the dual fridge mode. After one day i turned the dual fridge mode off and checked the cooling inside the fridge and freezer. It was not as cool as it was earlier. Since then the cooling of the whole fridge gradually decreased to zero. Things inside started to perish. I contacted customer care 2 times to inform about the problem. After approaching them 3rd time they sent a technician. The technician checked the fan in freezer and said it was not moving properly and he has fixed it so the fridge should work normally now. But the situation remained unchanged. I again escalated the issue to customer care then another technician came after a week and checked. He said that the gas has been choked up and need to refill the gas.
                              I declined to repair it as it a is newly bought fridge and i don't want to repair it as this is a big defect. I want replacement or refund.

                              Now my concern is the cooling of the fridge is a big issue as people use the fridge to keep the things cool and fresh in it. And arising such issue from lg in first few days/months is unexpected and unacceptable for a customer like me who had bought the brand new refrigerator.

                              I contacted the lg showroom in chinchwad, pune (Modern electronics) from where i had purchased the unit. They say that we can not do anything you can approach service center for replacement or refund. No one is interested in my problem. Lg's after sale service is a worst as compared to other brands in the same business.

                              As described above this is a manufacturing defect and i request you to give me replacement or refund as soon as possible.

                                My brother mr shahul hameed had purchased a washing machine model name 7.5 kg semi lg wm by cash rs 12, 500 on 01.07.2016 at baghyaa home appliances. Within a short period of 6 months the washing machine started malfunctioning and i noticed that the body of the washing machine was not fixed properly and the same used to come off separately while using it we have registered many complaints through phone call but till date we didn't receive any response from lg service center. Lg have given us a warranty of 2 years for this product and its malfunctioning now within 1 year of its purchase so now kindly help us to either replace the product or refund the entire price. I request your goodself to consider this online complaint.

                                My LG Washing Machine (fully automatic) purchased on 18.09.2012 has not been working and is getting stopped in between very frequently. We are presently staying at Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. Please attend to the same at the earliest. There is no warranty available to the machine since the machine is purchased in 2012.

                                  I had registered a complaint for my refrigerator on 19th aug 2017. Sevice engineer visited our apartment on 20th aug 2017 and said that the compressor is faulty and needs to be changed. It been almost 5 days now that i have heard from him now. Earlier atleast he used to pick my call and say that the particular compressor​ is not available and everytime a new timeline was given for replacement. But to my utter dismay and shock, same was not adhered to. This entire charade makes me think that company is supreme and customer is just a non entity in their hands. What i don't understand is that lag which has manufactured the product does not have the spare parts readily available. Are we following a just in time system here. Just in case if somebody is still customer service oriented in lg, pray that you look into this issue.

                                    I bought the lg fridge in march 2017 which is not working now and after contacting the cc i was misguided by them by giving wrong phone no and name of the technician.
                                    Its really weird that a product bought in march 2017 is not working. And on that i am not given proper services as the technician is not sure what has gone wrong in the fridge.
                                    Who will be responsible for the damage i have gone through and not being able to utilize the product with no fault of mine.
                                    I hope u nderstand the problem if the fridge is not working.

                                      I bought a lg 43 inch led tv about 8 months ago, 20-oct-2016. Being a regular it employee it was too expensive for me, its 54000 inr, but i still bought it thinking i wouldn't have to buy another one for the next 5 years or so.

                                      But last month, on 30-june-2017, the tv started showing blurry picture with lines all over. I contacted lg customer support. As the tv is in warranty, they sent a service person, he said the panel was gone and he will have to order and it will take a couple of days.

                                      I have waited for about a week, and again contacted the support team. This time the same service person again called and again asked for some time. After a week the same happened and i again contacted customer support.

                                      Now the service person says there are no spare parts available and i will get a replacement and he gave a number of his manager, kishore - [protected]. This manager assured me that i will get a replacement in 3-4 days. Its been 10 days, today is 24-aug-2017, and he is skipping my calls.

                                      I did not expect this kind of service from lg. Can anyone help how can i resolve my issue? I am expecting the tv to be repaired/replaced as soon as possible.

                                        It has been 24 days and counting since i have requested for my refrigerator to be fixed. My refrigerator has been worked on twice and still no progress. A claim was made on august 18, 2017 and i was initially told that it would take 24 hours to resolve this issue now i am being told it can take 7 to 10 days. I will not be purchasing from lg again. I have told my friends as well not to bother with lg.
