Updated by sensourav68 Despite calling the LG India Pune branch office on 16 September 2017, wherein my wife was promised response / reply by 1.00 PM the same day, there has been no reaction from LG staff thereafter.
With reference to the LG reply- "We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please share your contact details with us and we will get in touch with you soon to address your concern", it's unfair to fool and take customers for a ride by offering lip service only, while on ground the response seems to be tedious and not consumer friendly.
