Hi, i bought led from dubai model no. 50lb5800-ta before 20 months with international warranty. So now from last few days it is automatically shutdown and back light led bulb issue started. So lg service center told me its mother board issue & back light issue. But mother board are not available in india. If parts are not available then why lg selling product with international warranty. Now i am thinking to take help of consumer court & social media to resolve this problem.

Washing mashine is not working. I bought it two years ago. It is front load. It stopped abruptly. I need service. I try to solve it by cleaning detergent box etc. But no use. The wet clothes are inside the machine. I require immediate response please.

    I have purchased lg split ac 5 months back. We found ac not cooling properly. We complaint lg. Lg engineer attend the call and asking for service charge rs - 1700. Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem. I have all lg products at my home. And i am very happy customer for lg. Why this time lg not providing good support to my ac.

    Ac is on warranty and this 1st complaint in 5 months.
    If lg product under warranty why should i pay the charges.

    Kindly take on priority and resolve my problem.

      I have brought tv with 25, 000 rs in 2013 and now the display is not coming. Lg technician came and he is saying like, you have to change your complete panel and its cost is 15000 rs... Tv cost is 25000 and repair cost is 16000... If any middle class person can buy this type of tvs, what is his situation.

      I am feeling very bad about lg products... I will never buy lg product in future.

        I had complained on 11.08.2017 for my led product no. 32lh512a. My complain receipt number is rnp[protected]. My complain has not been resolved yet but on the internet my status of repair service shows completed, which is completely wrong. How can the status of my repair services be shown completed without completing the repair of my product. This is completely wrong practice of a renowned company like lg. My contact number is [protected]. Kindly arrange to solve my problem as early as possible. For your kind reference we are attaching the status report downloaded from the lg website.

          I am constantly requesting to repair my fridge for last 45 days it was also taken to lg workshop but they have returned it without doing any thing also taken repairing charges from me. Since then i an constantly requesting to many people in lg to help me but no body is taking care kindly help me i am agree to pay all charges for repairing which will be incurred further. Lg people are compelling me to take my case in court for getting justice.

            I have purchased lg 43lh547 model led tv on 17.12.16. Recently i have problem with display and contacted for service on 05.09.2017. The complaint no. Is rnp[protected]. After inspecting unit, the service person wants to replace t-con card (Display card) to solve the problem. He visited with new card on 08.09.2017 and replace it. But, the problem was not solved. He said, the display panel should replace to solve this issue as the card is not supportive. I have purchased the tv with 38000 rs and within one year your are replacing 80% of tv accessories to solve the problem. What kind of assurance will provide you if it is not happen again.. Every time i have invest the 80% cost of tv for every year??? So, kindly see this issue and i am expecting some assurance from your there side or replacement.

              Despite calling the LG India Pune branch office on 16 September 2017, wherein my wife was promised response / reply by 1.00 PM the same day, there has been no reaction from LG staff thereafter.
              With reference to the LG reply- "We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please share your contact details with us and we will get in touch with you soon to address your concern", it's unfair to fool and take customers for a ride by offering lip service only, while on ground the response seems to be tedious and not consumer friendly.

On 9th of this month we purchased lg 32" LED TV model no. 512A from one of lg dealer in Ambala cantt.He sold this product to us worth Rs 19500 and same model the other dealer is selling worth Rs 18600.As GST is implemented everywhere, the price should be same.

                  My lg nexus 5x is not being repaired the service station in chilimbi. Mangalore people had change the board once but wen i bought it back home in half an i hour it again stopped working and now service station people are fooling me by telling it will be ready in one day two days and making come to the place unnecessarily they are doing this since one month. I please need this issue to be solved immediately.

                    This is to inform you that i had purchased a brand new lg led tv model 49uh850t on 13th august 2017 from lg best shoppe jeevan jee refrigeration in kalkaji new delhi. On 30 august the t. V stopped working and a complaint was lodged under complaint number rnp[protected]. The technician who visited me on 1st september informed me that the led tv was defective and will be replaced. Inspite of repeated calls to lg customer care team, till date i have not received any replacement from lg as promised by mr. Naresh kumar of lg and moreover i have been insulted and humiliated by mr. Naresh kumar with sarcastic remarks during telephone conversation on 12 september which is unacceptable. His mobile number is [protected]. This is absolutely pathetic service and shocking from a brand like l. G.

                      My lg washing machine is not working since 6th of september. I lodged a complaint on that day itself. Technician visited my house in santacruz west on 7th september. He went away on the pretext of not being able to see the bill properly. I got a fresh bill copy from the dealer that day itself. I posted the technician it's photograph and he had promised to visit again the same day.7 days have passed. I have made atleast 100 phonecalls. A few calls to some senior mr. Parag. Everyday i am told the technician will be coming today. I am not well which i informed the senior whom i spoke to. I can't even visit the doctor waiting for the technician. Today also i was told 100% the technician will visit but he didn't turn up.

                        I own an lg nexus 5×. Due to the boot loop hardware issue, which had happend on 26th of june 2017, i had given my phone to the authorised service central for repair. They had promised to solve my issue within 10 to 15 days of time. I had called after 15 days and they asked me to wait for another 10 days. But even after two months from the promised date, i had not received my phone and no improvement. They saying phone parts are not available and waiting. This upsets me. After paying around 260000 no one expect this from international brand, this is important and i need the solution to it at the earliest or i would be forced to file a complaint in the consumer court. And not only bootloop issue but the phone has issues about camera like camera freezing. My phone is in warranty. I hope lg will not put me in the situation where i nee to complaint in consumer court.

                            Rnp[protected] is the complaint number which has been assigned to khushi enterprises in bettiah. The complaint was registered 2 months back but they are just not solving the problem... My father being a senior citizen is getting all the more troubled by them... Ritesh is the person incharge there and he is not answering my calls.. If lg cannot provide me with the services just be specific and tell me that you ppl cant solve but why the hell are the customers being harrased. If my complaint is not resolved within a week ill complaint in the consumer foroum also. Such pathetic services not expected out of lg.

He talk with me with rudely. Telling me various issues regarding the tv problem. I know my what is tv's problem but the engineer told me wrong details for solving the actual problem.                               Sir. I all ready complained regarding my tv your service engineer only gave me assurance that he will come to solve the problem. But he did not come. And we he gave me assurance that he will come after 1 day.in this way is am waiting for since 3day. Service engineer do not providing me specific time. If the engineer will not solve the problemi will lodge a fir to consumer court. The toll free company provided me a number which is [protected].                                 lg 32ln5110 screen blackout

                                Looking at the above all comments and i can see many o[censored]s have the same problem. I brought my led 32inch lg 32ln5110 in nov. 2013. This year 2017 in sep. The screen stoped working but the sound was coming. Asked customer care who comes switch on/off tv and said its a known fault and asked 750rs for just to check the tv by technician. The technician came and they said i need to change the led backlight pannel which will cost 5500/-. (I bought the tv for 27k). But now i dont have an option.
                                But found lot of customers who have this issues that mean lg makes defective products.

                                We are investing so much money on brands like lg with a trust that it will last longer.
                                I am really disappointed because for a middle class person like me rs. 27000/- is a very big amount.

                                Please address my issue and help me to replace my lg product with new one.

                                I am very disappointed, i don't want any lg products.
                                I'll never ever purchase any lg products in my life time if they will not get me replacement.
                                Otherwise i will request all the customers not to go for lg led tv or any products of lg.
                                They are not trustworthy at all. Never trust lg. 😡

                                I have the same issue with this model. Better to get another new TV than shell out 50% of the TV amount(current market) for an old model which is going to get the same issue again eventually.

I bought it on 9th july 2017 and within 2 months the led got crashed twice and the manager named there sudheer kant is so irresponsible and illmannered that he does not know how to talk to a customer. He says that you are nothing in front of me i have handled many ministers and adhikaris. He is not replacing the led and talking # in front o[censored]s and on top of that he was misguiding us that it will be done in 10 days and all. I want you to take strict actions against this person and get the led replaced fast.

                                    He repaired my tv and take service charges.
                                    But still four white spot came on screen. I complaint to ur service engineer but he told that this will disappear after 5 to 6 days after using by fill up gap at led.
                                    But still problem is same.

                                      I have registered a service request with no RNP[protected] and got a message with the concerned technician detail but when I contacted him he told he is for different area and will not be coming. After that again I contacted LGE customer care and they told me the request has been already accepted and it will be done by today. But sorry to inform you that noone contacted me yet. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ASAP. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE DURING SERVICE. PLEASE RESOLVE IT IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE I WILL PUT COMPLAINT AGAINST LGE IN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS.

                                        My rnp[protected] dear sir m residing in bangalore rural district doddaballapur taluk i purchased lg washing machine f8068ldp front load from past 1 week its not working i called c care they gave rnp no n allotted to v tech service center sahakarnagara its very worst service center ever i saw wednesday i gave complain but till now no body contacted me i only called them from 2 day they assigned different people koushik n srinivas technicians but they diagnosed through mobile only they r giveing manpower reasons before this lg service was good but after giving v tech its gone name in our taluk in doddaballapur if we give complain to ifb with in 12 hours they attend m sorry to say this m wrongly selected lg products yet not served m going to check problem with local technicians bye
