Last year i have purchased a new led 42 inches model 42 lb550a_ta its been only one year and one month that suddeny i started noticing that some 10-14 white bright spots from inside the screen started appearing on the screen. To this i lodged a complain regarding this on customer care, the first thing i noticed about attending the complain was quiet delayed as it took them two days to attend and secondly when they visited they told that the screen has to be replaced which would cost about rs 25000.
Its like what rubbish half the price i have to pay for getting it repaired wherein tv was not at all mishandled or any other thing of such sort.
I would really say that lg has really very very pathetic and poor products and very very nonsense service.
I am really annoyed for this lg product and regretting for having purchased the product.

    I have purchased the lg double door refrigerator from lg showroom just before 15 days. From the day of purchase i found water leakage from the freezer door.
    So i filed complaint to lg. So my experience with lg was as follows,
    1. I was busy with my office work & could not get time to call lg. And i use to forget it. So i just put a online request for a call. I never got a single call from lg even though my request of call was submitted successfully.
    2. Then i called lg customer care and selected marathi langague. But my call was received by hindi guy and he was telling me that i am not comfortable with marathi. So please talk in hindi. I dont know who is providing service to whom. Here call center representative's comfort is more important than customer. He was least bothered about whether customer is comfortable with hindi or not.
    3. Service executive came for visit and checked the refrigerator. Changed some settings which were set by him only during installation & demo. He told me to check the performance for 2 days and call back if problem will not solved.
    4. After 3 days, i called him as there was no any change in refridgerator. He again told me to re-file the complaint in lg.
    5. I again called the customer care center. Again same problem with langauge. I could not understand why lg has kept option of langague marathi if they dont have people who can talk in marathi.
    6. The customer care executive was very rude & giving instructions to me that how to talk to him. I told him to transfer the call to his senior person. He was not ready for it at all. After some time with lot of arguments he transfered my call. Then his senior took my request.
    7. After 5-6 days from this call, i got call from lg & the customer care executive was asking me that when you want the technician at home. The fact was in these 5-6 days nobody was called me or nobody was visited my home for service. I told her that madam please send your technician on saturday as i will be not at home. She told me to call lg customer care again on friday. I said her that i dont have this only work to do. As i have already filed a complaint and your technician was not came to my place or nobody has called me for appointment, my request should be alive and you have to send the technician without my call on friday. She just said ok & put down the phone.
    8. But within few seconds i received a message from lg that my request is closed as technical appointment is over 5 days. But i could not understand that how the request can be closed even though i have not received a single call for appointment.

      How can we trust on lg products.

      Request to solve asap.

      If we need to repeately pay money in this type of complain than request to take back your tv and give us 85% over money because u r not giving 100% as our worrenty period is gone.

        So we complain for the same. Company person has visited. He solved the complain and within 10 days same spot has been occurred on the tv.

        Now how can we trust on lg product.

        This is really a worst quality and i have to pay rupees frequently in 10 days.

          Sir i have lg washing machine model f 1256qdp5 i bought it from anil electronics m g road agra on date 29 01 2013 bill number si 3530
          On date 16 06 2017 i send washing machine for repair to lg service center 11a kishan garh idgah agra receiving slip number 786 after 4 days service center representative said part is not available we cant repair it collect your machine
          After that i buy one more lg washing machine from anil electronics but when i talk about old machine he said go to lg service canter saket mall agra and talk with jitendra kushwaha mobile [protected] after that i go there and meet jitendra kushwaha and have lots of discussion he said give me time i ll try to arrange part next day he call me and said part is available and u have to pay around 8000 i said ok after that one more call come and said body of washing machine also in bad condition it must change 4000 aprox for body i said ok
          But today 14 07 2017 i call to service center idgah mobile [protected] and ask for my washing macine he give me other name aasif and mobile number [protected] and said talk with him when i talk with aasif and ask about my machine he said it cant be repair please collect your machine then i talk with jitendra kushwaha and talk him about machine he said give me time after one and half hour he said part will come tomorrow and we ll inform u in few days
          Sir lg service center staff is not responsible and making confuse and mantel harassment
          Please take action again it as soon as possible

            This mail is to express my dissatisfaction with lg mobile customer service.

            I bought one lg spirit 4g mobile on 17/06/16 (Imei – [protected]).

            I was facing low battery backup and heating issues and on 16/05/2017, i gave this phone in lg service center palakkad.

            I got the details of this service center from lg mobiles official website below. Screen shots attached for reference.

            When i approached the palakkad service center for collecting my mobile after service, the service center owner told, phone theft by somebody and they lost 10 mobile phones along with my mobile

            He told us to wait for 10 more days to complete the police enquiry and they will act for the compensation after that.

            After 10 days the shop owner told us, he can give maximum of 2500 rupees for my 11 month old phone (The price was 8200 rs while buying)

            I called customer care officer[protected] on 19/06/2017 10:43 pm, and they told palakkad service center is not the authorized service center but it is a franchisee
            And told me to contact mr. Vinoop – [protected] (Area manager) for compensation

            - this number is not available, and again i called customer care officer on 20/06/2017 04:17 pm

            This time, customer care officer insisted me to wait for a call back from supervisor within two hours.
            This also not happened and again i called customer care officer 21/06/2017 01:11 pm

            Customer care officer connected me with mr. Viju (Current am) – [protected]
            He also not responding for the call.

            Please note my mobile number [protected] and requesting you to check the call records with customer care.

            Kindly suggest me, how to get my mobile back?.

              Hi,
              I bought a lg tv in last month end. There is a static code has been fallen at the side of the tv once the installation is done that too within an hour. We need the replacement of this tv or the amount we paid for the tv. These local lg server center and customer care from saral/saran is rude. They don't even address the issue properly.

              I bough a forty three inch lg tv from a shop. Once the tv has been installed within an hour, there is a static code is fallen. I address the dealer to look into. The next day some one came and told physical damage and told us they will share the images and videos to ho within two days we will get reply. These # technicians did not even share anything to ho until i spoke to them directly.
              I personally believe there is a understanding between dealers and executives where dealers shall replace the old components within with in tv which shall be on sold.

              Now i need the investigation not from saral or saran electrical since these are non responsive people on tv whether these internal components are original or duplicated or new or old one.

              These lg customer care from nagercoil and asm ramachandaran were rude. These dont even know to how to talk to customers.

              I need to get the capture images and vedios are captured and shared to ho.

              I also need to know when the action has been taken and why late.

              We have been following up with these lg team and local vendors but the action and response is very pathetic and irrespective too.

              Kindly route to ho not to local kanyakumari nonsense staffs and vendors.

                Facts of issue.
                1. Updated my lg nexus 5x to noughat 7.1.2. It updated successfully.
                2. The very next day boot loop issue started.
                3. I took to the lg authourised service centre. They give all excuses such as
                A. Warranty period over, you have to pay for software installation and also the phone may go dead.
                B. And you would have not installed the update properly.. He means the official update..
                3. Then contacted customer care. They tell no warranty for software.
                And i just wanted to know do you think the customers are a joke??
                A update is provided by google and lg is approving and giving to its customers and of there is bloat in the software.. Who is responsible?? Customer??
                Or should i ask google for it??
                And how can lg that it is not responsible for the software and no warranty. There is no proper reply by the customer care. Lame excuse by authorised service center.
                Please dont take a customer for a ride.. This is very unpleasant on part of lg.
                If you consider me as a valuable customer, address the problem immediately

I have lodge a complained 30jun 2017 but my complained not resolve yet and service center executive are not picking up the phone even if they are picking up phone then they are saying we are not having part or this type of model led. At last i have to use this form to raise my voice against you. Please resolve this issue otherwise i have publish my complained on my co operative folder which will be seen by each and every friends and my locality and that will effect you alot.                     I have buyed a lg water purifier after 5 days of purchase there was leakage in the purifier. The lg service men had come 5-6 times they check but again after there was leakage in the purifier. We have contacted to the costumer care service but their response isn't properly coming. They have told to send the request to belgaum costumer care center but the problem is not solved. We have buyed a new one it was not second hand. Please provide us a new one or refund our money back..

                      I had booked a lg tv complaint cnp[protected] on 20th july. To start with the technician came on 22nd and not at the time promised. He then just brought the tv down from the wall mount, checked the serial number and as per the symptoms described by me, said it is a motherboard issue. He gave an estimate of 6000 for replacement of motherboard. He didn't open the tv or check anything. He took 300/- for bringing a tv down and not even troubleshooting. I gave him 500 and he said since he didn't have change, he will adjust with the final replacement part. No bill was provided for this service. When we further called lg, they said they don't have the part and have no date when can they fix the issue. We asked them to give us the number of head and two times they provided incorrect numbers. What kind of service is this and what's the solution?

                        My lcd is not working (Rnp[protected] and its complained is pending from last 1 month and service center executives are not picking up the phone even if they are picking up the phone then they are saying we are not having part in storage so you have to wait. If customer is going to wait to get its tv repaired for more than a 1 month then why he has to pay money to get warranty extended.
                        I am trying to reach you since 1 month and get it resolved but at last i have to use this form to raise my voice against you.
                        I am working for india largest it company and i know what value our customer have for us so please resolve this issue asap otherwise i have to publish my complained on my co-operate public folder which will be seen by each and every employee of my company and that will effect you a lot.

                          Rnp[protected] dt july 4, repairs men came twice charged everytime and i paid (Rs. 1035 first time, second time to reliable ser, rs 1800 change of a part and gas filling) fridge did not work each time. Then registered above complaint and a boy appeared, he gave mr hakim bhai's number. I contacted him, delaying tactics. No solution, now he says parts are not available immediately and have booked parts will take 3-4 days. Thos four days over today. I asked him which part you want to change sitting in you office - without looking at the problem? Not visiting even for once he decided parts to change, compressor, pcb i donot know how he know, telepathy does not work min electronics. Should i go for throw this refrigerator at road, or seek legal help, ask govt of india to ban lg products because lg cannot repair???

                            Dear team,

                            Call was lodged on 13th july 2017 with call no. Rnp[protected] as there was no stock, call was closed stating that the call is for more than 5 days,. Again your service center lodged a second call with call no. Rnp[protected]. On 18th i have received from engineer (Ms service center, kandivali west) that the part has arrived and ready for replacement. I have requested saying to come on saturday (Ie. 22nd july 2017).

                            Today at around 2.36pm i call to understand that engineer was coming or not, i have spoken to the engineer who said he will be coming to replace the part and all of a sudden at 4:44pm i was gain updated that there is no part available.

                            I have also spoken with mr. Bhaskar wherein i was updated that the part which they have received is dead on arrival (Doa), but sorry to say that people are least bother to update the same to customer (Ms service center, kandivali west). If this is the scenario on services provided then there is a very big question mark on lg as an organisation. I am having a 42 inch led tv (Lg make) but the product is of no use to me.

                            I do not know if complaint from customer are taken seriously in lg as an organisation or not. This is a bad experience and it seems that i should never recommend lg product to any of my friend or relative.

                            Looking for valuable support from your end and do feel that the complaint will be taken seriously.

                              Lg electronics — white spots on lg led tv - poor design and poor customer service


                              I bought the lg 42 in led tv (Model: 42lb561t) 2 years back through. Few weeks back, all of a sudden white spots of one rupee size started appearing vertically

                              I googled about it and found some forum that discussed exactly the same problem that i was facing. Looks like it is a common problem in lb series of lg tv that introduced a new technology. Some glass type material covering the led is falling down and that creates a bright white sport on the screen. This is happening due to the poor design of lb series tvs.

                              Then, i called the lg customer care and explained them about the problem and the solution discussed in the forum. I told them that this seems to be some common problem that occurs in lb series so there should be some fix available in your records and requested them for the approximate cost for fixing this issue.

                              The lg technician came in few hours and had a look at the tv screen and checked the ports. Without opening the tv, just by looking outside itself, he said the led strip is gone and needs to be replaced completely. He said, it would cost 8000 plus service charges etc.. He charged me rs.550 for this visit.

                              I sincerely telling don't buy the lg tv's as the problem cannot be rectified by lg support with less cost as it has manufacturing problems.

                              1) poor support: if it is common problem due to poor design, why lg customer care is not aware of it and support the customer with right solution.?

                              2) poor design: if there is a known design issue in a particular series of model with usage of substandard material, why can't lg provide free of service?

                              3) poor diagnosis: why the lg support technician is trying to loot money from customers with wrong diagnosis? He would have addressed many similar issues and he would know that it is not a major issue. Instead of fixing it with less cost, why the lg support is creating panic among customers and trying to charge them more?

                                My lg washing machine (Front load) is not working, power supply is proper, led indicator is ok, water supply is also ok but the drum is not working. I guess that the electric power not reach into the motor. No warnig lights display. The problem occured on last wednesday of this week.                                   I have purchased new lg tv model no 32lh604t from arcee mulund.

                                  Product what we received is too worst and we are keep on informing to lg customer care centre for replacing the same but we are not getting proper response. From past 45 days we are chasing them for replace the tv, but still we are not getting the proper product.

                                  Please try to deliver better product asap and help us to come out from this follow up calls and serve value for our money.

                                      Hi, i am khalid shaikh, i purchased lg refrigerator (Model no-gl-q282rpoy. Dpozebn) on 30th june 2017, (Order no-ord4042043/ voucher number - sls4049757) from kohinoor store, malad west link road branch, from 1st day to till now i am facing low cooling issue in lower part and over cooling issue in upper part (Freezer) and ice block issue also, even due to ice block issue we are unable to remove utensil from freezer because it got stuck in ice blocks, every day 2, 3 hours we switch off the fridge and open the door to melt ice.

                                      4 times visited your this executive (Mobile no - [protected]) visited at our home 4 times and every time he put fridge on different temperature for testing purpose and tel us to let it be work til 48 hours but we always told him that, personally we have tested this fridge on all temperature in 7 days but its not working fine, on every temperature we face ice blocking issue and low cooling in lower part & we switch off fridge to melt ice because we unable to remove utensil from freezer, but he always disagree that there is no over cooling issue, he had given us such a foolish reply that due to monsoon or due to moisture issue ice getting block. He think customer are fool and he can give any excuses whatever he want.

                                      2 times visited your this senior executive (Mobile no - [protected]) visited at our home 2 times, when 1st time he came that time he was trying to convince us by giving any excuses, but when he was coming 2nd time then i strictly warned him to not to come empty handed, just bring your device by which you can check temperature. So he came with device and after checking he come to know that there is very high cooling issue in freezer and he caught video/photos and send it to lg company for replacement on[protected], and today is[protected], but no one yet coordinate with us from lg company.

                                      Every time i called here[protected]/3) shafa service center for conformation and every time he says we already forwarded your request to lg company, but first company will again send one another executive from pune to re check.

                                      I wanted to ask all head officer of lg company that, it is not enough that already 6 times your executive visited at our home and 5 times gave us foolish excuses until we told him to bring device to check temperature.

                                      Because this time also you will send again uneducated person and he will again give us such a foolish excuse like moisture/monsoon is responsible for ice blocking.

                                        It was very bad to me because i just faced the worst responding from lg service centre and they giving answers very carelessly at vijayawada managed by spk services asc - in[protected]s when iam enquireing about my led tv they didn't giving any answer clearly and put it my call on holding repeatedly there is no care about customers the worst service centre in vijayawada
