Or aaj 11/08/2017 hone ja rha hai lakin aabhi tak mera tv opas kiya nahi kuch bolrha hai. jab bhi me use dukan jate hai wo bolta hai ki mene company ke pass bhajdiya hai ban kar aaye ga tab milega. lakin aaplog boliye ki mera ek tv thik hone me itna din lagta hai. 3month se me tv dekh nahi paa rha hu wo kiya hoga boliye. aap log aaisa ghatiya tv q banate hai jo thik hone me itna din lagta hai. aap logo se mera yea aanurodh hai ki tv jald se jald thik karwa dijiye or mujhe bhaj dijiye...

    Dear mam/sir,

    This is to inform you that my discontent of purchasing lg aplit ac can not be described in simple language. Every year i have to spend something to run my split ac. Last time there was less or no cooling effect in my ac in apr, after gas refilling the same problem reoccurred in july. When i called up the concerned mechanic, he said condenser had to be changed to arrest the lekage problem and it would cost around 8000 inr. I spent around 2500 inr in the month of apr-17 and now to get my ac back i have to spend 8000 inr. I purchased ac in 2013, since then there have been numerous failures on this split. Without checking properly why gas refilling was done last time and why this was not investigated properly. Lg split ac was purchased in 2013, since then there had been numerous complaints on this ac and and somehow the technician managed to run the ac but never identified the root cause of the problem and now the issue has turned out to be a bigger one i. E to get my ac rectified i have to spend 8500 inr.in apr-17, i was charged 2350 inr due to less cooling effect in this ac. I have serious doubt on the entire service operations of lg company and its product quality/ durability. There are many more issues i would like to describe once i get a chance to speak to someone having higher position in lg company. Pls help to solve my problem as i can not spend 8000 inr now to run this lg company ac. Complain no:rnp[protected]

    I had been handed over a defective ac which could be traced from lg service complaint status.
    1.in 2013 when the ac was installed there was water dripping complaint which was never solved and water leakage continue for 4 years.
    2. There was defective way of installation that led serious trouble in ac not working for 2 months.
    3. There has been heavy rust on mounting bracket of ac compressor carrying unit that could allow the entire unit to fall onto ground
    4. No cooling in happened mar-17 and without any proper investigation gas refilling was done and i had to pay 2350 only to enjoy for 3 months only.
    5. I failed to understand why i was not given the bill in apr-17 when i paid 2350 inr.
    After several request the bill was sent to me on 07th of aug-17 which creates lot of doubt on lg service operations. Now my split ac has been taken back by lg service people and they are saying i have to pay 8000 inr to correct and get back this ac. Kindly resolve my issue as deceiving common people of proving defective ac is no longer tolerable.

    I want a new ac replacement from lg company as one defective ac was handed over to me in 2013.

      I have an LG washing Machine and it was about 7 - 8 years back. It having model number WP9003. Its wash pan is not working but the sound of moter is running fine. Request you to share the details to the concerned departmet so that issue can be fixed up quickly. Please do it on urgent basis. It was working fine till yesterday but when I switched on it in morning a sound came up which was like something was broken inside the machine and after that the moter sound is running but the washpan wheel is not moving.

        Absolute dead my refrigerator not reapired since 15 days. Can anybody live without it compressor failure. Compressor not available. Technician coming to haouse for experimentations.           I purchased LG LED TV 32LE5500 IN 2013.
          NOW THE DISPLAY /VIDEO is not working but only audio is working.
          I send tv to LG care Bhuj Gujarat. But they denied to repair and says that the spare not available in LG. So what is means that LG is biggest fraud company in the world.
          I think this model was developed for fail and got money 9000 for every 5 years from customer if spares available.
          My TV cost 50000 Rs.
          While I purchased videocon TV in 2012 which is perfect working till date without any deviation or failer.
          I think videocon is best company for TV.
          While LG technical team was fraud.
          I gonna to court for justice and get componsation

            Sir, i have purchased lg 42 inch led television on may 2015. For past 2 years there was no complain or services met with the tv but after completion of the warranty period the problem started. This morning 9.08.17 there are two bright spots in the middle of the screen.
            I called service and asked for estimation he said it will cost approximately 5000k-6000k. I have very much faith in your product and bought. But now it seems the bright dots and black dots appera in more televisions. Recently so what is the cause for this problem and seriously i can't bare 6000k for service. Plz take kind desecion as soon as possible

              Recently my led tv is showing 3 white spots & i raised a complaint regarding the same.
              Today a technician visited my place & said the problem is due to backlight reflectors & i will need to change the whole set which will cost me 7500/- rs.
              Its been hardly 2 years & the backlight reflectors have fallen off.
              The tv is always handled with care.
              This is due to some manufacturing defect, some cheap glue has been used.
              Please let me know the necessary steps for a repair.

                Dear lg.

                I bought nexus 5 x product just 1.5 year back with the hope it will sustain for long term at-least 3 year with huge amt paid in terms of middle class but i was wrong. My phone got hardware issue after i upgraded to new android version and costing me rs 13000 as checked in lg service center, i feel very disappointed with such a brand name lg can have this kind of hardware issue which i could ever imagine.
                Please suggest any alternative and solution otherwise in next time i wont be ever trust any lg product.

                I contacted customer care also, they told there is no update came till now but i want to add every time i used to get security patch update and i got this issue when i updated that update, my phone started rebooting and it didnt on after that .

                  I am venkata raga sireesha purchased tv with 1, 65, 000 with in 1.5 years remote has been faulty thrice in which 1st time they had replaced with out a ticket and next time they had replaced with ticket

                  We are not able to use tv with out remote and they are asking to purchase remote with 1500 with out providing details on why remote is faulty in earlier times

                  We had 3 days leave where we are not able to use tv as family for which we need penal charges as lg is not able to respond with in 48 to 72 hrs

                    I live in vasundhara enclave, east delhi. I bought a fridg on 27/08/2014. Since very beginning i observed overcooling /undercooling due to which veggies, milk etc got spoilt. I contacted customer care which guided me to rectify the problem by manouevering its switches and knobs. However problem persisted. Later in june/july 2016, technician checked the fridge and finally chose to fill gas after payment of rs.1800/-anyhow fridge continued to function. On 20 july 2017, large discharge of water was seen from behind the back panel of the frdge where i big white spot was seen. I contacted the cust. Care:cmplain no. Rnp[protected]. Mohammad ajmal ([protected]), technician visited, who took photos of the back panel and asked for prchase bill. He declared the fridge beyond repair and recommended replacement. Accordingly he promised to forward the complaint to the lg company. I waited for two days for company response, however i contctd the cust care when no response was forwarded to me. Cust care provided contct no of one gaurav kumar ([protected]). Gaurav told me to wait for two days for his response. Later i got call from gaurav tyagi ([protected]) who while quoting company rule advised me to buy again a lg fridge after depriciating the cost of frdge by 45% from the original cost. That is to say i will have to pay 45% from my pocket and rest will be paid by the company. However, company will not give cheque for an amount to be paid by the company. Again i talked further to one aditya anuj ([protected]). Mr. Aditya however reiterated the company rule as said above and advised me for not contacting him again. It is going to be more than a week that i have not received further calls from any of the above officials nor attend my calls. I am aghast to find that lg company is making me to suffer due to its manufacturing problems and further compelling me to purchase its product by seeking money again from me. I request the responsible manahement to redress my problem without any fianancial loss to me. Regards. Rekha singh.

                        We have purchased on refrigerator 270 ltr from mehta bandhu electronics, main bazar jwalapur haridwar, uttrakhand on 11/06/2017 vide bill no 3385.

                        And we have complained on 4rt of aug to customer care for fault in our regarding said product, which is not working since 3rd of aug 17, one person has come on 5th of aug to my house and he say that the one part has damaged, and till time no response from your end and we are suffering a lot of problem due to very hot days,
                        We have talked many time your representatives but not satisfied response.

                        Please replace my refrigerator. Because with two month and your service is very poor.
                        We are very old customer and using many product,
                        But we are very fed up of this type of attitude of your representative.
                        We can't wait one week for repairing of our refrigerator.
                        If this complaint has not resolve by tomorrow, we will take legal action through customer form.

                          Dear sir/madam, with this email, i would like to respectfully request your intervention in the lg services arm to help me replace the broken flat screen for a brand 55' lg led tv i bought in the usa. I have bought a brand new 55' tv in the usa on may 24, 2017, to surprise my family in mumbai. The model number i bought is 55uh76 (Attached please find the jpg for the exact model). Unfortunately, the tv screen is broken while shipping to mumbai and i had to replace the tv screen. I approached the lg customer care number on 29-jun and it was directed to ski services in mira-road, mumbai - the closest service center to the home i stay in mumbai. I spoke to the engineer who asked me to share the model number on tv on whatsapp and then told me that this must be replaced. A few days later - injamam (By name) called me to notify that the panel cost would cost ~30000inr and then he closed the request. I then approached lg service center to pay the advance but then realized the quote was not for my tv model and in fact, another gentleman (Omprakash) clarified that he needs to look into the system to find the part number as the model is purchased outside india. Since then, he is writing the email to the head office (Not sure which country it is located) and reminding them several times till now and confirms that he is yet to receive the part number. He is quite unsure on how much more time that it takes for him to obtain the part code. Further, he will use this part code to inquire how much the part will cost and how long the part code will take to reach mumbai for replacement. I'm also in-touch with shrikanth (Lg area service manager) but even he says the process time lines can't be defined. I'm really concerned if lg services might refuse to service the tv after few months as they can't find the part replacement in india for a model tv i bought in the usa. Today, the executive from lg services calls up and says - they will cancel the second ticket i raised as its going to take a longer time to get the part number : (.. Since 45days (Still, they say no firm time line by when they can receive the part number), i'm disappointed to say you that lg services are still not having the part number. I wonder if part identification steps itself taking several months, how long will they take to get the actual part? I really need your kind intervention so i could get the part replaced for the tv as i'm unable to lose my trust in lg services. I'm a loyal customer of lg (Had bought washing machine, refrigerator, micro-oven in 2010 in bangalore after getting married) since 2010 and still using them with excellent service for the same all over the years. With this trust, i bought the tv in the usa to surprise my family and i'm really concerned if this would be the biggest disappointment for me and my family this year. Hence i request you to kindly look into the issue and help reach the right place to get this resolved at earliest. Thanks in advance for your time to go through my email.                             Recently i raised one complain about bright spots coming on screen
                            After that one technician also visited and checked what is the exact issue
                            He mentioned i need to change whole panel to resolve this issue and approximate costing for the same would be 21000inr
                            It’s been only 2 years i am using this tv and no damage has happened to it
                            It is always handled with care and still i am facing this problem
                            Since the product is not in warranty, it’s a huge loss for me
                            As it is technical issue (Not happened due to any damage/ mishandling), i was expecting support from lg
                            But i am totally dishearten due to this incident, i will never think of buying any product of lg hereafter (Not even give suggestions to anyone else)
                            I am expecting at least repair from lg side (Other companies are providing complete replacement with such issues)

                              Kindly note that i bought a new lg refrigerator a month ago and it had a problem since i started using it the second day i got it that the cooling is really high to the extent that it makes ice drops that melts once i open the fridge and turns to water and ruin everything inside, so i called the technical team to send me a specialist and the did that was a week after he changed a card in the computer. But it was not fixed then i asked for another specialist to come and he checked and found out that it still has the same problem and he told me that the sensor needs to be changed but this could only happen under the responsibility of your company or to switch to a new one. He reported that and i contacted the head of complaints and he told me that we're going to send to dubai the problem. And i didn't get any response so i called again and i found them really rude and they were like we can only support u with maintenance and this is all u can get. After that i called again and talked with the supervisor and told him the whole story he was understanding he told me he'll check and get back to me. He called me and here was the surprise he told me your fridge is working perfectly and when we sent u the specialist was only to satisfy you and we can't do anything more than sending you another specialist just to satisfy you. I'm really surprised and now i'm stuck with fridge that i just bought a month ago and it is lg so i didn't go get a cheap fridge to be treated that way. And i'm sorry to say that your representatives here in egypt are rude and they want me to believe that im crazy and my fridge is working perfectly although your technical representative told me it has a problem!!!                                 Dear sir i have registered a complain of washing machine Model WP-9031 in kolkatta my complain no is RNP[protected], eng visited on 06/08/2017 and told pulsetor and gear box need to change which will costing near about 3500/-, that time i was not at home so i verified the eng with part code that gear box part code 4274FW1074aCoast Rs, 739/-, & part code for pulsetor assambly is 5845EU1009B costing Rs644/- i have checked both the part are active, but recently we have informed that both the part are NSP part so call can not be solved, its an very same full matter for you people that you are giving such type of wrong communication and such wrost services, if possible then talk to me on my mobile No [protected]

                                  I am writing this to highlight my grave concern about attending my refrigerator complaint in the most lackadaisical and professionally incompetent manner. The complaint linked to my mobile phone is still outstanding despite several reminders. This is not expected out of a mnc like lg.
                                  One week and still counting no respite. I will never ever recommend this product and company to anyone. Please take corrective actions against people trying to malign the image of lg.

                                    My address c o dr arun pathak shubhankarpur darbhanga bihar. Two times people came first one said heater is not working and i will change it tomorrow. He did not came again raised complain second person came. It seems second one has seen refrigerator first time in his life as he said that fridge is ok if it has ice all over the inner wall then it is a feature of lg. So what i should do. I think customer forum is the last option i am left with because if you are thinking that i will sit idle that my new refrigerator is not working then you are wrong. This is last chance i am giving you. Do not compel me to go to consumer forum.

                                    Unable to connect headset tried everything even bought lg headset I will not buy another lg product thank you for fleecing my bank account if you are able to read this complaint an want to contact please do by all meens it's only fair what's a stupid tv like this on the market I know I should ve bought a hiesense

                                      I bought 7kg washing machine.
                                      The body shakes so much that the machine starts moving all around at the time of rinse round.
                                      Lg team tried repairs. Nothing provided as concrete solution.

                                      Now we use it with less than half capacity and less than 800 rpm of drum rotation. We also hold the machine with hands tightly from moving away.

                                      The machine has a design and manufacturing faults.

                                      Please reimburse 100% of my money paid for it.
