मैंने lg का न्य फ्रिज ख़रीदा जिसमे की नये फ्रिज़ के door में डेंट था मैंने custmare care में complaine की पहले तो lg सर्विस सेंटर ने door change करने के लिए कह दिया कि 3 दिन बाद में नया door आ जायेगा .हफ्ते बाद दोबारा complaine की तो lg सर्विस सेंटर से कॉल आयी की जिस से आपने फ्रिज ख़रीदा है वह दुकानदार authorised नही है इसलिए हम आपको सर्विस नही दे सकते.
(1) क्या LG का प्रोडक्ट सिर्फ आपके द्वारा बनाये गये distibuter से ही खरीदना जरूरी है ?
(2) अगर दुसरे दुकानदार से LG का प्रोडक्ट ख़रीदते है तो आपके द्वारा बनाया गया सर्विस सेंटर सर्विस नही देता है तो हमे सर्विस कहा से मिलेगी ?
(3) क्या आपके सर्विस सेंटर ने distibuter के बिल के अलावा किसी को सर्विस provide
नही करवाई क्या ?
क्या म फिर कभी भी LG का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट ना खरीदू
मैंने अभी तक फ्रिज को चालू भी नही किया

    Hi team

    We are facing such a worst experience with one of our lg product of air conditioner. We usually used all electric appliances of lg but with ac servicing we are facing worst days of life

    We have purchased lg ac last year 2016 in month of june and in may 2017 we have faced issue with ac cooling and when technician came he said gas issue with ac and we have to re-fill it. Now your technician filled gas in a fashion so that in june 2017 i. E. Current month again we are facing cooling issue.

    This is such a bad customer service support lg offering.

    Could you please solve this grievance on high priority and serve us better so that we continue trust on lg products in future

      I have many time complaint to you. But i have not satisfactory response. I have purchased ac before aroung two year ago from lg showroom distt. Jhajjar (Haryana). Your product work best one & half year and after that no work properly.
      Many visit by your service agent & chared paid & after that lg ac not work properly. Around two month ago chared rs. 2500/- but not provided bill against this services. Many time i ask the bill but no response regarding bill & no repair ac properly.
      Area of room size same before & after. Say your service agent that your room size is very big, so not coolling in room properly and says that install the two ac in room.

      So, i want to you that please repair my ac properly & give me service charged bill.

        Led 3d tv, white patches on tv screen

        We bought our lg tv for around 65k, with great joy, without realizing that our joy will be over after approximately 4 years. The tv stopped working around 5 months back, called lg customer care and a service person came to our house. We were told that motherboard & backlight gone & repair cost will be 14, 000 rupees. We paid! After few days, tv stopped working. All attempts to reach the service person were futile. After few days we called lg customer care & another person came to our house, opened the back cover and told the motherboard is gone. He told that the motherboard has never been changed. So the first guy cheated us.
        Anyways, he says that company stopped making these motherboards so now this tv is useless and we have to buy a new tv.
        Now i'm forced to buy a new tv & definitely will never lg nor recommend lg to anyone due poor quality & very high risk on investment. Why would anyone invest 60k or more on a lg tv when it will become junk after 3 to 4 years.

          Dear team

          Greetings!

          Today, i am writing this email to share my disappointment with your product and your team as well. I am not sure, if i am writing this email to the right person as this the only email id provided by lg agency @ sre to me however, i have just decided to do so before taking it the court for the consumer right.

          I am sure by know, i am well known between your team members because i have been following up and continuously complaining about my refrigerator which i bought in oct 2015 and not performing well since i bought. Its like, i have punished myself by buying lg refrigerator and blocked my money.

          Before i start explaining myself and my complaint for the last time to lg team, please find below the information for your information:

          Amount paid:- rs. 31, 500/-

          Date of purchase:- 23 october 2015

          Place of purchase:- lg shoppe, a. P. S. Mall, opp. Andhra bank, link road, saharanpur u. P.

          Summary:-

          Right after 6 months we bought this refrigerator, we faced challenges with the cooling process of the machine and it was not cooling as it suppose to be. Complaint has been registered to the shopper keeper (From where we bought the product) however, we have been advised to contact lg customer care service which we did and registered our complaint.

          Lg service team came home and fixed the issue (Refill the cooling gas) and issue has been resolved.

          Again, same problem has occurred before completing 1 year from the date of purchase, lg customer care team / agency @sre has been informed :- team came and checked the product and same problem has been notified that refrigerator has some internal / technical problem due to which refrigerator is not cooling and stopped working.

          Consumer requested the team for a replacement as problem has occurred twice in one year (Under warranty) and warranty was about to expire soon in few days/month.

          Lg team confirmed to consumer about the refrigerator that it will be fixed this time completely and you will not face any problem in future and if you do face again, immediate action will be taken and refrigerator will be replaced with a new one with no cost.

          Consumer trusted the lg team and allowed them to fix once again and refrigerator has been fixed for the second time now and it started working as normal.

          After 6 months, same issue has occurred once again and lg customer care team & service centre @sre has been contacted. Lg team came and checked the refrigerator and has stated that, as the product is out of waranty now, consumer have to bear the cost of any service / fault and any damage with refrigerator.

          At first it was very disappointed to see that lg team is asking consumer to pay the amount where it was confirmed by them last time that in future consumer will not face any challenges with the refrigerator and if refrigerator will not perform. It will be replaced.

          At last, no support was provided by lg service team and consumer paid to fix for the refrigerator.

          Once again, right after 6 months, same problem has been occurred again (4th time 20 months by now) and we have been trying to get it fixed but no one assisted us. Lg service centre team @ sre has been aware about the full scenario since we bought the product however, as per them they are helpless and their superior are not supporting and not in favor of replacing the product.

          It has been confirmed by lg technicians that, the refrigerator has some technical fault from the production as it cant be repaired and fixed. After all of that the refrigerator is not replaced or fixed.

          I consumer - r. P. Bharti... A retired government officer has tried my best, to contact lg team/superiors/ manager/customer care... No one ever responded to my queries and when ever i called customer care.. My calls has been hanged up or not attended in a professional manner.

          I have tried several sources to reach to the higher managers / authorized personnel's in lg company however, my requests were always declined.

          When ever i called customer care or direct number to gzb office, some rude girls (Like robot) answers my calls and never responded professionally however they mentioned that if the product stopped working twice a month or we see any challenges with products by our self twice a month then only it will replaced.

          As my complaint was every 4-6 months, as per them it is not their problem and it can be entertain again & again by lg team. It was completely refused and ignored.

          At last, few days back, lg team contacted me and informed me that they will replace my refrigerator however, will charge some amount which consumer needs to bear for the replacement and i agreed on the same.

          Now, again i got information that it was been rejected by higher management and refrigerator will not be replaced nor they will fix. Everything has been dumbed back on consumer.

          Please be informed. I am tired from complaining and running behind your team for my rights. Its time for me to take next step and register an official complain to consumer court.

          Please note: its not a matter of money, now its a matter of consumer rights and time. We have not received any professional response from your team till date and struggling every single day for our rights.

          We have kept all the records of complaints and follow ups with lg team and should we not hear from you anything with in 48hrs, unfortunately we will have to take this to court.

          Also, if you required, we will be happy to assist you with the names and contacts details of lg team members we have been contacted so far.

          We expect for urgent assistance to avoid future complaints and happening.

            Hi,

            I am chinmay from pune.

            My nexus 5 x suddenly stopped working. It was showing google logo initially and then turned off. Happened many times.

            It seems to have bootlap issue. It is very bad that from middle of know where it is dead. I take good care of my phone still this has happened.

            Now finally no command works.. Its dead.

            Pleade solve the issue asap.

              We had purchased a LG BSU18IBE THLG in the month of May 2016 and had faced a problem of AC opening duct shutter not working properly earlier which was rectified earlier by the technician under warranty to my surprise we are again facing the problem of shutter not working just 1 month out of warranty period and the technician who visited this time around has guided us that the motor is at fault and needs replacement.

              I request you to consider this case under warranty as earlier also the same complaint was launched while the product was under warranty period during which the technician just adjusted the shutter board and went off and the same was told during last service also yet again the problem persists. I did not expect a product failure in the initial years from the brand like LG. Hoping, for a prompt resolving my concern.

                  I have bought a refrigerator of lg 2 years. The 1st has the problem so they replaced it, we thought it they did something great. After 2 years pcb went off and we replaced it.. We are using stabilizer with refrigeration and in our house as well to control the electricity. After 6 months again the pcb went off.. They came and fixed the problem in the pcb and now the the same issue with the pcb goes off. It is costing 5000 again.. It is like a car where after some months we would be changing pcb again and again.. Very unsatisfied with the service. An unpolished service

                    Bad experience faced in purchasing lg refrigrator complain no rna[protected]
                    Lg brand is a trusted brand among the families in india and the lg is the name of trust that people have. But the trust is broken with bad/worst customer service which i have not seen any time for any other product of other competitor in the market.
                    I have purchased lg refrigerator modelno gl-t542gnsl/2016 on 12/06/2017 in my wife's name simi shaji john. From lg best store in baroda shri silver enterprise. The product was delivered the next day and we were satisfied but on 11th sept 2016 the fridge started having problem and the water was appearing inside the fridge and droplet started forming and was dripping inside the fridge and on food items i logged a complain for that complain no rna[protected] the service engineer came and visited checked and confirmed that the duct is faulty which is to be replaced by new original part which was in warranty still now as of date the part is not replaced, now the warranty is about to expire.
                    I am dissatisfied by the worst service given by lg and their representative i took lot many follow ups and no proper response was given the person use to say that the duct will be coming in 2 days and every time there is a next date given and i have to follow up every alternative days.
                    I stopped taking as they said that it come from ahmedabad in 2 days and when asked lot many time they said that the stock is not available and it will come from noida it will take 15 days so like wise things got delayed.
                    Now the thing have gone worst now the problem has deteriorated a lot and i contact customer care and asked for the responsible person and the provided me the number of mrs vaishali mandare who is not at all use for any matter as i have called innumerable time as she is not bothered to call back.
                    I then got the number of mr amit n shah who is area in charge i talked and discussed the whole issue with him and he started singing the same song like previous people said. He send some technician to your place and mr chirag came and checked and said that the duct to be replaced this has been done 2 week back approximately but still no hope for the same.
                    Solution i want and reply for my mail.
                    1.. I want a written reply for the complain why the thing has not be taken care and why the call has been closed without any satifactory conformation
                    2. Why so much delay in sending the part to get it replaced
                    3. The responsible people like vaishali mandare m ([protected]) is not fit for her place and need explanation to this
                    4. The responsible person like amit n shah ([protected]) is not getting back for any solution and not concern for the complains.
                    I strongly demand a written apology for the same and reason for the delay and suitable action for the responsible person.
                    If the duct is not replaced i want the fridge to be replaced with immediate effect.

                      I called lg authorised people for servicing of my a. C. After servicing they advised me to take amc which would cover everything for 1 year i agreed n paid around 4000/- rupees. After sometime a. C stopped working, i lodged complaint they came n informed pcb is not working and as pcb of this model is not available i need to buy a new a. C only they can give me discount of[protected] in new a. C
                      As i have purchased amc it should be responsibility of company to repair it and if they can not they should provide new a. C.
                      Discount they are giving is even lesser than what i paid for amc. Irresponsible and rude behaviour.

                        I bought nexus 5x and few days before my phone stopped working i went to the service centre (Nagarjuna circle panjagutta, hyderabad) they told me that my phone should be replaced with another motherboard, but they are fooling me around for about 20 days they are not coming up with the motherboard and since i have only few days left for the warrenty so please forward and take action on my complaint as fast as possible.
                        I have only 10 days left for my warrenty.

                          I am highly disappointed, feeling cheated and ripped. I am a young loyal, googler of everything to the extent that if google told me that flying is possible, i would jump off the cliff too.
                          I love my ‪#‎nexus‬ 5x phone until it started shutting down everytime i tried to unlock it. Understanding that it could be a software glitch, i tried to #google possible solutions for it, even calling google nexus help center, ultimately giving it to lg service center on your direction. And here i am feeling ripped off and cheated. Their service is one of the worst i have ever come across. Probably it feels more so like this as it is someone i trusted through you.
                          I have looked up this problem online and several of your users are facing the same challenge. They do not bother to inform the updates with the phone and then argue when pointed out. They dont have a viable solution to it even after i am paying the service charge irrespective of the problem being fixed.
                          When you made me believe that it was possible to stay simple and organised, why now none of your team is able to help me with a product of your creation and ideology? Why do i have to change the motherboard for 1/3rd the price of the device only under 16 months? Without any defect that too just an software update which a major bug from nougat itself, wichi takes down the motherboard??? The best part of it all is that even the service center isnt sure if it is a mother board problem. They cant even promise me that it can be fixed even after paying such a price. It is like being asked to change the whole car engine because the car wont unlock.
                          ‪‎nexus5x‬ google ‪lg‬ google you are not a mere organisation making money. You have always stood for simplicity, solutions and connectivity.
                          I sincerely hope you will help all your loyal users.

                            I am a student and i am pursuing my graduation degree from delhi ncr. I am here in hyderabad for training purpose and suddenly i found that my lg nexus 5x has got a bootloop issue, i tried calling lg they said that they don't have the motherboard for this product. The service centre here in panjagutta nagarjuna circle hyderabad are just fooling me around. I purchased this product for around 20k which is very expensive for me to purchase for the next time.
                            Please ask lg to fix this problem or to refund my money. Please ask lg to fix my problem as fast as possible because i will loose my warrenty on 30 june.

                              I had purchased lg nexus 5x on oct 2015. The phone stopped working two weeks back and i reached out to lg customer care who confirmed that the issue is with hardware and a replacement of the part is required.

                              I read about the issue and found that this issue is very common with lg phones manufactured in 2015. There is even a lawsuit in us regarding this.

                              Lg refused to replace the part and is asking for 10k because warranty expired. But the issue being a manufacturing fault and existing with large number of devices means lg kept silent during the warranty period and refused to fix phones after warranty

                                Extremely sorry... I am compelled to write this mail regarding the servicing issues of mobile phone (Lg nexus 5x) which was given at your service station for resolving an issue related to motherboard. It was there with the service station for almost 20 days,

                                A message for collecting the device was received and i went there and found that they have handed over it without verifying that the device is properly working or not... Till then no problem...

                                As soon as i switched on the phone... I found that it's display was not working properly... And a new problem was created... After which the phone perhaps is of no use. As i have checked it then and there so again reported the issue to the reception... And waited for almost 30 minutes or so to see your technical person but for no result. Then i submitted the phone at the reception and requested her to please connect me to the manager as and when possible.

                                Next day i made a call and fortunately found a person to talk about the issue he said that perhaps the fault created from my side... But later on after bit of arguments he agreed and said that it is their mistake and the person who has attended the query has done this and did not checked after fixing the motherboard whether the phone is working or not.

                                Same issue is then reported to the manager mr. Vikas mehra ([protected]) he himself has agreed over the issue the person has mistakenly given the phone without checking... But shockingly instead of resolving my problem he has offered me a discount of 30% on replacement of display over the device... How come it could be possible that i will pay that amount if i did nothing.

                                The situation is very disappointing from a company of that repute (Lg)... Please look in to the matter... It is not always possible for a person to spend lot of money on mobile phone... And even spending time in your service centers... On such issues... Please keep responsible persons to handle the grievances of customers...

                                As the the phone is now of no use since the problem was created... I urge that please take up this issue and resolve it at the earliest... As i am having no device to communicate with my near and dears...

                                  I purches lg washing machine on[protected], the dailer said it will be instal early as possible, but it was not instal yet. I called the dailer several times but now they where not giving any proper response, then i call to the customer care they gave me no of a person who will instal according to them. But when i called that person they again not giving proper response.
                                  The lg service is very poor, if i knew it earlier i was never buy its product.

                                    For last 20 days my fridge is completely shut down. I have spoken to more 50 people from lg customer care and service providers and have spent more than 30 hours talking to all these people but i am getting no help. No one is accountable nor responsible for taking my case personaly to ensure its resolved. My fridge is only 11 months old and only 1 month left for my warranty and i am scared that my fridge will be a wasted garbage that i bought for rs40000. Please ensure lg takes this very very seriously and do something about it. My first complain was dated 30may (Rnp[protected] which was closed without confirming with me and than i had to raise it again on 10june (Rnp[protected].
                                    We have now completed twenty days by living with a dead fridge for which there is no resolution every time service repairer comes to diagnose issue he propose new part to be replaced first we replaced the panel with which we can change the temperature but my fridge did not start than they proposed that gas is over but later confirmed thats not the case now mother board but not sure the most painful thing is that it takes minimum four turnaround days for the repairer to come back with the proposed changes and still not able to solve the problem i cannot take this stress anymore i am a vice president in an investment bank and full time mom for two children i cannot take this any more i need a replacement of the fridge immediately

                                    Suddenly the lights appearing throughout the t.v display in little spots & no. Of spots increasing suddenly please ensure the complain. Phone no.[protected]

                                      I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my lg airconditioner.
                                      I own two js-q18spxd inverter air conditioner in which one of the ac works horrible.
                                      After three engineer visits, i am still unsatisfied. They just say that the electric line is faulty; thats why i got it changed, still i am getting same problems.
                                      Problem discription.-shortly, it dosent cool to optimium limit. For instance, if i run my ac at 18 for 6 hours, i still remain at 25.
                                      In comparision to the other same ac i bought gives same cooling at 25. Faulty ac consumes more power but still unable to provide cooling.
                                      Please let me know as soon as possible what action you propose to take, your engineers have seen the ac 3-4 times still unable to resolve the issue.
                                      I dont expect this kind of service from a brand like lg.
                                      Kindly forward this to someone head and resolve fast.
