    Hi, i am khalid shaikh, i purchased lg refrigerator (Model no-gl-q282rpoy. Dpozebn) on 30th june 2017, (Order no-ord4042043/ voucher number - sls4049757) from kohinoor store, malad west link road branch, from 1st day to till now i am facing low cooling issue in lower part and over cooling issue in upper part (Freezer) and ice block issue also, even due to ice block issue we are unable to remove utensil from freezer because it got stuck in ice blocks, every day 2, 3 hours we switch off the fridge and open the door to melt ice.

    4 times visited your this executive (Mobile no - [protected]) visited at our home 4 times and every time he put fridge on different temperature for testing purpose and tel us to let it be work til 48 hours but we always told him that, personally we have tested this fridge on all temperature in 7 days but its not working fine, on every temperature we face ice blocking issue and low cooling in lower part & we switch off fridge to melt ice because we unable to remove utensil from freezer, but he always disagree that there is no over cooling issue, he had given us such a foolish reply that due to monsoon or due to moisture issue ice getting block. He think customer are fool and he can give any excuses whatever he want.

    2 times visited your this senior executive (Mobile no - [protected]) visited at our home 2 times, when 1st time he came that time he was trying to convince us by giving any excuses, but when he was coming 2nd time then i strictly warned him to not to come empty handed, just bring your device by which you can check temperature. So he came with device and after checking he come to know that there is very high cooling issue in freezer and he caught video/photos and send it to lg company for replacement on[protected], and today is[protected], but no one yet coordinate with us from lg company.

    Every time i called here[protected]/3) shafa service center for conformation and every time he says we already forwarded your request to lg company, but first company will again send one another executive from pune to re check.

    I wanted to ask all head officer of lg company that, it is not enough that already 6 times your executive visited at our home and 5 times gave us foolish excuses until we told him to bring device to check temperature.

    Because this time also you will send again uneducated person and he will again give us such a foolish excuse like moisture/monsoon is responsible for ice blocking.

      It was very bad to me because i just faced the worst responding from lg service centre and they giving answers very carelessly at vijayawada managed by spk services asc - in[protected]s when iam enquireing about my led tv they didn't giving any answer clearly and put it my call on holding repeatedly there is no care about customers the worst service centre in vijayawada

        I purchased this tv in 2011. Now the hdmi input is not working. I lodged a complaint. The technician visited and switched it to av mode. He informed that the hdmi nodule (Mother board) needs to be changed. Later he informed that the part is not available. This kind of product support is ridiculous where major components are not available just after 5 and half years. Secondly 2 weeks after his visit even the av input is not working. There is an unprofessional approach from the service centre.

          Recently, i had a problem with my tv. I filed a complaint using lg hotline number. I got a message with the name of the representative who has to attend the complaint. Then, i called the guy and asked him when he will come. After two hours, another guy called and said that he will be attending the issue instead of other person as he is busy. He came to my home and said that the problem can't be resolved. He got five thousand five hundred for amc and told that they could repair it for free once amc formalities are done. And thats all, i could rarely catch him up in his phone. Actually, then i came to know that the second guy who came is not an lg employee. He was sent by the first actual lg employee on behalf of him.
          The second guy who came is an lg ex-employee who is now doing tv service business privately. This second guy goes to the customer place and tries to make money.
          I have to make a hundreds of calls to both, and convince them by saying i need the money for medical emergency and managed to get the money finally. Hereafter in my lifetime i would never go with lg and will never recommend it for anyone. Please strengthen your process. Ensure the security of your customers. Its important to gain the trust than making billions of money.
          This happened in chennai!!!

            I purchased a LG phone model #Ls777 on 04/11/2017 from a sprint store.
            06/2017 the phone stopped working it would not come out of airplane mode. Don't know how or why it was in airplane mode since I had not been in an airplane. I took the phone to sprint to get them to help with my phone. They were unable to get it out of air plane mode and told me to send it in to LG for repair.I sent it out to LG for repairs they sent back the phone with the same issue I sent it in with. After speaking to a Rep from LG I was advice to send the phone out AGAIN!!! I asked why did the phone even come back to me not fixed? No real answer beside they didn't see a problem when they had it the first time. Now I have to send it out again so now I will be without a phone another 2 weeks. LG phone are a piece of crap

              I have purchased 284ltr lg refrigerator on 18th june 2017. Installation was done on 20th june 2017. Since then cooling effect is not there. The same has been noticed and brought to lg service person on very same day. He explained to get proper cooling effect it will take 8hoursagain we complained as there was absolutely zero cooling effect even after keeping refrigerator on for more than 8hours. Rnp no[protected]/[protected] dated 22nd june 2017. Lg has sent their technical person and said the reason for cooling is electrical earthing is not proper. We called electrician and got checked and made special earthing provision on 25th june 2017. Inspite of this the cooling effect was zero. We raised complaint again rnp[protected]. Lg technical service person came on 27th june 2017 and found filter drier and gas is faulty. Hence we asked replacement of lg refrigerator. Since then we have been calling but no response from lg rnp [protected]. Whenever we check only response is "your request has been forwarded and its in process". Its almost one month passed we bought refrigerator but lg has not taken any action to replace. We are very much distressed as its occupying space and we have manage day to day perishable goods. Many times it becomes stale/rotten. Lg home appliances should held responsible for the agony/inconvenience caused.

                Our lg refrigerator model no. Ref ffs: 528ylq4 which we purchased from mangalore on 20.03.2010 is not cooling from 18.07.2017 onwards. I bought this costly and big refrigerator keeping in mind the needs of my family and also as a long term investment. I registered a complaint with customer care on 19.07.2017, complaint number rnp[protected]. On 20.07.2017 your service adviser visited us and we were informed that the problem was related to a part known as a ‘duct circuit’. Upon further inquiry, we were told that the concerned part is no longer available in india and that we would have to replace our fridge for a new one. After repeated calls, the concerned technician confirmed the non-availability of the concerned product.

                Do you really expect us to believe that a multi-national company like lg has been manufacturing fridges without ensuring the availability of spare parts for the consumers in india? Why would you sell a product that doesn’t have spare parts? If that's the case, then you should have the decency to honestly advice the customers to buy your products at their own risk because your company will not manufacture or provide spare parts! Why fool customers by marketing a product with a lifespan of not more than 7 years? Rupees 40000 isn’t a small amount and because of your carelessness we are expected to replace a 40000 rs fridge in a span of 7 years? I repeat, because your company hasn’t manufactured the necessary spare parts and thus causing inconvenience for the customers. Can you believe this? Is lg so irresponsible? How convenient is it that the duct circuit gets spoilt exactly after 7 years i. E. The time period valid for warranty?

                We have been constantly contacting the lg customer care but have received no response. So, this will be our last effort to contact via email.

                  Lg led tv disply complaint within one and a half years only, lg service centre says that payment was 10000rs, my tv cost is 15000rs, why should i pay money this is product defect, lg is not a local company, their sells good quality of product to customers, this is manufacturing defect, if customers used the product only guarantee period only, after guarantee period product will be complaint and customers pay 10000rs this is not a fair, this is business mind, lg tv will be last atleast 4 years, i will not pay for money, i want disply replacement or tv replacement free of cost. Last 7 months my tv is in lg service centre nobody can correct reply.

                    Dear customer care,

                    On 7th june, 2017 we had purchased a new windows ac (Model no. Lwa5cp3af1. Anmhwn1) from gera vision, yamunanagar. (Attached is the invoice for your reference serial no. 705nadl008714).

                    Within one month, this ac has been repaired twice by your representatives. From the very first day of installation, the ac was behaving abnormal and complaint several times to service center but they were not able to rectify it. Moreover, they ruin the coniditon of new ac. Now the condition of that ac is completely dead. Now noone is coming to attend the ac. I want to get it changed it with new one. I don't want any more repair of my new window ac. Either please return my money back or arrange replacement at the earliest.

                    I have spent money for my family and kids to get rid of this peak summer time of heat.

                    I am ready to fight against it and ready to go to consumer court for this mental harassment caused by lg electronics.

                    We are very disappointed with your customer service center in yamunanagar, haryana.

                      Hi, we have purchased the lg water purifier (Model wcd74gj1p) s/n 110hcsf01430 almost three years ago. I would like to inform you that we are very very unhappy with the service that we are receiving on the product. We have spent almost 20, 000 inr on the water purifier till date and it still does not function properly. We have to request for a service expert and wait for months. At the end, the person who comes to do the service doesnt have a clue about how the purifier functions. It happened every single time we have called in for service. We are very unhappy with this and did not expect it to happen from lg. We are loyal customers of lg, so much so that my son in the us also buys lg tv's, phones and appliances. This is totally unacceptable and would like to know from you on what can be done to resolve and make sure it does not repeat. What about the 20000 inr that we have spent in vain? Thank you!

                      and the INR 20, 000 that I was talking about is just for the service. We have paid almost 30, 000 INR to purchase the Water Purifier. A normal water purifier, as you know, usually costs somewhere around 10, 000 INR. We were ready to pay that extra price because we trusted LG and now utterly disappointed.

                          I purchased lg led 43 inches 2017 new smart tv last weak. I have local cable tv with setup box. We are facing picture shaking and some time display on and off. I asked cable operator he changed hdmi cable. But still same problem he said that some problem in hdmi port. So please do the needful. I also checked with 3 pin cable again same problem accred. Picture shaking.

                            Wm not functioning up to mark since last 6 mnths. Drum & tub not rotating as required. Clothes comes out with food spots and marks as unwashed.
                            More than 10 complains lodged on lg-custmcare, but problem not solved.
                            Customer care are inefficient to offer practical solution.
                            Service cntr mechanics (Head vinod pandey [protected] and mechanic anil bharadwaj [protected]) unable to rectify the problem not responding to calls and giving false promise of replacing it with new gearbox n motor. But keeps delaying ineffectively since 1 month.
                            All assistant mechanics are irresponsible team and only sweet talkers.

                            Vijay sales is not offering proper solution and are not responding to complains.

                            Now fedup with constant complain and
                            Need a brand new replacement of the washing machine as it is still in the warranty period. I don't want it to get it repaired any further as it has been repaired and tempered and opened handled, upside down many times and does not trust the quality and life of the machine any further, with so much of tampering outside factories skill hands.
                            Or kindly refund the total amount.
                            Or else face bigger consequence on social media.

                            Can attched phonecall recordings on request - of all mechanic's false promises every time.

                              How can i trust you???

                              First, i have purchased a new lg plazma tv (Model no-lg 42pn4500) with rs.44, 000/-.in the year of 2014.
                              After 3 months the panel has broken. So it was repaired by lg service center after six months. At that time i paid rs.20000.

                              It was run as usual for one year, then again panel issue had arises & charged rs.20000/-. We had do lots of mail & consumer complain. After that your company find out your poor quality of product, then the lg company decided to discount 50%. That is 10, 000. Already we have invest rs.64000 on your company along with rs.2000 extra as transportation expenses to your service center.

                              Lg company are not faithful & trustworthy to customer. You can see in google also.

                              Again post in pgportal.gov.in
                              Demand for quality certificate from lg models
                              Rti filing from your company that how can your poor quality product approved by qc (Quality control) deptt.
                              Also write down mail to pmo regarding the matter & demand for audit of your company for the quality of product & cheating the people.

                              Now i am mentally, physically, & financially harassed by lg company

                                I'm using lg air conditioner from last 5 years. Never i came across any difficulty. Every time i got the best service from the customer care to the service centre. But this time, things were so disheartening. I called up customer care no. On 12 th july. To book an appointment and requested if they can send someone within 8hrs. No one came. I understood the time limit. Then the engineer came on 16th as i was out of station. He said that the ac will go for servicing due to gas leakage. I asked him when he said he'll send someone tomorrow. I gave him morning timings as i had afternoon shift. He said it's not possible in morning afternoon someone will come and the timing he gave me was 1200 hrs.
                                Next day when they didn't turn up so i called the engineer he said the person will come at at 1500 hrs. I was okay as i had to leave at 1600 hrs. The pick up called me and said he'll not be able to make up before 1700 hrs. I didn't say anything to him and called engineer. He said he'll cross checked. Again i got a call from the pickup guy. This time he crossed all his limits and started missbehaving. He was shouting on top of his voice. When i asked him if it wasn't possible for you, you should have informed them. He said many things out of which some are: "batao aana hai ya nai", hawai jahaj thodi h jo uur k aa jaunga." i called customer care they said they'll forward the request i didn't get any call. I called engineer he blamed the supervisor.
                                Every one was blaming each other.
                                This was not at all my expectations out of lg. I don't know whether this would be taken under consideration or not. I doubt after all the incidents happened with me. But still keeping faith writing this so that i should get the closer for the same.

                                I called on their customer care no. For complaint, they said they'll arrange call on urgent basis. But I didn't get any call. I myself called engineer, he blamed to supervisor. There's no mail and no call from anyone.

                                  We bought lg 43inch tv 3 months back. After a month and a half we got panel issue for which we raised complaint and we got panel changed. While changing the panel he has done scratches which we checked after getting and we raised an issue. Today their so called regional head came and he is telling all those scratches are done by us and they are not ready to take responsibility.
                                  Our three months old tv has become a default piece with all faulty items and on top of it their regional head is so arrogant and he has no sense of treating customers i have lost hopes on lg and i would not either suggest nor buy any lg items from here on.

                                    I have been lg customer since 2010. This is the one of the worst customer experience i had from last 1 month. I have raised the request for my lg plasma tv on the 25th june'2017. Engineer found the fault in the display for which he escalated the matter to team and ordered the product. After 1 week they informed my product would not be available for another 25 days. They suggested to purchased another led and they would compensate my current tv and amc amount.
                                    So, i have made up my mind and select the product after 2 days and collected the quotation of my product. After 2 weeks they suddenly called me up and told me your part has arrived then i said i have already made my mind and i don't want to it repair because in last 6 months i have repaired it twice.
                                    Now, its been more than 25 days and services center moti nagar has giving false excuses like they mailed for approval and i will get it within 2 days. I am fed up now with these services.

                                    Please help me to sort it out the matter.

                                      This is regarding my nexus 5x mobile phone.
                                      I had visited lg service center in ahmedabad in navrangpura on 27th of june.
                                      I had spoken at length about the bootloop issue caused by the recent update on my nexus 5x phone.
                                      The engineer, mr brijesh shah said it is a motherboard issue and many phones are affected for which the company is fixing the issue for free.
                                      I offered to give my phone on that day but he refused saying he needs to take approval from noida for parts and only after they arrive will he take the phone. The estimated date of repair promised was 4th of july.

                                      15 days passed and after repeated calls to his team leader i gave the phone. When i submitted the phone the lg team said it will be ready in 7 days.

                                      Each time i called in between those days mr brijesh said parts are coming in 2-3 days.
                                      Now, 20 days have already passed and yesterday he said parts will come on the 27th of july.
                                      This is is simply unacceptable. I have never experienced such preposterous customer service and i intend to take action against the company for this harassment and inconvenience.

                                      Request you to do the needful immediately.

                                        Repaire of Lg refrigerator model GL-B292RMTL/2015 requested about a month ago, PCB replaced on 1-7-17 but fridge not till date. Kamal lg service person of Jhunjhunu mob [protected] attended twice but all is vain. Seems the lg co delaying intentionally with ill motive. I should post on social media about the lg's harassment. The PCB replacement cost me ₹4000/- but it seems old one, the pack was unsealed, no receipt given till date. Pl get it repaired stone or replace the product in a week
