I purchased lg led 43 inches 2017 new smart tv last weak. I have local cable tv with setup box. We are facing picture shaking and some time display on and off. I asked cable operator he changed hdmi cable. But still same problem he said that some problem in hdmi port. So please do the needful. I also checked with 3 pin cable again same problem accred. Picture shaking.

    Wm not functioning up to mark since last 6 mnths. Drum & tub not rotating as required. Clothes comes out with food spots and marks as unwashed.
    More than 10 complains lodged on lg-custmcare, but problem not solved.
    Customer care are inefficient to offer practical solution.
    Service cntr mechanics (Head vinod pandey [protected] and mechanic anil bharadwaj [protected]) unable to rectify the problem not responding to calls and giving false promise of replacing it with new gearbox n motor. But keeps delaying ineffectively since 1 month.
    All assistant mechanics are irresponsible team and only sweet talkers.

    Vijay sales is not offering proper solution and are not responding to complains.

    Now fedup with constant complain and
    Need a brand new replacement of the washing machine as it is still in the warranty period. I don't want it to get it repaired any further as it has been repaired and tempered and opened handled, upside down many times and does not trust the quality and life of the machine any further, with so much of tampering outside factories skill hands.
    Or kindly refund the total amount.
    Or else face bigger consequence on social media.

    Can attched phonecall recordings on request - of all mechanic's false promises every time.

    Expecting a quick response.

      Dear balaji,

      How can i trust you???

      First, i have purchased a new lg plazma tv (Model no-lg 42pn4500) with rs.44, 000/-.in the year of 2014.
      After 3 months the panel has broken. So it was repaired by lg service center after six months. At that time i paid rs.20000.

      It was run as usual for one year, then again panel issue had arises & charged rs.20000/-. We had do lots of mail & consumer complain. After that your company find out your poor quality of product, then the lg company decided to discount 50%. That is 10, 000. Already we have invest rs.64000 on your company along with rs.2000 extra as transportation expenses to your service center.

      Lg company are not faithful & trustworthy to customer. You can see in google also.

      Demand for quality certificate from lg models
      Rti filing from your company that how can your poor quality product approved by qc (Quality control) deptt.
      Also write down mail to pmo regarding the matter & demand for audit of your company for the quality of product & cheating the people.

      Now i am mentally, physically, & financially harassed by lg company

        I'm using lg air conditioner from last 5 years. Never i came across any difficulty. Every time i got the best service from the customer care to the service centre. But this time, things were so disheartening. I called up customer care no. On 12 th july. To book an appointment and requested if they can send someone within 8hrs. No one came. I understood the time limit. Then the engineer came on 16th as i was out of station. He said that the ac will go for servicing due to gas leakage. I asked him when he said he'll send someone tomorrow. I gave him morning timings as i had afternoon shift. He said it's not possible in morning afternoon someone will come and the timing he gave me was 1200 hrs.
        Next day when they didn't turn up so i called the engineer he said the person will come at at 1500 hrs. I was okay as i had to leave at 1600 hrs. The pick up called me and said he'll not be able to make up before 1700 hrs. I didn't say anything to him and called engineer. He said he'll cross checked. Again i got a call from the pickup guy. This time he crossed all his limits and started missbehaving. He was shouting on top of his voice. When i asked him if it wasn't possible for you, you should have informed them. He said many things out of which some are: "batao aana hai ya nai", hawai jahaj thodi h jo uur k aa jaunga." i called customer care they said they'll forward the request i didn't get any call. I called engineer he blamed the supervisor.
        Every one was blaming each other.
        This was not at all my expectations out of lg. I don't know whether this would be taken under consideration or not. I doubt after all the incidents happened with me. But still keeping faith writing this so that i should get the closer for the same.

        I called on their customer care no. For complaint, they said they'll arrange call on urgent basis. But I didn't get any call. I myself called engineer, he blamed to supervisor. There's no mail and no call from anyone.

          We bought lg 43inch tv 3 months back. After a month and a half we got panel issue for which we raised complaint and we got panel changed. While changing the panel he has done scratches which we checked after getting and we raised an issue. Today their so called regional head came and he is telling all those scratches are done by us and they are not ready to take responsibility.
          Our three months old tv has become a default piece with all faulty items and on top of it their regional head is so arrogant and he has no sense of treating customers i have lost hopes on lg and i would not either suggest nor buy any lg items from here on.

            I have been lg customer since 2010. This is the one of the worst customer experience i had from last 1 month. I have raised the request for my lg plasma tv on the 25th june'2017. Engineer found the fault in the display for which he escalated the matter to team and ordered the product. After 1 week they informed my product would not be available for another 25 days. They suggested to purchased another led and they would compensate my current tv and amc amount.
            So, i have made up my mind and select the product after 2 days and collected the quotation of my product. After 2 weeks they suddenly called me up and told me your part has arrived then i said i have already made my mind and i don't want to it repair because in last 6 months i have repaired it twice.
            Now, its been more than 25 days and services center moti nagar has giving false excuses like they mailed for approval and i will get it within 2 days. I am fed up now with these services.

            Please help me to sort it out the matter.

              This is regarding my nexus 5x mobile phone.
              I had visited lg service center in ahmedabad in navrangpura on 27th of june.
              I had spoken at length about the bootloop issue caused by the recent update on my nexus 5x phone.
              The engineer, mr brijesh shah said it is a motherboard issue and many phones are affected for which the company is fixing the issue for free.
              I offered to give my phone on that day but he refused saying he needs to take approval from noida for parts and only after they arrive will he take the phone. The estimated date of repair promised was 4th of july.

              15 days passed and after repeated calls to his team leader i gave the phone. When i submitted the phone the lg team said it will be ready in 7 days.
              The job no is rnp[protected]. Model no is lgh791. Aindbk

              Each time i called in between those days mr brijesh said parts are coming in 2-3 days.
              Now, 20 days have already passed and yesterday he said parts will come on the 27th of july.
              This is is simply unacceptable. I have never experienced such preposterous customer service and i intend to take action against the company for this harassment and inconvenience.

              Request you to do the needful immediately.

                Repaire of Lg refrigerator model GL-B292RMTL/2015 requested about a month ago, PCB replaced on 1-7-17 but fridge not till date. Kamal lg service person of Jhunjhunu mob [protected] attended twice but all is vain. Seems the lg co delaying intentionally with ill motive. I should post on social media about the lg's harassment. The PCB replacement cost me ₹4000/- but it seems old one, the pack was unsealed, no receipt given till date. Pl get it repaired stone or replace the product in a week

                  This is to bring to your notice that for one month LG team is fooling us just for few rupees for our mistake to trust LG company in buying LED TV (32LH520D), and expecting good service from it.

                  For last one month we are facing follow-up issue with LG team to get replacement of said TV, which is still not address. 2 to 3 times LG technician has come and gone by doing some short cut for them its nothing but to complete the call, without fixing it permanently and we have to follow-up again.

                  Kindly refer attached bill copy and complaint number (RNP[protected], as i have purchase this TV from one of LG distributor "USHA AGENCY" (Direct Contact - [protected]) @ Badlapur. and same day technician came for installation. at the time of installation he found that the TV's mother board is not working and needs to be replace. Technician asked me to register complaint on LG portal instead of giving replacement. Why customer forced to use repair TV by LG Team after giving on the spot full payment.

                  When i told LG technician, I don't want any repair and such defective peace, need replacement on immediate basis, so he gave me GST reason on pricing. how LG will fool the customer doing such marketing and sale. Till date i am chasing for the replacement but no satisfactory answer received.

                  One more issue, now its weeks’ time ago, as after registering above said complaint i have not received single call from LG customer service department, instead i have to do follow-up with LG team as i have invested my money.

                  And another issue is after my discussion on LG toll free customer care number, instead of giving satisfactory answer they give me seniors number to talk as they don't have idea to solve such issues, But their seniors also not picking my calls.

                  I also doubt whether they give us such solution to address the issues or create the issues.

                  Do we assume that LG technicians /Customer care executives are not well trained or company do it purposefully to earn money for through fake product and service which they themselves create.

                  I would expect you to address our concern or tell us LG are not capable to address the issue for us to look for an alternates.

                    On 23rd october, 2016 i have purchased a lg tv 32" from your showroom. Its model no. Is led-32lf553 and bill no. Is sg/s-1357. My tv in warranty period.

                    I am first complane 9th june 2017. Engineer come 10th and check tv and say panel problem and engineer come 11th change panel but error same show in tv your engineer come after 1 to 2 hours and change 2nd panel but problem not short out, he say wire problem he change wire but not solve my problem. He say i come next day and change new panel. Engineer come to next day 12th june 2017 change panel but not solve problem then say your box (Box name i am not remember). He come next day 13th june 2017 change box tv ok but after 10 min whole screen is black, i am calling engineer but engineer phone not reachable i am calling 5 to 6 time than not received phone i am calling customer care. Next day i am received massage your complane will close. I am complane again 14th june 2017.

                      I have complained to LG for repair but no technician visited for the service since 1 month.They contacted me and said that display panel has to be changed, but it is not available and will be in stock within 7 days.                         I have been calling lg customer care since 10th july 2017 to send me a technician. I was told he would call in 24 hrs and fix appointment. It's been more than 4 days. No one has called. I call customer care everyday and all they say is we have send a reminder.
                        Not all happening.
                        I need someone to address this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

                          I bought a television on 3rd jul 2017. It is just a year passed, i have started facing display problem. On contacting with call center they just denied to provide any kind of warranty. They even do not want to take the pain to check the tv without charging from me. Is it a proper customer handling who spent 30-35 k on your brand name. Is lg making products to run for a year only and thereafter generate continuous revenue through out the life.

                          The products are really cheep and nonstandard.

                            Hi, I have bought an importer guaranteed g3 mobile phone through www.hepsiburada.com in Turkey. Within the warranty period my device had a problem with touch screen and I sent it ot the technical service to fix it. They sent the device after two months by replacing the touch screen but this time proximity sensor of the device is not working. I have sent it two more times for that reason but they did nothing. Moreover the last time they sent the device the wolume up button is broken. In total, I cannot use my device from march 2017 to today, I will send it next week but I sonra not have any hope that they will fix and pleased me. And the attitude of the technical service is not fit to your company. On the other hand, although I know that you do not want that happen I lost my trust to your company unfortinately.

                              Hi,

                              I bought nexus 5x in pre-order sales. Now it stopped working due to bootloop issue. My phone is 2 months out of of warranty.

                              When i contacted hyderabad area service manager, he told he needs approval to replace the motherboard (As it is out of warranty). After two weeks, he confirmed that approval got rejected.

                              The issue encountered only because of ota update. But i dont know why we should suffer.

                                We had bought a washing machine month back. It stopped working today. Technician came and stated it is due to bad installation done by reliance this machine has a broken drum and spoilt board. What did i do to deserve this. I see your people believe in shifting blame instead of looking at customer convenience. Technical support says it would take 5 days to replace these parts. So much for lg product and service. We pay 30000 for washing clothes with our own hands. Please take the machine and return the money.

                                  This is to bring into your attention that we purchased lg refrigerator (Model: gl-u402jpzl; 360 lit) from great eastern trading company, garia main road kolkata: 70084 on dated january 25, 2017.
                                  We are having ultimate harassment and unpleasant experience with the purchase of your lg product. Within 20-25 days of the purchase, the machine stopped working and the deep freezer was converted to room temperature. We launched our complain with lg customer care, the lg - technician intended to fix the problem by gas recharged. We came to know that there was leakage in the refrigerator gas pipe. We requested for the immediate exchange (New freezer) but no care was taken.
                                  Within one month after the 1st repair, new problem show up, there was a constant water leakage at the back and the body was accumulating water vapour. All these new issues were noted (By taking pictures), by the new visiting lg-technician. They again worked on the gas charging (Reduced the pressure) and tried fix the issue. But it was not fixed.

                                  Last 25th, june, we have the similar problem again of water leakage accumulation of water in the body. The temperature of the freezer is abnormal. Complain number (Rnp[protected] was launched same date, however lg-tech visited after 7 days of complain suggesting for another gas recharge which is no more acceptable for us.

                                  We want an immediate replacement of our 360 liter lg-refrigerator by a new one. If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours after my email with solution we will be moving towards consumer forum.

                                  It’s quite unfortunate that your company like lg is generating an ultimate discomfort and customer grievance related to the service you are providing us.

                                    I am fed up of lg it's almost been a month that my tv is not working since 23rd june. I called up lg they sent a technician to check who informed my mother board is not working any more. I asked him to fetch a mother board which he informed it's out of stock. Till then i have been talking to every person including ruchi yadav mobile number is [protected]. Amit jain have been most unprofessional lg employees i have ever come across. She never picks up the phone seems like she has put her phone on flight mode. Every person from lg has given me an assurance that my part will come but nobody tells me me when. I have another sony tv and there service is marvellous. If lg people treats a customer who has bought a tv of rs 1 lakh like this i wonder how they treat other customers. I am going to complain in the consumer forum specially about ruchi yadav and amit jain bcoz they did not pick up my phone (Ruchi keeps her phone on flight mode) never called back i believe they are area managers of the most unprofessional behavior i have come across. My husband has spoken to lokesh sharma who has been little helpful so far but he also told me last night that my product is extended to 15th july and he doesn't give any sureity that this time it will be deliver as the same case has happened before. I have a screenshots of my call to prove all the matter which has been said above. My lg complain number is rnp[protected] and this is purely a denial of service and harrassment of customer of lg and those people are my father in law who is 56+ old man whom lg has been troubling and my husband.

                                      I have had this side by side freezer on the bottom refrigerator for 2 years now. It is now a huge box in the middle of my kitchen doing nothing. Because sears does not carry lg parts and apparently lg only "gives" them limited parts (According to sears technician) i have had no refrigerator (Which i bought a warranty for!) for a month now. I have six kids and have had to go to the grocery store everyday. This is just unacceptable!!! I will never buy lg again or from sears. The customer service and care is just horrible. I have spend so much extra money on food and food gone bad i am disgusted. The technician was suppose to show up between 8-12 today, it is now 1pm and no technician. There goes a day of work that i just took off... So so so upset and pissed off.

                                        I purchased a double door refrigerator from a dealer in gurgaon. However, we found the product is in a damaged condition, when we opened the box for installation. There are dents and scratches on front doors and sides.

                                        After regular follow up lg customer care and local service center, i got a shocking message last night through whatsup,

                                        I am highly frustrated now with this company

                                        • sorry, we cannot afford rs 4390 more, we have already spend rs 32000. When the size is same, why there is a huge price difference and why should i pay extra when the same size. Let us know when the same model will it be available in your stock. Lg should compensate us by giving this new model, as we have been cheated by lg. We do not want to bear any additional expenses. Else i will go to consumer court and social media as we are going through mental torture
