I had bought an on 31st march from Shree Shakti Electronics (Ahmedabad - Gujarat). The AC got installed after 5 days. After the installation the AC stopped working in 1 hour.
I have made complained about the AC 3 times. Once at the shop i bought from and twice at LG call center.
The last time i made a complain the engineer said that the issue cannot be fixed and it will need to be replaced. this was on 23 april. every time i call the service center they tell me that the replacement is not approved yet.
Every time I call customer service they give me a service center no and ask me to chase up with them.
I do not understand how can you ask customer to keep chasing about a faulty machine that you guys have delivered in the first place.
I had bought this AC for the summer. But its looks like one month has already gone and not sure how many more days its going to take. I have never ever seen such horrible and pathetic customer service from such a big company.
This was my first and last LG product i will ever buy.

Issue got resolved after one month. Almost when the summer was over. After countless phone call to the most unhelpful and arrogant LG customer service. They gave me a replacement unit.

    We purchased lg led tv having model name 43uf770t. Atr on 15th mar 2016 from sri vedic electronics nizampet, hyderabad, invoice : sve/nzp/1879 with extended warranty.

    I have given complaint rnp[protected] on 20/04/2017 about led display problem. On 22/01/2012, one service engineer came to my home to check the tv and he was in my home for 20 min and said internal display panel broken due to external force. I told him while watching the tv there was noise and then we switched off and then switched on, then we saw horizontal & vertical lines on the screen. Also asked how internal panel was broken without broken external panel?. He said, outside panel is plastic so if we put small external force with remote or any other article also internal panel will get damage and also he said it will cost around 24000/-.

    I had a discussion with lg service center and they also told any kind of damage to panel is not covered & referred to contact area manajer mr. Kishore. He escaped and not ready to here anything - by saying that panel was broken and warranty will not cover even when i have exteded warranty. How we will be responsible for this (Internal panel broken) and when external panel is very clean, i hope internal panel broken on its own due to some technical problems /over heat or may be some other technical issue. I really don't understand how internal panel will get damaged without external one.

    My earlier tv was samsung and used for 6.5 years without any issue and had given to my parents, as i don't want exchange, since it was nice and as my friend suggested for the first time i took lg tv and the result was panel broken by itself.

    Appreciate your immediate attention and i do not believe in fairy tales. Please do not allow me to take any further action.
    I request you to resolve this crisis at the earliest and hope that you would positively do the reply. Appreciate your time in replacing panel and expediting the consumer needs.

      On sunday[protected] i call[protected] which is not a registered number of lg customer care to repair my lg split ac.
      They registered my complain but they do not even provide me any ticket number and send a engineer to repair my ac in the afternoon.. The engineer charge me rs 2400 for ac gas filling and rs 650 for welding the part from where gas is leaked. They provide me a bill receipt of some universal services. But same day in evening ac cooling is not working. So on monday i call the same number[protected] and tell us about the issue n they said they not received any complaint from my mobile number or you provide your ticket number as they not send me any ticket number. I call the engineer also they not respond to my calls.

          This refer to our complain number please note that despite of regular follow up and commitments from your representatives, no possitive result com out till date to restore the a/c mechince which has been covered under amc.
          Please also notes that our ac mechince was in working condition call bookes only for cooling problem. Your services engineer visit on 18th april 2017 and while doing the work he some how damage the connector of pcb unit and unable to restart the machince. Thereafter he left our place with an assurance that he will come with a new connector next day, but failed.
          In this situation i request you to look in the and take appropiate step and justify your repution

            We got our washing machine serviced by the same fazal ([protected]) mobile which everyone is talking about. Our washing machine was working fine but sometimes would come as ue for which we called him. He said the shokers are old and rusted and asked us to replace it which he himself got it. He charged us rs. 3300 including service charge of 850. It was working fine and suddenly it stopped. We called him up and he came and told us shocks which he had replaced had broken and asked if we have previous ones. When we said we dont have, he just vanished and now he is not picking up my calls. Our washing machine was working fine for 9 years now and suddenly after service there is so much problem. Is this called servicing where you put faulty machine parts in place of original to make money and vanish off. I want my washing machine working fine. Do whatever it takes for it.

              Hi team. I bought lg mobile at reliance digital in hyderabad. I got the screen issue i was visited mendhipatnam lg service center 3times but they dint have screen part. After that they was gaven panjagutta brannch address i was visted there they was telling me to vist mendhipatnam branch. Mrs nandini was sooo polite talk with us. When i requested for part replacement that times she said ok wait for 15days to get the part. This kind of service never expected. From today onwards if i need to buy any product for home. I wound buy lg product s. Very bad service.

                My nexus 5x is facing the boot loop issue and the phone is dead

                Since the phone is under warranty period i can claim the replacement. My warranty is getting expired in may

                I have contacted n times the toll free number and they always says the mobile department is unavailable and we will call you back. Till now no one has reached out to me

                I have sent email to the customer support team regarding the same and they asked me to get in touch with local service centers who in turn told that we only undertake repairing and we can not do anything on the replacement

                The phone has been used not even for 1 year and it is not working and there is no response from the lg team also. I have wasted my 28k bucks buying a low class product

                I will never recommend an lg product to anyone and am also marking my comment in "amazon" from where i have bought this phone.

                  First complain registered on 22april morning. Technician came at 5pm to check & reported gas leak. Promised call back and repair by 8pm. No call back received. Called customer care again. They gave a number of the workshop. Asked us to contact workshop directly. On calling workshop no definite reply was given and thereafter calls were not attended to by them. Finall technician to repair gas leak arrived at 3pm on 23 april. Filled gas, collected money & left. Didn't bother to check if cooling properly. Fridge still not cooling so reported to customer care on 23 april night. Got call from technician at 11am saying will send someone to repair. No one arrived. Called again and again to get some definite reply. Finally reply given was - don't know when he will come, maybe tomorrow or later. Are we expected to leave our job and wait at home day after day waiting for the technicians.

                    I have same issue in my LG LE5500 TV after 5 years o[censored]se. I did the complain as well but no one came back with this model main Board. I need to fix this in my TV. If you can help pls contact me. The support technician basis no motherboard and spare parts are available with LG and I need to throw away the TV. I wastes 45, 000 trusting on LG brand.

                    LG please take a note and provide the spare part motherboard.

                      I had purchased a lg32lh520d - 32"led from great eastern appliances pvt. Ltd., (Inv. No. Hw/sa/1718/00977 on 15.04.17. Alongwith a free gift of philips 2.1 speaker. Two days later service personnel came (Mr. Amal) & reply that the speaker is not working and his poor behaviour prevent our home to any q. As his reply is rudeless. Mosquito away was not been found while discussion regarding the same & the guy was comments as" if is is kept in that carton i will fit the same."

                      Request you to plz look into the matter & solve the issue.

                        I have had a harrowing experience with LG. I have several LG ACs installed in my house. The ACs are giving regular and frequent problems of gas leakage costing me several thousand rupees. In that money, I could well buy a new AC and lead a peaceful life. Have you looked at the quality of your products that result into such leakage regularly?

                        On top of faulty products, your customer service is by far the worst in the world. Just to let you know, I have got gas filled twice in one of my ACs in the last few months and already got the condenser changed of the other one costing me lot of money. The last I got gas filled was in March 2017 and within less than a month, the AC is still not cooling. I was told the AC would be in 3 months warranty and its even mentioned in the bill.

                        When I called the service centre on 13th April 2017, they assigned a technician and clearly mentioned on the call that I wont have to pay anything since there is a 3 month warranty. When the technician came home, he said he will not do anything unless we pay him service charges and told us he doesn’t care about what LG has told us. He refused to listen to us that there was a 3 month warranty saying if we want the work to be done, we will have to pay.
                        I again called the customer care and I was told they would look into it and also gave me the number of Rohini Jadhav, the service centre CCO to complain about the technician after I showed displeasure about how the technician behaved.

                        What is so ridiculous is that your customer service people gave a number[protected] that does not exist. I kept trying that number but was fruitless. I called up the service centre again and they again sounded clueless making me wait for 15 minutes on the call and assured me that I will get a call back in 2 hours with the resolution. Given your pathetic customer service, I didn’t get any call back.

                        I got a call yesterday from the customer service now asking me to pay the amount else no work would be done. When I argued with them, they agreed that since the AC is under warranty I don’t have to pay anything and they will assign a new technician. I didn’t get any call after that. Its been 3 days that I am reeling under tremendous heat with the AC not working and no response from your customer service whose only motive is to fleece money from customers. I have already wasted over 3 hours since last 3 days with your customer service but there has been no result despite LG having rendered extremely poor service in the past. Imagine me and my kids have to sleep without the AC in this scorching heat because of this pathetic attitude of yours.

                        Will someone look into it and resolve the pending issues?? I am getting more and more frustrated with each passing minute but your customer care team is completely nonchalant about it.

                          As i am nexus lover.. I have nexus 5x 32gb variant.. I purchased one year ago and was really satisfied with the set.. But recently i updated my phone to 7.1.2 nougat andorid version after 2-3 days my cell phone stop working and keep restarting every time... Or it stuck on google screen. So i move to lg service center in the city where they told me that u have updated your phone beacuse of this your motherboard got some virus and stop working and have to be changed and the cost is around 10k for motherboard... So is it my fault that i have updated my phne.. This is seriously poor service.. So i want replacement or repair from lg.. I love lg sets all my products are of lg, but now i lost hope from the products they deliver. So i request you to please replace my cell. Thank you

                          After security update the mob phone goes completely dead. Have visited LG customer care on Apr 3 with assurance for mother board replacement but part yet not received. Only verbal assurance given. Several times LG has been contacted but in vain. By LG Electronics India Pvt, Ltd, 375, FIE Industrial area, Patprganj, DELHI. by mr JAGBEEN .
                          i own a nexus 5x . From the very first month it was showing different problems, now this time when i updated my phone to Android 7.1.2 it started showing bootloop problem. Its restarting again and again or it stuck on google screen. Is it users fault that they are facing problem i was a fan of nexus series i invested in this phone but this turned a huge waste for me. In US they replaced all their devices which were showing bootloop because its your hardware problem. If you have manufactured any device and you are getting a world wide complaint for the same issue why user have to pay extra for your fault.

                          hi, I am also facing the same problem with my nexus 5X .I am waiting for motherboard replace since more than a month and no proper response.I also agree to you that they should give us a refund as we dont have any trust on the replaced parts too

                            This is shashiraju M, I am connected to LG products using the mobile Number - [protected].

                            I bought the TV around 4 months back. The scree has already got Black and white strips on the right side from Top to Bottom.

                            When we called to customer care, the response is very poor. One of the worst service center I have come across.

                            Please teach them how to talk to customers properly and in a diginified manner.

                              I have purchased a lg refrigerator model 302 rgfl dated 09.06.2016 from apollo sales corporation (Lg shoppe) vide bill no. 951 with one year warranty. Surprisingly, it is noticed that fruit or vegetables anything which are kept in refrigerator got rotten.

                              Since then i am complaining about the manufacturing fault of the machine at lg customer care but the problem is not solved and technicians of lg visiting my house are talking like fools and suggesting me only to place the thing in bucket available at the bottom of the refrigerator. My complaint nos. Are rna[protected], rnp[protected] and rnp[protected].

                              For last one month lg authority/customer care has forced me to run from pillar to post. After being dialing a customer care number on 12.04.2017, i am provided with a number [protected] and told to talk with service centre head ms. Ruchi yadav. On telephone ms. Yadav has professionally promised that my refrigerator will be picked up within 24 hours and problem will be solved within few days but nothing being done yet.

                              No one is paying any heed to my complaint, officials approached are: ms. Neeta linz, who requested that she is in korea on official tour and then given the contact details of three officials (I) deepika (Ii) shivender (Iii) sweena. All are contacted but they showed how lazy the customer services of lg brand are. Shivender, who is promising every morning that today my problem will be resolved, didn’t turn up on the phone for the all day. I am facing this deadlock situation for last 5 days.

                              It’s a big slap on your lg brand name. If you people are not able to do something it’s better if you reply me that you won’t be able to do something.

                                I have purchased AC few days back and from LG service centre a person came for fitting the AC and even after denying him, he cut the AC from side and kept pipe on full wall. And still I complained your senior staff not even responding and instead telling to us that we are lying. The day of person fitted the AC we are complaining and till now no solution found.

                                We have purchased AC on 10 April 2017 and the day a man came from LG service centre to fix the AC, we told that what we wanted and where we wanted AC to be fixed. Without my concern he fixed it wrongly and have cut the AC from side which we didn't want and big pipe line set on the full wall. we were not at all satisfied and after that day we tried our best to reach the LG customer care, had word with Umang Sharma, Area sales manager, he was that rude that didn't want to listen and was telling that we are lying. Completely no response and we are feeling like cheated. If we would have done it wrongly we had to suffer but it was done by their worker then they are not even taking responsibility of it.

                                  I have complained on 25 March for the leakage of gas my Lg split ac.LG technician visited and told bring this indoor to service centre.Then I sent indoor to service centre on 1 April.They told they will repair in 2 days.Again two days, one day and so on.Finally after 14 days they given that indoor.But since 14 April no one has arrive to fit indoor and recharge gas till today though I have again raised a complaint on 15 April.After that daily I m calling to customer care and service centre but on one visited till now.please help

                                    I have lg 32le5500 purchased in 2010 which is not supported hdmi with any model of pc, home theater, hdmi supported setup box since purchased tv,
                                    I ask for solution to engineer & he replaced with new card but it was same problem found, means that it is manufacture problem in hdmi cable not supported.
                                    Till date after many complain to lg no issue solved by lg customer service.
                                    Lg is most fraud company in the world that sell expensive product but they used chip chinese spares, which is not usable from starting.
                                    I complaining to higher authority for resolution my problem against if hdmi not supported then why given 4 port in tv?
                                    Why they cheated with customers after i paid 50000 rs.?
                                    Why we purchased other products?
                                    Why i not given this problem in media?

                                      While i am writing this email out of sheer frustration and angst due to poor and pathetic service from lg. Would urge to go through this long email of mine. Apologies for taking your time for this.

                                      Only expectation i have appropriate action is initiated and i am compensated for the trauma i have gone through in last 2 days.

                                      I use multiple products from lg and love the brand. Hence all electronics appliances in my both house is of lg including cell phones. With the experience i got today i am regretting why did i choose this brand and recommend my friends and family as well all the time.

                                      I called your customer service on fri 14th april morning for shifting my ac for which the lady registered request for dismantling and asked me to call back once the technician is here for installation at new house as it is right next door. I requested for early schedule then 48 hrs as needed to vacate the house next day. She responded they would come in 24 hours and take care of it.

                                      Since then i have been following up with your customer service number with no resolution but just listening to robotic statement all the time. Kindly go through by call history and call recording to experience it. If you are not able to get the recordings by any chance which i feel is very rare scenario as customer service we are expected for 100% call recordings. Do let me know i have all recording for my interactions.

                                      After couple of attempts the next day i get your local dealers number "shree enterprise" who would be sending the technician (I do not how did lg tie up with such pathetic dealers).

                                      When i call them the only answer i get the technician with call you and come in next 1 hours time. Since saturday i am just waiting for that one hour to finish. I can't recollect the number of calls i made to them in between saturday and sunday. All in vein as yet no one has visited. All my saturday went in this and i did not get any other answer from them

                                      They gave their technicias number named nitish on saturday when called he said he would come in 2 hours which he never showed up.

                                      After 2 hours another technician ali calls up saying he would coming but would take another 2 hours this is happening at 4 2 in terms afternoon. This person did not have courtesy to call and say he is getting later as when i call him at 4 he say wi come by 6 as the work has delayed.

                                      My saturday is gone in this and in between calls made to your customer service also was waste as they said we spoke to the dealer and they are se ding the technician in an hour.

                                      Sunday morning i call up shree enterprise and they say he will come in and hour and no one shows up.

                                      This would have been the longest hour of my life. I don't know which time do lg and team follows as it has not come in last 72 hours as per my clock which i follow.

                                      Frustrated i call up customer service to speak to a senior and the person on call tries to help by asking the issue again. I politely explained him and he did the same thing assuring technician will call and come soon. This assurance is worst then any political person speech.

                                      No one calls not turns up. I called up again and asked for senior they disconnected the call. Again i call again they disconnected. This happened at least 5 time. Have not seen any local customer service also dealing with their customers like this. This is the most unprofessional "oh using a heavy work here". I don't think lg knows what does professionalism means or would not have such goons sitting out to take calls.

                                      Seriously if i would have outsourced to such vendor i would have terminated the agreement right aways for treating my customers like this and fired those people.

                                      My sunday is gone with waiting for technician as he said and come by 6 and shree enterprises saying we will send asap. As my last hope of lg customer services doing something g was gone.

                                      No one had courtesy to call and say they are not turning up and my day was wasted just waiting for technician to come.

                                      My loss in this 72 hours.

                                      * pay additional 2 days rent to the flat owner i vacated as i was not able to handover the key.
                                      * he did not give the deposit money as the key was not handed over which in turn got would get my chq to dishonour to my new flat owner as i am yet to get the deposit money.
                                      * time wasted waiting for 2 days back home and not doing any of my pending work as the one hour is not over yet.
                                      * health issues due to anger, anxeity, tension, frustration for me and my wife.
                                      * high phone bills due to multiple touch points just to get a technician
                                      * pay additional money to the new tenant who was suppose to occupy the place to manage for another 2 days.

                                      False commitment, no clarity, not following the tat is what this has created and does follow under poor customer service and harassment to consumer.

                                      Person finally came to uninstall the ac. Technician names arjun.

                                      I called the customer service to book request for installation as the executive had told earlier. Arjun denies to install as he says he is not appointed for it and need to wait for someone else to come.

                                      With no other option i had to wait. Afternoon technician comes at 3.30 (Not dressed as lg technician do) names abbas and messes up further. He took 6 hours to install the ac and i had to wait back home just because of it and could not go to office.

                                      He made multiple holes in the wall and did not fix it properly. He cut the 12 ft copper wire i had in half and later realized he has cut it too short and it is not fitting now. Too time to go back and get new wire for installation.

                                      Pathetic work done by him as he did not even tape the wires and n left it hanging in the bedroom as is. When asked to do he says he is not having the tape with him.

                                      After he leaves within in 5 mins the ac started leaking and i had to call him back. He came and said cant do anything right now and will ask him senior to come tomorrow to do it for me. While he said this he released the gas which i had recently filled by paying 2500 during the service 2 weeks back.

                                      While the senior come today morning after me following up and making couple of calls. He comes and says the condenser is damaged. I was surprised as the ac was working absolutely fine and did not have any issue.

                                      While the guys were fitting the ac i did hear noise and did tell him it was damaged by the technician who was fitting it yesterday but he denies and says he will get it replaced in warranty.

                                      When i raised my voice saying it is not a favor and he is doing just because it was damaged by the technician who was working on it yesterday.

                                      Finally add to my angst he says it would take 3 days for this and ac will not work till then. I had to raise my voice and ask him to get it working for next 3 days till the time it is replaces.

                                      He was more concerned the gas which would be filled would get wasted when the condenser will be replaced and no concern of what the customer is going through. I would not pay the labor charge for replacing the condenser as it has been damaged by the technician.

                                      Such pathetic experience i have never ever experience with any of my products.

                                      Call center supervisors committed call back from manager twice which i have still not received and waiting for it. They deny escalation which is against the consumer law.

                                      Can some call and take care of this for me.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I bought side by side refrigerator. I think it's best so i prefer lg. But it's not cooling properly.you can check how many times your engineers vistit my place. It's works but after some time it create a same problem. Please replace this refrigerator.in future before buying any product i think.

                                        Purchaged LG tv model no 32 LV 3730 sn108PLQMO84620 from Kashika enterprises mahmoorganj varanasi.My tv do not display pic I complained on costumer care one technician came and said tv motherboard is to be changed.After 15 days replied company could not provide motherboard of such an old model .
                                        Pl help what can I do with this situation.
