Respected sir / madam,
I have purchased lg ¬air conditioner (Ac) online from amazon. It is delivered on[protected], for installation i have called to lg customer care for installation, accordingly i only followed up for installation.
Day-1: - on[protected] at 7’o clock evening lg third party technician (Mr. Pothu raju) came from the sri swathi service point. For installation, i requested as per my choice, but technician suggested in different side as per his convenience. (I trusted his suggestion because he said in future there will be a gas leakage on my suggested place).
Day-2: - i am getting water leakage problem from vey 2nd day on words. I have called pothu raju i have explained my problem and he committed next day[protected] to visit my place and fix the problem. Till now this is never happened. Every day am calling to his mobile number and he is saying ¬¬¬¬he will come. I have waited 1 week like this but there is no use, sometimes he is avoided my calls and if he responds also his behaviour is not good.
I have waited 1 week time and i contacted to lg customer care, and i have explained same thing to customer care and they shared the same contact details of swathi service point. Those number are [protected] / [protected].
I contacted swathi service point manager and i discussed about my problem, and he promised he will send a technician to fix the problem. His committed date is[protected]. On 26th onwards i am contacting him and his technician, they are avoiding the calls, and giving the wrong commitments. Nearly me & my wife dialled both numbers more than 100 times.
Before registering this complaint, i called him but he is not responded, finally i sent a message to his mobile no. [protected]. Message is “ if the problem is not resolved by today 2pm i will put complaint in consumer court “, but how ever i didn’t get any response from them.
If i called technician he is again asking for money, lg technician did the wrong installation and i am asked to correct the his installation straightaway their asking money. Moreover, where he installed ac from that position my room is not colling at all.
