I have an lg g3 which was bought 1 and a half years ago but unfortunately i am facing some issues with the display of it..and it as mentioned in the box that they will provide one time screen replacement free of cost..now they are claiming that its only valid during the warranty period of the phone..but that wasn't mentioned anywhere..I believe that lg is cheating their customers who bought their phone for such a huge sum of money.....

I had an issue with my LG TV and called LG customer care to arrange for a technician. The response was swift and the technician visited my home on the very same day only to tell me that there is an issue with the TV and that I would need to pay Rs 7, 000 to get that fixed if the problem is with the circuit and that it would be Rs 15, 000 if the LED panel needs to be changed. The issue is that i was not told about the exact nature of the problem...

1. I had got my old split AC relocated and installed at my residence H No 86 sector 38 Gurgaon Haryana, on 17 October 2016 vide request number RNA[protected] .

2, When I tried to activate my AC in first week of April, I realised that the gas had leaked out. When I complained to the Customer Service, I have been told that the warranty for faulty service is only for three months from the date of installation.

I purchased led tv (42lb5820 - full hd smart tv) from lg on 17th august 2014. From last week onwards, i can see a white spotty circles on the screen while watching tv. I contacted the technicians and got to know that i need to replace the back light panel which costs me around 10000

We are investing so much money on brands like lg with a trust that it will last longer.

I have purchased a NEW split AC on 31.3.17. Till now they have not installed the AC. Problem is they have no time for installation. I need specific time for installation and they are unable to provide it.

If you have busy schedule then please do not purchase AC from LG. They are customer unfriendly.

Call is not attended by faridabad LG service centre. LG customer care is very unfriendly. So, think & talk before...

Facts of issue.
1. Updated my LG nexus 5x to Noughat 7.1.2. It updated successfully.
2. The very next day Boot Loop issue started.
3. I took to the LG Authourised service centre. They give all excuses such as
A. Warranty period over, you have to pay for software installation and also the phone may go dead.
