Sir,
I have lg 32le5500 purchased in 2010 which is not supported hdmi with any model of pc, home theater, hdmi supported setup box since purchased tv,
I ask for solution to engineer & he replaced with new card but it was same problem found, means that it is manufacture problem in hdmi cable not supported.
Till date after many complain to lg no issue solved by lg customer service.
Lg is most fraud company in the world that sell expensive product but they used chip chinese spares, which is not usable from starting.
I complaining to higher authority for resolution my problem against if hdmi not supported then why given 4 port in tv?
Why they cheated with customers after i paid 50000 rs.?
Why we purchased other products?
Why i not given this problem in media?

    While i am writing this email out of sheer frustration and angst due to poor and pathetic service from lg. Would urge to go through this long email of mine. Apologies for taking your time for this.

    Only expectation i have appropriate action is initiated and i am compensated for the trauma i have gone through in last 2 days.

    I use multiple products from lg and love the brand. Hence all electronics appliances in my both house is of lg including cell phones. With the experience i got today i am regretting why did i choose this brand and recommend my friends and family as well all the time.

    I called your customer service on fri 14th april morning for shifting my ac for which the lady registered request for dismantling and asked me to call back once the technician is here for installation at new house as it is right next door. I requested for early schedule then 48 hrs as needed to vacate the house next day. She responded they would come in 24 hours and take care of it.

    Since then i have been following up with your customer service number with no resolution but just listening to robotic statement all the time. Kindly go through by call history and call recording to experience it. If you are not able to get the recordings by any chance which i feel is very rare scenario as customer service we are expected for 100% call recordings. Do let me know i have all recording for my interactions.

    After couple of attempts the next day i get your local dealers number "shree enterprise" who would be sending the technician (I do not how did lg tie up with such pathetic dealers).

    When i call them the only answer i get the technician with call you and come in next 1 hours time. Since saturday i am just waiting for that one hour to finish. I can't recollect the number of calls i made to them in between saturday and sunday. All in vein as yet no one has visited. All my saturday went in this and i did not get any other answer from them

    They gave their technicias number named nitish on saturday when called he said he would come in 2 hours which he never showed up.

    After 2 hours another technician ali calls up saying he would coming but would take another 2 hours this is happening at 4 2 in terms afternoon. This person did not have courtesy to call and say he is getting later as when i call him at 4 he say wi come by 6 as the work has delayed.

    My saturday is gone in this and in between calls made to your customer service also was waste as they said we spoke to the dealer and they are se ding the technician in an hour.

    Sunday morning i call up shree enterprise and they say he will come in and hour and no one shows up.

    This would have been the longest hour of my life. I don't know which time do lg and team follows as it has not come in last 72 hours as per my clock which i follow.

    Frustrated i call up customer service to speak to a senior and the person on call tries to help by asking the issue again. I politely explained him and he did the same thing assuring technician will call and come soon. This assurance is worst then any political person speech.

    No one calls not turns up. I called up again and asked for senior they disconnected the call. Again i call again they disconnected. This happened at least 5 time. Have not seen any local customer service also dealing with their customers like this. This is the most unprofessional "oh using a heavy work here". I don't think lg knows what does professionalism means or would not have such goons sitting out to take calls.

    Seriously if i would have outsourced to such vendor i would have terminated the agreement right aways for treating my customers like this and fired those people.

    My sunday is gone with waiting for technician as he said and come by 6 and shree enterprises saying we will send asap. As my last hope of lg customer services doing something g was gone.

    No one had courtesy to call and say they are not turning up and my day was wasted just waiting for technician to come.

    My loss in this 72 hours.

    * pay additional 2 days rent to the flat owner i vacated as i was not able to handover the key.
    * he did not give the deposit money as the key was not handed over which in turn got would get my chq to dishonour to my new flat owner as i am yet to get the deposit money.
    * time wasted waiting for 2 days back home and not doing any of my pending work as the one hour is not over yet.
    * health issues due to anger, anxeity, tension, frustration for me and my wife.
    * high phone bills due to multiple touch points just to get a technician
    * pay additional money to the new tenant who was suppose to occupy the place to manage for another 2 days.

    False commitment, no clarity, not following the tat is what this has created and does follow under poor customer service and harassment to consumer.

    Person finally came to uninstall the ac. Technician names arjun.

    I called the customer service to book request for installation as the executive had told earlier. Arjun denies to install as he says he is not appointed for it and need to wait for someone else to come.

    With no other option i had to wait. Afternoon technician comes at 3.30 (Not dressed as lg technician do) names abbas and messes up further. He took 6 hours to install the ac and i had to wait back home just because of it and could not go to office.

    He made multiple holes in the wall and did not fix it properly. He cut the 12 ft copper wire i had in half and later realized he has cut it too short and it is not fitting now. Too time to go back and get new wire for installation.

    Pathetic work done by him as he did not even tape the wires and n left it hanging in the bedroom as is. When asked to do he says he is not having the tape with him.

    After he leaves within in 5 mins the ac started leaking and i had to call him back. He came and said cant do anything right now and will ask him senior to come tomorrow to do it for me. While he said this he released the gas which i had recently filled by paying 2500 during the service 2 weeks back.

    While the senior come today morning after me following up and making couple of calls. He comes and says the condenser is damaged. I was surprised as the ac was working absolutely fine and did not have any issue.

    While the guys were fitting the ac i did hear noise and did tell him it was damaged by the technician who was fitting it yesterday but he denies and says he will get it replaced in warranty.

    When i raised my voice saying it is not a favor and he is doing just because it was damaged by the technician who was working on it yesterday.

    Finally add to my angst he says it would take 3 days for this and ac will not work till then. I had to raise my voice and ask him to get it working for next 3 days till the time it is replaces.

    He was more concerned the gas which would be filled would get wasted when the condenser will be replaced and no concern of what the customer is going through. I would not pay the labor charge for replacing the condenser as it has been damaged by the technician.

    Such pathetic experience i have never ever experience with any of my products.

    Call center supervisors committed call back from manager twice which i have still not received and waiting for it. They deny escalation which is against the consumer law.

    Can some call and take care of this for me.

      Dear sir,
      I bought side by side refrigerator. I think it's best so i prefer lg. But it's not cooling properly.you can check how many times your engineers vistit my place. It's works but after some time it create a same problem. Please replace this refrigerator.in future before buying any product i think.

      Purchaged LG tv model no 32 LV 3730 sn108PLQMO84620 from Kashika enterprises mahmoorganj varanasi.My tv do not display pic I complained on costumer care one technician came and said tv motherboard is to be changed.After 15 days replied company could not provide motherboard of such an old model .
      Pl help what can I do with this situation.

            I bought an Air conditioner of LG and asked to call up toll free for demo & installation. When I did call up, i was told that I need to pay Rs. 499 towards installation and I had agreed for that too.
            the gentlemen who came for installation asked me to pay for some clamp for Rs.750 which was not of LG product and I was not informed about the same before. Is it a mandatory? if it so why was I not informed in advance?

            Customer care executive Antony and Floor supervisor Kalaiselvi insisted me to buy the same. Are they supposed to promote others products?If the accessory was mandatory why was that not provided with the unit itself. When I asked about it, I was told that the same can be installed without that also but they wanted me to give in writing that they will not be responsible for faulty installation. service agency AK Engineering Chennai. Ridiculous. Can some one asnwer?

            I have purchase LED TV-49" from LG Best store, GIP, Noida on 23.3.2017. The sound bar- free with the TV is still not delivered, even after 20 days. At the time of booking shop person told that it will be delivered within 3 days.

              I have purchased a new dual inverter split AC on 31st March 2017, which stopped cooling after 1 day of working. i was only getting the air from indoor unit, no cooling at all. Technician came and filled the gas and AC started working and stopped again after 1 day. This thing happened 4 times within 15 days. i have taken 5 days of leave from my office to attend these technician.

              Approx 15 LG technician have visited my bedroom since i have purchased.
              Here i am attaching the bill of the purchasing and latest service req no.

              LG is worse in electronic product and customer service. if they will not replace my product or refund my amount, i ll file a FIR against LG and distributor.
              They have harassed me a lot.

              As it hhas been one week nobody has come to instalation of ac very poor service by lg as we have already raised the issue two to three times on toll free number even thouh there is no response
              We have purchased this high end washing machine and the first demo was not satisfactory. Now still chasing LG for over a month, call & emails to send someone to give us a demo on the machine.
              The rude and disinterested staff who have come asked for a fee.
              So customer service completely missing.
              Please advise.

                  This is to bring to everyones kind notice that I have purchased an expensive Side by Side Door, GC-B247SLUV Refrigerator from LG’s Authorised Dealer : Khosla Electronics, Kolkata, India on 20/03/2017, Invoice Date : 21/03/2017, Invoice No : 2924/1617/12648.

                  However the Refrigerator delivered on 21/03/2017, eveningwas with Packaging Seal Broken, and Carton Cut open from Bottom hence the delivered goods didn’t had any credibility...

                  We have a lg ac purchased from reliance digital in 2012.
                  Recently, we logged a request in your customer care for adequate service on 10th march 2017. One gentleman from kolkata customer care showed up and screwed up our ac. We again called up customer care few times and we were told that you can get into amc, but the problem was every time we were communicated a different price. It seems there is no professionalism in providing services. We are not getting any service from lg like esteemed company. Please take it seriously. You have a terrible support system at kolkata region.

                      I hav purchased lg invetor ac vide model no bsa18ibe in the month of may 2016. Since installtion of the product i had service issues. Service center do not turm up quickly, during the rainy season all of sudden water came insidrle the room through the hole which is drilled for the purpose of ac outlet pipe from the unit. I hav contcted customer care quickly but the service is too late it is the emergecy situation where they need to turn up quickly.

                      The second issue is that i have requested for uninstallation which is not the free of cost. The technician has uninstalled the product but we could not notice that and even technician has not informed the same. Later i hav lodged request for uninstallation. The other technician had found that a hook broken which is one of the two hook lies behind the indoor ac unit. I have then lodged complaint on the issue. Still there is no development in the issue. I am in touch with customer care executives of lg on regularly. Every time i had to explain the issue but there is no resolution.

                      Request you pls help me to get it repaired without excess cost to customer.

                        I have bought this washing machine (LG T9577TEELJ 8.5 kg) recently around 5 months back and have tried everything and even LG has sent people for resolving the issue but they also failed in their attempts. Even if you wash clothes separately the lint on clothes stays along with washing powder patches. The inbuilt filter even if cleaned adds no value.

                        Thus its a waste of money and LG doesnt have any solution to this except for generating service request again and again. Would recommend guys not to go for this machine .

                          I have bought LG AC approx. 7 months back, now my AC have developed some issue to which I have lodged service request Request Number : CNP[protected].

                          But its being 14 days but no one has attended the same, I am shocked to see the professionalism of the co. officials. Even customer care called me up that they have spoken to service center & my problem will be attended but no one has solved the issue.
                          I believe LG has lost its core values on customer satisfaction

                            I have purchased lg g4 mobile phone. it got bootloop issue after a week warranty expired. they gave quotation of 20k for new motherboard. and mobile was purchased at 50k initially. just in 1 year it got this issue. this is manufacturing defect. lg as acknowledged this issue publicly. if its manufacturing defect they should atleast repair it for free. most of the lg g4 users are facing same issue sooner or later.

                              I've put a service request, through online lg care mobile app, for changing of air flow direction louvre of two of my ac's. The service request numbers are as follow: ccn[protected] & ccn[protected]. Though i've provided all relevant detail about the spare but the local service centre brought wrong spare part three times. The complaint is still unresolved even after two months.

                              Now there is no response form local service centre

                                I bought LG dual inverter Ac on 1st of this month. But no one from LG side came and installed AC after numerous multiple calls to the customer care. I want you people to take this a major complaint from my side. The persons i contacted is Kishore who promised for installation daily yet no one approached.In case if LG is not able to resolve this, please make them pay my money back and file a case against them for wasting my money and time

                                  Hi - I have been having issues with my LG split AC for the last 2-3 yrs, everytime when I log a complaint, one of the technicians is visiting my place and refilling the gas which is working for a few days but since we primarily the AC in summer, that was taking care of my requirement and this year I logged a complaint again and same as earlier, one of the technicians visited my place and refilled the gas but this time the gas got discharged within a day, when I switched on the AC the very next day, it was just the air I was getting...When I called the technician and informed about it, he has requested me to log a complaint again and said the unit will need to be sent to the service centre...Accordingly, I logged a complaint over last weekend but so far no turned up to fix the unit...One of the technicians has called me to take an appointment for visit and I told him about my conversation with the earlier technician who visited my place and shared his number with him, he said will talk to him and get back to me but didn't hear anything so far...I have two small children at home and finding it very difficult to manage without AC...Hence, appreciate your assistance in getting the unit permanently ASAP.

                                    I had purchased a LG refrigerator Model No GL-B282SMPM from AL-Lite Electronics, Mapusa, Goa on 29/04/2016 vide bill no 1858. The refrigerator started giving problems within a year. The freezer section is not working at all. On 07/03/17, I had complained to AL-Lite Electronics for the problem. My complaint no was RNP[protected]. A service engineer(SE) named Azhar visited my place, only inspected the freezer and left. After two days, another SE named Jalal visited and replaced the cooling coil. The freezer thereafter started working but not upto its optimal level. Water was not getting freezed even after 12 hrs. Disappointed with the service rendered, I contacted the customer care, who then sent another SE named Mudassir who only inspected the freezer and left without attending to the problem. From that day, they are not entertaining my calls at all.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      I have purchased one refrigerator and one Split AC from Great Eastern showroom situated in Chinsurah, West Bengal, India.

                                      For the demo of refrigerator I received more than 100 calls from LG everyday from various persons. Finally the person who came for demo I show him on the door inside there are plenty pin holes. He already discussed with his department. But since yesterday action is incomplete including demo.

                                      To maintain a good business policy and customer feedback I strongly recommend you immediately replace the refrigerator and make enable to my family to understand why did we select LG product.

                                      For split AC kindly send someone and have a look on poor job by your technician.
                                      During installation time they damaged the back side of outer part (Exhausted/blower).
                                      The tubing passing through the wall hole from indoor to outdoor is completely rested on the wall which caused that weight of the AC not on hanger.

                                      Anyway, as soon as possible resolve all this issues.
