Subject: Reg. my complaint no-RNA[protected] for micro oven

Dear Sir /madam,
This complaint, dated 6th August is regarding my microwave oven. After complaint service engineer from Bareilly came within two days and after inspection he decided to take faulty part at service centre for repair but sorry to say that still my microwave oven is out of order & no communication from service canter about the present status.
I am a customer using different products of LG like ac, microwave, automatic Washing machine, etc.
Regarding this I have already book complaint through mail also in your customer care service but till today I have not received any reply from your end.
Hope I will get best service & quick response from LG, to maintain my faith with LG.

    Dear sir

    Before 1 year i have bought LG G4 mobile from dubai international airport and after 7 months o[censored]se mobile started rebooting on its own when i have shown the mobile to indian service center of lg then they said me that from where is bought mobile there only it can be repaired. and in the month of august i have visited dubai and i have also shown my mobile there they said us that there is less chance to repair the phone and company and if then also if i want to repair it then it will cost me near about 19000 to 20000 INR and after repairing no any guaranty on that mobile. They told me that is the hardware problem in the mobile and i am not the 1 whose is facing the same problem in this G$ series of mobile.

    In my life this was my 1st LG mobile and i have a question that does the company do like this to all the clients? As an citizen of indian i thought to buy mobile of indian company but i was totally wrong. After showing in different service station of LG in india as well in dubai now my warranty period is also over. Now what i have to do with my mobile.

    If i will not get satisfactory answer or solution from the company in time then i will start to share my problem with my friends and also i will start to go online and share my incident will all my friends in social media too. I will start to do negative marketing of all your products and i will also do in social media too.

    I have received a call from the Lg company customer care personal and asked me all the details of my mobile after giving all the details they have ensured me to call back in 2 working days but now its more then 10 days no any reply to it and now even they are not receiving my call to. I am also trying to call back on the same mobile number from which i have received call and i have given all details of my mobile but now they are not even receiving my call too.

    Your customer service team is totally waste of time they all are asking the same things repetitively but after that no any answer to it and no any call after that. All are just wasting the time and just calling me for formality. Is there any accountable personal in the lg company or in the customer service team who can speak truth and can do what they say?

    Is this you call your customer service team. They all are just wasting the time.

    Now i think i need to do something more then just posting in consumer complaints.

      Not satisfied with lg led tv. after completing one-year power supply gone. after communicating with lg customer service and complain. lg service person (munish) from bangalore came. and every day he came and give different reason for the tv issue. what the hell is this with lg. he told that part is not available in bangalore, my q is bangalore is not village that we will not get parts. why after one year particularly after completion of warranty issue occur with lg product and lg service is not good.
      I'll never ever purchase any lg products in my life time.
      I request all the customers not to go for lg led tv or any products of lg.
      They are not trustworthy at all. never trust lg.

        Dear sir,
        I have purchased lg32lb563b32 led tv through snapdeal online website.
        Lg service team is not providing extendable warranty in spite of all documents available with us-

        Complaints nos & details are given below-
        Model no-lg 32lb563b32 inches hd ready led

        Problem :- white dots are appearing on picture screen. Tv is under extendable warranty. Purchase date is 14-oct-2014. Invoice no-6c3f25/14-15/6382 - tv serial no-407plfj078627

        All documents related to purchase & warranty provided to lg customer care team, but they are simply ignoring the issues and trying to reject warranty without any major reason. Also not confirming real reason of tv failure.
        Twice i faced this issue in1 year.

        I got extended warranty card along with TV. If extended warranty is not applicable on online purchase, then why company has provided extended warranty card with online purchase item..it clearly shows bad intension of LG customer care team. They are simply trying to reject warranty.
        Also there is no written policy is there saying that, extended warranty is not applicable on online purchase product.
        your area manager Mr. Harish prajapati ( [protected]) is not ready to support and simply denying warranty.
        Kindly look into this issue and support to resolve this urgently.

          We have Taken LG LED TV costing round Rs 52000/-, Within a year our TV got damaged regarding picturetube is burnt. I have raised complaint against the issue to LG customer care. Later executive visited home and he damaged TV screen and same got broken. Service executive says that it is customer mistake but actual issue was with executive. Later same is intimated to LG team and LG Service Manager Mr Uday but I could not find any valid response from your LG service Manager Mr Uday Kiran(mobile number [protected]).. From initially i am coordinating with him but he is very much supportive to the service executives and not in position to rectify the actual issue. There was bling mistake from the service executive who has damaged the TV but Mr Uday(mobile number [protected]) puts them back and supports them without listening to the customer concerns.

          This is issue which is pending since 1month and initial complaint was filed before 5months back, What is the quality of service provided by the LG even with such escalations. I will definitely highlight the issue with the Consumer court. It is not matter of money it the the problem solving issue who trust the product of LG.

          Mr Uday (mobile number [protected]) is good in giving explanations without knowing the actual, because of such vendors LG is loosing the Brand Image.

            We have created the worst mistake of our lives by buying a LG fridge in a city like Pune. Since almost 2 months we are trying to get our fridge repaired which is still under warranty and is leaking every 2-3 days creating problem. The engineer has come at least 5 times to repair but unable to. The last time he came, he has completely stopped the fridge from working. My area is Wakad in Pune, the people with whom I have shared my complaint but have not been able to take action are: Sarika Bhonsale(Branch head), Amod Patil (Manager), Sachin (Engineer), Yogeshwar. These people are not helping to resolve the problem and not picking up calls. If even this message goes wasted then I will place a consumer complaint and a social media complaint as a last resort.

              I have purchased a refregrator from vijay sales vashi in the month of may 2016. which is not working . the complaind has been attended 3 times still it is not working. yesterday ie on 5.9.2016 i had registered the complaint twice wherein it has been promised that the technician will call within 2 hrs. when i called today i came to know that no complaint has been registered

                This is to bring to the notice the extremely unethical and monopolistic & unfair trade practices adopted by lg. I have noticed many complaints in this website similar to my case described below.

                I had purchased a 3d cinema tv model no. On 8/4/2012. Model : no.42lw5700atr. On 13/08/2016, i have observed that the tv was not working and only “ white vertical lines” were seen. I have raised complaint through their call centre.

                Complaint nos: rna[protected] and rna[protected] were registered.

                Lg's technician mr. Surajit halder has visited and informed that the part concerned ie “ panel” has to be replaced.

                Please note that i have an amc for no: 14065946 for the period 31/3/2016 to 30/03/2018.

                After about a week, mr. Surajit has informed that the part is not available and the tv would be bought back under depreciation policy of the company and i would be paid around rs 28, 000/- for the same.

                Please note that this is a gross injustice. I have paid rs 82, 000/- for the tv which is hardly 4 years old and apart from that i have taken amc twice paying rs.16, 949/- for the period 8/4/2013 to 7/4/2016 and then again paid rs.9363/- for amc for the period 31/3/2016 to 30/3/2017. Totally i have paid rs.1, 08, 312/- for the tv.

                Please tell me in what way it is justified for paying back around rs 28, 000/-?

                I will not get a tv of the same specifications with rs 28, 000/- i will have to spend additionally rs 40, 000/0 atleast if i have to purchase a similar tv (3d cinema). The equivalent model is 42lf6500 at a cost of rs.69, 900/-. This entire offer is subject to buying another tv from lg only and that too at exobirant cost and not with snapdeal/flipkart etc,

                I wish to being to your notice that this “depreciation policy” and buyback is not part of lg's amc.

                It is clearly said in the amc that clause 8.

                “ all defective components shall be replaced with compatible working parts and defective parts shall be company’s property”

                Lg has been dodging the issue so long despite numerous complaints. Their service centre refuse to give anything in writing regarding the depreciation policy/ buyback scheme (As it is obviously illegal).

                Anyway, lg is thinking the customer will eventually get frustrated and will give up, which i do not intend to do. I will be sending this complaint in all media including social media unless it is resolved satisfactorily. The process for advocate notice and court case in consumer forum has also commenced. This complaint is also sent in this forum to bring into the notice of lg. Iam sure with the complaint nos, my personal details can be accessed.

                  I purchased my nexus 5x from amazon in the early days of the product launch in november of 2015. Past 15 days the phone suddenly stopped working and switches off automatically just after booting. I took the phone to the lg service center at rishabh telecom, indraprasth complex, delhi-gate, udaipur. After two days of service, they returned my mobile and said that the motherboard needs to be replaced and your phone is out of warranty due to water damage. I am pretty sure that not even a single drop of water spilled on my mobile from my side. The worst part is they broke the mobile's nonremovable back. I request you to suggest me a reliable way to repair my phone. Please take strict action against this service center.

                    I have had two complaints one rna[protected] bank in 2015 and related to the same problem now in 2016 req number rna[protected] which has been closed without solving the existing issue.
                    I tried to escalate the complaint but the link in your website of "escalate your query" does not work every time it ended with error message.
                    Hope though this channel i can raise my voice and get the justice done to me.

                      I have been using lg products since last more than 10 years. Recently, i have replaced my old lg washing machine and refrigerator and purchased new lg washing machine and double door lg refrigerator (Model no. Gl-1292rpzl/2016 type frost free volume 260 ltrs) on 25th august, 2016 from sargam electronics a-3/183, paschim vihar, new delhi 110063 india phone:[protected].

                      On 1.9.2016 evening i noticed that on upper door (Ice chamber) a sticker of 10 years compressor warranty has been affixed on a damaged/dented portion (Right hand side corner). The sticker has been affixed very smartly that this could not be noticed at the time of installation. It was very harsh for me to understand.in this regard i know that they will start blame game for making responsible to each other i. E. Manufacturer and seller. I never appreciate such practices. Rather, in view of long relation with your company and high goodwill, i am feeling comfortable in approaching you for replacement of said refrigerator on urgent basis.

                        I had purchased an led tv mentioned above which was officially priced at 79990/- by lg on it's indian website, i bought it under exchange of my old working videocon 32" integra lcd on 23rd august 2016 at rs.64000/- and installation was done on 25th august 2016.
                        I'd like to bring your attention to the issues i've been facing since first complaint made to lg on 31st aug (Unresolved till date complaint made via email) after which i had lodged a complaint on their number [protected] on 2/09/16 to which i got an sms of mentioning technician's details who was supposed to come on 3rd. On 3rd he tells me he will not come someone else will call me and come, i waited patiently the whole day and nobody called or came, i called [protected] again 3 times at intervals of 2 hours since noon and escalated complaint thrice still nobody came or called. Frustrated, i then went to croma juhu at 8pm and let mr. Ali know about it and was told that a technician will come at 9pm. Nobody came, and a person called me at 9.30pm that he will come tomorrow at 2pm. Today i waited for the technician to come today till 2pm but when i called, he said he wont come and provided me number of two other technicians that'd attend my complaint, both of them who didn't receive my calls that time. I totally lost my patience by then and went straight to showroom at 2.30 pm and met the manager and mr. Keval and let them know the whole ordeal and harrowing experience i just went through. I had recorded a video of my issues and showed the same to them of which i have posted a youtube link below who also acknowledged of my tv unit having issues mentioned below. Is this the way the tv then officially priced by lg 79990/- works?

                        Following are the issues i am facing after using the tv which i have evidence of in my captured video uploaded on youtube (Link at bottom).
                        1) the led tv's power turns on by itself occasionally without giving any 'power' command on remote or tv just when the main switch is turned on.
                        2) my so called india's first tv with webos 3.0 lg 49lh600t as displayed on lg's website is extremely unresponsive, unbearably sluggish and so underperforming that it takes anywhere between whopping 10-20 seconds to open basic options like 'settings' menu while a media is being played in background via av/youtube app which is totally unacceptable for a latest smart tv of 2016 model. The interface and hardware is so slow that the commands i give to it through my smart remote are being registered with delay of 2-4 seconds. Technician came at my home at 3pm and performed procedures but that didn't resolve my issue and he too acknowledged my issues and advised me to write personal remark on it, i am attaching a photo of technician's job sheet as well.

                        I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and as i cross checked the display unit in the showroom later along with mr. Ali, he too acknowledged both the issues on that tv too. The issues were prevailing in this particular model - lg 49lh600t there too and hence i'd like to have a refund, as replacement seems totally illogical with same issues occurring in both units. Also i had an harrowing experience getting technician to visit my home and the inconvenience caused for this whole ordeal by numerous visits to croma without any fault of mine. Lg should mention on website that their new 2016 tv is slow so no one would purchase them, simple as that.
                        I purchased this costly latest 2016 edition smart tv for entertainment and not to overburden me with the headache and i request you to provide me full refund and return of my old tv as it falls under 15 days refund policy of croma and i have visited croma, juhu showroom 6 times for this in last two days or i will use strict legal means by making the video public after filing consumer copmplaint, printing in newspaper, using social media and a court case very soon to bring this whole issue into public, where croma is at fault too along with lg for not letting me know about these issues of lg 49lh600t led tv beforehand as i was not informed of them and the sluggish interface was not fully demoed to me due to no wifi in their store and still sold to me which is equivalent to misleading, knowingly selling a faulty and/or underperforming product with such issues by lg and croma and cheating a customer because this is not how a product officially priced by lg at 79990/- should work!.

                        No resolution has been provided even till now after numerous calls and communications and an unhelpful visit from technician i.e. No Rectification/No Refund/No Replacement is provided for a Premium Product.LG has used weak components in this TV which are not able to deliver the performance for features on the basis of which the company has sold me the LED "Smart" Tv.
                        The TV is costliest 1080p model amongst the 49 inch on LG Website, but even after that it LAGS EVERYWHERE ! What is the point of selling a TV with such advertised features if the TV cannot deliver even the basic features efficiently ? The main selling point of this Latest High End 2016 Edition Smart TV is the Smart Functionality, If it cannot deliver the same efficiently then it is misleading the customers! It performs like a cheap 3rd Class Product!
                        Kindly provide me A REFUND or I will not hesitate to fight a legal battle for my Hard Earned Money ! You cant charge customers like me premium for a product which cannot deliver even the average performance and get away with it ! This is a case of misleading and duping customers of their money with pathetic after sales service for such a reputed brand like LG!

                          Dear CEO,

                          I would like to state that we had invested in LG split AC date of purchase was 4th April 2015, we had invested in the same keeping in mind its Durability and Service, but at my dismay the AC had some problem with indoor unity, for that I have complained 8 times but there is no resolution on it.

                          After 1 month of purchase the outdoor fan was broken down – which is replaced under warranty.
                          And again after 2 month the loud noise and bad odor was coming from the indoor unit- for that I have registered a complaint in service center and engineer visited and solve the problem but again after some days the same problem was started again.

                          There are many complaints but fortunately I don’t have a record with me (I hope you will be able to check my past complain nos)

                          After raising so many complains (RNA[protected] finally Air Con service center executive Mr. Hussain have contacted me in Feb’16 and he assured that even after completion of warranty period they will resolve my problem and assigned the engineer in Mar’16 but that engineer was not able to resolve the issue and replied saying that we will bring our senior engineers to resolve the issue but nobody was turned up as senior.

                          Again in Mar’16 have raised the same issue (RNA[protected] and the engineer visited and clean the indoor unit but still issue was persist, while signing the service slip have mentioned the remark stated that my issue is not resolved.

                          June – (RNA –[protected] Same like earlier engineer visited but he was un-able to solve it.

                          July – (RNA[protected] This was an last visit and after that AC unit was completely stopped working.

                          After few days of July visit I called the engineer and he visited Again for the same complain no and informed there is leakage of gas and condenser issue and it will be chargeable – it is hard to believe that I was speaking to LG employee who doesn’t have ethics to deal with customer and the biggest sad point he don’t have knowledge about the product.

                          Below – mentioned are the executives whom I have contacted

                          • Mr . Hussain Shaikh (LG Air con service – Thane louis wadi)- Given wrong commitment that after warranty also he will get the unity replaced and also said we did the same for many customers.

                          Its seem Mr. Hussain is playing with company policy and giving wrong commitment to customer.

                          • Mr. BD Chaougle (LG Air con service – thane louis wadi)-
                          • Mr. Mathur (LG Air con service – Thane louis wadi)

                          I kindly request you to look into the above matter and do your best at the earliest, as the Company does not look positive in looking into the same.
                          Hence request you to kindly intervene and help me to get the new AC free of cost otherwise I will have to go to Indian consumer forum. kindly help me in this matter at the earliest.

                            After complaining in this forum, I got a new TV from LG on 27.07.2016. but after a few days even this new TV stopped working.So I purchased the first LG TV on 1.06.2016 and within 3 months 2 new TVs stopped working.LG did not even provide any document for the TV which was replaced on 27th however I managed to click pics of the document the technician was carrying.Further the technician was asked not to write the report and leave the space blank.He did not even give us a hard copy of the checklist he was carrying.We went through a lot of harassment and we no longer want an LG TV in our home.We demand our money back.If my money is not returned, I will be forced to seek help from Consumer Court in Barasat.
                            Am attaching few documents for LG to look at.I have also recorded videos of the technician and his conversation with us.Unaware that he was being recorded, the technician said that LG TVs are defective.

                            LG follows unfair trade practices by misleading its customers, not providing documents relating to replacements and warranties.Even the Area Service Manager and Branch Service Manger never replied to my mails.

                              Hardware of LG G4 phone failed in 8 months, and matter taken up with company being a major failure. But LG company service centre, service head, or their customer care are not bothered and not resolving my matter. They have cheated me with Rs. 31, 000/- costly phone which has stopped working and they are not replacing it either.

                              No response from any quarter of the company. They are just looting customers with high cost and no service support. I need replacement of the phone or full money refund.

                              I have purchased LG G4 mobile in Dec 2015 at a cost of 31, 000/- To my shock, in 8 months, the phone's hardware has failed with mother board failure. How can a phone's hardware fail in 8 months ? LG service centre says they can only replace the failed part. On pursuance with ASM & RSM also, they are not willing to replace the phone, which I am demanding. Looking at the complaint on consumer forums, it is seen that LG G4 mobile has this problem with many many handsets, but compamy is not bothered to call back this phone or replace with new handset. This is nothing but cheating customers. Also, no senior management people or Heads are available to complain on this on any phone numbers they have given on their websites. In fact their head office numbers are never reachable, and appear to be fake.

                              LG customer support is only diverting the issue from one person to another. No positive action. Even Top Management sitting in Head office are not reachable, as their numbers are hidden. I challenge anyone to find out LG top management numbers. My issue is unresolved and LG is cheating me. No replacement, no warranty for any repairs done. This is the situation with LG who is actually looting customers.

I am also trying to contact LG company from long time but there is no any reply to the problem there customer support team is also waste of time. They will just call you and ask you all details but there will be no any solution to it.

                              Brother i think we need to do something more then just posting in consumer complaints forum. Consumer complaints forum is really doing a great job but the company is just a waste of time.

                                We purchased lg 3d Tv, very expensive in 2012 and purchased very expensive extended warranty. The Tv was purchased from Kohinoor electronic stores kandivali . The Tv was delivered in September hence I requested for warranty to start from September which they agreed upon., For extended years. The panel failed to work after a while, after I returned from outstation and I complained saying my old parents who are using the Tv are suffering without the Tv. The company said they don't have parts to repair so they will give me a replacement. It was never given and then company said they can give replacement of smaller Tv instead of 3d smart 42 Tv, which we obliviously didn't agree too. Then they said they will pay us the money and I asked for return of total amount plus extended warranty money. No reply was given. They only dragged in for lengthy time and my old parents were without Tv for years. They they agreed to pay money but never paid so far till date and my old parents suffered without entertainment which is the only form of entertainment for them in old age. The company owes a lot more for the suffering for all this year's since 2014. Please direct the company to compensate for everything from Tv to the mental agony to suffering my old parents went.

                                  This is Saket Kumar Bafna, 2 years ago I purchased one 42 inch LED TV from LG-Raipur dealer.

                                  At that time, I remember one scheme from LG company was running. In which I should have got one year of extended warranty.

                                  It means, ideally I should have got 2 years of warranty.

                                  Now my display panel of TV is gone and as it is under warranty, LG service center is asking for the warranty card(with extended).

                                  When I checked at my side, I didn’t find any warranty card. I didn’t inform at that time because generally TV doesn’t damage within 2 Years.

                                  But, now I need it, When I checked with Raipur branch (With Sanjay Kaul : SANJAY KAUL/LGEIL Raipur Accounts(sanjay.[protected]@lge.com)/ [protected] )
                                  they don't have and they can't help me out.

                                  Sorry to bother you but, it is quite urgent as warranty will expire at 19th sep’16.

                                    had purchased an tv LG 42LD650 Aa few years ago (sno 005LPQN000300). two years ago in 2014 the tv stopped working. was advised to change the mother board at a cost of Rs6000+. Did so and also put in a voltage stabiliser. a few days had the same problem. called LG service and was told that i had to change my mother board costing Rs 7000+.
                                    Besides my tv i have washing machines and fridges that are Lg.
                                    This kind of recurrence is making me lose faith in the quality of your products. I have been an LG customer for many years now and the very least you can do i repair my TV at discounted cost if not free. Also an explanation of why this is happening.

                                      very poor customer service from lg side. They were irresponsible people's. Not at all ready to take any action upon my complaint all ready 2 weeks got covered but still now no one is interested in this case.
                                      How they were so lazy, how can they supply dummy products like this. Which will work for 1 year & later it will won't work.
