I called recently lg customer care to request replacement of my cell lg v10 battery purchased through t-mobile in downtown miami. This battery have serious power draining issues, it drains very fast like in 20 minutes. I explained the rep about the faulty item and even tough i have coverage my petition was denied. Audio is coming but no video, as it is out of warranty i asked local technician to check it who confirmed that problem is with the invertor board at the back which needs to be replaced and cost will be around 3500 but because there could be possibility of faulty spare part installed by local guy i denied and today morning went to lg service center...
