I am greesh jain, having amc of lg split unit. I complain to customer care & technician visit at my home.

Now service team is saying that amc paper code is not for split unit it is for window unit.

I having only single ac & service engineer visit during ams & provide me papers after taking amc cost.

Now no one is ready to resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    I am from kolkata. I have got lg g4 which was purchased on[protected]. Due to fault in motherboard my phone stopped working. I took it to the shop in city centre, salt lake, kolkata (From where i purchased it) and lg representative asked me to hand over the phone to him so he can get it repaired.

    He sent it to lg repair center in baguhati, kolkata, west bengal and they immediately replaced faulty mother board with new motherboard.

    No one ever told me that i will lose all my data on phone. I had some really important data on my previous hardware and i want it back.

    New imei is [protected]

    It is my sincere request to kindly return my old motherboard (Or atleast help me) so i can get my data recovered. I assure you that on recovery, i will return the old motherboard to lg.

    It has been a horrible mistake and experience dealing with lg mobile.In less than one year it has stopped working so many times and now suddenly it crashed. I reckon i was better off with samsung earlier.

    Please change my perception and help me in getting my data back. It will be hugely appreciated.

      I vinod pillai had happened to purchase lg led tv taking into consideration of your company’s name and reputation in the market “as the most valued and number 1 in sales and customer service”.


      Coming to the point*


      The product (led tv codelg-42lb5820) purchased on 28/9/2014 from an authorised dealer of your product (i. e radhika sales corporation, pimpri).

      And using your tv ever since was happy to recommend the product to many of my friends and family members, now suddenly i can see some white patches appearing on the screen of my led.


      Note:


      Did a research on the product and found out that it was the common problem with your so called product and the problem occurs exactly after 1 year of purchase. where the warranty expires and the customers are asked to shell out 22k to 25k for a replacement of the panel. unfortunately i could say i am the new victim for your company as i raised a complaint with your service centre (complaint no : rna[protected] on 18/7/2016, your technician gave me a visit and gave me a valuable advice to replace the screen on my expense. being a customer of your product i expect a good quality and service for your product rather than feel like cheated and robbed under the name were your claims to be the producer of a world class product.


      Worst experience:


      This is what i am getting in return, i made numerous calls to your call centre and spoke with all your executive regarding this issue for which i am unsatisfied, as already paid around 50k and you expect more to be paid for this faulty product. i want you to take a serious note on the concern and do whatever you can to resolve my problem with the product.

        Dear sir / madam,

        Ac of my md residence is having a problem of leakage. We had already filed a complaint and a se had visited us yesterday. But he has went back without repairing the ac. Drainage tray of ac was found with some breakage. It needs to be replaced. We had requested to replace the same but se has returned without doing it. Person visited us was mr. Dallep from rudra services solan.

        We are very much disappointed. Please do the needful in this regard at earliest.

          I bought a brand new lg smart tv (model number - gb[protected]q01) purchased on 01.06.2016.

          This tv started having problem within a month. the technician who came to trouble shoot said that a part has gone bad and he needs to replace it.
          It has been more than a week since he came still i haven't got my tv repaired. on having called the service centre, i was told that the part is not available in the market.
          I would also like to ask that if your product shows problems in just a month o[censored]sing it, should it not be a manufacturing defect? should i not get a new tv instead of getting it repaired?

          Someone in the service centre at barasat who received my call said the term manufacturing defect is when the product shows problem on the same day it was installed.
          If this is the sort of answer is given by lg to its customer, the less said about it the better.

          Lg's customer service is also pathetic. i was given a phone number of a lady by the name ms. jayasree dutta, in customer relationship, and asked to call her regarding my complain but no one ever received my calls.

          I don't want to get my TV repaired.I want a new TV to replace this one since it's a clear case of 'manufacturing defect'.
          It's already been a long time the tv is lying idle with me.No intimation from LG as to when it will sort this out.
          Please don't test my patience or else I would be forced to go to court.

            I am using lg refrigerator from last few years some parts of my refrigerator has been broken and company service centre is not providing that part for long. They told us that this plastic parts are discontinued and u have to search in local market from local companys, i talked to dsc manager of the service centre he also says same that i cant commit u about that part. Conclusion is that i have to buy whole new refrigerator for some cheap broken parts and company's policies are much good and customers are satisfied by their answers. Service centre dont have receptionist to execute customer... That all ur customers are satisfied with your service network

            Since last week I am following up in having a service for washing machine by technical team but till now I didnt get any call. Also, I bought a new refrigerator but no person come for a demo. I got message that demo has done but no one has actually done it. Ridiculous service by LG

              I have purchased double door refrigerator on 26.11.2015 model no.
              Gl-d292jgfl/2015 spend rs.26500/- for the same it is big amount for me, last four to five days there is different types of noise come from refrigerator, i had call lg service toll free no. [protected] on 12 jul 2016 after that i have received 3 different calls from your side, i m just giving only information in every call, now i am frustrated. till date no action taken from your side. i might be a small customer for your so called very big company but this kind of service is very frustrating where customer himself have to take follow up and doesn't get anything in return. this is the reason behind this mail. please let me know how many more days, months, years should i wait...

              Expecting reply from your side at the earliest as i am fade up of the responses which i get from lg for last seven days. also decide not to purchase lg products in future. also told all relatives and friends do not purchase any lg product.

                Dear sir,

                This is to bring to your kind consideration that i had purchased a tv set bearing the aforementioned models no from sales emporium, the credit memo no mentioned above on the 30th of june, 2016 and after repeated request, the same was installed on the 8th of july, 2016

                I have been using the tv since the 8th of july, whose seal pack was opened by your service engineer at the time of installation and the same has been malfunctioning from day one. I have been facing issues with the usb port, left side of led screen due to a whitening effect and a physical tap on the tv frame since the above mentioned issues have been there since the time of installation, i believe the tv set was a deceptive piece since the beginning and would therefore request you to kindly replace the same with a brand new set and oblige your prompt and affirmative action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                  Service team not responding
                  I purchased 43 inch lg led tv model 6310 on march 6, 2016 from saini electronics, 49-d, kamala nagar, delhi-7. ph. 23845151.
                  The tv stopped working last month, i. e. june, 2016.
                  A complaint was filed at lg customer service centre.
                  This complaint was attended by mr. rahul (mob. [protected]) on june 5, 2016
                  I asked him how can a new tv go bad in 3 months time. i asked for a replacement.
                  He assured me that he will forward my concern to the required department, which he did.
                  He also shared with me the contact number of his t/l mr. sujith kumar ([protected]) as mr. sujith is authorized to take action.
                  After that there was no response from the company.
                  I tried to contact mr. sujit kumar (around 11-12 calls), but he never received my call.
                  I also sent him a message on july 8, then july, 10 and then july 11. but no response from mr. sujit.
                  My tv is not working right now. my son mr. shashank sharma has even sent a mail to their grievance & redressal division. the same has be escalated today due to in-action from company.
                  I hope that lg will attend to my complaint soon. if not then approaching consumer court will be the only option.
                  I have been a die hard customer of lg since 2004, but now i feel that it is time to stop going for lg products, as i feel lg stands for low goodwill

                    I had booked a complained (id is rna[protected] on 5-jul-2016 for washing machine repair showing pe error and to resolve it some part need to be change as per engineer and now 10 days have been past but still fault is not rectify. i’m calling to mr tyagi (supervisor) at [protected] and his manager on regular basis but no one telling me till when the issue will resolve. lg’s services getting worse day by day and i am fed up with lg services and product as well.
                    Today (15-jan-2016) at 5:00pm, i received a call from lg commercial department ([protected]) that the part which need to be replace is not available and cannot be rectified so change the machine. but my concern is that very first day i also purchased an extended warranty till mar-2017 but now they are advising me to replace it rather than repairing. i just want my machine ok.
                    I also have faced problem for lg ac within 2 year of purchase that shows the quality of products make my lg. don’t know whether i’ll get some solution of my problem or not.

                    Now more than 20 days have been passed but still LG Company is not able to solve my problem. They are just making us fool by selling out low grade products with very poor services. Also no one is worried to update my concern whether it is resolved or not. Now I think this should be addressed only when I’ll go consumer court otherwise no one here to listen me.
                    Now onwards I'll not invest any single penny to purchase LG products.

                      My lg g3 phone has broke down on 21 april 2016. I gave the phone to the customer service in izmir, turkey. After 20 business days they told me "we couldn't find any spare parts and we will send you a new phone from istanbul head office". After 4 weeks they didn't send me any new phone. I called the customer service many times. I have been without phone for 2 months. Lg only cares customers when selling something but not afterwards. I want a new phone. I wrote many times to customer service page in turkish web page but they didn't show any interest. I want to send this complaint to headquarters in seoul but couldn't find a way. So writing here. I will appreciate the urgent reply.

                        Complaint - service provider m/sauto power associate, headed by mr. sri kumar has not given correct information before repairing washing machine. i have given this machine to him and he explained that the body will be replaced with the new one costing to approximately inr 3800. and some bearing issue. i trusted his words being a senior person, but when i got the machine it was having a old body and no base plate. when i called him to address this he said"because of customers like me who complaints, he invites us to the workshop to see" i only had asked him that why he has put an old body, on which he started shouting and mentioned that he told me before that the body will be fabricated. i have paid total inr 6500 against 6800 because he has not put one base plate and he and his team is nt responding. i would like to know the way forward for this. please call me to get further details. i have written them emails every second day and the only thing i get as an answer is that "your complaint has been register and we will sort this out" the repair shop owner is not taking my call and has been talking rudely. i would like to get the refund made for my expense. its a cheating and the company things that consumer court cant do much because they have other tasks to worry about. rgds shobhan [protected]

                          I bought lg refrigerator from pulivendula. I have door issue with it. Its totally come out when we try to open it. Its under warranty. When we call customer care, they just gave complaint number and never bother about it. When we talk the pulivendula dealer "ayyappa home needs" about it, he just raised his hand and dint gave a correct response. After that we talk to higher official of lg dealer, they just said that we cant do anything. Buy a new one or sell them at 33%. So, rudely they talked with us. Even having under warranty, they didnt even care of it. We even said that we will paid the amount from refrigerator door, by knowing that we have no need to pay. Even then they dint gave a positive response. They just sale their product, if any issues will come afterwards then they are rejecting our complaints being knowing that its under warranty. Lg is giving worst response after buying their product. So, guys never buy their product. Its a suggestion to you all.

                            With due respect i want to say that i had purchased a lg led tv model no. lg led tv-32ln4900 dated[protected]. at that time i was told that product has one year warranty. but after few months i received regular calls from lg to extend warranty of my product for 2 more year. even a person visited my home click the details of model no. and said now your product has 2 more year warranty but did not give anything in written. now my tv is not working, i called at customer care and found that my product had only one year warranty. sir, kindly see the matter. if the tv has only 1 year warranty then why they called me number of times and visited my house and clicked picture of my tv. sir, i want my tv to be repaired as soon as possible.

                              I have booked a complaint for a/c cooling issue, and an engineer visited my home on 02 jul 2016.
                              He cleaned by removing the cover and said that everything is fine and no need to fix anything.
                              He told me to check the a/c cooling the whole night and call in case any problem.

                              I called him the very next day as the a/c is not working properly and gives same cooling in both 18 & 28 degrees.

                              He came on 12 july, and tried to convince me. he released the gas from the out door unit, and set pressure 90 to 60. again he left, by saying that voltage low/ the room size is big blah blah blah...
                              The cooling is still worsen from that day also.

                              Again i booked complaint but no response from service center so far.

                              I have got the assistant manager number from customer care person, that too all the time unanswered.

                              Still i am trusting the name lg, and believe my problem will be escalated and the better service will be provided.

                                Hi sir,
                                My friend gifted me a brand new sealed lg g4 h818n mobile on september 2015 in which i lost the bill on chennai flood in which my home affected by flood so i reached the retailer to get me duplicate bill copy but they refused because they need my friend to get that in which he was in us now my phone was affected affected with common lg g4 issue boot loop as i found in the internet that most of the g4 was affected and a common defect in lg g4 so my g4 left as useless so i need your support to get it repaired. i have tried to reach your service centre also and contacted customer care, supervisor numerous times they are not ready hear my problem first of all so need some support. i am not expected this kind of issue with lg in which we all my product in my home is lg i believe it so.
                                I have box so why can't u trace the warranty with the imei

                                So i believe to try this escalation as final chance to give life to my phone so please help

                                  I booked lg automatic washing machine from croma stores, kothrud, pune on 10.07.2016. croma sales executive gave a commitment to me that the delivery will be done on 11.07.2016 & the demo installation will be done on 12.07.2016. on this basis / condition, i purchased the washing machine. the washing machine got delivered on 11.07.2016, but the demo installation (rna[protected], dt. 12.07.2016) was not done on 12.07.2016 even on 13.07.2016. i was continuously following up with the customer care of croma (on [protected]) as well as with lg (on [protected]). but they were least bothered. every time i had to explain my problem to different customer care executives of both lg & croma. hopeless service of lg & croma. even the lg demo installation supervisors (supervisor – mr. pravin thakre, mobile no. [protected]) is useless. he asked me to forward the demo no. which was booked on sms. after that he straight away switched off his cell phone. my wife is having backache problem. but due to these hopeless people he had to wash the clothes with her hands, because we had exchanged our old machine when we purchased this new lg washing machine. on 14.07.2016 after continuous follow ups the demo installation was done in the evening.
                                  Earlier also, i had a very bitter experience when i had purchased a lg 42” led television on 03.11.2015. at that time also the sales executive from the same croma stores gave a commitment that the led will get delivered on 04.11.2015 & the demo installation will be on 05.11.2015. but this not happened & the led got delivered on 07.11.2015 & its demo installation was done on 10.11.2015. at that time also i got fed up following with the croma customer care & the lg customer care executives. both lg & croma were least bothered. only thing was that i suffered a lot. i was mentally harassed by both lg & croma. this time also i was in the same situation.
                                  I am going to forward the complaint to the consumer forum. i have all the details of my phone calls to the customer care executives.
                                  Croma stores executive tells that lg doesn’t take care of after sales & lg executives say that croma doesn’t forward the booking no. to us. but in all this the customer suffers.

                                    I purchase a fridge from vijay sales dated on 26 june 2016. from day one we are facing so many problems in this product and also lodge couple of complaints for the same. it's highly disappointing that from day one i am following up with technical staff for the repairing of brand new product.

                                    Problems i faced from fay one are as below

                                    - a noise problem.
                                    - door lock problem.
                                    - moisture on fridge door and chiller tray.

                                    After visiting the technician, technician told me regarding moisture this problem is due to weather but i am not satisfied with this comment. and for drain tray pipe technician adjusted the pipe by banding in the drain tray.

                                    These all craps are not acceptable for me.

                                    After so many visit of technician the problems are still remain the same.

                                    Please find attached the invoice copy and and some of pictures fridger door with moisture problem.

                                    I have send so many follow up mail and they didn't provide me solution for the same.

                                      Dear sir/mam,
                                      Due to some problem in sound system in lg tv (21") i visited 3 times to service center, balasore (orissa) and contacted over telephone 3 times also for repairing at my home. front office executive told me that ur technician will so to your home. please keep ready rs.350 visit charge ang other charges for parts. i also agreed. some body came to my house and told after checking sound processor is damaged, so i have to check its availability at service station and left.
                                      After 7 days when i visited service station fr executive told me there is no details about your tv. so i will send another technician. no body came. so when i asked about technician they told me why don't you keep technician's number!! after 2 days another technician told about my address ans told i m at 2 km distance only, i m coming within 1 hour which was told by the 1st technician.
                                      Till now no body came and the problem has not been solved. is it not a harassment to the customer?? actually i am confused whether its an authorized service center or any footpath service center!!
