Sir,
I bought lg g4 h818n dated on 2nd june 2015 with in six month mother board problem faced upon me and i complained to the service center (complain no rna[protected] dated 07/12/2015) the service center of lotus garden, kolkata-700059, w. b changed my mother board with free of coast after six month i. e 27/06/16 i was facing same problem of mother board and i correspond with the above service center they are again advising me to change mother board with cost of rs.10000/ as total age of set is1 year 1 month.
Here in a year for lg high end phone how many times need mother board change in a year (11dec2015-27/06/2016)?
Ir i am hope less about this mater. please replace my mother board with free of cost for second time as 11dec2015-27/06/2016 with one year.

    I alok kumar singh, resident of 14/8, dayananda road, a-zone durgapur-4, registered a complaint about less cooling of my window ac. vide complaint no rna[protected] dated 10.06.16 subsequently the service engineer visited the site and after inspection told that i need to send the ac to service centre for repair. on asking for further clarification he did not give any relevant reply. even after 10 days i did not receive any communication from the service centre so i again called the customer care for enquiry on 27.06.16 where they informed me that my complained has been closed and i need to register another complaint so i raised another service request rna[protected] seeking which the service engineers visited the site, after inspection they suggested me to get the machined serviced for better cooling. i told them that problem might be for less gas please checks the gas pressure etc. to ascertain leakage. they told me to check the machine for one day if it doesn’t get proper cooling he’ll refill the gas etc. again i did not receive any communication from service centre so i raised one more service request rna[protected] on 01.07.16 subsequently the service engineer sent a job sheet stating set call back to service centre on 02.07.16. on 06.06.16 i received a call from service centre stating that my compressor is not working properly and i need to pay approximately rs 11000.00 for compressor change and gas filling etc. the warranty over newly changed compressor shall be one year. now again on 07.06.16 i received a call from service centre stating that the ac gas has been charged but there is no impact on cooling and they wish to send it back without repair. i have received the machine back today on 07.06.16. the service centre has done fraud with me taking the machine for refilling of gas and returned it damaging the compressor without any repair.
    Point to note:
    1) i specifically asked the service engineer every time that whether my compressor is fine or not where they assured me that the compressor is working properly.
    2) i asked them to check the gas pressure and leakage etc on site where they said they need to take it back to service centre for checking.
    3) the service engineer insisted on cleaning and servicing on the second visit without comprehensive checking. i was reluctant at that time over this solution but he was still insisting on it and charged rs 450 from me.
    I have following query:
    1) why the service engineer who visited the site first time said the compressor is working fine?
    2) on next subsequent visit the service engineer told the compressor is fine only cleaning need to be done.
    3) on third visit i was informed that the machine is being taken for repair of leakage and gas refilling but i was told to get the compressor changed which is out of warranty now.
    4) why the ac machine is being returned without repair.
    I sense some kind of lacuna in the service modus operandii, may be some kind of corrupt practices. i seek advice and assistance from your end to overcome this problem which i faced including repair of my ac and compensation for the fraud, false commitment, hiding important information, irregularities and mental harassment which i faced due to this.

      Dear sir/
      Unfortunately, i am the owner of your double door refrigerator. around may (complaint number-rna[protected] dt[protected] i started having problem with the cooling. your technician came and initially checked it and said that everything was fine. after another 2-3 days when the cooling did not resume i had to complain again (rna[protected] dt 29-5-16) and this time i was asked to get the gas filled. thereafter my problem did not cease, now the panel kept showing error (‘er’) and the cooling was just minimal.
      After lodging another complaint (rna[protected]dt 13-6-16) mr. sumit came and changed a part.
      Still the ‘er’ was there so he came again after a new complaint (rna[protected] dt 27-6-16) and changed another part.
      I had been paying money for all this all along and this entire process till here had taken almost a month, as after every complaint i had to wait for 3-4 days for your technician to appear.
      Now the best part is still the ‘er’ was there and the cooling was pathetic. once again after making a new complaint this guy mr. sumit came again and said now he’ll have to call his senior as this was beyond him. now to call the senior chap i had to complain again. he appeared after 3-4 days and said the ‘pcb’ has to be changed (3500/-). i had been waiting for the pcb but after 4-5 days on 4.07.16. i was informed, that too on my initiative that it will only reach noida from pune on 10.07.16. by now my refrigerator is dead and i have been harassed and mentally traumatized by l. g’s in-considerate behavior. i finally had to talk to mr. manish gupta area service in charge, who said he’ll look into the matter. but i am sorry to say i am appalled by the callous attitude of your personnel.
      Entire summer i have been without a refrigerator.
      Let me tell you, you have forced me to react like this and if now too nothing is done about this problem immediately i will be forced to complain to the consumer forum.
      I have been mislead, harassed and lied to about the state of affairs and i am now seething and wonder was it a sensible choice to have invested in a lg product?

        I have register a service request for my washing machine on dated 30th june 16.

        Please find what happened :-
         on dated 2nd july service engineer came at my home with wrong part (pulley of gear box) although i have clearly given the washing machine model number at the time of registering the complaint.
         after that, am following continuously to lg service world but till now nobody came to resolve the issue.

        I have purchase lg washing machine because you have a strong presence in term of quality and service after sale, but this type of late response may shake the confidence of customer.
        So please make solution of this issue because in last seven days a huge un cleaned clothes accumulated.

          Im using the fa wm model-t-70 cba — fuzy logic.. the last some days its giving complaint.. it starts taking water as per level and starts working 2 times its rotating clockwise and anti then its stops working.. i have doubt if there any issue with door locking sysyted. one metalic part was used in the near end its goes rusted and lost. this may be the cause of not functioning please guide

            I am a great fan and lover of lg products since long time now. i have purchased led tv back in 2012 by investing rs. 50, 000 and also purchased another led tv of rs. 100, 000 for my family member in 2014. being strong beliver in quality of the product i was quite satisfied over the years. i have also refered and encouraged my friends to go for lg products. many of my friends already purchased led along with me.

            Last week, we turned on the tv and... nothing.

            We can see that it's getting power and that it's coming on, but there is no image. i can see a faint glow from the screen, which slowly starts to fade after a couple of seconds. from what i have read, it looks like the backlight has gone.

            I know the tv is close to 4 years old, but this isn't something i would expect to be a problem after such a short period of time. i've tried all the basic troubleshooting (completely unplugged the tv and all connecting cables, then tried to turn it back on; tried connecting it in other sockets, in the living room and other rooms) and still no joy.

            What can you do to help?

              I had registered a complaint with their authorized service center for refrigerator repair. they sent two technicians who changed the pcb at a cost of rs. 6100. the fridge stopped working in 2 days and after that i have trying to follow-up with them every day.initially, the technicians promised to come and check, but no one turned up. now they are not even responding to calls.

              I called their service center multiple times, but the service there is equally bad. people put me on hold and then disconnect after 5 minutes. extremely unprofessional service and an extremely frustrating experience.

                Dear sir/ madam

                I have a refrigerator which is registered for a compliant repair on 22.06.2016.
                compliant reciept no is RNA[protected].My request is assigned to adit electronics kallambalam
                and one technetian named Mr.Dhaneesh came on 23.06.2016.
                After inspected, He said that the timer module and controller is faulted and need to
                replace it and i agreed to that. Then he doing something to clean the freezer
                by putting hot water in to the freezer. At last what happened is when the plug switch
                put ON my homes ELCB will become tripped. At last he said that he need to take
                my fridge to their repairing center.One day after that means 25.06.2016 they take
                my fridge to their office(Adit electronics, kallambalam). The refrigerator is
                not repaired or returned to my home till now. Today 10 days passed.
                How LG provide this kind of service to your customers?
                LG always said that "LG is committed to extend the best possible service to its customers."
                I dont think so that is not true in my case.
                please do anything for my issue. if LG looks on customer satisfaction.

                  I have LG G4, 815 model which has also entered into bootloop. i heard on multiple forums that this issue is due to hardware issue of LG for this model. I called up bangalore LG service center and they told me it will cost 12K for an issue due to LG's manufacturing. LG has also apologized for this issue that this issue is their but the call center and the service center folks told i will need to pay for the repair as they need to replace the motherboard. I already had multiple LG phones which were decent and hoped the same for this G4.

                    Hello,
                    my G4 H818N is stuck in bootloop since 1 week. I bought it from a reseller (eglobalcentral) to use it in Germany last year. Now that I am stuck in the bootloop i tried to contact LG Germany to take care of the well known failure but they do not support my device here which i find a little sad for a global company but whats so ever.

                    Then I tried to get support from my reseller but after 1 week and a responce to send it back in to LG Germany who is not supporting my device I still got no help with my broken device.

                    Hopefully you will provide me help.

                    making it short, my H818N is stuck in bootloop since 1 week and nothing helps i.e. removing sd card, sim cards, replacing battery. It got stuck from one minute to the other without me doing anything and now I lost all my data and have a broken device without any support.

                      I have given My LG G4 to rc service point in Mysore under warranty for booting issue as it was not starting up. while giving to service center there were minor scratches on screen and i have been told to replace the screen and i said okay for that. they have charged me 12000 saying i will get new display with frame but when i noticed the frame is replaced but not with a new one, they dint inform me anything and when i questioned them, They told that i will get a frame by next week How is it possible? i have been informed that display will come with frame, i don't think the display is the genuine one.they haven't clarified when i asked for the charging method. they have charged me full amount even before replacing frame. eventhough i was not satisfied with the pathetic service, I have taken my mobile to home and noticed that my slim slots are not working. camera quality is not usual. My data is lost without being informed and i noticed the photos taken by LG service center guys.. who gave permission to use my mobile ? they have again taken my mobile as slim slots are not working and its almost 20 days ... there is no proper response. I am highly disappointed by phones performance but the worst is the kind of service centers LG is authorizing.

                      Even today i have visited the store and store people are like they are not responsible for LG mobiles and gave somebody's contact number to contact, but that person says that he is either busy or doesn't attend the call.
                      i have spent 53000 over all on mobile, and where is it? how you will answer me for Duplicate replacement of screen? what about the pathetic service of returning my mobile in nonworking condition?The cheating ? as a mobile owner i do not know when i will get my mobile back ?
                      please take up my issue to resolve or ignore thisand at least remove the Tag lines like ' We have committed to serve customers "
                      and never use such lines if you are not really committed to what you say.

                        I purchased this television just over 2 years ago from Amazon and it has been brilliant.

                        The missus didn't like the TV at first, but even she loves it now.

                        However, earlier this week, we turned on the TV and... nothing.

                        We can see that it's getting power and that it's coming on, but there is no image. I can see a faint glow from the screen, which slowly starts to fade after a couple of seconds.

                        From what I have read, it looks like the backlight has gone.

                        I know the TV is over 2 years old, but this isn't something I would expect to be a problem after such a short period of time.

                          Everyone knows about the Nexus 5's Defective Screen Problem. How low quality it is, the thing is in USA they are fixing their customer's broken screen for free, but us Indians we are being charged too much to get our screen repaired, First of all we Indians pay much more than the USA to buy the LG Nexus 5, Second, although we pay more we don't even get close to the service that USA gets. Why do I have to pay for a defect by the company? this is so unfair. I used to be a fan of LG, but not anymore.
                          Another defect that I have heard about is, the motherboard stops working after 1 year on Nexus 5, I have not yet encountered this problem, but what if I do when my warranty period expires? LG, you have let us down!

                            Dear lg administration,
                            Ir this is to bring your acknowledge that i had purchased led on 29/11/2015 from kanpur lg electronics shoppemalhotra mariampur.
                            My total amount of purchase was 92300rs which includes some more appliances of home segments. My issue is this my led screen is not functioning and its panel screen is showing error while opening. Means screen is blank as your technical person visited and confirmed that it is damage from inside you have to bear the cost and says that from inside its chemical liquidation is been spread which has damaged full screen..
                            But my led is in warranty condition of 1 year from lg and i got additional 1 year warranty card also from shop-owner for better services in future.
                            So i just want to know that its a manufacturing fault in your product and in warranty why i will pay 19854rs/-which was asked from your service engineer and from center.
                            Need your intervention on this regard. As i am a loyal customer at use only lg products in full home.

                            Note = in my home their are only 5 persons that to they are very much mature which includes my parents, my younger brother, me and my wife... So we are very much serious for our products.

                              As per my complaint posted with regards to my Lg fridge purchased over Rs.44000.
                              I regret to inform you that inspite of raising a complaint with consumer forum it has been a month and my issue is still not resolved. Please refer my complaint.

                              It is causing me undue inconvenience as a customer. If lg does not have any good technician who can resolve my issue. It is very bad and they should put this on an email.

                              Please advise and help.

                              Still no one has come up. Does LG not have any good technician who can make my fridge functional. There is no issue in it much. It's just that the freezer gets more chilled n forms ice n then when that happens the cooling gets blocked in the refrigerator below. Then once I off it and keep it for some hours n let the ice melt. It functions back. How long do they want me to do that. Don't they have any good technicians. If they cannot repair let them put it on the email to me. So I can take it forward to the consumer court.

                                I purchased a led tv of 25000/- on june 2014 during fifa world cup from great eastern barrackpore. the serial no is 405plrs039278. model no 32lb563b. td. atrcljl. the tv worked properly till july 2015. a month after the warranty expired. after that dead pixel issue occured on the screen. the complete is going to be dark presently. it informed to lg customer care immidiately and they took 2 months to assign a onsite enginner. he came and informed that the panel needs to be changed for 15000/- as the warranty expired. i was out of station that time. i raised the complaint cna[protected] for getting my money back and spoke with five lg ccc executives viz anjali, lalit, mukesh, sachin and jyoti for arranging my refund. each one of them committed callbacks within 24 hours an jyoti committed callback within 1 hour but actually made me fool. then i again called and shouted for an hour and got saddam the escalation executive online and after 30 minutes arguement he convinced me for an onsite visit on chargeable basis. he gave a complaint number that is rna[protected]. his way of customer hanling oh god! it was a just like big hole on a large ship. nevertheless a ce visited on last monday named sayan and checked my tv and cofirmed that the display is faulty and needs to be replaced by paying 13600/- and took 287/-. after that i even didn't get any response from your so called 'esteem department..'. and the icing on the cake is that i called today lg customer support and got to know that my number is blocked to call toll free. what an amazing response of faith and trustworthiness... isn't it??

                                My confidence about lg has been shattered. very dissapointing customer support and bad feedback about lg. nobody cares about a valuable customer. i am a crm myself in hp handling pan india support of hp laptop, desktops, printers and tablets using customer. never seen this kind of bad response from any company. i know the policies and protocols and also that these are made for customer not for the companies.

                                Lg being an esteem brand manufatures tv with such low cost panel that it doesn't last for more than 13 months and on the top of it such a worthless customer support. i thought i would have claimed only the part replacement and give lg appreciated survey and ten new customers. but just because of this aweful and irresponsible customer handling i loose my faith on this brand and hence now i want my 25000/- back as refund only.

                                Waiting for your response within 24 hours. failing to that i will file a case against lg keeping all the call recordings and the mail records to the consumer forum on priority claiming my money back and mental agony along with it.

                                "i quit lg right now as there is no place for commitments in lg".

                                I stiil didn't get any call till date after uploading the above complaints ie on 30 June 2016.Is this we call service? I want to file a case against them right now.And now I will make sure that any body I know will never purchase LG products ever.The company is a fraud company and its concern is only the money of the customer.Pathetic!!

                                    Out washing machine is out of warranty. I had raised complain on 25 sat for washing machine and had specifically requested for sending experienced support personal.
                                    The person came on 26 sun. He was not experienced and was seeking advice on phone with other lg personal. He promised that he has raised po for replacement part and quoted around 7000 rs. We were surprised. I then called customer care. Your customer care team is crap. Somehow i got service manager no. Of pune.
                                    Pravin thakare [protected]. The problem we were facing was third time in span of 1.5 years. Hence we only wanted experienced person and likewise we had requested same to call center on 25 sat itself. Someone was sent on 28 tue. He said that drain motor has problem and quotation is 1500 rs. He said that po has been raised. Again i had to take follow up twice and pravin was least bothered to our complaint. He said part is not available. I requested him for sending personal today itself and it has been already 5 days and due to sending inexperienced person, we lost time. The machine is not yet repaired. Hence, this is to say that, i am putting all this details on mouthshut, facebook and consumer forum. This is very very poor service and we will not pay a single penny to your service personal as you have not provided expected service. Hell with your service. I will advice in corporate that not to purchase any lg products.
                                    If i would have continued with inexperience person, he would have unnecessarily charged us 7000/-. I also experience that when i was trying to contact call center, out of 5 times, 3 times, they were rude and disconnected my call. The grievance redressal online is also not working.

                                    You guys are crap. You dont have experienced people. Your inexperienced service engineer first causes the damage and then you guys gives estimation from 1500 to 5000. Again when we escalated the issues, the manager balaji sabde is taking things personally and has increased charge from 5000 to 7000.

                                    This is daylight robbery.

                                    You guys are set of stray dogs looking for customer money. Bull service.
                                    I will never ever recommend lg product to anyone.

                                    You dont know how to speak with customers. Bull. Shame on you.

                                    Front load washing machine. He need to rectify this issue and we are not going to pay single rupee.
                                    IS someone looking into this issue. Pune service manager Balaji Sabde is harressing us.
                                    He disconnects the phone and doing false promise. Please take strict action against such irresponsible person. He is waste. He has fitted non working part and has charged 1500. Arrange to give that money back to us.

                                    He is cheating us and it has been 5 day that he is not ready to solve this issue.

                                      Installation and connection of lg ac. We bought ac at the date of 27/06/2016 but there is not communication with us until today. So pls take necessary action on techinician who is not responded and not receive our call. So pls visit us. I'm calling 10 times in a day but techinician is so unresponsive. Please resolve our matter as soon as possible.
