Following complain i did on 11th dec 2016,
I purchased lg fridge of 2 door from jay dwakadhish electronics – jamnagar, sr no.:503nrxc150170, model no: gl-m302rmpl
I am struggling with this problem for the last 3 month. I lodged this complaint with the no rna[protected]
After that one of your service man come and he opened freed cover and put ordinary thermo cole sheet inside the fridge, and closed the our complain by many follow-up and complain, now a day presently i am facing problem like less cooling and very moisture content in vegetables and all fruits, and glasses so i lodged this complaint with your agency two times but some un trained person came and went without solving our problem and nobody is asking whether our problem solve or it is same like before, so how we can trust on your company brand like lg?? We brought new fridge from you and from that date to till some problems always happen regarding fridge working condition, and we have to call your person 4-5 time for solve the same!! Same thing happen and repeated several times, and i was already observe the model which i was purchased same problems for all customer who purchase the same so please make inquiry on that and confirm the same but i was be quite and just waiting for your positive reply but not yet, yesterday i again talk with your executive mr. Abhisekh at 7:00pm but he is tell that please contact your local service provider i am giving you their mobile number, tell me that is the way to talk with your valuable customers? Why we should talk with him? You appoint him for services so you have to talk with him and take feedback from us after complaint logged and after repair done, but no no one from you take initiative for that,
And very funny thing came out when we ask your service man when he came for repair –when we asking for the resone why this happening he was simply telling that due summer!!! Ohhh omg!! And telling that why you kept milk, fruit.. Ect in fridge? Ohhh can you tell me this fridge is only designed to keep only water bottles or what??? So this is meaningless talk from your service agency, now i think i suffered lot from your service and fridge now i want my money back or you already know this models fridge is fault (This lot is faulty) then your duty to change it or give me new fridge without any problems and errors like previous one, so please give me new one urgently.
