This is swati agarwal.. I have purchased a lg refrigerator on 28 june 2016 model no gl - d372jhsl. Dhszebn of inr 38000.. From the date of purchase after a month we had started facing problem of the water generating inside the fridge and because of that vegetables are getting rotten. The lg representative had changed the panel thrice for the same problem and still we had issue..In the last meeting of the senior representative mr gopal chana had committed that our refrigerator had a internal issue and he will get it replaced.. But after two days he had misbehaved over phone and shouted on us saying that we will not replaced it u can do whatever you want.. This is sort of behavior was really unexpected from a employee of lg company. I request you to take a serious action and help us to get our money refund or replace the machine immediately.

    Sir,

    I have purchased lg refrigerator bearing model no. Lg-205km54 and serial no. 411nral032072 from gupta electronics, fatehadad on 9th feb 2015. Your dealer had assured me full warranty for one year and 4 years warranty of compressor but it has a problem in cooling system since last two months. I had contacted with your dealer, but he refused to give any solution. Thereafter, i went your service station named care & delight lg service which is at dsp road fatehadad. There, the service provider changed two parts of this refrigerator and charged amount rs. 350 as service charges and rs. 1250 as price of parts which is wrong charging, however, i am facing problem of cooling system till date.
    Therefore, you are requested to kindly pursue the matter and provide me a concrete solution of paying back my invested amount that is non chargeable.

      Last week i habe lodge a complaint for my 1.5 tonn window ac
      Technician told us the estimated cost of repair will be told after taking the ac to the service center
      Its been a week no response is made my the service center.
      Two times i personally visited the service center at raipur chhattisgarh but they didn't told me and told to wait for some more time to know the estimated cost of repair

        My 43 inches full hd tv is not working in just 15months which is used very sparingly.
        Lg service technician checked it and says complete display unit has to replaced which is costing around (Rs.23000) which is more than half rate of the tv itself.
        I am surprised to see that a tv with lg brand cant even function for 15 months which was used very minimal (With stabilizes).

        I need a remedy for this please review my complaint.

          We have purchased lg refrigerator model no. Gl-m542gnsl/2015 on 15th october 2015.
          Since march onwards we are facing a problem of moisture deposition on bottom of all the inside trays. We have longed 4 complaints since march 2016 bearing complaint no.[protected] &[protected]. Executive from lg surat also visited 15 days back & inspected & ensured us to replace a defective part. Temporary solution was done by lg by fixing velcro tape but without success. Till then no body is picking the phone & no one turned up from lg side to attend the call.
          With this query, we are hopeful that a strong action will be taken to resolve this complaint. Moreover, in such circumstances we expect that lg should replace this defective refrigerator with a new one.

            I had motherboard issue in my LG g4 few months back which was repaired in mysore but they updated wrong IMEI number. Right now again same issue occured and now i m in hyderabad where they are refusing to service it ll take 20k if i pay and get it repaired..but its already in warranty and it LG service centre's fault..i want my mine to be repaired before warrranty expires which is 15th june. else i ll have to fill a complaint in ICRPC.

                I Ramesh Naik, had purchased a LG Inverter 2.0T AC Vide model No. BSA24IBE from Bajaj Electronic, Hyderabad on 19.02.2016 with a lot of trust in the brand, but not even completed 3 months, got in trouble. My complaint vide no.s RNA[protected], RNA[protected]
                RNA[protected]. The gas is leaking and the bolt was cracked, which means the brand product need to be repaired with in the 3 months of purchase and the worst service provided by LG. it already been more than 2 weeks but till date my problem is not solved. Now after refilling the gas and replacing the parts, still the technician is unable to resolve the problem.

                Recently, i have faced lot of problem with My Refrigerators Model.GL-D372JPZL purchased on 30.05.2015 is was not worked from past 4 months. Technician are unable to rectify the issue and i was unhappy with the LG service and i requested to replace the same and finally after lot of struggle in last month they replaced the product.

                By now i am fed up of your cheap quality of service and product .I even called up the hyderabad manager manager mr. Ravi, (RR Electronics, Sangareddy) who assured me of rectifying the by 30.06.2016 and said that, "i know my job". And now even after 4 days i understand how much he knows about his job and on what basis lg appoints responsible people that too in customer services.
                I am totally frustrated and exhausted by this sort of irresponsible and irritable behaviour of your technicians, senior engineer, service manager and dealer.The dealer even insist me on getting other brands. You make big promises about the quality charter, your customer services, responses and quality products and even the 6 sigma's. At the end i would like to say that i want a refund in a week or else i would to my dissatisfaction would have to go to consumer guidance society and other such organisation to put a light on your customer services and your commitment to excellence and quality as mentioned in your advertisements and booklets.

                I have wasted my money and i am never going to repeat this mistake. I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible.

                  As per trailing mail LG yesterday night time and one of LG service man visited today noon time, after checking our fridge and look into our problem he is agreed that really some problem with this fridge and told that some body part of fridge need to be change so he will came approx. Monday when this part will received, so see still our problem not solve !!! from starting when we complain first I am giving you list of repair and complain that I made for service, and many mail and complain service done plz noted it down.
                  1)starting month when we purchased over cooling – and solution came from your side after many follow-up and complain – ordinary thermo Cole sheet put inside the newly purchased fridge tell this is acceptable for any body ? you are putting thermo Cole sheet in new fridge ?
                  2)after that no cooling in fridge – solution your man tell it naturally because of this summer – tell is that acceptable ?
                  3) again complain for the same problem – solution your service man simply came and tell why you kept Milk, fruit ..ect in fridge ? ohhh can you tell me this fridge is only designed to keep only water bottles or what ???
                  4) again I logged one complain for extra/large amount of moisture in fridge due to this water inside the fridge – solution from your side your service man is agreed that really some problem with this fridge and told that some body part of fridge need to be change so he will came approx. Monday when this part will received,
                  5) I am typing ….
                  Now solution will come or I have to continue typing my problem till my warrantee get over ? or LG waiting for it ?

                  This much of problem I am facing from whole year and I think anybody came from LG side at my home they open my fridge many time and also disturbing us many time from a year ….
                  So this is not acceptable for any body and brand like you “LG”-life is bad not Good
                  Now I don’t want your repair service please take this issue seriously and I am also mail this detail in consumer form and court also so you are requested to give new one or my money back,
                  I suffered lot from your service and fridge now I want my money back or you already know this models fridge is fault (this lot is Faulty) then your duty to change it or give me new fridge without any problems and errors like previous one, so please give me new one urgently.

                    Hi team, i want to bring to your notice that i had a very bad experience with your service. I am a loyal customer of lg for 15 years now. 3 years back i bought 3 ac’s, washing machine, refrigerator, led tv (42”) and a phone, and many more things from lg shoppe (Dist. Ashwin kunkolienkar). A week back my tv stopped working. I complained about it on the lg toll free number on 30th may, no action was taken. Again on 31st may i filed a complaint on the same number. A service guy named ajay was sent for the repair. He said the display is no working and some part needs to be ordered from noida and will take 4 days time and will cost us rs. 20, 700 to which we agreed. We went to the lg shoppe today to check the status of the repair of our tv, these people are clueless on the whole situation. When we spoke to ajay over phone from the shop about it he said he ordered it today and he misbehaved with us asking us to either wait for another 5 days or take back our advance and cancel the order. Is this the right manner to speak to the consumer? The lg shoppe owner mr. Ashwin (Unavailable to talk to us from past 4 days) he was unavailable again today to attend calls regarding this matter. I want to know when is my tv getting repaired? This is how lg wants brand loyalty from its consumers? And if i donot get any replies from your team also in this matter then i shall take this matter to the consumer court!
                    Post this incident, i conclude that lg has not provided services as expected! People like ajay and ashwin carry the image of lg along with them. I expect a suitable action against these both on this matter as soon as possible.

                        Dear Sir, I buy LG Tv before 2 year and the amount i pay Rs 28000. No it is not working and LG Support team visit my home and said the panel damaged and spend more rs 14000 to change the panel. I register the complaint in LG and they given contact number to call one Mr Ransu ( [protected]). When i called mr ransu he saying he dont no about it and he disconnected the phone. again i sent email to LG team and they replied will follow up my case and contact soon etc. still they not taken any action on it. now 1 week over. So please study and take action on it.

                          I've purchased one AC on[protected] but inspite of continuous follow up with LG personnel couldn't succeed in getting it installed till date. I even tried to talk to their customer support but they replied that their technician is on leave so AC can be installed after two days only. I tried to talk to there regional offices but they replied that your installation request has been registered by your dealer today only. I purchased AC from shop instead of e-karts because I wanted to get it in operation asap. In Vizag temperature with humidity level is very high. Now after there reply I am feeling helpless, my friends suggested me to go for other companies for there excellent after sales service but I didn't listen. I wonder how they are attending complaint if any working problem comes with any of the LG products.

                            Following complain i did on 11th dec 2016,
                            I purchased lg fridge of 2 door from jay dwakadhish electronics – jamnagar, sr no.:503nrxc150170, model no: gl-m302rmpl

                            I am struggling with this problem for the last 3 month. I lodged this complaint with the no rna[protected]
                            After that one of your service man come and he opened freed cover and put ordinary thermo cole sheet inside the fridge, and closed the our complain by many follow-up and complain, now a day presently i am facing problem like less cooling and very moisture content in vegetables and all fruits, and glasses so i lodged this complaint with your agency two times but some un trained person came and went without solving our problem and nobody is asking whether our problem solve or it is same like before, so how we can trust on your company brand like lg?? We brought new fridge from you and from that date to till some problems always happen regarding fridge working condition, and we have to call your person 4-5 time for solve the same!! Same thing happen and repeated several times, and i was already observe the model which i was purchased same problems for all customer who purchase the same so please make inquiry on that and confirm the same but i was be quite and just waiting for your positive reply but not yet, yesterday i again talk with your executive mr. Abhisekh at 7:00pm but he is tell that please contact your local service provider i am giving you their mobile number, tell me that is the way to talk with your valuable customers? Why we should talk with him? You appoint him for services so you have to talk with him and take feedback from us after complaint logged and after repair done, but no no one from you take initiative for that,
                            And very funny thing came out when we ask your service man when he came for repair –when we asking for the resone why this happening he was simply telling that due summer!!! Ohhh omg!! And telling that why you kept milk, fruit.. Ect in fridge? Ohhh can you tell me this fridge is only designed to keep only water bottles or what??? So this is meaningless talk from your service agency, now i think i suffered lot from your service and fridge now i want my money back or you already know this models fridge is fault (This lot is faulty) then your duty to change it or give me new fridge without any problems and errors like previous one, so please give me new one urgently.

                              Today I received lg g4 after repair from service centre. I enclosed in my mail 3 videos that will speak how its working. Although after 8-9 attempts the set booted but its shutting down at times. The screen also showing lines at times. Wifi connecting at times...but agaun starts blinking.
                              I stronly object for such service from a company like lg. Sir, please immediately replace my phone or allow me to go for some other model, if required, by paying difference amount.

                                I am mr. Jacob from banglore as my friend had bought me a t. V from muscat a lg 43 inch 4k t. V your product is so bad that the t. V is already having an issue with the screen and when i told your service providers in karnataka they are not even ready to repair this thing this really annoying with your hopeless service even though your t. V is under service you want 1001 things for the service to be done. I need the t.. V repaired soon or else please stop your dealing here.

                                  I had taken extended warranty (AMC-Stands for Annual maintenance contract) for my television by paying around 3500 which is non refundable and through which company makes huge profit. Total cost of my TV was 25000, Now when some problem occurs in my TV, LG company dening to repair by saying that part is not available and as per company policy when part is not available we can give you 20% of total cost of my three years old TV When I asked them to give me same thing in written they told me not possible. I have written too many mail and more than 200 calls to them but they are not replying since last 25 days or just saying that we are looking into your complaint but actually they are doing nothing, two days back when I made call to LG customer care again they straightly denied about any complain I have registered, I have document and voice recording to proof what I am saying.

                                    I would like to escalate a poor service by your service center in Bhubaneswar. I had bought a new Freeze on 23rd April 2016 and the freeze has gone down since 24th May 2016. Have done multiple escalation to your service center and to the service manager but without any resolution. First of all the quality of product that I am concerned about and now the quality of service. The PO for this purchase is attached.

                                    I have made enormous call and it seems like the spare part needed for the service is not being resolved. I am frustrated with the delay and the quality of the product. Now I need this refrigerator need to be replaced with the new one immediately.

                                    The service manage that I am spoke to is Rajendra. 7 days and there is nothing being done and I need now a replacement . I have lost fiant on this product.

                                      I had purchased LG G4 mobile in Feb 2016. Recently, i started to face issues with the wifi and Bluetooth connectivity and i had approached the service centre at Panjagutta, Hyderabad. I am very disappointed with the way they responded.They figured out that there is a problem with the hardware and had to replace the hardware.However, they dont have the spares available and were not sure when they receive them. I called up the manager, Mr.Sai Venkat and he simply responded "there is not much I can do and must wait till the spare part comes" I told him to check and get back to me but I haven't heard from him yet and he never responded to my call again. So i called up the customer care and spoke Mr.Rajinesh at around 1.35pm on 31st may.He said there is not much he can do and i have deal with service centre and he would arrange a call back. I dont see a point of having warranty for your product as there is no solution provided!!! I would like an explanation and solution immediately as i dont want to carry faulty device thats worth Rs.40, 000 with wifi and bluetooth not working. I hope to hear back from you.

                                        I had bought 1 lg 32" led tv model -32lb5610 serial number-405plag005120 from basant electronics kolkata (Invoice number-2665) with buyer's name as sima neogi with an amount of 32700 on 12/06/2014. From 23/05/2016 small led spots are seen on the tv and they are increasing in number day by day. Authorized mechanic of lg said the display panel is to be changed and the cost for it is rs 15000 that too with 6 month's warranty. Though the warranty period of the tv is over, yet it is not expected that a lg tv of 32000 will not last even for 2 years. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. A tv is expected to last for at least 5-7 years but it is not yet 2 years that a 32000 tv is not working properly. I believe it is manufacturing defect from lg. Does end of warranty period mean i product has to be thrown away? Or do i consider myself lucky if my product is in good condition even after warranty is over?
                                        Is there anything lg can do other than saying sorry or asking for more money? I think lg knows that in real world just sorry does not mean much in situations when a rs 32000 tv does not last for even 2 years and lg charges 15000 more for repair.
                                        I want immediate replacement of the tv or cash back or free repair.
