I purchased 220 LG Refrigeretor in May's first week. Around a week after, My friend with family visit my home and he saw the fridge... then he congratulate me (congratulation for ur second hand fridge...kitna sasta liya).

There is damage marks on the front door of fridge.
I lodge a complain on Toll Free..
After around 2-3 weeks after many calls, I got the new door with no logos and no stickers. Your executive are genius, they arranged logos and stickers from the damaged door..Actually not bad.

But this all procedure should be perfect. They paste everything with no sense.

Uff, , , ,

I again call the executive..
He told me that he fix the issue..within 2 days.

Today 2 days will become 2 weeks,
Meanwhile, Some of my relatives and friends making fun of me after saw my fridge. (Anger and embarrasement is my feeling. )

After taking LG fridge, I am not the best...I become WORST...


And I again call on Toll Free..thay again register complaint. 24 hrs...etc.

Quickly, I received a call from local service centre and they said (Mr. Narayan from Zirakpur) we are not responsible. This is a shopkeeper and rickshaw wala's mistake.

LG is not responsible at all. But for you, I can provide you the logo in a week.

And dere is no possibilties for stickers.

its not about stickers, its about LG services, Its about my embarasemnt, Its about my feelings, and den its about my FRIDGE...

I again call Toll free... I again explain all things.. But the executive not listening me..he (parkash) is busy in chewing the food.

I told him that u r busy.then i can tok to some other person...
He said no no... u carry on.. m listening u...dont worry.


he transfer my call to senior department after finish his food and listen my problems...I am on hold for 5 minutes...then i have to disconnect the call.

So rest is up to u...LG and ICCF..

    I have purchased lg led tv with 1+2 years of additional warranty offer. I was told by the dealer and also by the lg service person that bill is only required to claim the warranty and i would require nothing apart from that. Currently i am facing some display issue in my tv after 13 months of purchase. The company and service person is now saying that i need to provide them with the extended warranty card else i will be charged rs. 14000/- for the repair. The below link on lg website clearly states the 3 years warranty offer.

    Moreover, lg service is calling me several times either to make repair on paid basis or close the service call. I have raised the issue to lg grievance redressal but their is no reply yet.

      Replacement of lg newly purchased refrigerator-complaint id-cn[protected]

      Dear sir,

      This is for your kind information that i had purchased one lg refrigerator – model gl 282 on 01/11/2015, with serial no jhr5510prfg0284031.
      The product was purchased keeping in mind the goodwill/ the promises of great service that your company - lg electronics had created in mind of the consumers.

      But on a serious contrary to that fact, the refrigerator had started annoying us, by not able to maintain its cooling temperature.
      Just after 3 months of purchase, all the cooked foods are getting rotten by accumulated fungus over them. All the fresh vegetables getting rotten within 1 day.
      We had lodged a complaint with complaint over phone with call centre.
      Your technician had visited after 1 day after much hustle and continuous follow up with the call centre, and according to them, the cooling gas channel was leaked due to manufacturing deficiency. They again had lodged call to concerned department and next day in evening, it was rectified, again with a false promise that now everything is fine and issue is completely resolved.


      But now again after 3 months, the same problem of gas leakage has started and cooling is not happening.
      Again we have lodged the complaint - cn[protected] and yesterday (16/06/2016) technician had visited with the inference that gas chamber is chocked now, so adjoining areas at back of freezer is only getting cooled, blocking the cooling channel for the entire fridge. This problem is not his area of service, so he again has put the matter to some other department.

      Sir, we cannot keep a product like this which needs to be serviced and maintained for a recurring problem of non cooling and gas leakage.
      We have paid every single penny for the product, but received only false notion and false promise in return.
      Life has become very annoying after purchasing this refrigerator, though your tagline says lg - life’s good.


      Request you to please immediately process for replacement of the same model with a new one, as product with same recurring problem cannot be kept any longer.

        I have lodge a complain on 07.06.16 in a toll free number that my AC is not working accordingly the service person attended on 08.06.16. After verification he told that their is some defect and my man will come tommorow and see it again.
        Since then i have speak to the said service person whose no is [protected] so many times but no one attended. Still my AC is lying in as it is condition.

          I am writing you concerning the matter of of a purchase of my 55 inch plasma tv


          Purchase back in December of 2012. The reason I’m writing


          you is the fact that the T.V. has already gone out, and it is only 3 years old.I bought the


          extended warranty for the T.V. which expired in January of this year.The t.v model is LG.


          I would like to know how does a brand new t.v fresh out of the box only last 3 years. I not only


          bought the T.V at the time of my purchase I bought the surround sound system to go with it,


          and then went back and bought the DVD player also. Only to be told that I would have to pay to


          have someone come out to look at the t.v to see if it can be repaired. I think that when you sell


          A product that it should last longer than 3 years. I’m not a very satisfied customer now that this


          Has happened to me. I think that if a consumer purchases the extended warranty that the


          Warranty division should at least notify the consumer before the warranty expires. I wish that


          There was some way that this situation could be fixed. I now have a t.v mounted on my wall


          that is of no service to me.

            I own a LG refrigerator model # LFC25776SW, had for 5 years and the compressor went bad. Still under warranty, I called LG on May 26 and in turn referred me to Ferrari's Appliance in which I also called on May 26. They called me back needing the serial number in which I gave it to them on May 27. Took an extremely long time for LG (your company) to send Ferrari the compressor. They came to my home today June 15 (just about 3 weeks after initial contact) and the part (compressor) sent to Ferrari was USED and DEFECTIVE. We have been inconvenienced in our home without a refrigerator for some time now. When this repair is finally done, I will be sure to tell all of my colleagues, friends and family never ever to buy an LG product. Its bad enough that we have to pay for the technician to install a warrantied part, but to have it delivered to him from the manufacturer USED and DEFECTIVE is just unsatisfactory. I've been in and dealt with customer service for over 30 years and LG's customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen. I will state again, I will never ever buy an LG product again and I will be sure to tell everyone (social media, e-mail) I know, not to also buy LG unless they want to be provided with extremely horrible service!

              I have logged a complaint on 13/06/2016 to buy led tv 22 inc adaptor
              Complaint no is rna[protected]
              On 14th june the sasaram service centre called me to come their office to buy the adopter
              There they told the adaptor will be provided by adding the service charge
              Of rs 400 extra
              Excluding the cost of service tax + delivery charge
              They told the service charge is compulsory to buy the adopter
              Without service charge they will not provide the adaptor
              When i talk to toll free no they told the service charge is not compulsory for buying the adaptor

              I request u to talk them personally that why the are adding extra charge of rs 400 when i am not taking any service
              I am only buying the adaptor

              They both told the cost if adaptor is 1260
              But the sasaram service centre told the cost is 1650
              They costs by adding service charge of rs 400
              They both told u should not pay extra rs 400 for service charge
              Again i request you to take it personally as early as possible so that i will buy my adaptor on reasonable price
              Otherwise i will face many difficulties without tv
              My adaptor is not working for about one weak

              Otherwise i will be compelled to take legal action..
              For facing these difficulties and for wasting my valuable time for buying a small product of your company (Adaptor)

              I hope u will take it seriously and solve my problem as early as poasible
              And it would be not happened in future

                I purhcased my window ac from "sri mangla electronics", near ramphal chowk, dwarka sector 7, delhi on march 2016. Since i purchased, i am having some unwanted noise during running ac. I contacted to showroom manger, but he denied to replaced this manchin and asked to contact to lg customer care for repaired. Then i talked to customer care for last 3 months. The service center used to send their engg. But they couldn't solved the issue.
                I asked service center manger to replace the machine but he is ready to do this.
                I request you to help me to replace this machine as it is making my family's life hell.

                  I had taken extended warranty (AMC-Stands for Annual maintenance contract) for my television by paying around 3500 which is non refundable and through which company makes huge profit. Total cost of my TV was 25000, Now when some problem occurs in my TV, LG company dening to repair by saying that part is not available and as per company policy when part is not available we can give you 20% of total cost of my three years old TV When I asked them to give me same thing in written they told me not possible. I have written too many mail and more than 200 calls to them but they are not replying since last 25 days or just saying that we are looking into your complaint but actually they are doing nothing, two days back when I made call to LG customer care again they straightly denied about any complain I have registered, I have document and voice recording to proof what I am saying.

                    Hi,
                    I bought the latest handset of lg that is LG G5.
                    I sent me invoice to the official website of lg india as there was an option to redeem free cam plus module, so i did so with my address line to redeem my free Lg G5 Cam Plus modue. But there was no response and its been almost two weeks but i haven't received my module yet.
                    I want a possitive reply and boost up the procedure ASAP.

                      Good morning.

                      Reference to the subjected job sheet no., may i kindly request your attention to resolve the complaint noting below details at your earliest;

                      1. Handset handed over to lg's authorized service center at kannur - sahar communication on 4th june 2016

                      2. Complaint reported are:
                      A. Touch screen - around two months back the device's touch screen was malfunctioning.
                      B. Over heat - device was notifying frequently about over heat.
                      C. Boot error - two weeks before the device used to restart automatically and giving boot error message, then not letting to do anything even to switch off. Only solution was to remove the battery, after two times the happening of above mentioned then the device became dead.

                      3. As there was a touch screen malfunction in march 2016, i went to lg's service center in qatar. Since the device bought from india, i couldn't repair it under warranty from qatar. So i kept the device as it is and used till middle of may 2016. Then boot error happened and the device conked out.

                      Having explained the above, i forwarded a detailed complaint to lg (Attached here in image upload section for your kind reference) to replace the device on 6th june 2016. As there is no progress/update regarding the complaint i humbly request you intervention and consideration on this case.

                        Rude technician, pathetic behaviour and worst service!!!
                        I have 3 lg products. Washing machine, ac and fridge. Tell me one thing. Do your technicians do us a favour by visiting? He blindly tells me to replace the whole pcb. He has no clue what part has gone. Says company policy. My father asked him to give in writing or call higher manager. He called up some colleague of his and spoke in local language. Was rude to my father. I was paying him 300 rs for doing absolutely nothing but after his attitude i had second thoughts. He himself became a tiger and says, "fine i don't need the money".

                        I am army officer and we live by honour and respect. I will wait for some of the senior management to respond. Leave aside the repairs, i want the same technician to come and apologise to my father and collect the visiting fees. Else i am really considering to go a little public on this one. See, s like lg has too many customers and so they don't care. Reflects clearly from the type of people you hire. Might as well hire goons and mawalis.

                          I had purchased a fridge and a demo was arranged for the installation. The engineer charged me 342 rupees for the demo and told me that i will receive the bill online. I have talked to the local service local supervisor of bavdan, pune, mr pravin thakre several times but have not received the bill till now even after 3 weeks are over. All he says is technical issue in system which i am sure is a lie as the time of 3 weeks is too high for any technical issue to be resolved. The complaint on the lg customer care has also gone unheard and no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I require some guidance on how to file a consumer complaint againt lg for deficiency in service and mental harrasment.

                            I bought a TV from LG within a month of buying display has gone though the equipment is in warranty the service people and the service center does not show any interest to repair they say it happened due to lightning strike but all other equipment are working fine in spite o[censored]sing stabilizer. Now every time I call them they say we will check and call back but they never do and when i call they never pick up.

                              I was having problem in my lg d325 handset. I went to lg service centre mathura (U. P). They checked it for a while and said motherboard is ok, only software updation will be done and will be charged rs 170. They kept the handset for about 5 days and now they are saying there is been problem in motherboard of the device. What a poor service and worst service by lgservice centre. The problem in handset is still not solved and they are charging rs 114 for doing nothing and keeping the phone for 5 days. Pathetic it is.

                                I think this s nth complaint i am giving agaisnt no cooling by new lg window ac lwa3bp2a1 given and even then the lg doesnot bother to hear or solve my problem-one of the 3rd grade companies lg has become like any other inferiorproduct manufacturing chinese company-the useless new ac s not cooling at sleeping position and service guys who came previously said that this useless-ac-can cool at 5ft[where it s fitted]only and will not cool at sleep position-y the hell lg shud shud sell such an inferior ac-the car companies and all other companies are far better and lg behaves like typical bania and worse that govt concern-3months over-they dont bother-

                                  After consulting your customer care service they provided this no [protected], after calling more than 15 times also, there is no reply from this no. No use. Please give no which is working and reply back.

                                  Now both of mine & lawyer question is, if this fridge is not able to rectified, why you released this model and giving trouble to customers?

                                  Hope this Lg is branded one.

                                  Why should I give written on paper saying that "this may work or may not & I am ready to repair on my own risk by paying ₹8500/- ", is this appropriate?

                                    I purchased a refrigerator on 23.04.2016 and it stopped working from 27.05.2016. I registered my complain on 28.05.2016 its been 20 days and first they told me that one part needs to be replaced and they will do by monday 30.5.2016, when i followed up with them they were giving me dates but no action was taken from their end. After few days i requested for replacement of entire refrigerator because if in the very next month the product stopped working, i cannot rely on that product for long term. Every day i have to call them for checking the status but no proper action has been taken till now. Now the condition is that the customer service office is not even taking my calls. Its been 20 days and if no concrete action will be taken by today end i.E, replacement of refrigerator in that case i have to file complain in consumer court for this issue.

                                      I have purchase microwave model mj3283bcg on dt 5 jun.2016. On the time of installation, steam plate was missing and it was noted by service engineer mr. Bhagat.
                                      After 6 days when i made contact with mr. Bhagat -[protected], he suggested to make call to mr. Sachin -[protected] sales and service head - nasik region maharashtra (Also suggested by dealer).
                                      He fully refused to provide steam chef plate by adding that it is part of gift.
                                      Please make me clear that when i purchased your best product and it is a part of accessories as mentioned in your leaflets, then how it can be gifted part.
                                      After the received communication from mr. Sachin, i am fully disappointed after purchasing lg topmost product again and again.
                                      Now what is your stand in this matter for my further step towards consumer forum to justify that company is cheating the customers

                                        I refer to my messages to you about my sufferings at the hands of an errant lg employee (Pramod), a classic textbook bully.
                                        From the way you are handling my grievance, i must conclude that your brand-building iconic advertisements are mere cheap stunts.
                                        They are just wrapper, no candy.
                                        The haemorrhaging of customer confidence in your complaint redressal system is frightening.
                                        Are you the guardian angel of a rogue employee?
                                        You must get real with complaints, mr kim.
                                        But so far, you have kept yourself boxed in.
                                        It seems you are sensitively challenged.
                                        You are already guilty until proven guiltier.
                                        All complaints must have a sunset clause.
                                        But in my case, it goes on and on.
                                        Even after 60 hours i am none the wiser where my complaint stands.
                                        Thanks to your inscrutable silence, complaints will be a thing of the future.
                                        It is time you lift the weight of my expectations.
