But till date no response
So pls register my complaint n say to company arrange a part as soon as possible

I have purchased totally disguisting product of lg which is known as lg 3 star split ac model no - lsn5pw3mf6, sr no - 411payu002226 on 11/02/2015. Since after one month of purchase and use im frequently complaning regading cooling problem over and over month an complaint registered by me every time your service agent visit all ok sir all ok what the hell is this if all then why the customer complaints all the time i think that lg unofficially or officially slogan is just sale the products once then after who are you to customers lg dont beleive in building releations or in service after sale. But no not this time i gonna complaint file against lg in my local consumer court jago grahak jago don't not buy lg lg lg im also gonna post this on facebook whatsapp and twiitter forward it as much as im capable to put down the image of lg i will

LG Electronic India — LG AC Servive

I had been asked to take AMC for servicing LG AC, but when I attempt to log a service request, LG is not providing service. No one turned up for service.

on 29/06/2015 i repair my front load waching machine now again i facing same problem. i called Er. but he ignores.

While switch on to the Refrigerator, it is not functioning though the power supply is within the normal range of 220 Volt.

I have fully automatic washing ( turbo drum- fuzzy logic ) machine . water is not going inside the machine.

    There was some problems such as non functioning of filter etc., with the lg refrigerator owned by me. I got it repaired and got the refrigerator gas filled on 13.05.2016 for rs. 1500/- from the lg engineer but the same problems have reoccurred on 17.05.2016. I have called up the customer care several times and despite assuring me of repairing the refrigerator, they have not sent anyone to get it repaired. I kindly request you to take this complaint seriously and get my refrigerator repaired as soon as possible.

    I got a call letter and went for the interview but they asked to pay Rs1200. I too paid and got fooled. So Dont believe them. They are fraudsters. If this continues lot of people will get cheated so we have to take action against them.

      We bought lg 32 inch lcd worth 23, 000. With in 1 and half year it got repaired and we were informed the repair cost 16, 000. We were shocked listening to repair cost. Providing just 1 year warranty is ridiculous and on the top of that getting repaired for the cost of 16000 is disgusting. When we approached the merchant he said its our bad fate and he can do nothing on it. Such a pathetic situation being the customer of lg. When we asked the reason for 16000, we were informed some panel was missing. We just lost the hope and thought of complaining here as a last trial.

        15 days ago, we have complained about THE FRIDGE not working..so they send a guy after 2 days, who says there's no major fault only dust accumulation and leaves with 700rs.Later the next guy who comes to clean says the gas leaked and leaves.After a few days another guy a comes in and says that the evaporation tube which transfers gas broke and has to be replaced..still it is fine with us...but the next time he comes after many days with a part imported from Delhi and starts openeni Ight FRIDGE..and then checks that it was the wrong part.This is simply outrageous, LG such a large multinational corporation has such poor service then what can customers expect from others.I felt like slapping the the servicing guy but I didn't know whether it was his fault or anyone else's.And after all this since past week not even a call has come The LG complain -RNA[protected].

          I reg complaint for non working of mosquito terminator&also for servicing on lg toll free no. By complaint no. Rna[protected], rna[protected], rna[protected] dt8-4-2016,[protected]&[protected]respectively. Pareekrefrigeration mob[protected] will solve the complaint was told by costomer care representatives. The mechanic was unable to solve it. On the direction of representative of service provider the asked photos of ac wassent on whatsup no given by him. He told me that mosquito terminator be replaced on getting from company in 4-5 days as it is not in stock of service centre. Mr. Rijvan. Manager parts have to arrange it so photos whatsup on 5-5-2016 on given no. Reget that still my complaint remain un solved. One year warranty will expire in first week of june2016 that is why delaying tactics adopted may be inferred

After two days 2x service executives are come and checked and not identified the real fault and told me that it may be a small fault or panel fault and told me that it may be repairable and no any service guarantee.                 still my problem is not resolved i got a call fro the customer care saying that you can purchase international warranty which will be explained by the local customer and the local customer care denys about the international warranty and no one responds to my query im being fooled around without any proper solution.

                  I have two lg acs. One ac has amc until 2019. I would like to cancel it and take refund since the other ac's amc which got expired 5 days back has not been serviced as per the promise the company made. It has not been serviced 3/4 times as per the terms. Now that i ask for a service, i was informed that it will be charged as amc expired. I don't have to take this nonsense from you people when i pay for it. I pay for it n i have to request for service. So cancel the amc of the other ac as well n return my money on prorate basis or i'm taking this to consumer court and to the media. Spoke to raj kumar - [protected] elango - [protected] i'll have to learn the show of arrogance from these two gentlemen. Good show lg.

                  Talking tooo much of time to fit the tv.not responding correctly.we have to make a call everyday but telling reason irresponsibly.delivered tv on 5.5.16, we wait for two days after that only we make an calll to amazon they given no to lg service.we call tocompany on 6.5.16.but nobody came to fit the tv.

                      Ac was not coolng.on complaning technician visited and said compressor was nt working and there is gas leakage hence weilded and charged Rs 5700.There was still no resolutn of problm and still was not colling.Again complaint was made and they took the coolng machine in factory fr inspectn.It was infrmd that no fault found hence now the split machine has been taken to factory.2days gone by no intimatn.Its frustatng to find Rs5700 been charged without resolutn being provided.

                        With the reference to the above subject, I have purchased the refrigerator model number - GL-B201ASLN from BAGHEL ELECTRONICS located Sultanpur -110030.

                        They have provide me the wrong information about the product warranty, they showed me in catalogue that product compressor has 10yrs warranty, whereas it has only 1+4 yr after the having conversation with customer care.

                          I bought an LG TV from dubai last year and I used it for an year. After exactly 1 year and 3 days I could see a line on the screen. When I took it to the service center, I was told that the panel has got some issue and it need to be replaced., which will cost me apprx INR 25000 (AED 1400) whereas the TV itself was costs AED 1700..!!!

                          I trusted LG's quality as a big company but I was wrong. Even after speaking many times with their customer care representatives, I was being asked to buy a new TV . I couldn't understand the way of LG teams irresponsible replies without considering the value of the money I invested in buying their product.. I am really disappointed and I will never suggest LG products to anyone in future..!!!

                            Dear LG,
                            I am a customer of LG products. I thought LG is giving preference to product quality and customer satisfaction. I am working in a reputed central government organisation.
                            I have purchased LG 32LM6410 3D LED TV on September 2014 and now it got repaired, only power indication LED is blinking and no other response is available. I contacted LG service center “Best electronics” at Chengalpettu, Kancheepuram, Tamilnadu. I got the feedback as SMPS PCB and Microprocessor PCB are healthy and functional; a small board attached to LED panel is not working and due to which entire panel shall be replaced for the cost of Rs20000+ tax, since the PCB is not available separately. We try to solve the issue our self and found one small component on the same PCB is not functional and it is easily replaceable, it is looking like 3.5 V regulator.
                            It is very unethical that LG is not providing enough parts to the service centre. The problem is easily solved less than Rs 4000/-, if the PCB is available. So I am expecting necessary action from LG.

                              I have purchased an LG TV worth Rs 54, 000 and with in 3 days I started facing issue.Engineer visited and misinformed us that it is not a hardware issue.He did it twice and you can check the same in your records.However, when I escalated the same he came to check with a DVD player to check the sound quality and as per him it was an issue with the system board and replacement was provided for the same.Please find attached the bill along with DOA(Defective on arrival) letter for your reference.

                              It is almost 14 days after the warranty has expired and and it seems like the issue has reoccurred and the sound quality is not good.Request your intervention as I only want refund for the whole amount .I believe it is an issue with this product and even if you repair it will reoccur in future.I hope the same can be initiated without me going for any other route.

                              Lg is carrying on with pathetic response to customer and they do not wven acknoweledge the issue.spoke with some gaurav who is rude and unhelpful ans should not be in customer service.please assist or else need to escalate further

                                Dear Concern,

                                I had raised a complain for LG TV and the complaint number is 95242. The service given for us was not satisfactory. We are facing the same problem again after 3 months.

                                We called the service person again and he has taken TV back to check on the problem. But the bill provided was said we have 1 year warranty for problems again and now he says no warranty at all.

                                Please look into this and resolve at the earliest

                                  I had bought LGE's water purifier in Gurgaon (model number WAW33RW2RP) in July 2015. I relocated to Hyderabad in April 2016 and took the water purifier along with me.
                                  I called up LG's customer care center to arrange for a technician who can come and install the water purifier at me new residence in Hyderabad (Request No RNA[protected]. This was done on 11th May and till date I've been chasing with the customer support to arrange for a technician.
                                  One call center guy was good enough to make me have a direct conversation with the Area Service Manager in Hyderabad. Probably I have never spoken to such an incompetent person in my life. He was neither concerned about the customer problem, not the company's reputation. Bottomline, no engineer ot technician has come to install the product (despite the fact that I have agreed to pay all the hefty charges that LG charges).

                                  I think I made a very bad mistake of choosing LG's product for a water purifier. For any other brand, there are many technicians who can come and easily install the product.

                                  LG- I was a fan of your products once and am appaled to see the poor quality services that you provide!

                                    I purchased a TV LG LED 32LB550A from a retail outlet - JOJO Electronics, Changanacherry on 24.7.2014 for Rs. 27900. Recently a bright spot light was noticed on the screen and we contact the LG service centre, Thiruvilla. The technician informed that the reflector need to be replaced for Rs. 5000. It is just 1.5 years old and I cant expect a branded company product to be of that substandard, hence I request action from LG that either the TV unit to be replaced or repair the same free of cost.

                                      28/5/2015, i bought an lg g4 hk$5698 at wilson hk
                                      10/6/2015, i exchanged for a new mobile phone (Problem w/the mother board)
                                      6/12/2015, i brought to lg repair center in hk (Phone was dead, problem w/ mother board, again. Requested to extend warrantee)
                                      7/5/2016, i brought to lg repair center in hk (Phone was dead, problem w/ mother board) same problem again. 7/5 tried to call up hk repair office, but no answer, went to the office, but closed whole day that sat. Without notifying customers through messages on the phone.
                                      8/5/2016, i brought to lg repair center again.
                                      10/5/2016, i requested for a g5 because g4 is definitely a defect model. I don't mind paying some money to get g5.
                                      12/5/2016, lg returned my call and asked me for hk$2, 500 for a g5 or a new g4.
                                      Ridiculous, it was not my problem in the first place. I have totally no confident in your g4 and not sure about g5. And your staff was trying to tell me that the problem is not with lg. All my colleagues using g4 encountered the same problem. Please be fair!!! Also, without a mobile phone to use until now has already caused me a lot of inconvenience. I paid so much money on a phone that is continuously causing me sooooo much trouble. Is that fair? And to remind you this is the third time in less than a year that i have to go through all these trouble.
                                      I read a lot of blogs and articles about your g4.
                                      Lg is such a big company and i can't believe i am getting services like this.
                                      Please treasure your customers! The person that i have contacted in hk is mr hui, customer service manager.
