We bought a refrigerator(model no. Gl-D322 JMFL) seven months ago and it has started causing problems already, the compressor (which has 10 years warranty I don't know why?) stopped working, I spoke to the customer care they told us to do something( as it is SDS) and it didn't work out, then they sent someone to check the issue and they said it was a faulty compressor, now they're saying it will take time to replace the compressor, this is not done, all the stuff has been out for three days and most of it is rotten already. You should do something.

    Lg 43lf6300 led tv stopped functioning from[protected].
    Request for replacement of part was made vide no. Rna[protected]. I was given to understand that a wrong part was received and have been receiving messges whenever i contacted lg toll free no.[protected] that the part has been re-allocated. Upon contacting the sr. Service executive mr. Amarnath, ([protected]), whose number was provided by the person to whom i spoke to on the toll free number, repeatedly denies having received the part but admitted that a wrong part was received and a revised order has been placed on the firm. Spoken to mr. Shiv kumar ([protected]), who happens to be the head of the service centre at hyderbad did not yield any fruitful result. Now, he avoids attending my phone calls. No body from the service centre are ready to resolve the issue. After waiting for a week i think i have a right to put it across to a forum for help in getting the issue resolved

    The service mechanic came in the evening at or around 1745 hrs and replaced the mother board and initialized the TV again and left.

      My name is Gaurav Grover (loyal and very old customer of LG). I purchased a LG double door refrigerator 4 years back. The price of the machine was around Rs 80000 at that time. Machine performed well in the first 3 years. After that cooling of the machine dipped. We called LG customer care to repair the same. An LG executive came and said that he will take at least 7-10 working days time to arrange the coil of the machine. I requested him to arrange the coil asap as we cannot afford to survive without the refrigerator as it plays an important role. He denied for the same. We called an engineer from local market and got the machine fixed. Machine worked well however after a year we faced the same cooling problem in the machine. We again called LG customer care number and luckily or unluckily same old engineer was assigned for the case. He visited our residence and asked us to pay Rs 700 as visiting charges, we asked him to fix the issue. He suggested us to wait for 2 days as he has to consult his senior about the same. I contacted him after 2 days, he suggested us to throw the machine out in Hindi
      Engineer words “Is fridge ko faank do bahar”.
      I wanted my machine to be repaired so I requested him again for the same
      Engineer words “Isko aag laga do”
      I said that being a LG brand engineer he should not say these words otherwise I will call customer care.
      Engineer words “ Jisko complaint karne and kar do aur iss machine ko aag laga do”
      I am sorry but I do not want to put my refrigerator on fire because of two reasons :
      1. Loyalty with LG as I use a tower AC and other LG appliances which are excellent
      2. I cannot afford to put my refrigerator on fire

      Challenges faced by me :
      1. LG engineer was unprofessional and rude with me.
      2. He has no right to suggest that I should put my LG refrigerator on fire.
      3. He should have changed the coil by charging me money as I am not asking for warranty of the machine or any kind of favour from him. I am ready to pay the charges.
      4. I requested him to give me the coil as well so that I can get original LG coil fitted in my refrigerator by a local engineer however LG engineer denied for the same. Now I am left with only one option which is that I should actually put my refrigerator on fire as suggested by LG engineer however my loyalty towards the brand LG is not allowing me to do so. I have concluded from this instance that according to that LG engineer, life of LG products is just 4 years and after that all LG products should put on fire. These type of LG engineers does not even care that how much hard work is done to make a big brand like LG.
      5. LG says Life is Good however my life is hell because of LG after sales services in the summers of delhi.

      This is absurd. I never expected such a rude and unprofessional behaviour from LG. This instance was embarrassing for me and my family members and changed my 20 years old loyalty towards the brand LG. I do not feel like using any LG product and will not recommend any of my friends and near ones to buy LG products because customer service/After sales service is the backbone of every business which LG does not understands or have stopped understanding. I think LG has to burn midnight oil to build the same old customer service team which they use to have. May be there is gap in hiring or training of the engineers. Someone has to look into it asap as these type of engineers will turn many positive/loyal customers like me to negative customers. These kind of employees are changing the perception of loyal and old customer like me.

        We have mircowave oven model no : mh-2044db. I had registered for the microwave oven coockery class conducted by lg, which is free of cost. I had registered for charni road branch class and for that i followed up with ms shabana ([protected]). I called her twice for the confirmation of class timing. She had asked me to come on saturday (28th may 2016) 3 pm to your lg store (Sumaria lg shop, near saifee hospital, charni road). As i was getting late for a class i booked a cab and reached the destination on time. When i enquired about the class person present at the shop told me that there is no class today, i was really surpirsed to hear that. He called shabana (Number mentioned above who is the poc for charni road class) and asked her about the class, for which she said the class has been cancelled. I was shocked to hear that. First thing : she did not inform me about the cancellation, and i think its lg's duty to atleast keep number of people who are going to attend the class and inform them if there is any change in the shcedule /cancellation. I was really frustrated by the response from this lady because when i caled her, instead of apologising she started argumenting and saying i told u to call me in the morning for confirmation which she really did not ask me. When i asked her about what shall i do now, she said very casually nothing can be done, i cant take the class today at any cost, so asked her about her supervisor /senior, she directly cut the call. This kind of behaviour from representatives of company like lg is really not acceptable. You should atleast keep some responsible people for such events/classes and should also educate them basic ethics and how to talk with the customer. This is really irritating and disappointing. If such a behaviou continues then i dont think people will ever go for lg products. I hope this incidence should never happen with anyone and you shoukd seriously take action on people like shabana who thinks cutomers have all time in this world to attend her coockery classes whenever she wants. This really sucks.

          I purchased a led tv model 32lb550a on 23.10.2014 from saravana electronics &home appliances, pondicherry and bearing extended warranty card number fpd[protected]. The tv was not working from 18.5.2016 and a compliant was registered and got rna no.[protected] dated 20.5.2016.
          Representative called on 21.5.2016 at that time we were out of home and asked to come on monday.
          Monday i. E., 23.5.2016 representative came and just the tv and told board has gone and said that we let you know after consultation.

          But, we have been phoning to them since tuesday i. E., 24.5.2016, some lady is picking up the phone and asking the issue and replying that we will contact you with in a minute. But hence after no response from them. This is the routine practice of pondicherry customer care. Truly they do not care any customer.

          Our lg 32"led tv is in warranty period. Is this the quality of customer care of lg products?

          What should i do to get repair of my tv?

            We have bought the lg led tv at whynot, nera sai krishna theatre, rajahmundry on 17.12.2014, after a long tern plan with whole hearted happiness on 17.12.2014. Now unfortunately it gets repaired. So we called the service engineer from lg company. He has checked and asked us to change the display screen.In order to get display on screen we need to replace the existing panel, with the cost of rs.15000/- for your kind information the warrant period is over 17.12.2015. I requesting for repair in foc basis.

              I purchased a front load washing machine on Sunday the 22nd May 2016 and
              received on the very next day. I was assured that the installation will
              happen by Tuesday the 24th May but had not happened till date.I have
              escalated to local team at LG and nothing happened. Now I got a call that
              in 5 days the request gets closed automatically. If the installation has
              not happened, how can the ticket get closed. Daily I get a call telling
              that Engineer will visit and install. I am made to wait daily, but no one
              turns up. And they have closed the ticket stating that tickets gets automatically closed in 5 days.

              GUYS, STOP BUYING LG. LET US ALL TEACH THEM A LESSON.

                Last week i registered a request for a technician for my lg refrigerator. I was given some online solution but i insisted on a technician being sent. My fridge door doesn't close properly anymore leading to condensation in the fridge.
                I was told they have registered my complaint and a technician will call soon. I did not get any call from lg or technician after that.
                Today i called again. I was told my complaint hadn't been registered and they would register my complaint also informing me that my fridge has gone out of warranty and i would have to bear the cost of whatever needs to be repaired.
                The date of purchase of my fridge is 24th may 2015 and my warranty expired yesterday. I had forgotten that. Also i thought i had a 2 year warranty.
                Anyway so my call was transferred to the superviser after a wait of 15 minutes. Supervisor reshma (Fake name maybe) promised me she would look into this and call me back in 30 minutes. She didn't.
                I called again after 2 hours and asked for her. I was told she's not at her desk and would return my call within 2 hours. She didn't.
                I called back after 2 hours and this guy refused to transfer my call and told me all my earlier calls had been registered requesting a demo. When i corrected him and repeated my problem all over again he promised me a technician within 2 hours and asked me hold the line while he took down my complaint. He hung up!
                I decided to write to them but that server has errors. Attaching images below.
                Lg is evidently not committed to extend the best possible service.

                  Complaint noRNA[protected] filed on 22 May 2016 about broken part behind Door in Door found while receiving Fridge D-432HLAM. I refused delivery but the dealer Sargam Electronics, Mayur Vihar phase -3 assured prompt action. LG technician visited on 23 May 2016 assuring prompt action but to date no action but promises. I am NRI from Dubai with good experience on LG products in Dubai but in India the product seems to be of low quality and service is equally bad. You just lost one loyal customer of a decade. If no action is taken then I will take such steps as may be necessary to protect my interests

                    Purchased one LG double Door Refrigerator showing 10 years warranty on compressor around 4 years back from Bajaj Electronics. Since last one month, we noticed that the items stored in the refrigerator are perishing and ice cream stored in freezer compartment are also melting. Body is also heating up too much. We lodged a complaint on Friday on their web site and one technician attended us on Saturday afternoon. We were told that the fan motor cooling the coil is not working and needs replacement. Approximate cost for attending work and changing the motor was told Rs.2000. We asked him to carry the work and set right fridge. He called one fan and tried to fit in the slot. Could not succeed and then said that the fan provided in this model is having a DC motor and they dont have spare available for this model. Hence part needs to come from Chennai. He confirmed having placed indent to Chennai and assured that within next 24 hours, the fridge will be set right. We waited till Monday evening i.e. more than 24 hours and again called the technician who told part may be arriving any time and that he will come next day and set right the problem. Entire Tuesday, he did not come, resulting in lodging another complaint with LG. The lady receiving phone provided us one number [protected]. This gentleman did not take the call and I sent him one SMS. Got reply through SMS but no one attended the problem. After passage of one day, he provided another number of service manager [protected]. This number was also not lifted by concerned person. I received one automated reply to complaint lodged on web, which provided number of one Mr. Venkat Sai [protected], who lifted the phone and told to reply in half hour time. After one hour, again called him to know that the required part has yet not come and may take another 2 days to repair the fridge. We have been suffering almost since last 5 days and a small breakdown in the part is not being attended by their team Very poor service on the part of the LG team. We dont know if non attending of the problem may affect efficiency of the compressor or the compressor may get burnt. Inviting attention of the Top company officials to take suitable action and save their name or else consumer will not think good about LG, which claims Life is Good.

                    After posting complaint as above, received a phone call from the local service center from number 4003 4771 and in a very rude tone the person said that the part is not available anywhere and shall be called from Noida and will take another 5 days time, which means the customer has to suffer badly for all these days. We asked the person to take away this refrigerator and provide a substitute, if they are not in a position to repair it in time or atleast rewind the motor, which has burnt out. They even refused for the same bluntly and on asking that should I go to Consumer's forum for redressal of my grievances and claim damages for their poor services, the person said, whatever you want to do, do and go to consumer's forum. Such is the attitude of service center personnels and LG claims of a superior service all the times and claims that they make Life Good. I asked for number of higher authorities in LG at Noida office, and the person has bluntly refused to provide any number.

                      I lodged a complaint of water dripping from front of Split AC lodged at Call Centre on Saturday 21st May (RNA[protected].
                      Sunday: Engineer Maulik told crack in Drainage Pipe. Some one will come to replace. No body came.
                      22 May: Complaint made again at call centre. Number of Mr. Nikhil given. He promised action.
                      23 May: Engineer Mosam came. Said no crack in pipe. Did something and took Rs. 570. Dripping started within 15 min. Another Engineer Pratik came and said crack in drainage pipe. Promised to come on Wed at 11 am.
                      24 May: Talked to Mr. Jadeja (Ahmedabad) at 11 am. Engineer Binal came at 11.30 and replaced drainage pipe. Still dripping.

                      I have not gone to office. Drawing room wall is spoiled. AC locks broken by repeated opening. PROBLEM OF WATER DRIPPING NOT SOLVED even after 90 hours of complaint.

                        inverter-v split air conditioner out door unit is of faulty design which facilitate
                        1.Outside squirrel entry into the unit.
                        Due to this my outdoor unit is totally in-operative.
                        2.I have purchased the unit at a price of rs.52000/- on dt.[protected].Within a span of two years due to squirrel entry into the unit the out door unit electronics card damaged and for which i have to pay rs.10000/- for the repair.
                        3 the same LG other split ac I am using since 8 years without any problem.
                        4.But the inverter ac defect is it should not have electronics card in outdoor unit and squirrel entry should not be allowed.
                        5.Therefore I make LG company is totally responsible for this damage and they should bear the cost of repair and in subsequent product they should make the facilities which I have suggested in point no.4.

                        I have purchased an inverter-v split AC on[protected] at a price of Rs.52000/-.Within two years o[censored]se squirrel entered into outdoor unit and the AC is now not working. I have given complain to your customer care with comp.No.RNA[protected].Your service engineer came on 23rd of may and he told the ac electronics card is defective to be replaced which costs Rs.8500/-.Then I have question other model of split AC I am using since 10years till date there is no squirrel entry. Why in this product squirrel could enter and damage the electronics product? Also the electronics board should not be put in outdoor unit. Therefore it is a design fault. Therefore I request you kindly repair this one free of cost and put some more mesh so that squirrel should not enter into it. Wish you do the needful.

                          Called your customer services 14 days back about my ac (Lg split ac) the tech said my warranty over 4 days back. I said can’t you give me any extension time you people said no that’s the rule of lg. Once warranty expires no services will be done free of cost
                          I said okay, i called after 10 days. Let me tell you the time. I called you on
                          23/05/2016 @12.00 am to 2 pm. Using my registered number [protected] but your customer service agent said that what help i need i told him i got a service recently from you people and i was charged about my ac issue as it was making wired sound. I paid rs.579.00. He did only 6 minutes cleaning and got the money for his appearance at my home to fix the issue. After that ac ran 2 days well without any noise, but new problem started a one year ac (Inverter split ac) behavior was not expected buying the brand doesn't go well for me, i own lg products really it makes life good. Costly products but worthy, i do have lg led tv, ac (Inverter split ac), automatic washing machine. Not the refrigerator but my dad has it. I believe in lg products and also believe being loyal customer for you. If we have any issues obviously i need to call you if the issue related with my lg products. But your customer service really sucks and that’s what i said to your customer care people that my ac has new issue now after getting repair it’s blowing only hot air and this happened after your technician came and cleaned my ac. Using this ac for last 12 months never happened like this. What they said that we could take a new complained and you need to pay for the support i said why i have to pay for it. They said okay then i have to call enterprise (That same technician team). They gave me 1st balaji enterprise and guess what it was a wrong redirection because that team number they gave from where the tech came as per lg customer care. But they said directly we are not the team for ac. I have to call again customer care number to get the right number, i called again my call was transferred to the supervisor john and i said you guys are giving me services. How many time you need to understand my issue. We are the customers we pay money to you and we believe to take the products with the good services but not lg has good customer care service i believe he asked to behave professionally you people don’t even know to give the right number to get in touch with the repair center people according to the location, service don’t even run for 2 days after repair. Asking me to pay again and again for every issues and asking the customer to behave properly, well i was but there is a limitation and i am not the 1st customer in the world who abused because of poor services being customer care for lg and if the products not doing well you need to listen those and you people are teaching me to behave professionally, redirecting wrong place, talking rude, there was an incident when i was on the call with john he abused me saying you damn. Is that professionalism? Ask mr john i am a customer. You need to listen. This is how it goes on market, misbehaving and misleading the customer, commanding them and abusing from customer service of lg doesn't look and sound good now. It’s my turn to put your service on social media. Specially about your customer care whose behavior was worst. Wasting time of customer even he bought worth of rs. 2, 00000 products. I am not going to buy any more products i swear will give bad impression about your service as well. Ask mr john who the hell he to abuse me and disconnecting my call. Later on i call again and got the right number to call, it was en enterprise for my location.. I am still facing the same issue and i will check with any local technician and will never go for lg products where you people abuse customers.

                          Note: want you people to probe mr john what kind of supervisor he is?

                            We had registered a complaint regarding our Split AC which not not cooling, after a follow up LG technician visited and told us that some spare will require so he will come back with next 2 days .But nothing was happened

                            After 2 days we called to LG customer care number than another technician had visited and he also told us that there is gas need to fill & he went out .

                            Again after 5 days, continuously calling to LG customer care than another technician had came and fill the the GAS. & he closed the complaint .

                            But our complaint is not resolved yet.today we registered a another complaint on urgent basis but still now no one has come.

                            what should I do ? is this LG ( LIFE GOOD ) Service .

                              We bought a brand new lg led television from salem. Model no: 55uf770t. The television within a period of 1 month stops working. When the service engineer attended he just says the motherboard is gone. The problem reported was virus impact due to the usage o[censored]sb, but we never attached anything to the television apart from the cable wire. They just lied there itself to escape. We were fed up at that time only. The rna no is : rna[protected]. We demanded for the replacement of the television by the company since the fault was not on our side and it was a brand new television not even one month old. We contacted the customer care and they said to contact some three, four people and we did that too. They said the television will come by 2-3 weeks. But it has already been a month and now they are saying that stock is not available even after a month time. Now after we been waiting for so many weeks together they started from the scratch saying we dont know when the television is going to come, you can either repair the television or pay the money to get a higher model. Are you people playing with us. Do you think we are fools. The cost of the television is around 1.5 lakhs. We are neither any gamblers nor there is a tree fetching money for us. It was the money we earned doing so much of hard work. We didnt even buy a television for 14 years saving some amount to get a good television. And the television gets repaired without any external impact from our side in just one month. So we thought lg as a good brand. We had placed our hopes on you. But what we got back was mental pressure from your side for the past one month and still no use. Even a television from a lower brand value than yours would not have got repaired within a month and i am sure they would have replaced it atleast after this much stress being given to us and the fault being not on us. What you people has to say is the parts have to come from china to get assembled and then your televison will be delivered, it has already been a month and still parts are not arrived and assembled? There is no television of the same model in india?? I demand the television gets replaced.

                                your mechanic has serviced my AC on 29-3-16 by RNA[protected]. after that it started leaking from front. i have told your call cente about this unsatisfied service.there was no problem in last year.but after service this problem started.i got from call centre that visit is chargble.
                                i already informed you about my problem of water leakage from indoor unit after 1st servicing.servicing was on 29 march 16.if after servicing i am facing problem what does it means?why should i pay for another time servicing charges?

                                  This lg company is fraud. Never by lg product. I believe fraud people works there. Some called and informed refund is approved and it is almost 1 weeek he is neither picking up the phone nor sent me any email confirmation. He claims he works for lg.                                     The led tv was purchased from thailand in december 2012. It created ceratin issues in the sensor initially which got rectified on complaint couple of times and now the problem has started again in mother board this time. The complaint was registered, the service engineer visited the place and said, since the tv is purchased from thailand we will not be able to help you out. Please get the motherboard from thailand and we will replace the same.
                                    This is the most weird response i have received ever from a company representative.

                                    I need the same to be rectified on an urgent basis,

                                      We bought a split ac from shiva world wide trading pvt ltd in november 2015. Ac model number mentioned in the bill is lsa5a5au3a.
                                      Last week when we call service engineer for servicing. Service engineer denied for servicing as the model number was different in bill and actual product. Also year is mentioned in product is 2013 which is 3 years old. Its model number and year is mentioned in product as below:
                                      Model number/year : lsa5ar3cig/2013
                                      When we contacted the dealer, he said they will correct the bill. But out concern is year mentioned in the product. It said year 2013 which is 3 years old product. Do we not suppose to get the same year product when we purchase it? Please help us in this matter.
