Deilvered New LG Refrigerator by Vijay Sales without packing and without bill with dent after login the complaint dealer Deilvered the bill still further issues is pending regarding my dent /without packing issue nobody responding from LG it's very strange LG is a big Co nobody responding due to the dealer LG spoiling the name it's more than a month still my complaint is pending after several Complaints LG enable to resolve my problem till date I haven't signed the Delivery note yet due to the deilver the dented /without packing refrigerator

    My nexus 5 phone speaker was not working properly so i visited optima mobile service, rajajinagar on[protected], then your technician diagnosed speaker issue & recommended to replace the speaker and it will cost 993rs then i agree to replace the speaker.
    But with in 2days after replacing speaker the same issue repeated.
    Then i visited again to service center your technician re-fixed the speaker and gave me it was working fine, but the issue not resolved permanently it repeats again & again for the 3 times & also additional to it micro phone also not working after replacing the speaker with in warranty period of 3 months these issues happen.

    Later now your technician is telling internal board needs to be replace & it will cost 8000.

    I argue with your technician that is your mistake when i gave the phone the board was working fine, if not why couldn't you diagnosis for the first time,

    May be while fixing the speaker technician might done mistake or first diagnosis would be wrong.

    You don't have a skilled technician.

    Now your technician is telling they will refund the amount is this the service center policy?

    Now i need the issue to be resolved quickly.

      I have made request to your costomer care centre for compressor replacement since it is not working vide your rna no.[protected]. Even after one week your service centre m/s. Srinivasaassociates, dilsukhnagar has not lifted the compressor for replacement. Almost every day i am calling your customer care number making a request and i was being told by them that reminder is sent. Only on 18th april, service centre people have taken away the outdoor unit and saying it would be installed on 19th april, 2016. But to our misfortune till 5.00 pm on 19th april, 2016 they have not replaced the outdoor unit. Your service centre people never lift their phone. Your customer care people have givlen me the manager number, that also they do not lift the phone at least to answer about the date when they visit for repair. This is attitude of your service centre, which has resulted in lg product bad name in getting the after sales service. We hope you will take action against the service centre people for such long delay and not lifting the phones.

        I am totally dissatisfied from the services provided by lg electronics.
        I have locked a complain regarding my newly bought fridge which is able to provide the proper cooling.
        The person from the service center came but they are totally confused and untrained to provide a proper solution on the same till date.
        Fridge is not cooling at all several complaints made but of no use.
        Is this the service that a company like lg is providing to the customer’s.
        I want the same to be asap and hope my query and problem will be addressed and rectified. My contact no is [protected].

          I bought lg split ac (3np3f/3a) from bajaj electronics, punjagutta branch on 15.04.2016 (Invoice no. 5980) which was delivered the next day. Your installation guy showed up on sunday and installed the ac. We were shocked to notice that he installed the ac right on the electrical socket from which we are required to change the wiring and even the main wiring was cut and left loose inside which lead to other switches not work. When we called the guy to correct the problem he begged us not to complaint against him and he will come and rectify the problem today (19.04.2016, tuesday) at 9 am and asked us to call our electrician the same time. He also asked us to pay him any nominal amount. When we called him at 9 am to enquire when he would come, he very rudely answered saying we can do what ever we want and he will not come.

          We never expected this kind of cheap behavior from your representatives. His name is amer, mob no. [protected]. He was a very young guy with out proper knowledge of installation.

          When i called your service centre, i was asked to call mr. Shiva kumar, branch head and inform him our issue. But even after calling him for more than 15 times, he is very conveniently ignoring the calls.

          Now my even after 4 days of purchasing, my ac is just hung on the wall without any use.

          Kindly send any experienced and well mannered executives to rectify the problem immediately.

            I have purchased a lg refrigerator on 28.10.2012 from your m/s r.S.Vision add 2/218/jg-3 saar complex opp sursadan m.G.Road agra vide receipt no 111 dated 28.10.2012 sr no of machine is 207-prqt095828 model 368.

            Since last app 30 years i am using different brands of refrigerators like kelvinator, ge, wirpool, vedicon, godrej and never faced problems with these brands and if any problem came ( as i remember once godrej compressor was not working and on my one complaint immediate attention was paid it was replaced) it was being resolved quickly with grace. But since last 5 days or may be more i am following with your toll free no for checking of my refrigerator as this is not working . Your engineer mr rajiv who's number is [protected] visited our house app 3 days back and informed that one of the motor is not working and it needs replacement. Next day he informed that this is a obsolete model and company do not have part .
            Right now i have received a call from [protected] number and the gentlemen informed that company do not have part and they can not do any thing .Now i have to purchased a new refrigerator and as per company policy i have used 65% of refrigerator hence if i purchased a new lg refrigerator i will be given 35% discount on new lg fridge.
            Issue is my fridge is under 1+ 4 years warranty and company can not impose such conditions on me.This is company duty to repair or replace the defective piece.
            Why should i invest again 40000 just because company do not have part to replace. As per law big company like you have to provide parts minimum for 10 years .
            If my issue is not resolved i will move to court of law for justice .

            Your reply should reach to me 7 days so that i can take shelter of law. Further the expenses occurred to legal proceeding will have to born by company and dealer for nt giving proper services.

              I have to submit that vide complain id no.Acq 73263811 lg service prompted me to send aforesaid item to direct service center at patna and same was taken from my residence on 01/02/2016. As is reported from the center my refrigerator having problem of non- refrigeration has been repaired. As i had requested to attending engineer of the center namely shakti to deliver only when i remain in patna he agreed on condition that i will inform my arrival, he will then manage delivery. It would be necessary to mention that ordinarily i live at begusarai, bihar as posted there and visiting patna only on requirement though i have permanent residence at patna. My serious concern is that service center has failed to deliver repaired fridge even on agreed dates pre-informed to the center. They have one or other cause to say like vehicle is not available, service engineer is not available etc. I have not been even provided the copy of job card because service engineer mr shakti just told me to obtain signature of the driver who had to carry my fridge and that did. To my understanding direct service center patna is not functioning properly, it is inappropriately manned and lacks accountability, therefore proper action is required . Help me at once.

                I have purchased a lg water purifier from m/s sathya agencies, ambattur, chennai-53.

                My equipment is in warranty period your service personnel have completed two free services. Second service has happened on 12/04/2016. Since than rejection water quantity was very low further on 16th it has fully stopped. I have informed your customer care for the same. Mr.Manikandan service engineer reported on 17/04/2016 to attend the issue. As i discussed with him solenoid valve got short circuited which lead to ro filter damaged. While i am asking for a replacement from your personnel they are saying warranty only covers the solenoid valve but not for the ro filter.

                It has been explained to them that ro filter damaged because of solenoid valve problem only. But they are insisting me for paid services.

                We are only two adult and once child at home. 6 days a week i used spent my day time at office only. It is predominantly used by my wife who may not exceed 15 liters (Including cooking) a day works out to 450 liters/month. Almost we have used maximum of 3600lts since the machine purchased which is against filter capacity of 6000ltrs confirmed by your personnel.

                Though other products are available in the market for 12k average we have spent 26.5k because of faith what we have it on lg products.

                I request you to consider my request to replace ro filter on free of cost since it was a problem due to solenoid valve.

                I request you to consider the ground reality and do the justice.

                I have purchased water purifier LG WW170 EP from V.M Traders Karaikal authorized LG dealer to vide invoice No. 0020 dated 10.07.2017, The service p[ersonal installed the purifier on 12.07.2017. The goods supplied and installed is a defective piece. The was no change in TDS after purification. The TDS is same as tap water after purification. The matter was brought immediately after installation since the service person did not report the matter to us. The complaint was lodged to toll-free no several times neither the problem is solved nor replacement was done. The liability of the distributor ends after supplying the water purifier. The service personal/ LG company did not handle properly. I am suffering for the last two weeks even after purchasing the filter since purchasing can water from the market.

                This is for your kind information and immediate corrective action at your end. It is unfortunate to mention the Sl.No. and other particulars were not mentioned in the invoice given to me.

                    Iam deseparately trying for one technician for instalation from last two days.
                    I tried all possible means such as calling customer care, concerned branch

                    Either they did nt lift the phone or tell some cooked stories.

                    Very bad experience in tirupur also, i purchased a split AC from LG Shoppe and almost 4 days, still waiting for installation. Many times we called customer care and shop also but nothing happens. I checked some of my freinds circle about the LG service. I surprised all the people feels same as my experience.

                    We worried how they manage the gaurantee, warrantee, setvice...0, 0, 0

                    When the sales will down then only they can analys the real issue. I know that bad customer service is slow poision for a good business. So my suggession to LG to core follow ups inbetween shop and customer and service contractor and customer.

                    No problems, i can wait untill tomorrow. If there is no response then i plan to return their AC. Thanks to reply if anybody response in LG MANAGEMENT

                        I have lg led tv model 3d led 42lw5700- it was bought on dt.10.10.11worth rs.72760.00


                        Recently problem persisted resulting to no display and complained to lg service centre vide complain no.Rna[protected].

                        Service guy named mahesh keshavambre came n informed me that display is damaged need to replace & will cost approx. Rs.26000/=.

                        I ordered the same n he assured me that he will get the part in 3 days.

                        After no response for the 5th day i called up and was told that the spare part is no longer available with lg!!! And therefore my tv cannot be fixed!!! Lg discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare parts for this model!!

                        Now i'm surprised and confused that within 4 years of product cycle there are no parts available for my tv n they will pay me some depreciation that is only 10000 n i have to purchase again another lg tv only.

                        It sounds like we are cheated, firstly, we are not asking the part in free replacement & 2ndly, they should continue such imp parts at least for 10 yrs.

                        The depreciated price they are offering is too less as i already replaced mother board worth rs 10000 last month only thru them.Only. And now they as offering only 10000 only ( it's free deal for tv of 72760)

                        I have really felt very bad about lg and it's service mentality.

                        I just request you to replace part or not possible then replace it with another tv

                          Sir I have a invertor AC from Bajaj Electronic 1week before and was delivered the very next day, but till now I have received call from your technical persons that they are coming but they never show up. So I request LG to buy back the AC and refund my amount which I have paid, as your persons are too busy.we are free person without any work waiting for them as your not selling AC but some thing which we are dying to buy

                            During end april 2015, we purchased lg split ac from reliance digital, mogappair, chennai with one year warranty & four year extended warranty from reliance resque team.

                            Less than a year, three times service done. On 17/3/2016, i registered a service request thru call center ( reliance service team & reliance digital show room refused to log any complaints )

                            As per amc / service complaint, it should be rectified with in 48 hours . Even after 4 days no one called / attended the issue. With great difficulty after 3 hours continues call / speaking to various service center team, i got chennai service team rep : mr kartik, mr arasu, mr sebastin, mr suresh . Had spoken to each one, problem not yet solved.
                            On 8/4/16, complaint registered in lg as it was under warranty.
                            Lg team visited and taken the ac & out door unit for servicing and not yet returned . I am following with the entire team of lg .

                            Even after one month, ac problem not resolved
                            Even after one week, ac & out door unit taken from our home was not brought it back.

                            It is very very shame on lg & reliance team that
                            Both dont have company employees on roll for rectifying the same.
                            Reliance team depending on road side service person
                            Lg transfer the job to a third party : gr arcons.
                            Helpline no shown in the job sheet

                            [protected] declaring that they cant answer and asking us to speak to the person, who has taken the ac from our house.

                            From 17/3/16 to till date ( 16/4/2016) 6.30 pm, problem not resolved

                            My humble request to lg & reliance,
                            Why such a poor quality of product being sold in the market
                            If they are not able to support in the service, why they are claiming that they can resolve in 48 hrs.

                            It is mentioned in reliance resq,
                            365 no holidays
                            10 am to 10 pm
                            Authorized service center
                            Standby unit

                            This all false commitment, if so then reliance / lg should have
                            1) provided standby unit
                            2) why even after one month customer has to speak daily.

                            Both reliance & lg team
                            Can anyone answer & rectify / replace the unit
                            If not declare that lg & reliance the best cheaters

                              This is regarding a ac-repair request placed on[protected]. It is very unfortunate to learn the inefficiency towards your part to ignore the request completely as till today[protected]as no one has not even felt the need to call back for any updates. I have been continuously following up with the customer care, yet there is no solution given. I am very surprised with the incapability of handling a mere repair request by such an established and reputed brand like lg. I write this complaint with utter disappointment as lg has always been a part of my household in ways of ac, washing machine, microwave. Please give your clients some priority.

                                My complaint numberrna[protected] dated 8.4.16 has not yet been attended the airconditioner is to be taken to the workshop for gas filling. I am still waiting. Should i opt for a local repair because you are so inefficient. Really dissatisfied.

                                  I had filed a complaint to lg service center on monday. I called the lg service center and explained the scenario to them on monday and they proudly told that within 24 hours my ac issue will be resolved. After 4 days i am sitting here and still waiting for the issue to be fixed even after multiple reminders. I am tired of talking tot he service centers guys and the technicians explaining the scenario. I have talked to at least 8 people till now.

                                  After continuous reminders and begging finally two technicians came to check out my ac and again they promised me that the issue will be fixed by yesterday evening at any cost. They checked for one hour and explained that they need a capacitor to fix it and for that they have to go to a place which is 10 kms from my house. I was ready to wait till 11 pm but the only thing i asked is to get the ac fixed. Of course as expected the technicians never turned up after that. He called and told he will come in the morning ie today at 10 am. But he didnt turn up.

                                  Today being miserable i kept calling the technician who came yesterday and he gave me another guy's number whom i have been trying since 10 am. Finally when he picks up the call at 12 eh says he is having fever and cannot come.

                                  Again like a loser i called the lg service center to send some one who knows what the scenario is. I got a call now from a technician who does not even know what the issue is. When i told him not to forget the capacitor he is asking me "kya capacitor madam". I called the customer care again they say that the technicians who turned up yesterday are not our concern.

                                  I do not know how someone can take so much non sense in a week. This is the worst customer care service i have ever experienced and would never ever purchase an lg product ever again in my life. I would recommend no one should buy any lg products whatever offer/discounts they might offer. They will please you until you buy the product. After that its none of their business according to the lg customer care.

                                  Note : people who are sitting in the name of supervisors should first resign and find another job.

                                    I purchase refrigerator of 250 ltr capacity, single door, Model No.GL-281FEG5i
                                    Its freezer section not working properly, I registered two complaints before this already.
                                    Now a day my freezer section door was broken, I register complaint on toll free. But technician replies me that door is dis-continue.
                                    What should we do of this refrigerator now tell us.

                                      Hi,

                                      I submitted a request (Rna[protected] to check my lg split ac (5 star) on 9th april as it was not cooling properly. I got a message in my mobile ([protected]) - my request has been given to northern service. One service engineer came on the same day (9th april, 2016) and after checking he told the outdoor unit condenser is leaking gas and it needs to be changed, the cost will be 6500 rs and he took an advance of rs 500 for ordering the same. After that, i waited till wednesday (13th april), but there was no response from lg. Then i called up that service engineer and he told me to book another request for making the process fast. I did book another request and the number is - rna[protected]. I got a message that it is in process. But till today, the ac has not been repaired. I complained to lg customer care today on that and they have told they will try, but i am really loosing hope on lg. I have two kids at my home and in this hot and humid climate, it is really painful for them. I am really frustrated now, can someone please help me? I called up the service engineer even today and he told that he is on leave today and possible it will be installed by tomorrow or day after tomorrow. I requested a lot to him as my children are really suffering from this pain. Can someone please help me?
