On 6th April 2016, i have registered my first AC servicing request again came in contact with the consumer services on 9th April 2016 for the same issue which. Wasnt resolved neither any Info from there side was given i tried again by calling on 10 of april and 11 nothing have happend yet.you guyz keep on repeating. The false promise of 24 or 48 hours.In which ur grievance will be resolved like a nursery child repeating a rhyme. it would be better that u guyz might have informed us as a consumer that you people will never entertain slightest of the complainants. And we would be on our own plz kindly and finally will LG let me know have you guys already decided not to sought out our problem and plzzz be specific with yes or no and that must be blatant. So i would kill my any slightest of the slightest Hope with LG regarding customer services.

    Hi,

    We have recently purchased the 1 ton split ac(Sno : 512paaj018960) from vijay sales bhiwandi (Thane) on 6th of jan'16 and delivery was taken after one week. This was been installed in our new home where we shifted in feb end. We have started it and we only after second day the cooling was not happening. We had raised the request (Number: rna[protected] and the lg team is not supporting us they have sent our faulty piece without our concern back to our home. Also vijay sales now is not helping us and they have told its not their matter, its lg' product. They will not interfereinto this. I would request you to please look into this matter asap and please contact us and give us what steps to be carried out from our side.

      This is complaint regarding refrigrator(Ref lg gl-b292sgsm.Ags2ebn) we bought from one of your distributor(Suman time & sound - 878/35 main bazaar mehrauli new delhi-110030) on 24th june 2015, after 1-2 months of purchase it started create problems for us.Now it is like a dead refrigrator which is just occupying space in our home. After making so many complaints just got answer that parts needs to be changed which is not acceptable for new product not complete even a year.I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and give replacement of the product as parts change is not a solution because it new product not even complete a year & asking to parts change.I request to take action on this as soon as possible because it is just creating frustration for me & my family and if not hear from yourside anything then we have no option to take it further to consumer court level.       Hi,

      This mail is in refrence to below complaint after so many complaints we are still on same page in reference to last complaint we ask to change the product and we received call from lg department and offered part changes which we agreed and done also but then after 2-3 days again the same situation that refrigrator is not working properly and now it is again dead. Is this the service of brand like LG not expected so I am requesting you to take some immediate action on this otherwise we have no option to file a complaint in consumer forum because frustration level already crossed after getting this kind of product and service from yourside.

        I purchased lg micro oven mc-8087 abr on 19/08/2013 with 2 year extended warranty, the invoice no: bejai-3810 & bill no:0513522.
        There was a problem on micro wave system on nov 2015 & complaint registered in pai international bejai for the same. The service technician once replaced the micro wave unit, still problem exists so he taken circuit board around in the month of dec 2015. After several telephonic communication with technician & pai international bejai still the problem not attended, please look in to the matter very urgently.

          Hope you are doing well, but your company is pit me in a big trouble. I purchased a split a.C from grias shown room at west tambaram on[protected]. And at the time of delivery they promised to install that machine by today on[protected] by 12 :00 noon. And i was waiting since 3 hrs for the installation but nobody turned up. I called your call center spoked with nikhil nishodha and told mw to contact with the dealwe., doe the. Same. Your call center advisor alwausvw putting my call doe long hold and he was coming back after 30 min. Advisor a are not at all helpful until i shouted on them. Nikhil ahwmad is a good person and he told aasured me for the by 5:00pm toady recorded all the calls if the matter not going to resolve by 5pm i am going to return back the a.C.


          But i sorry to give suggestion that the call centre you have given the outsourcing for your company is a very bad impression.

          I would also like to add that people who want make carrer in bpo orin call center you should take training from wipro.

            On 4th april lg service people picked up ac for repair and promised to deliver it on 6th apr. Then we got an sms then it would be delivered on 9th due to parts not available and when we tried to know the actual problem by calling service center[protected], we are completely disappointed. All the executive we spoke they even struggle to speak in hindi forget about english. They keep throwing service centers number on us to find out the service status for almost every service center they have in noida.

            It's a complete shocking experience that lg is not doing any services at their own instead they have outsourced the work to some useless agencies on their behalf, however unable to provide the parts to get them working efficiently. Customer care even doesn't know which agency is taking care of repair work and interestingly... There is no supervisor available in customer care to talk, i was on hold for almost 20 minutes and eventually call disconnected by customer care executive.

            Not going to buy any more lg products and suggest to others also. Lg has lost grounds in customer service and now they are cheating like any other street shop.

            I believe you can trace out my contact details through RNA[protected]. This is an another example of how exactly your systems are working. You are dealing with forums and don't have access to your internal tools. Don't think it's a good customer service. Just trying to buy some time. Right

              Had purchased uhd 43" - 770t was d model no.Purchased from snehanjali-kandivali. Tv was delivered on 3rd april.Someone from lg had called but i missed d call.I called back after some time but nobody picked up d phone.

                My LG refrigerator stopped functioning on Monday morning (4th April 2016). Complaint registered on monday itself. An Engineer came and noticed that there is a problem with compressor. It's not resolved yet even after following up several times. We are not able to use the refrigerator because of this worst service. The refrigerator is under warranty period. It's very frustrating that no one is attending the complaint properly.

                After following up with the customer service several times, finally the mechanic came yesterday (9th April 2016) and changed the compressor; The refrigerator is now working; but it was the worst experience and we could not use our refrigerator for 6 days as no one from LG attended.

After 3 days they sent new technician and he found problem (i am not sure) and told me to clear this within next three days but after that i haven't get any response from them and when i call them for getting my complaint status no one answer me.                     The irony is the grievance is about their poor technical support.

                    Technicians are of poor quality in terms of service.

                    Please let me know if the turntable should move smoothly or move with a jerky movement?

                    As per your techie, ...it will be jerky movement!!

                    Basically the complaint was for erratic movement, but the motor was ignored
                    I had to call another tech. To attend to the problem.
                    If service does not include checking the motor for proper function? I do not understand why do you charge?

                    In fact I had cleaned the entire inner section the turntable ring and the shaft which greatly improved the movement. That is before the technician's visit.

                    All the tech did was open the outer cover and back cover and just dust.

                    As such I have migrated from IFB product due to poor service, and am experiencing the same thing all over.

                      I already given a complaint regarding my air conditioner as a file number
                      (RNA[protected] in LG service center in 06/03/2016. again the service center people came to my home and took the spare parts of my ac in 07/03/2016. they told that wait for a week to avaliablity of spare parts. but its already 1 month over again i raised a complaint in 29/03/16 they said that with in 2 days your request will be closed again i raised a complaint (RNA[protected] in 04/04/16 they said that with in 1 day your request will be closed but till now they are not responding i already bought the 5 Star AC for 40000 ruppes in 2012 and im suffering from last month all over its is half of the summer completed till now the spare parts are not avaliable in LG. As a brand they are shotfall of spares why they are selling the Airconditioner. especially i went for that Brand for the Good service. But they are behaving like to cheat the customers

                        Hi,
                        I purchased LG split air conditioner on Saturday and it got delivered on Sunday afternoon since then I am calling LG customer care to get it installed, but they are not yet all reponding promptly. Its been almost three days I received product with of no use.

                        LG customer care center stopped picking call, today ie Wednesday[protected] I called them 15 times no one has picked my call and they still saying we are sending the service in an hour in an half an hours.

                        This is very awful way of treating customer.

                        Take this is a complaint and respond quickly.

                          Hi purchased a lg window ac on 3-4-2016, and when we installed it since then the fan is not working on the ac, even i have complaint to shop form i have bought the ac and customer care, they said technician will come in 48 hours, till date i didn't received any call or any visit.                           I have a grievance againt LG support. There was an installation request for new split AC purchased by me placed on 1st April 2016 with no:RNA[protected] and appointment was scheduled for installation on 4th April 9 AM. I took a half day leave from office hoping that someone from LG would turn up at the specified time and install the AC. When no one turned up till 12:00 PM, I called up support again and was provided CCO number - [protected]. I called this number 100 of times and no one picked up or called back. Called the CSR again on 1800 number and then a call came to fix up another appointment at 2:00 PM. The installer came at 3:00 PM and did a shoddy job of installation.
                          1. He did not screw the inside unit and used hammer to put the screws.
                          2. Did not check for leakage and did not top up the gas.
                          3. Did not check the drainage of water.
                          4. Outside unit was not installed properly.

                          Now both the outside unit and inside unit are making a lot of sound and vibrations and I am unable to use my AC.

                          The call was escalated again and a VOC with no: VCA[protected] was opened on 4th April 2016 with a guaranteed turnaround time of 48 hrs and when no call was received, I had to spend numerous hours with CSR on the 1800 number to escalate. After this the call was received and a appointment was fixed for 7th April 2016 at 9:00AM. No one came at 9:00 Am aand I kept waiting for the technician in vain. Called gain CSR at 1800 number was not helped nor the call was transferred in escalation by Mr. Pravin Kumar and was given another 24 hrs time.

                          The service of LG is pathetic and is making a fool of all us. I demand a full refund of product and installation price as I am unable to use the product from past 7 days, not to mention the loss due to taking multiple leaves due to this issue.                             I have recently bought the above tv from reliance show room on 01.08.2015 serial no: [protected]trwl
                            Till yesterday night was tv performance is extremely good, we are also quite happy, we are highly satisfied, however today morning we had seen there was a dark and line on screen picture not shown mid of the tv about 5 inches in vertical.
                            It was costly tv at the same performance and durability was highly questionable of such failure in short duration.
                            We are quite surprised, with in warranty period, we are getting such complaints.

                            Today visited your representative and informed your technical problem not come under warranty, you have to pay Rs.23, 500 / - as replacement charges, which is not affordable for any one.
                            Such poor quality and durability product how came from LG, Ultimately we are suffering for such bad products.
                            I had purchased 7 Month back with an investment of Rs.64000 / - again I have invest Rs.24, 000 / - due to inferior product quality, We are suffering like anything.
                            Pl confirm me for my understanding - LG can support for replacement on Free of cost basis.
                            Or can I take legal routes to clear our request. Sorry to use this word, We have left with no other option.

                            Pl don't drag the subject, I have clearly mentioned I have bought this TV < 8 months, Pl don't do business again for all opportunities, which is not right, Kindly provide solution or respond before we decide further course of action.
                            After going online, We found that this is a known issue with LG. We have an older model and have never experienced this. Purchasing another TV. Won't be a LG. Very upset over being ripped off. Fix the problem and resolved it . Final message of our investment gone to drain. I never recommend LG to my circle and friends.Thanks

                            I want to shift my AC compressor from galary to outside the gallery plz do it

                            since last 15 days TV is not working we have launch complaint, service adviser has visited and said that the motherboard of TV is failed so please launch online complaint

                            Cooling is not there in deep fridge as well as in the main fridge. vegetables are getting spoiled. ice is also not forming.

                              I rajesh kumar had purchase a lg 420lts refrigeretor model no. Gl-478gsx5 on 21.08.2013 from bhardwaj gallery vasundra ghaziabad. The refrigetator compressor is dead from date 31.01.16 . Compressor are in warrentry of 10 year . I complaint on customer care. Complaint no. Is rwa[protected] a technician was sent from the company who visits my place and technician said coompressor is dead and compressor not available in company . Rfrigerator is dead till now. Nnot satisfy reply . I am totally frustrated and ehausted by the lg staff and (Anuj sharma )
                              I hope to notice some response or action as soon as possible.

                                  I made a complaint on 04.03.2016 regarding non working of my AC vide above complaint number which is pending till date i.e. 05.04.2016 and has not been resolved. I may point out herein that i have a AMC of my said product till September 2016 which has been extended by me alongwith my other products till September 2017 as i was under the impression that my concerns would be resolved. I was shocked when was informed that since my said AC and its parts are obsolete therefore the company cannot resolve my issue. Considering the above situation im therefore constrained to send you this message being your customer from past several years to kindly look into this matter on priority and resolve my issue for the simple reason that i have your product which is under the AMC.                                     I bought LG LCD TV model - 42LH60 on 25/6/2010 (Bill no 9006267) for Rs 60, 700 (with extended warranty ) from Croma, Pimpri, Pune-18.Due to video issue I launched a complain on LG customer care on 29th March 2016. Mr Balaji Suryawanshi visited my location and inspected my TV and communicated that there is mother board issue and we have to replace it with new mother board and will cost Rs 5000.On the same day we have given the confirmation to replace the same.Mr Balaji raised the request to LG for new mother board.On 1st April 2016 Mr. Mahamuni from Pune LG service center called me and informed that mother board is not available and LG has discontinued this model. He conveyed me that based on year of purchase we can give you Rs 9000 for your TV as exchange value.I personally visited LG service center and discussed that how in 5 years span LG stopped furnishing spare parts.I spoke to senior team of LG Mr. Viplav and Mr Vinayak on this issue and requested them to arrange the mother board. To be very frank there response was not on positive note and also message they were giving that we are least concern about your issue. Mr Vinayak said that you have used the TV for 6 years and that is enough. I want to ask to LG top team if my 60K TV get scrap in 6 years, my yearly investment on TV is 10k and I hope LG will also agree with the fact that investing 10K in TV is too high. We are from middle class and investing 60K in just 6 years with a yearly investment of 10K is not at all affordable.If we have to scrap our TV in 5 years of span, why anyone should opt brand like LG.Local brand will perform much better than LG. I was never expected this kind of services and team approach from LG. Surely it was my wrong decision to choice LG product.I heard from my other friends that this mother board theory is very common in LG and they are asking their consumer to opt for commercial replacement.This kind of practice from LG, surely spoiling your brand name in market.Please look after this matter on priority, otherwise I have to knock the door of consumer forum.My mobile number is [protected] and email Id - [protected]@gmail.com

                                      I called up in last week of feb to check the washing machine as spin drum was not working. As per engineer, motor & some small parts are not working. These need to be changed. He confirmed this within 5mins. I asked him to repair. He told me that damaged parts will be returned. I got washing machine after repair but till date i didn't receive any damaged parts. I called so many times to customer care & repair center. After asking so many times i didn't get my parts.I believe that no parts were damaged & used for some other purpose. New parts fixed in machine & charged the same to me.
                                      I am feeling that i was cheated by lg & mentally harassed also.
                                      I request once again to look in this matter & return my parts which were removed or money which was charged to me.

                                        This is to inform you i own air conditioning
                                        No(Lwa19h1rdl5.An34dm1) which was repaired on 07/5/2014 under job no[protected] and 28/6/[protected] and invoice no 8074 and 20735 from lg electronics india pvt ltd new delhi and paid rs 8000 for the repair.Now the same problem persist of gas and air flow not coming and when i have registered a complaint for the same (Rna[protected] they are giving lame excuses for charging me for the same problem.
                                        I think once gas has been refilled it will not leak, however it's not working for the very first day we just switched on.
                                        I use lg products and found them durable earlier but this my pathetic experience with the very pooooor quality of product and service from lg and i'll never recommend my friends and family to buy any of the product from such unethical services practised company.Writing this in a very bad spirit, highly disappointed.
