Hi purchased a lg window ac on 3-4-2016, and when we installed it since then the fan is not working on the ac, even i have complaint to shop form i have bought the ac and customer care, they said technician will come in 48 hours, till date i didn't received any call or any visit. My complaint number is - rna[protected].

I have a grievance againt LG support. There was an installation request for new split AC purchased by me placed on 1st April 2016 with no:RNA[protected] and appointment was scheduled for installation on 4th April 9 AM. I took a half day leave from office hoping that someone from LG would turn up at the specified time and install the AC. When no one turned up till 12:00 PM, I called up support again and was provided CCO number - [protected]. I called this number 100 of times and no one picked up or called back. Called the CSR again on 1800 number and then a call came to fix up another appointment at 2:00 PM. The installer came at 3:00 PM and did a shoddy job of installation.
1. He did not screw the inside unit and used hammer to put the screws.
2. Did not check for leakage and did not top up the gas.
3. Did not check the drainage of water.
4. Outside unit was not installed properly.

Now both the outside unit and inside unit are making a lot of sound and vibrations and I am unable to use my AC.

The call was escalated again and a VOC with no: VCA[protected] was opened on 4th April 2016 with a guaranteed turnaround time of 48 hrs and when no call was received, I had to spend numerous hours with CSR on the 1800 number to escalate. After this the call was received and a appointment was fixed for 7th April 2016 at 9:00AM. No one came at 9:00 Am aand I kept waiting for the technician in vain. Called gain CSR at 1800 number was not helped nor the call was transferred in escalation by Mr. Pravin Kumar and was given another 24 hrs time.

The service of LG is pathetic and is making a fool of all us. I demand a full refund of product and installation price as I am unable to use the product from past 7 days, not to mention the loss due to taking multiple leaves due to this issue.     I have recently bought the above tv from reliance show room on 01.08.2015 serial no: [protected]trwl
    Till yesterday night was tv performance is extremely good, we are also quite happy, we are highly satisfied, however today morning we had seen there was a dark and line on screen picture not shown mid of the tv about 5 inches in vertical.
    It was costly tv at the same performance and durability was highly questionable of such failure in short duration.
    We are quite surprised, with in warranty period, we are getting such complaints.
    We had register today through customer care also
    Need positive response and rectification, what we had confidence with lg products.

    Today visited your representative and informed your technical problem not come under warranty, you have to pay Rs.23, 500 / - as replacement charges, which is not affordable for any one.
    Such poor quality and durability product how came from LG, Ultimately we are suffering for such bad products.
    I had purchased 7 Month back with an investment of Rs.64000 / - again I have invest Rs.24, 000 / - due to inferior product quality, We are suffering like anything.
    Pl confirm me for my understanding - LG can support for replacement on Free of cost basis.
    Or can I take legal routes to clear our request. Sorry to use this word, We have left with no other option.

    Pl don't drag the subject, I have clearly mentioned I have bought this TV < 8 months, Pl don't do business again for all opportunities, which is not right, Kindly provide solution or respond before we decide further course of action.
    After going online, We found that this is a known issue with LG. We have an older model and have never experienced this. Purchasing another TV. Won't be a LG. Very upset over being ripped off. Fix the problem and resolved it . Final message of our investment gone to drain. I never recommend LG to my circle and friends.Thanks

    since last 15 days TV is not working we have launch complaint, service adviser has visited and said that the motherboard of TV is failed so please launch online complaint

    Cooling is not there in deep fridge as well as in the main fridge. vegetables are getting spoiled. ice is also not forming.

      I rajesh kumar had purchase a lg 420lts refrigeretor model no. Gl-478gsx5 on 21.08.2013 from bhardwaj gallery vasundra ghaziabad. The refrigetator compressor is dead from date 31.01.16 . Compressor are in warrentry of 10 year . I complaint on customer care. Complaint no. Is rwa[protected] a technician was sent from the company who visits my place and technician said coompressor is dead and compressor not available in company . Rfrigerator is dead till now. Nnot satisfy reply . I am totally frustrated and ehausted by the lg staff and (Anuj sharma )

          I made a complaint on 04.03.2016 regarding non working of my AC vide above complaint number which is pending till date i.e. 05.04.2016 and has not been resolved. I may point out herein that i have a AMC of my said product till September 2016 which has been extended by me alongwith my other products till September 2017 as i was under the impression that my concerns would be resolved. I was shocked when was informed that since my said AC and its parts are obsolete therefore the company cannot resolve my issue. Considering the above situation im therefore constrained to send you this message being your customer from past several years to kindly look into this matter on priority and resolve my issue for the simple reason that i have your product which is under the AMC.             I bought LG LCD TV model - 42LH60 on 25/6/2010 (Bill no 9006267) for Rs 60, 700 (with extended warranty ) from Croma, Pimpri, Pune-18.Due to video issue I launched a complain on LG customer care on 29th March 2016. Mr Balaji Suryawanshi visited my location and inspected my TV and communicated that there is mother board issue and we have to replace it with new mother board and will cost Rs 5000.On the same day we have given the confirmation to replace the same.Mr Balaji raised the request to LG for new mother board.On 1st April 2016 Mr. Mahamuni from Pune LG service center called me and informed that mother board is not available and LG has discontinued this model. He conveyed me that based on year of purchase we can give you Rs 9000 for your TV as exchange value.I personally visited LG service center and discussed that how in 5 years span LG stopped furnishing spare parts.I spoke to senior team of LG Mr. Viplav and Mr Vinayak on this issue and requested them to arrange the mother board. To be very frank there response was not on positive note and also message they were giving that we are least concern about your issue. Mr Vinayak said that you have used the TV for 6 years and that is enough. I want to ask to LG top team if my 60K TV get scrap in 6 years, my yearly investment on TV is 10k and I hope LG will also agree with the fact that investing 10K in TV is too high. We are from middle class and investing 60K in just 6 years with a yearly investment of 10K is not at all affordable.If we have to scrap our TV in 5 years of span, why anyone should opt brand like LG.Local brand will perform much better than LG. I was never expected this kind of services and team approach from LG. Surely it was my wrong decision to choice LG product.I heard from my other friends that this mother board theory is very common in LG and they are asking their consumer to opt for commercial replacement.This kind of practice from LG, surely spoiling your brand name in market.Please look after this matter on priority, otherwise I have to knock the door of consumer forum.My mobile number is [protected] and email Id - [protected]@gmail.com

              Hello lg,
              I called up in last week of feb to check the washing machine as spin drum was not working. As per engineer, motor & some small parts are not working. These need to be changed. He confirmed this within 5mins. I asked him to repair. He told me that damaged parts will be returned. I got washing machine after repair but till date i didn't receive any damaged parts. I called so many times to customer care & repair center. After asking so many times i didn't get my parts.I believe that no parts were damaged & used for some other purpose. New parts fixed in machine & charged the same to me.
              I am feeling that i was cheated by lg & mentally harassed also.
              I request once again to look in this matter & return my parts which were removed or money which was charged to me.

                This is to inform you i own air conditioning
                No(Lwa19h1rdl5.An34dm1) which was repaired on 07/5/2014 under job no[protected] and 28/6/[protected] and invoice no 8074 and 20735 from lg electronics india pvt ltd new delhi and paid rs 8000 for the repair.Now the same problem persist of gas and air flow not coming and when i have registered a complaint for the same (Rna[protected] they are giving lame excuses for charging me for the same problem.
                I think once gas has been refilled it will not leak, however it's not working for the very first day we just switched on.
                I use lg products and found them durable earlier but this my pathetic experience with the very pooooor quality of product and service from lg and i'll never recommend my friends and family to buy any of the product from such unethical services practised company.Writing this in a very bad spirit, highly disappointed.

                    I bought a double door LG refrigerator in Apr'15 and this refrigerator got defunct within one year and I lodged complaint with customer care for resolution on 1st April. From then, till now, its only me who has been calling LG customer care, service centre but nothing happened. The engineer who visited on 1st April informed that the PCB and compressor need to be changed and which will be available only in 1-2 days. But no communication from any of the places till now. I am just fed up of the pathetic after sale service of your company and I REGRET as to why I opted for the refrigerator of LG. I am writing on this online grievance portal thinking that my problem would get addressed on priority now. Look forward to it.

                      I have purchased one split a/c on date 31 march 2016 from sakhlecha brothers private ltd vide bill no.6422/31/03/2016. at the time of purchase it was promised to install it free of cost with in 48 hours of home delivery but after calling for several times the job was not done in stipulated time period. I have to do it from private worker and I paid rs 1500/-for that. this is not desirable from reputed company.If any loss happens than it your responsibility to repay my valuable money.

                        I bought lg led - 47lv3730 37 on 03/03/2012 for rs 74000 from lg showroom ashok nagar chennai. This tv got repaired a 8 months ago and we checked with the lg service team, they were asking 40000 as there is a fault in the mother board. This is my hard earned money and paid through emi for 2 years. This is my second lg tv after my first lg lcd tv which got repaired in less than 2 years. Many others suggest to go with sony and i took a decision to go with lg as i still trusted. Now my trust has gone. I stay in mylapore where there is no power cut and using stabilizer. When i was buying this tv, sales executive told this tv is more reliable and can run for more than 1 lakh hours. If the tv comes for only 3 years, why should buy the branded one and can go for the local make by paying less and go for the new tv in the next years. Lg should clarify why their tv's are not coming for a longer period. If they cannot give a quality product, they should not do the wrong marketing.

                        Very bad product..please don't buy it.. we bought this product just because of brand but sorry to say..this is worst choice we have done..in 2 years suddenly our display gone..only sound is coming ..no display..and support team is asking for 18k to replace panel.
                        After buying such costly tv its very disappointing to get display issue without any reason..
                        I think lg is just doing it for getting extra money..but this is very cheap to break trust of customers..
                        Lot of complaints logged for same issus but lg not even tried to fix it..why lg is wasting customer money..
                        I have purchased LG 32 inch led tv in Oct 2014. Just completed around 1 ½ years. In the month of June 2016, I noticed some light coming from the LED in the size of a small ball. I thought it may disappear after sometime because in branded Product like LG normally defects will not come so early. But I was wrong. After a day, It was not cleared.

                        When i contacted LG Customer care they have sent their engineer for inspection and he told panel has become defective and need to be replaced and the cost will be 12000.

                        I was shocked to hear about that defect within 1.5 years . I have purchased LG product by spending 24, 000/- thinking it will last longer.

                        We are investing so much money on brands like LG with a trust that it will last longer.
                        We can also purchase unbranded products who will give more warranty at much lesser price with same quality. I am really disappointed because for a middle class person like me Rs. 24, 000 is a very big amount.

                        Please address my issue and help me getting repaired my TV. If not i will share my views in networking site let people know about LG products will get defective within short period of time .

                        I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED; I DON'T WANT ANY LG PRODUCTS.
                        I'll never ever purchase any LG products in my life time.
                        I request all the customers not to go for LG LED TV or any products of LG.
                        They are not trustworthy at all. NEVER TRUST LG.

                          Double door referigerator invertor model repaired on 20/may /2015 at puniamoorthi pillai department store at thanjavur tamilnadu.
                          It's cost was rs25, 000/
                          Within 10 months operations it stopped its function. The service person murugaraj of sky electricals which is the franchisees of lg electronics. He took the referigerator to his office till the date they didn't solve the issue and given the referigerator.

                          What i am seeking once can't solve the repair within 10 days they should replace the product. It is the meaning of warranty.
                          Now i want to know who is the right authority where is the service head office in january bids. He know this issue.
                          Any one help to solve this issue kindly give the lead.

                            Sorry to say verymuch disappointed with your service...

                            Purchased inverter ac from metro cash and carry yeshwanthpur on 20th march 2016

                            Choosed lg because of our bad time...

                            Booked for installation wide number rna[protected] on 23rd march 2016

                            None turned there till now 01.04.2016, 11 am

                            Called customercare many times... This also a nightmare because it takes minimum 25minutes to 1 hr to attend the call.

                            And promised it will be attended with priority..But no response still.

                            They gave bangalore lg direct number and called them 3 days back.

                            Recved info it is assigned to someone named rajesh([protected]) and gave phone number.
                            Called him and got reply it is assigned to another person named mahesh.

                            Called him and gave someother number. And he told installation wll be charged rs. 1500...

                            But i got confimation from metro that the installation is free...

                            So visited metro 29th and they called the number [protected] and confirmed it will be installed next day...

                            Called on 30th in this number to confirm the istallation.. Got the reply that they are in rt nagar area will give the other number ...

                            Yesterday 31st again i called bangalore service center and got the strange reply that due to door lock it is pending... I dont know which door?? We are there 24 hours...

                            No response still……

                            Just want to cancel the purchase …

                            Sorry lg fedup.. Didn’t expect it from a reputed company….

                            No proper followup and checking the status of services…

                            With lot of hope i neglected other brands and choosen lg….Will not repeat again… thanks for making me understand…..

                              Last year we have purchase ac from lg. While buying we got to know about there new ac (Mosquito one). We have buy this due to mosquito problem.
                              After 6 months i have registered a complaint for mosquito problem & for servicing but the guy who had visited he was not knowing the regarding the censor he had done servicing n went. After it i had again call & registered a complaint regarding the guy who has done servicing for our ac. But no action taken from them neither one call or any updates.
                              Yesterday we have call for ac servicing & again complaint related to not colling properly & again for mosquito problem.But automatically cancled my complaint & again in morning call the guy for servcing from him i got to know my complaint got cancelled. He told me to call & ask for same.
                              After calling & taking appointment for servicing but this people also not having any idea regarding the censor . I don't know while taking calls for servicing they have all model details & complaints but still they are not sending proper guy to service or solve the problems. I have ask this guy relted the model & discussing re;ated the problem but again h was blank.
                              So how can we get proper person to solver this issue??? I had discuss with this guys boss relted this but again no action taken by him.
                              This is the best service you guys give to your customers??? We pay for it???If you are launching any model you need to give proper training to your service center & serviceman.
                              Literally very bad experience with lg..
                              One more thing i gotta know tht from lg service center that this mosquito censor only works within 21cm & other guy who is working as head he was telling me it only works within 5 by 5 feet..If we live in 5 by 5 house then how can we buy this much expensive ac for our home?? Cant we buy window ac instead??

                                Dear sir/madam, sub. : poor service offered to me by lg for my washing machine repair. I am the very old customer of your branded item, always going with lg for my household items. But now i am disappointed for the service offered to my washing machine. I have raised complaint for this around a week, technician attend the complaint and told that problem is with pcb board and don't have its stock, therefore no chance of its rectification. But because of this customer should not be suffered. Give me the alternate option for this. I hope i will get positive feed back for this. I will wait for a week for its feed back. Else i need to take it up till i get proper justice so that this should not be repeated for other customer. I can able to produce the purchased its bill also.                                   I am following many days for repair of my tv. But there are no response regarding repair of tv. I am fed up. If it is not possible to repair please refund my money back. I have already submitted my documents likes bills and amc copies to repair centre of lg.                                     My name is rachana lucknowala please note that i am extemely unhappy with the service call attended by mr shaikh . My compliant number is rna[protected] ...I filed the complaint on 26th march it was attended by mr shaikh on the same day ...Today is 30th march and there has been no service no call from mr shaikh ...2 parts have broken down please note that this is a refrigerator under 10 year warranty and we made the purchase 3 years ago.
                                    Mr shaikh is not answering my call has not bothered to change the parts which he said he has recieved on monday afternoon . And when my colleague called him he answered and said he is in the hospital. This kind of irresponsible service is atrocious . We always use siemens products really dissapointed with the product and the carelessness of after sales service . If my complaint is not rectified and attended to today i will file an official compliant in the consumer court . I suggest i will buy a new refrigerator kindly pick up your trash from my house . I will make sure the amount is refunded to me by the court.

                                      Due to the Recent Chennai Flood, Almost all the appliances were damaged and we called the LG Customer Care Person to repair our Washing Machine and TV (Both are LG Products). Customer Care Person name is Tirupathi. He stays near Tambaram Locality. He took money from us and took the appliance parts and told he will get it repaired and fit all the parts back in other 3 days. It has been more than a month. He did not return. When I tried to reach him over phone, He was not picking up the call. When I tried from some other number, He said he will give it back only when he is free. I haven't such a lethargic reply from customer care person so far. He has abused us with offensive words. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE LG. I want LG to take necessary actions against that person. I will not prefer LG PRODUCTS anymore.

                                        I have purchased LG G3 D855. The phone was working good untill yesterday the screen starting flickering and goes balck in vignette style. When i unlock the fone it starts again and then when opening any app or contacts or just by locking the phone flickers and goes black. I went to Parel service centre they say the board is damaged and needs replacement. I asked how the board got damaged in a years time, the said its electronic and the replacing cost would be around 15, 000 I have purchased this for INR 50, 000 and this was not expected for such a high end phone. Please help me replace the mother board and solve the issue

                                        I have got call from service station, the technician said that they hv showed me where the problem was due to water, but if water hasw damaged the phone, thw whole mother board would have been rusted in place of just one tiny spot. And the technician is only saying i have given the company cost of rs 14, 500 she was arguing like I have lodge a complaint because of 14, 500. In no terms one will change the mother board for 14, 500 even the resale value of the mobile is not that much. Please i need help from LG this is the first time I have knock the doors of LG, I am a big user of LG so thought of trying a mobile too even though everyone said dnt go into mobile. Hope to get some help.
