Lg led tv-42lb6200 – purchased jan, 2015.. Fault occurred feb 2016 (Exactly after one year-no warranty). Rna[protected] complaint registered. Rs. 4000 charged for main pcb board change- service person ([protected])—clarity of tv is not good. I asked to replace the board (Because i doubt the board’s originality). He refused and no proper response(No knowledge of fault) from him. So, i asked him if possible, just take the board and repay me. He assured of removing the board and giving the amount next day because he don’t have amount on 05.02.2016 (Rs. 300 deduction for that). But he cheated us and never came back again. Cn[protected] cn[protected] cn[protected] complaints registered but not yet resolved. I am posting here for getting a solution to this issue.

    One month ago I bought a new LG 42LF6500 LED smart TV from the LG showroom. Now it has display problems. When contacted to LG services they told PCB has to be replaced and they gave reasons like not to use pendrive or hard disk or cabelled set-top box, which doesn't make any sense. Now we have warranty and it can be replaced. What if some other major problem persists after a year or so. How to trust the brand since it's giving such a major problem just after 1 month of buying. It seems to be a faulty or damage product. So I need the refund or replacement for a new TV. Please take it into serious consideration. If not the same complaint will be escalated further.

    I also facing same problem with smart TV, no result after fighting more than 2 months, LG will make fun of you and enjoy there day.
    LG will not solve your problem, they will frustrate you like anything, just wait, there next step is, ask you to purchase additional warranty.
    Better go in Court, police station, file a fraud case on these so called branded company.

      LG cheating customers by providing fake specification information on their website. After sales they removing the spec details. I purchased LG G4. At the time of purchase they told the phone support wireless charging and the same information was available in their website. Later I found this dual sim version doesn't support wireless charging. I raised complaint regarding the same. But the service people not at all care about customers and simply saying that we were given initially and later on we dropped the information. It is completely cheating. Please arrange to refund other wise I will file a consumer complaint

        the 680 ltr (LG) refrigerator went of (due to compressor) on 5th March 2016 and is under warranty. till date (12 March 2016) it is not repaired and i have made not less than 25 calls and a dozen mails to various customer care (?) but nothing has happened.
        i am staying in Pune City where the Company have large no of outlets and service centers but no one is serious of prompt action.
        please, note that service provider in Pune is worst and there are many such incidences with this vendor.
        i should have thought of this issue before buying but i would like to alert general buyer to think twice before buying any LG product.

          I called the LG customer care and registered for simple service of my full working AC as I was going to use the AC after the monsoon. The service man came, checked and said everything OK and required cleaning the internal filters which could be done in their service station. I regularly clean the filters and maintain them properly. I have accepted his advice and arranged for this shop service. The service personel took the AC (both indoor and out door unit) to their service station and brought back after 2 days and fitted on 13th Feb2016 evening in my absence. when I came that night and switched on the system it was not working. I called the guys again and they came inspected the same and said the cable has to be renewed and asked me to purchase it. I gave them new cable and they changed it but found that the problem was some thing else. They went back saying that they will come with new board and check which is not happening till date and I am stuck with a defective unit in place of a working unit. It is clear that the service guys had no idea about servicing. They have not done any cleaning in their service station and it was evident when they took out lot of dirt from the out door unit when they visited the second time to attend the repair.

          I need the AC in working condition as we are heading in to summer in Chennai.

          This complaint remains unresolved. The AC that was in working condition has been spoiled by the LG service team that had no training. It remains a dead AC for the last one month. The Area Manager's phone remains unattended every time call is made. The complaint I have registered in the LG website shows as resolved.

          AS I can see in this page, there are 3925 complaints made and only 24 were resolved. This goes to show that LG is treating India as a dumping ground for their products that have no quality. A fit case for recommending Anti dumping charges for all LG products being imported into India.

          The 3925 complaints are only in the consumer complaints forum. The number must be exponentially high if all LG complaints are accounted for and remain unresolved. Their web page record hides this fact and shows the complain as resolved while the customer is left with a piece of junk at home.

            Hi, I have been chasing my complaint RNA[protected] since past 2 months, not only I havent got any solution but also response from sigma services has been pathetic. They never give a call back, when I call them they are in no position to inform about status of solution. After two months o[censored]ncertainty they tell me to take the refund, its such a shame. I agreed even for that, yet they did not respond to take things ahead. I have suffered enough and may have to resort to consumer forum.
            P.S I regret my association with LG.

              I have purchased this 42LF6500 TV on 1st Nov which free bluetooth (NP1540B/W) offer that time.
              pruchsed this from BAJAJ Electronics, Kondapur, Hyderabad showroom and they delivered very fastly on 25th Dec -2015 which 2 months after purchase and reason they said is no stock.

              During delivery they promised within 10days they will give free bluetooth speaker but as usual they did not given that free accessory till now. and i am keep on following up with them they are saying that LG is not provided that free accessory.

              I am not sure this problem with showroom people or from your side.
              Please have a look about this issue and show me some action on this.

                  I am having a fatal issue with my device lg g4 h818n. I had bought the mobile from snapdeal on 10-Oct-2015, as such it is still in warranty. It was just on 3rd this month that my mobile powered off and got stuck on the lg logo and then i tried to pull the battery out and powered it on again, but nothing happened. I looked the issue up on internet and found that this was the issue with all lg g4 handsets and lg company has vowed to repair all the affected devices. I then went to lg service center in srinagar.They issued this as a motherboard problem and said that they are waiting for the motherboard to arrive. It has been a week nearly and still they are not repairing my phone. I want my phone desperately as it was the only smartphone i was having. I request you to please look into the matter. My imei no. is [protected]. Also i have called lg customer care 2, 3 times and it seems that they have no idea of this bootloop issue . Also i have sent emails to lg customer support and they are not replying me. I trusted lg for this product and i wish not to be let down by lg.

                  I took my device to lg service center here in srinagar, though it took them 2 weeks to repair my device but in the end i got my device functional again. Hope it doesn't bootloop again in future. I can conclude by saying All's well that ends well.

                  My Lg G4 is having a boot loop issue again. This issue came before also in the phone and since it was under warranty, it was fixed. But now this issue has come up again. We went to the LG Service center and they said since it is not under warranty, they will not fix it free of cost.

                  First of all I want to know when this issue previously came. At that time why phone was not replaced. Since you made a temporary fix to it. Now it has come up again. This is not user's fault and it is manufacturing fault.
                  You can not make fool out of customers.

                  I have come across many people and they have made it fix even after warranty. I want my phone to be fixed since it related to manufacturing and it was not replaced when it was under warranty. Had it been done that time, I would not have faced this issue now. Its been week my phone is not working.

                  Kindly acknowledge this and revert as soon as possible.

                      Hello All,

                      We have purchased new LG AC 1.5 ton on Sunday i.e 06/03/2016, so after installing when your concern person started AC, its continuously making noise like cooler but your concern person telling us that noise is coming due to air cutting, but as per my knowledge no AC make noise like cooler and fan. We all are frustrated very badly because your all concern persons are not responding.

                        This is in continuation to complaint no‎ RNA[protected]. I had reported leakage of the pipe and the engineer had come to fix it against invoice TCR no. PDES4/22759 dt 17/2/2016. However, the problem did not get solved and I complained again. The engineer visited and asked us to get it fixed from outside.
                        After this, I again called up the toll free number but I can't get thru the number. I went to the grievances cell and could send them a one line request with great difficulty. They responded thru email and asked me to reply to the mail but the mail does not get delivered. It's been close to three weeks but nothing has been done about the pipe leakage till now.

                            My complaint number is RNA[protected]. AMC number is AMC[protected]_01
                            till oct'16.
                            Engineer told me that convencer of my ac is damaged and I have to replace
                            it and I have to pay for it.
                            Why should I pay as I have AMC?
                            And I clearly mention that I don't want delight service center to resolve
                            my complaint so why they visit my home?
                            They are no manners how to talk with customer do not send them to my home
                            to service.
                            After two days I received call from Bombay that physical damaged not
                            applicable in AMC, I told them that service center told me about it covers
                            all but he didn't listen me and close my complaint and mention that I am
                            not paying for service how he can close my complaint if I am not satisfied?
                            Also why service center give incorrect information to me that it covers all
                            and also in one document there is no clause added that it provide only
                            service.
                            This is fraud to me and if any action not taken I will go to court and take
                            legal action to company.

                              We had purchased the LG - LED 43" television ( details mentioned above) from Snehanjali Electronics and Trading Pvt. Ltd. on 29/12/2015. But we could not open the sealed pack television as our house was under renovation. The Installation took place on 07th Feb 2016 by the authorised LG service centre engineer. by 29th Feb 2016 the HD port duck got fused due to which my desired picture quality (HD Clarity) I am not getting. I keep on calling to LG service centre the Toll free no (), The LG Service Manager Mr. Parag, The dealer Snehanjali () for the replacement of the product they are simply denying.
                              A defective product was sold to me but they are simply taking off their hands by saying they could replace if it would have got fused within 15 days of purchase of goods. Now it is too late to replace the TV set.
                              INR 60, 000/- is not a small amount to be paid for a middle class earner. LG was know for its service standard. I have my Fridge, Washing machine, Microwave & water purifier are also of LG electronics. But this is what I am getting in return to be a loyal consumer of a Korean Electronics giant.
                              I would not have demanded such things if my item were of 1 yr old, this is mere 20 days old product we had started using, but such a bitter experience we are receiving this time that we have lost faith on LG electronics.

                                My Complaint registered on Jan 30 2016 = RNA[protected]
                                Child complaint raised on RNA[protected] raised on Feb 2nd 2016, Nothing was fixed(New PCB was replaced) even after spending 5000/- Rs. New complaint on same topic RNA[protected] on Feb 14th 2016 again spend 1000/- and even though no fix(New duct was replaced). Again another ticket was raised RNA[protected]...till now waiting for fix...I am fed up with you tectnicians and continously changing parts with no solution.

                                  IN my house we are using product of LG make like washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator & vacuum cleaner. First time we r facing such big problem with my front loading washing machine, its serial no. WD8-806PNFS114339. Machine is down since 22nd Jan 2016, I register a complain ( no. RNA[protected], engineer attended the machine & found its front & back cover need to be replaced & all other things were working fine. He talked to his senior & declared that this is obsolete model & cannot arrange the spares. I called many times to customer care & Mr. Naseem Ahmed ( Supervisor in Faridabad service center) to arrange the spares but in vain. Then I wrote in LG complain forum & within 3 days they arranged the covers & replaced it at their service center. For that I paid Rs. 7200/- when my wife tried to wash the cloths, she observed leakage form bottom of machine & also timing was also not working properly. I called the LG help line -- again they took the machine at the service center, Badarpur, New Delhi. Now leakage problem solved but we are facing 4 new problems ( these were not before sending the machine to service center),
                                  1).Timing not working as per setting
                                  2). & we observed that its drum is also not balanced. While in running, machine move from its place --up to 2 meters.
                                  3). After spinning machine again takes water in side.
                                  4). Control panel is also heated up.
                                  Kindly look in to the matter, we already have spent a heavy amount on this machine but not getting result. Pl takes the machine & solves the problem all in one go. PL note we cannot pay more amount for this machine.

                                    I have bought LG home theatre (LHB655) from Sharaf DG in Dubai on 29th Nov 2015. I brought it to India with me. On 23rd Jan 2016, it stopped working and after LG engineer in India came and checked it, he said that the motherboard is faulty. I then got a call from LG HO saying that the part is being ordered from Dubai and will be fixed in 30-45 days. Later on, upon my following up, I was told it was not happening and it will not be replaced. I have been pushed from pillar to post following up so many different people that I have lost count. I was told this part is not available in India and cannot be fixed. Now I am told, since this is out o[censored]AE, it can be fixed but for a cost! Then I was told it will be fixed by 4th March. My system has been sitting at my home without working for 1.5 months now!!! How can LG which calls itself an MNC, work so nationally and not fix your own products no matter what the country.You need to take responsibility of a faulty product. It has not even been 4 months!!                                       My phone Nexus 5 got broken all out of a sudden. It switched off by itself and I could not get it on again. Google logo was blinking and that's it. Hard reboot wouldn't start. I contacted LG rep and they advised me to send it to Dynafix in order to repair it under guarantee. After 2 weeks they sent price specification EUR300. It was the price of my phone 2 years (!) ago. They said there was water damage so guarantee wouldn't help. I never dropped my phone into water, neither spilled anything on it. So I really think they made up this reason in order to avoid guarantee coverage. The other 2 solutions that were offered: to receive it back unrepaired for EUR36 or leave it to them (EUR0). One more important thing. Before sending it to Dynafix I brought my phone to a local repair shop around the corner and they said it could be fixed for EUR65. They didn't even mention any water. But I thought it would be much better to repair it with an official dealer... It's a shame that LG cooperates with this shady company and I really regret I followed LG representative's advice. It's been more than a month and I still haven't received my phone back. Dynafix doesn't reply to my e-mails and social media support on LG's Facebook is not being helpful at all. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and I'll never consider buying any LG product in the future unless I get this sorted.

                                        We bought LG Fridge Model GL-318PNQ5.APGZEBN on 8.11.2013...now we face cooling problem...as per their executive this model is not repairable...so they will refund only 55% and we have to bare 45 %...if not repairable product why they launch in the market...never i see that any company says that their product is not repairable...and their executives are so rood to talk...as per their dialogur...this only a solution...you have to bare 45 %...why we bare...we choose this model???
                                        Realy very bed experience we get from this company...Even we have to aware others...i[censored] select LG product..first u ask...is it repairable or not...
