Sir, i have booked for lg ac installation on 15/04/16.

Rna no:[protected],
1 ton inverter ac,
Invoice no:kgt/16/1474
Bajaj electronics, karmanghat
Hyderabad.

Iam deseparately trying for one technician for instalation from last two days.
I tried all possible means such as calling customer care, concerned branch
Manager, area manager.

Either they did nt lift the phone or tell some cooked stories.

Numbers tried are:

1)shiva kumar :[protected]
2)prabhakar :[protected]
3)kishore : [protected]
4)customer care given a non existing number :[protected]
5)customer care no: [protected]
6)[protected]
Please check all call recordings with customer care.
It was said by the customer care that after registering for installation they will complete the installation process with in 24hrs. But there was no response after 48 hrs also.
Being an lg brand welwisher we are highly dis satisified by the irresponsbility of the service centre people. Kindly consider the above mentioned details and take serious action against these irresponsible people

Here in Egypt there are many complaints about L.G products and recovery.
it is individual business not leadership and the quality is very bad.

Very bad experience in tirupur also, i purchased a split AC from LG Shoppe and almost 4 days, still waiting for installation. Many times we called customer care and shop also but nothing happens. I checked some of my freinds circle about the LG service. I surprised all the people feels same as my experience.

We worried how they manage the gaurantee, warrantee, setvice...0, 0, 0

When the sales will down then only they can analys the real issue. I know that bad customer service is slow poision for a good business. So my suggession to LG to core follow ups inbetween shop and customer and service contractor and customer.

No problems, i can wait untill tomorrow. If there is no response then i plan to return their AC. Thanks to reply if anybody response in LG MANAGEMENT

    Deilvered new lg refrigerator by vijay sales without packing and without bill /warranty card with dent after login the complaint dealer deilvered the bill /warranty card still further issues is pending regarding my dent /without packing issue nobody responding from lg it's very strange lg is a big co nobody responding due to the dealer lg spoiling the name after several complaints threw mails, i have received a ref.     My brand new ac is not working n I called the customer care.
    They are not sending any tech/eng to check it even after calling many times.
    Its not even been 2 mnths since I bought this ac.
    I dont know what haapened to the so called LG products.
    such poor product, service n unprofessional employees too.

      Lg electronics — led tv 42lw5700


      I have lg led tv model 3d led 42lw5700- it was bought on dt.10.10.11worth rs.72760.00


      Recently problem persisted resulting to no display and complained to lg service centre vide complain no.Rna[protected].

      Service guy named mahesh keshavambre came n informed me that display is damaged need to replace & will cost approx. Rs.26000/=.

      I ordered the same n he assured me that he will get the part in 3 days.

      After no response for the 5th day i called up and was told that the spare part is no longer available with lg!!! And therefore my tv cannot be fixed!!! Lg discontinued the model and stopped the supply of the spare parts for this model!!

      Now i'm surprised and confused that within 4 years of product cycle there are no parts available for my tv n they will pay me some depreciation that is only 10000 n i have to purchase again another lg tv only.

      It sounds like we are cheated, firstly, we are not asking the part in free replacement & 2ndly, they should continue such imp parts at least for 10 yrs.

      The depreciated price they are offering is too less as i already replaced mother board worth rs 10000 last month only thru them.Only. And now they as offering only 10000 only ( it's free deal for tv of 72760)

      I have really felt very bad about lg and it's service mentality.

      I just request you to replace part or not possible then replace it with another tv

      We've purchased a LG Washing machine from Baja Electronics, Kothapet, Hyderabad. After a week also LG demo team has not come for demo. We're suffering a lot. There is no response either from Bajaj Electronics or from LG team.

        Sir I have a invertor AC from Bajaj Electronic 1week before and was delivered the very next day, but till now I have received call from your technical persons that they are coming but they never show up. So I request LG to buy back the AC and refund my amount which I have paid, as your persons are too busy.we are free person without any work waiting for them as your not selling AC but some thing which we are dying to buy

          During end april 2015, we purchased lg split ac from reliance digital, mogappair, chennai with one year warranty & four year extended warranty from reliance resque team.

          Less than a year, three times service done. On 17/3/2016, i registered a service request thru call center ( reliance service team & reliance digital show room refused to log any complaints )

          As per amc / service complaint, it should be rectified with in 48 hours . Even after 4 days no one called / attended the issue. With great difficulty after 3 hours continues call / speaking to various service center team, i got chennai service team rep : mr kartik, mr arasu, mr sebastin, mr suresh . Had spoken to each one, problem not yet solved.
          On 8/4/16, complaint registered in lg as it was under warranty.
          Lg team visited and taken the ac & out door unit for servicing and not yet returned . I am following with the entire team of lg .

          Even after one month, ac problem not resolved
          Even after one week, ac & out door unit taken from our home was not brought it back.

          It is very very shame on lg & reliance team that
          Both dont have company employees on roll for rectifying the same.
          Reliance team depending on road side service person
          Lg transfer the job to a third party : gr arcons.
          Helpline no shown in the job sheet
          [protected] not avl
          [protected] declaring that they cant answer and asking us to speak to the person, who has taken the ac from our house.

          From 17/3/16 to till date ( 16/4/2016) 6.30 pm, problem not resolved

          My humble request to lg & reliance,
          Why such a poor quality of product being sold in the market
          If they are not able to support in the service, why they are claiming that they can resolve in 48 hrs.

          It is mentioned in reliance resq,
          365 no holidays
          10 am to 10 pm
          Authorized service center
          Standby unit

          This all false commitment, if so then reliance / lg should have
          1) provided standby unit
          2) why even after one month customer has to speak daily.

          Both reliance & lg team
          Can anyone answer & rectify / replace the unit
          If not declare that lg & reliance the best cheaters

            This is regarding a ac-repair request placed on[protected]. It is very unfortunate to learn the inefficiency towards your part to ignore the request completely as till today[protected]as no one has not even felt the need to call back for any updates. I have been continuously following up with the customer care, yet there is no solution given. I am very surprised with the incapability of handling a mere repair request by such an established and reputed brand like lg. I write this complaint with utter disappointment as lg has always been a part of my household in ways of ac, washing machine, microwave. Please give your clients some priority.

                I had filed a complaint to lg service center on monday. I called the lg service center and explained the scenario to them on monday and they proudly told that within 24 hours my ac issue will be resolved. After 4 days i am sitting here and still waiting for the issue to be fixed even after multiple reminders. I am tired of talking tot he service centers guys and the technicians explaining the scenario. I have talked to at least 8 people till now.

                After continuous reminders and begging finally two technicians came to check out my ac and again they promised me that the issue will be fixed by yesterday evening at any cost. They checked for one hour and explained that they need a capacitor to fix it and for that they have to go to a place which is 10 kms from my house. I was ready to wait till 11 pm but the only thing i asked is to get the ac fixed. Of course as expected the technicians never turned up after that. He called and told he will come in the morning ie today at 10 am. But he didnt turn up.

                Today being miserable i kept calling the technician who came yesterday and he gave me another guy's number whom i have been trying since 10 am. Finally when he picks up the call at 12 eh says he is having fever and cannot come.

                Again like a loser i called the lg service center to send some one who knows what the scenario is. I got a call now from a technician who does not even know what the issue is. When i told him not to forget the capacitor he is asking me "kya capacitor madam". I called the customer care again they say that the technicians who turned up yesterday are not our concern.

                I do not know how someone can take so much non sense in a week. This is the worst customer care service i have ever experienced and would never ever purchase an lg product ever again in my life. I would recommend no one should buy any lg products whatever offer/discounts they might offer. They will please you until you buy the product. After that its none of their business according to the lg customer care.

                Note : people who are sitting in the name of supervisors should first resign and find another job.

                    Hi,

                    I submitted a request (Rna[protected] to check my lg split ac (5 star) on 9th april as it was not cooling properly. I got a message in my mobile ([protected]) - my request has been given to northern service. One service engineer came on the same day (9th april, 2016) and after checking he told the outdoor unit condenser is leaking gas and it needs to be changed, the cost will be 6500 rs and he took an advance of rs 500 for ordering the same. After that, i waited till wednesday (13th april), but there was no response from lg. Then i called up that service engineer and he told me to book another request for making the process fast. I did book another request and the number is - rna[protected]. I got a message that it is in process. But till today, the ac has not been repaired. I complained to lg customer care today on that and they have told they will try, but i am really loosing hope on lg. I have two kids at my home and in this hot and humid climate, it is really painful for them. I am really frustrated now, can someone please help me? I called up the service engineer even today and he told that he is on leave today and possible it will be installed by tomorrow or day after tomorrow. I requested a lot to him as my children are really suffering from this pain. Can someone please help me?

                        I bought 310 ltrs double door fridge in nov'15 and facing continues problem regarding cooling. 6-7 times attended by your technician but still the problem persist. The matter was highlighted number of times but there is no solution provided till date. There is no escalation matrix given for customer complaint and problem is being dragged by lip service only.
                        Requesting someone to take the note forward and provide the permanent solution other wise i got fed up with so much of follow up with lg that i have lost my trust in lg products. Despite number of reminder the problem is not being attended.
                        It looks like that we are being forced to adopt the legal action to address our complaint.

                          Having complained about the non-draining of my automatic washing machine on 5th april 2016, lg's service technician deepak kumar (Mobile [protected]) attended the complaint and managed to get sign on the dotted line without actually resolving the issue.
                          Upon follow up with him deepak kumar resorted to verbal altercation. After follow up with his supervisor, jatin batra (Mobile[protected] promised to resolve the issue but i found that complaint was closed! Neither, jatin nor the service center in charge ritul rawat (Mobile[protected] is responding to phone calls.
                          Further, lg's customer grievance redressal web page https://www.lg.com/in/escalation-online-support is not accepting any query due to server error.
                          Lg's claim to resolve the issue in 48 hours seems to be totally false.

                            Lg has 2 service centres in jamshedpur. My area lies with ns appliance care which is in dhatkidih, jamshedpur.
                            Sorry to say that, your dealer is a fraud. Every 8 months the capacitor of my split ac requires change and every time your dealer charges different amount (Last time it was 1350/-, this time it is 2100/-). Moreover the capacitor installed is of local brand called "baba".
                            When i confirmed this form another authorised service centre of lg in jamshedpur which is in sakchi, they comfirmed the price to be around 1350/- inclusive all and also showed us the capacitor packet with lg brand on it. It was then when i realised how am i being looted by ns appliance care from the past 6 years.
                            Can you please explain why this difference in amount in these 2 service centres.
                            While raising complaint, the person attending our call at toll free number knows nothing about the charges, brand, warranty etc. They say its the service centre who will explain everything. Please explain how would i know whether the charges levied is genuine.
                            The complaint number through which the call was registered and service was done is rna[protected]. Call was lodged on 4th april 2016 and service was done on 6th april 2016.
                            Bill provided by ns appliance care is 985. This bill is also attached for your reference.
                            I want a proper explanation for all this. This time i am very serious and i am not going to spare lg for this.

                              From the beginning series of problem. What all are changed sender panel, two times compressor min 5 times glass charging and started to rust. It's only 8 Yrs old. My other refrigerator of BPL, 20 yes old, no complaint at all. Attaching photo, of inner body cracked. Now every thing is icing inside. Who ever plans to buy, avoid LG. services are awfully bad.

                                My lg air conditioner was not working and people from sv service center came and dismantled the condenser motor and suggested to replace the same. I agreed for the same. But without my permission they tried to take the motor and i objected. They took the image to note the spec and promised to come with replacement on the next day. All these happened a week ago and so far no one came back. I regret buying lg products in the last couple of years and i will strongly recommend my circle that never buy lg products.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have purchased one split ac from Faredeal international, sonarpur on 10/04/2016 . It was delivered to my flat at sonarpur, RK palli on 11/04/2016 and the LG service person came for the instatallation on 12/04/2016 .
                                  It was confirmed from the shop that no installation charge will be required( except pipe @ Rs 30 / ft ) . But the service engineer from LG informed that 20 ft pipe is to be required with wrapping tape . The cost of pipe he demanded Rs 40 / ft and for wrapping tape Rs. 500 . I tried to contact to customer care no. of LG ELECTRONICS but they did not help.

                                    I have done amc of ac, and it's 5year of ac but it need gas refill once or twice in a year, and technician could not find the problem even he does not check it properly and tell that there will be no problem from next time, i even contact local service dealer senior but very poor response, i need regional manager number but no one is providing it to me nor the dealer nor the toll free representative my no is [protected], [protected]

                                      I purchased new washing machine on 7/04/2016 from super electronics, borivali. Same day engineer visited my place for demo. As he visited in evening at which time we dont have water supply on, so he verbally explain us about the operating.
                                      Next day on our new year day i started the machine and followed exact sop what the engineer explained on previous evening.
                                      But suddenly all water started over flowing from the machine.
                                      I called the engineer again, he was doubting on my operating. So i again tried with manual selection of water level. But no improvement seen.
                                      Next day i called on customer care toll free number but 2 times i was told that i will get return call within 2hours.
                                      But nothing happened, but on 3rd attempt the kind lady told me that i will get call in next 24 hours.
                                      Finally with intervention of super electronics engineer visited my place in the evening.
                                      After analysis he found that the issue is with load switch. He did some repair work and said that there will not be any issue i have rectified the machine.
                                      This defect should have caught at end of line testing at lg but surprisingly it reached my place.
                                      I demanded for replacement on saturday. Manager mr sunil agreed on same after some arguments. He promised me that he will give me call befor 5 pm on monday evening. But as usual no customer centricity, care shown. Finally i called sunil for status he didnt pick my call rather he handed over cell to some third person. But the person updated status that i will get replacement in next 4 days minimum.
                                      Now here question is who will wash my cloth till the time? My mom is 65 year old lady she cannot do it. Still she is doing it for last 4 days and next 4 days she has to do it.

                                      - is there any end of line testing at lg
                                      - is lg customer care really cares about the customer
                                      - what kind of service engineer are lg team is having
                                      - who will wash my cloths for next 4 days
                                      Can anybody answer this?

                                        On 6th April 2016, i have registered my first AC servicing request again came in contact with the consumer services on 9th April 2016 for the same issue which. Wasnt resolved neither any Info from there side was given i tried again by calling on 10 of april and 11 nothing have happend yet.you guyz keep on repeating. The false promise of 24 or 48 hours.In which ur grievance will be resolved like a nursery child repeating a rhyme. it would be better that u guyz might have informed us as a consumer that you people will never entertain slightest of the complainants. And we would be on our own plz kindly and finally will LG let me know have you guys already decided not to sought out our problem and plzzz be specific with yes or no and that must be blatant. So i would kill my any slightest of the slightest Hope with LG regarding customer services.
