Today an LG engineer visited my house for installation of new air conditioner and stole my mother's phone while leaving my house. My mother realized this only after the work was completed and the service guys left. Did not know this company employs thieves!

    I have purchased SXS LG REFERIGERATOR on 25th November 2011 from LG Dealer The fridge stopped on 10th jan 2016 morning and I lodged complaint to customer care vide RNA[protected] Their engineer came and checked the fridge and advised its Mother Board PC Board is to be replacrd and the same is not in their stock HE stateway told me that it will take 3/4 days to get the same. After four days when I contact service center for more than 7 to 8 times but I don’t get a proper replay from their side. Now it’s been 10 days I don’t get my refrigerator working. When I contacted a local electronic service center, he came and repaired my board. If such a person can do then why are you taking this much time? Its very sorry to inform this type of serives from LG is really bad. IMMMEDIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO MAKE THE FRIDGE PROPER WORKING WITH NEW BOARD IF NEEDED.

      The bad customer experience with one of the LG product purchased recently, i.e Nexus 5X. After 5 days of Nexus 5X product purchase, I have reported quick heating of mobile at LG Care, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. They informed me that they are expecting Software Update upcoming few days which shall resolve the issue. Hence I waited for the same. Even after 30 days I have reported the same to LG Care that my phone is heating up fast and hanging up frequently. They have informed me that there seems to be Hardware issue and have replaced the same. Even currently I facing lot many issues with the purchased phone. Phone is heating real fast, Hanging up on 20 mins usage, Auto-Switch off frequently and not holding Charging for longer duration. I am afraid as this might yield higher problems in the near future as the Problem Facing issues increased over time. Would request to replace my Mobile with another and have the issue resolved at the earliest.

        Hello Sir/Madam, I am loyal customer of LG. All my house hold products are from LG. I was very happy with LG product quality. In June 2014, I bought LG 32LB530A LED. BuT before few days my LED tv video is disappeared. I registred complaint about it. I got appointment of your technician . He told us that TV panel needs to change which will cost around Rs.[protected]. I am very much disappoint with this. After less than the period of 1.5 year only, if I am getting this kind of quality, then this is not acceptable. Also I am not in position to pay such huge amount for repair work.           I am complaining the LG TV 32LN5110 LED TV, I have purchased the TV on 08/06/2014 from Flipkart.com, after 1 year 7 months the TV display is completely abolishes and only the sound is coming from the TV, We asked the LG company about the problem they were saying the 1 year guarantee is over you need to replace the display by paying 17500/-. Is this the products of LG Company. That to with in 1 year is its possible to loss the 23000/- rupees product. I need the replace the TV and 1 need to get the New TV.

            I registered a complaint on Customer Support ( Job no. RNA[protected] . A technician visited the next day . After checking the TV he told me that the 'Panel' has malfunctioned and told me that the minimum cost of the same apart from the service charges would be Rs. 36000/- . I was totally shocked as I had purchases this TV for Rs. 58000/- just 4 years back. I asked him to confirm the exact cost of the Panel - He after checking told me that the part is NOT AVAILABLE and this TV CANNOT be REPAIRED even if I decided to pay the cost. Also I paid the technician Rs. 250/- also for telling me that I can throw away my TV. It is totally shocking and illogical that a reputed company such as LG makes products which do not last even 5 years and also it does not have spare parts to repair them. I called up the service center in Allahabad to inquire for any way out as I could not digest the above scenario. I was told by the center head that the company has a 'Replacement Policy' - which I later found out is a complete joke. For a TV set just barely 4 years old I will be offered 15% of my depreciated purchase price ( Rs. 58000/-) i.e. Rs. 8700/- and that too in form of credit note valid for purchasing only an LG product. and that too on Dealer Price ( on which all dealers offer 9-10% discount when purchasing this expensive TVs) - so in effect I will only get 4-5% or just Rs. 3000 to 4000 return on a TV purchased for Rs 58000/- just 4 years back. I am writing this email only to bring to the front the fact that I was a loyal LG customer with 3 LG TV sets, 1 LG Refrigerator, 1 LG Microwave, and other smaller products like Karaoke mic etc. at my home. But this incident and the LG policy has really really disappointed me . I thus request the company to see what best can be done in this case at the earliest. EVen if LG decides to do nothing - nothing much will happen apart from the fact that LG will have 1 loyal customer less apart from other measures that I may decide to pursue. If LG decides to stand by its pathetic policy then I request to please provide the same to me in written.

              Dear Sir, I am P.Vigneswaran, Chennai ([protected]). The issue is FRC cable bitten by Rat in my LG Front load washing machine. I called up the customer care and logged the complaint. The service guy came home and checked the machine and told that the issue is to replace the PCB. He told that there is no repair for the PCB and hence the PCB have to be replaced for a price of around 3000/-. My expectation was that the service guy will re crimping the FRC cables and the issue will be fixed. And this is the action. It was a surprise for me to replace the PCB. Its pathetic that after spending 29000 for a washing machine, I need to spend another 3000 with in 4 years for a minor issue.. I would like to bring into the notice of the authorities and people about the poor quality of the service engineer in LG washing machine and how much the customers are being cheated after spending their money on products like this.

                Hi,

                I received LG Home theatre LHB 755W on 8th Jan. After installation when the Engineer tested the back speakers, it was not working then after that he changed the wire connection to the Wireless receiver, He plugged grey wire to blue port & blue Cable to Grey post then the speakers worked but when the LG Audio is tested on the TV Screen it shows sound effect in left speakers but we can hear audio only in right speakers vice versa. Doing multiple follow-ups every day with Pai & Installation engineer but am not getting a definite answer as such when they will replace the Wireless receiver.

                  I bought from Lalani E-Tech City, Kolkata (6, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata-700013; Ph. No.:[protected] an LG TFT IPS LED monitor (model no.: 20MP47A-P) on 11/12/2015 for our company ALBATROS. On the evening of 13/12/2015, the monitor stopped functioning (picture not displaying, with error message). I immediately called LG Customer Support, but my complaint was not registered until 14/12/2015. I was given the complaint number RNA[protected]. It was not until three or four days later that a technician arrived to inspect the problem. There was a mistake in the inspection on the part of the technician, for which a delay of more than one week was incurred. Then after the technician had come a second time, I was told that the monitor would be replaced, as it was within warranty. This was on 18/12/2015. I was not contacted afterwards for information pertaining to replacement; when I called the number of the local representative (provided by the toll-free line), I was given a date of a week; but this date has continuously been deferred. Even today, on 12/1/2016, I have not been informed concretely as to when I can expect the monitor to be replaced, or if at all the monitor will be replaced. This harassment and delay in provision of service is causing our company loss. Please inform the concerned authorities to expedite this process. Attached is an image of the retail invoice.

                    R/Sir, sorry to inform, that services of 5*rating lg ac are totally unsatisfactory. for the 1st time gas of ac was leaked in may-2015, 2nd time during sept-2015 and again 3rd time on 11th jan-2016. Firstly gas of ac was filled by lg personnel at my home, 2nd time, product was carried to workshop fo than a week ..As such I am very much fad-up mentally and physically of lg ac .Now I request you kindly, keeping in view humanitarian ground, arrange to replace present ac by fresh one, to avoid further more mental torture.My latest complaint no. on toll free is RNA[protected] dtd[protected].

                      We had purchased lg lcd model of lg brand from a dealer on 10/08/2012 after few months we got a complaint in the set on 03/02/2013 so we launched a complaint on that date complaint no is rna[protected] the nature of complaint was different whenever the lcd we made on after few hours it wold atomatically switch off and after few hours when we switch on it was getting started so the tecnician came to our home sat for few mins and went away saying no complaint in set even we took the set to dealer where the problem was arrived but the service people took back the set to service station of belgaum three times in these past two years and told us that therre is no complaint in it and now few days back they told us that now there is a fault in it and u need to pay 13000 rupess for part replacement so we told them that we had launced a complaint for same issue in warranty period where u refused saying that there was no complaint so we want justice for this issue hope u understood my problem please let me know any further details on [protected]

                      Thanks consumer complaint forum for submitting my complaint, i had got a call from lg service people saying that now ur set is out of warranty and we will not repair your set free of charge but we had launched a complaint in warranty period but they r refusing
                      so i wanted to know what further action i should take against lg electronics company for this
                      still we havent recived any proper response from company side so we r further going with legal action against company

In July 2014, I bought LG 32LN5100 television set. While getting product from dealer, we heard different features from dealer. We are using stabilizer for TV. But on 31st Dec 2015, my tv video is disappeared. I registred complaint about it. After continous follow up, I got appointment of your technitian on 3rd Jan 2016 afternoon . He told us that TV panel needs to change which will cost around Rs.[protected]. I am very much desappoint with this. After less than the period of 1.5 year only, if I am getting this kind of quality, then this is not accepteble. Also I am not in position to pay such huge amount for repair work.                           Sir, i have purchased lg 42lf6500 model which is offered with bluetooth speaker MD-1540 on 7/11/2015 from LG SHOPEE, AARADHA ENTERPRISES, sadar bazar jhansi (u.p) ph.[protected] .They said that they will give me speaker in 3 days but 2 months is crossed and i haven't get yet, and they make a fool of me.                             Our split ac leaks every 2 months. In the month of Nov 14. The ac was kept for more thn a week when it was brought & installed it worked for onky 2 days. It was once again repaired but now in less than 2 months it's not working again. Fed up on this service

                              I would like to submit that I had purchased an LG LCD model number 42LE5500 from Juneja's circuit mall Pvt. Ltd. SCO 147-148 Sector:-8, CHANDIGARH vide invoice no:-31157 Dated:-28/9/2010 of Rs.76, 900/= Now above mentioned LCD got defected and complaint of the same is lodged by us on 5th January, 2016 at the LG call centre and for your information the complaint number is RNA[protected]. From the LG call Center the engineers visited to our place and after checking the LCD informed us that the motherboard of the LCD is defected and has to be replaced. As per the information I received from them through message on 6th January, 2016 on my mobile that the part has been ordered to LG. I am not satisfied with the after sale services provided by the LG company as even after regular follow up today I.e 9th January, 2016 I have come to know that LG company has discontinued the product and it is not available for replacement. I am being harassed from last one week and my LCD product is not working as the LG company is not providing any solution for the same. You are requested to provide us speedy remedy for the above mentioned problem otherwise we are left with no option but to start legal course of action against the LG company.                                   Model- P8532R35 ABGPEIL Serial No- 205NWXB056298 I have bought a Semi automatic washing machine in Aug-2012 and since beginning it was giving problem. Under warranty period the wash motor has stopped working and the technician visited and repaired it. Again, during the warranty period we faced some problem in water supply/drainage and the technician came and repaired it. Post warranty period, motor stopped working and again we have made a complaint to LG customer care and a Technician whose name is Sanjeev came & replaced some part and taken the money & assured that defect has been rectified. In the month of Dec-15, our dryer stopped working and we made a complaint to LG customer care & the technician says that the dryer motor is not working and there is a problem in gear which needs to replace. “Gear” is the same part which was replaced by the technician Sanjeev. One severe problem what we are facing in this machine is electricity in water while machine is running, which we have not faced in any other machine. If any severe incident will occur then only LG Company will be responsible for this for such a defective piece. Nobody expects such product from such a brand. I have told them (technician/customer care) about the problem we are facing since beginning & they told us that we’ve got a defective piece and ask customer care to get it replaced. I called up customer care and they also told me that this is a defective piece and given number of service center for the replacement. I have spoken to the Area Manager of service, Mr.Pramod Singh and he says that his system is not showing the replacement of Gear in his system. I have sent him the job sheet and other details. He says that he has forwarded the complaint to respective BSM & he will look into it. Now, he has shown his inability to do anything & says that I need to pay for the repair and replacement of the parts. Whenever I call up customer care they are only interested in closing the complaint inspite of resolving it. I have got a call from your Noida office that please call to the Area Service Manager for your queries and they are closing my complaint. I am surprised that such a big brand LG is having the employees who are not bothered of customer satisfaction but to closure of complaints in the system. – Highly Unprofessional behavior. I have paid for the replacement of Gear and copy is attached herewith for necessary perusal. Pls let me know whether LG products are like this only or it is durable also. I had washing machine of “Whirlpool” & it was given trouble free service to us for 7-8 years. I hoped the same thing or not if same then at least 5-6 years expectation is a good expectation from such a brand LG but what happened all the expectation gone to hell. Since beginning LG’s washing machine is giving problem. What a mental harassment and brand image one can feel in his mind. Please let me know where is the money gone which I have paid to technician “SANJEEV” & why it is not showing in your system? Why you have given me a faulty piece? Why you are not replacing with the original one? People will lose trust from LG is your products are like this only. If your products are genuine & durable then where is the problem in giving me your that product for what you have taken money from me. I have never thought of such service by such a brand by LG. People expects that he is buying a genuine product of a brand which will be trouble free for another 5-6 years and he would be hassle free but I shocked to see such a bad product by LG brand and unprofessional behavior by LG officials. Nobody can expect such things from such a reputed brand LG. I would never prefer any one to buy LG product in the future. I will post on medias and social sites not to buy LG products and about selling defective pieces & unprofessional after sales response. I am writing this complaint as a last attempt towards resolution & replacement of your defective piece given to me.                                     We have purchased an led tv and its motherboard was damaged.even though we contacted the service centre, they were not willing to replace the motherboard.since it was bought from abroad, they have said that the part is not available here.what should we do to get it replaced?

                                      service personels authorised by LG have checked and found the complaint They were taken the pphotocopy of the purchase bill and the warranty card for that AC and they informed as the company approves the warranty then they will come for repair service Today I called them and informed that they are forwarded the warranty card to LG personnels when they approve the warranty they will come for repair service I am waiting their response Ccontact number LG 7025452223 Name Mr Promod

                                      service personnel was came and checked the complaint and they were taken the copy of warranty card and the purchase bill to produce the LG personnels
                                      they told the mashine has chokked and to be removed the same furhter they have not called up to now
                                      The problem of non cooling still not solved kindly direct them to attend urgently
