Hi I bought LG refrigerator (GL-275VV5/2011 in 2011 and it had suddenly stopped working. When I called LG customer care, it turned out to be some franchise and they sent the mechanic. The mechanic said that the gas is finished because of fluctuation. Now I don't understand that:
- how can the gas be finished when I haven't seen any problem with everyone else staying in my apartment. There are never any incidence of power fluctuation in my apartment, and it has proper power backup for when the power goes off. I have also seen the gas lasting for 10+ years in every fridge. If that is the case the parts are defective and LG should be liable to replace the Gas/parts without any extra cost for me.
- the mechanic was asking for rs 3550 for replacing the gas which I feel is very expensive.
- he was also trying to sell stabilizer when my stabilizer is working completely fine.

Please take the matter on high priority and resolve the issue in next day or two.

    Hello team, i had bought lg washing machine (Front loader) on 7th january 2015. After using first time i saw that the color of the drum has been removed (50 %). So when i lodged the complaint they are telling that it was due to chemical which came from your dress damaged the color. It was funny, irresponsible answer. I bought washing machine to wash my dresses not to worship the washing machine. I had trust on lg so i went with lg but the way service center behaves, talks, provides the services, i was disappointed. I have already raised 3 complaints, all are getting closed even without intimating me. Is this the way lg provides provides service to the customer? I want my washing machine drum to be replaced.       3 months ago i bought this phone, obviously with overwhelming expectations as we all have heard excellent user review of this phone.
      But 4 days ago, i noticed that pixels of my phone were gone and touch was not working at all, now as far as i know i take good care of my phone and this happened without any external damage of phone, not a single scratch on phone.
      Now, the subject here is the cold response from LG support team.
      Why a person buys a branded phone of a company like LG over some warranty-less chinese phone?
      Because they expect better strength, quality of phone. Against which the phone seems to be so delicate that without any physical damage, its touch is gone
      Secondly customer expect the least of all better customer support, this is what upsets me more, that after 3 months i happen to face some technical issue in the phone, now its been 5 days i have been suffering as the local service centre person coldly refused to help, and like a government office, he directed me to contact LG support, then they after two days directed me to contact another person, then another person. After going through complete cycle ultimately the conclusion remained same, that nothing could be done as the person said that this damage is not protected in clauses of warranty.

      What worries me is there cold response of leaving me with only one option to put extra Rs.8000, on a phone i purchased 3 months ago. They could have suggested me alternatives as in other possible options what actually is expected from a branded firm.

      But with this experience i conclude only this, that ultimately LG team disappointed me, there consumer response team seems to hide behind the blamket of legal provisions, rather than truely helping customer.

      Now, i can't afford further cost on this phone, and me and my family have decided to buy another handset.

      I am sharing this experience, as though i have made my decision, others must not do the same mistake, and wisely choose brand before investing there 2-3 months savings.

          Then in the month of november the same problem again accurred then also service centre take 1 week around to resolve the solution.
          Listen whats the benefit of purchasing such type of costly phone and this is all stuff that you provide to your customers.
          Now also the same problem was accured when i updated to 6.0 Mashmellow android version then after 2-3 days the phone gone blank and now it is not switch on.
          Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that i will also satisfy otherwise now this time i will escalate this matter.

            My name Priya Tawde and i am located in Malad Mumbai India. I bought new LED from Croma one of your LG dealers Unfortunately due to some reason the LED stand (table stand) cracked how I am not sure but luckily nothing happened to LED and its in working condition. Extremely disappointed the way we have been treated by your service providers too rude and unprofessional such a big brand you are suppose build trust with your services all we got is disappointment. Initially when we complained somebody will get back within 3 days after couple of days (almost 5 days) when called somebody informed us it will another 8 days. In Metro city like Mumbai none of your Service providers have table stand available moreover your Dealers Croma also have not been of any help seriously Big Brand like LG unexpected its not that we are not ready to pay for stands all we asking for good service is it too much we are asking and i promise if you don't take any action i will make sure that email is posted on every social networking website I will share my awful experience i had with LG.

              LG is a part of our happy family for past 15 years with a Refrigerator, Washing Machine, 2 TV and 3 AC in my house, but now we strongly do not prefer or will not recommend LG due to the poor response in service even with AMC's for all my products from the date of purchase. The AC and TV has brought us lots of trouble and we did not receive proper solution for it yet. We wish to communicate with the higher official in charge to address this problem. We hope that date, type and no. of service can be viewed with the serial no. of the product. Here are the Sl. no's of our products for your reference Hall AC 1 - 002NLSH001166, Parents Bed Room AC 2 - 202PATF033071, My Bed Room AC 3 - 306AAHK005177, Hall TV 1 - 402PLTV056809, My Room TV 2 - 411PLMP042963, Refrigerator - 003LPLD009523, Washing Machine - 709NMH0022091.
              AC (Sl. No. 306AAHK005177 ) after being complained the product is taken for service and comes back after 1 week and works hardly for 3 to 4 days after service this repeats like a cycle without any proper answer or solution by the service personnel and they charge around Rs. 600/- every time to take the ac to service centre. Here are the dates of last 3 complaints lodged[protected],[protected],[protected] for your reference. I don't understand what the hell is being serviced every time when they take it and if questioned we never get a proper answer or get connected to a responsible authority. We are fed up with this attitude of the service centre. Even for every feedback I used to mention dissatisfied and customer care official used to call me from Mumbai, even to them I have given lots of negative feedback about the product and service but never got any response or action against it.
              TV (Sl. No. 411PLMP042963) after being complained, we never received the person for service for our first complaint even during the Warranty period and the complaint was closed without even being enquired, we even complained about being left un noticed after complaint. Since that complaint was not attended TV was running with the problem for few months and now it has become a major issue. Now though the company warranty of 1 year is over on[protected] still we have AMC and after the complaint on[protected] the service personnel said that there is a problem with the board so new board will be replaced soon but after that we never got proper response from the personnel or the service centre since he visited and our call is being rejected every time we call.
              We bought 2 TV's at the same time from the same dealer and both the TV's were smart TV as I wished to connect it to the Internet, the dealer assured us to provide with Smart Remote and Dongle for both the TV's, we received it for 1 TV and only the remote for the other TV (Sl. No. 402PLTV056809). From the date of purchase even after 1 year the dealer says the same answer without any change that he would provide us the dongle in 1 week.
              These serial problems with the LG products from purchase till service under warranty and under AMC has made us unhappy and even fed up with the LG products, now we are in the verge of changing our Refrigerator and Washing Machine but these problems has forced us to think about the other brands. These problems has also made us to think about filing a case in the consumer court as we have got stressed up at home with regular problems with any one of the products regularly.
              Please give us a proper solution. Expecting a proper response and action at least for this complaint.

                If our honerable prime minister modisaheb campain for degital india and company like lg behave like this. Pl. Kickout this all companies who not support digital india.

                Kindly note : i have proper bill of their authorised agent. I purchase after full payment with my own credit card.

                Lg dont have any right to behave like this.

                Pl. Get action against this company and kickout them from india if they behave like this to indian consumer.

                  I got repaired my LG Nexus 5 phone to the below authorized service center for POWER BUTTON issue :
                  APK TECHNOLOGY, Shop No 93, Patil Plaza, Opposite Pudhari News Paper Office, Mitramandal Chowk Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra 411009.

                  First time i got repaired my phone on 15-Dec-2015, within 2 days from repair I started facing same problem again, so I got it fixed again.

                  Around 20 days after fixing it, again, I the same problem with mobile. But this time when I asked a representative at the reception that why am I facing the same problem again and again, he replied in arrogant language that "GET IT REPAIRED FROM SOME WHERE ELSE AND THERE IS PROBLEM WITH LG PRODUCTS." And within 5 mins he gave my mobile back and said we have replaced the power button again.Now I am not sure if they really have replaced the button or just have temporarily the fixed problem and how many times again I need to visit the same place.

                  I am really disappointed with the support and service done by its service centers.

                  Please take appropriate action.

                    i have a lg fridge model number gl-548 type frost free storage volume 458 litres,
                    it is not working at all, just a d fridge is working,
                    i called on your toll free and your service executive visited us and told us that the heater of the fridge is not working by which the line from where water is dispersed off is named and cannot be clear and repaired, you have ti disposed off this fridge,
                    i asked him whatever the charges of the part is, aim ready to pay but he was not interested in fixing up the things. This kind of service was not expected and haven't heard that such a small part cannot be repaired, why should i sell my fridge is this is the customer support, please look into the matter asap, my details are below:

                      I would like to bring to your notice & pathetic service support from your team.

                      Based on your advertisement ...I am Happy that LG Electronics has come with free service camp in the month of December period for us.

                      I am feeling very bad about the Service you had promised in paper advertisement.

                      Detail story about my bad experience

                      I had raised the call with Toll free no [protected] on 23rd December 8:30 pm.
                      Complaint was : My Washing machine "Dryer was not working"
                      Job no : RNA[protected]

                      Within next 24 hrs, one of your technical person visited my house & identified "spring motor need to be changed & other's are ok"

                      I requested him: what would be approx cost : he told me motor cost would be 1600+tax.

                      if you confirm by tomorrow, i will bring the sparts & get it replace in your home itself.

                      on 28-12-15, I received a call from service team & asking me to send to LG service center for replacing the spares.

                      on 29-12-15, Myself & My sister had told very clearly not to change any other parts in machine & he told we will only change the parts as mentioned by previous technician person.

                      after 4 days, when i started asking the status of my machine...they had told me to pay 3, 419/- to get it delivered my washing machine.

                      when i had started argue with service person, he was disconnecting the call & when i repeatedly calling the no he requested to call toll free no.

                      when i called to Toll free no...they again requesting me to call service center given me the same mobile no for contact.

                      I had decided, henceforth I don't want to with any more LG product in my house / relative home.

                      CHENNAI: LG Electronics India will conduct a free service camp from December 15 to December 24 for all LG India customers who are affected by floods in Chennai.
                      The company will not charge for its services. Parts that need replacement will be offered at 50% discount.

                        I've purchased LG 32LW5700 Smart 3D TV in September 2013. Last 25 days some whitish spots are visualising on the screen. I contacted LG service centre. Engineer came to my house & advised me to replace Mother Board of cost 8000/-. I contacted service department of LG in Thane & I got the price 5450/- = taxes.
                        I enquired the compatible Mother Boards are available in the market range from 1800 to 3500/-. Ok I informed all these to LG service department but no any reply came yet. I'm waiting for the reply.

                              I have purchased SXS LG REFERIGERATOR on 25th November 2011 from LG Dealer The fridge stopped on 10th jan 2016 morning and I lodged complaint to customer care vide RNA[protected] Their engineer came and checked the fridge and advised its Mother Board PC Board is to be replacrd and the same is not in their stock HE stateway told me that it will take 3/4 days to get the same. After four days when I contact service center for more than 7 to 8 times but I don’t get a proper replay from their side. Now it’s been 10 days I don’t get my refrigerator working. When I contacted a local electronic service center, he came and repaired my board. If such a person can do then why are you taking this much time? Its very sorry to inform this type of serives from LG is really bad. IMMMEDIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO MAKE THE FRIDGE PROPER WORKING WITH NEW BOARD IF NEEDED.

                                The bad customer experience with one of the LG product purchased recently, i.e Nexus 5X. After 5 days of Nexus 5X product purchase, I have reported quick heating of mobile at LG Care, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. They informed me that they are expecting Software Update upcoming few days which shall resolve the issue. Hence I waited for the same. Even after 30 days I have reported the same to LG Care that my phone is heating up fast and hanging up frequently. They have informed me that there seems to be Hardware issue and have replaced the same. Even currently I facing lot many issues with the purchased phone. Phone is heating real fast, Hanging up on 20 mins usage, Auto-Switch off frequently and not holding Charging for longer duration. I am afraid as this might yield higher problems in the near future as the Problem Facing issues increased over time. Would request to replace my Mobile with another and have the issue resolved at the earliest.

                                  Hello Sir/Madam, I am loyal customer of LG. All my house hold products are from LG. I was very happy with LG product quality. In June 2014, I bought LG 32LB530A LED. BuT before few days my LED tv video is disappeared. I registred complaint about it. I got appointment of your technician . He told us that TV panel needs to change which will cost around Rs.[protected]. I am very much disappoint with this. After less than the period of 1.5 year only, if I am getting this kind of quality, then this is not acceptable. Also I am not in position to pay such huge amount for repair work.                                     I am complaining the LG TV 32LN5110 LED TV, I have purchased the TV on 08/06/2014 from Flipkart.com, after 1 year 7 months the TV display is completely abolishes and only the sound is coming from the TV, We asked the LG company about the problem they were saying the 1 year guarantee is over you need to replace the display by paying 17500/-. Is this the products of LG Company. That to with in 1 year is its possible to loss the 23000/- rupees product. I need the replace the TV and 1 need to get the New TV.

                                      I registered a complaint on Customer Support ( Job no. RNA[protected] . A technician visited the next day . After checking the TV he told me that the 'Panel' has malfunctioned and told me that the minimum cost of the same apart from the service charges would be Rs. 36000/- . I was totally shocked as I had purchases this TV for Rs. 58000/- just 4 years back. I asked him to confirm the exact cost of the Panel - He after checking told me that the part is NOT AVAILABLE and this TV CANNOT be REPAIRED even if I decided to pay the cost. Also I paid the technician Rs. 250/- also for telling me that I can throw away my TV. It is totally shocking and illogical that a reputed company such as LG makes products which do not last even 5 years and also it does not have spare parts to repair them. I called up the service center in Allahabad to inquire for any way out as I could not digest the above scenario. I was told by the center head that the company has a 'Replacement Policy' - which I later found out is a complete joke. For a TV set just barely 4 years old I will be offered 15% of my depreciated purchase price ( Rs. 58000/-) i.e. Rs. 8700/- and that too in form of credit note valid for purchasing only an LG product. and that too on Dealer Price ( on which all dealers offer 9-10% discount when purchasing this expensive TVs) - so in effect I will only get 4-5% or just Rs. 3000 to 4000 return on a TV purchased for Rs 58000/- just 4 years back. I am writing this email only to bring to the front the fact that I was a loyal LG customer with 3 LG TV sets, 1 LG Refrigerator, 1 LG Microwave, and other smaller products like Karaoke mic etc. at my home. But this incident and the LG policy has really really disappointed me . I thus request the company to see what best can be done in this case at the earliest. EVen if LG decides to do nothing - nothing much will happen apart from the fact that LG will have 1 loyal customer less apart from other measures that I may decide to pursue. If LG decides to stand by its pathetic policy then I request to please provide the same to me in written.

                                        Dear Sir, I am P.Vigneswaran, Chennai ([protected]). The issue is FRC cable bitten by Rat in my LG Front load washing machine. I called up the customer care and logged the complaint. The service guy came home and checked the machine and told that the issue is to replace the PCB. He told that there is no repair for the PCB and hence the PCB have to be replaced for a price of around 3000/-. My expectation was that the service guy will re crimping the FRC cables and the issue will be fixed. And this is the action. It was a surprise for me to replace the PCB. Its pathetic that after spending 29000 for a washing machine, I need to spend another 3000 with in 4 years for a minor issue.. I would like to bring into the notice of the authorities and people about the poor quality of the service engineer in LG washing machine and how much the customers are being cheated after spending their money on products like this.
