I, R. K. M. Srivastava, resident of D-15, Ashiyana Nagar Phase-II, Ram Nagari, Patna-25, purchased a LED, TV of L.G. Electronic make, which become faulty after two years. A complaint was registered on toll free L.G. Electronic with Complaint No. RNA[protected] on 11.12.2015. I requested for repairing of faulty part and is agree to pay the cost of repairing if the faulty component is not under warranty but the service centre of LG electronic is not repairing my faulty LED TV. I repeatedly requested to customer care centre of L.G. Electronics for repair of my T.V. but it appears that my request for repairing of my LED, T.V. is of no use for them. It is requested for early repair of my LED, TV of aforesaid model.

    Hi, I have brought a mobile on 14/06/2015 to LG G4 worth Rs.48000/- that time i get a problem on that mobile again i got a Re-purchase Letter (which is buy any brand mobile to Poorvika any branch ) from LG service center. Again i brought new LG G4 with your staff suggestion on 18/06/2015 that day its self mobile working better but unfortunately mobile got a problem to shutdown i contact LG service center on 21/12/2015 that day they told me it problem on mother board so you have to wait on 30/12/2015 we will provide Re-purchase Letter (which is buy any brand mobile to Poorvika any branch ) then i got letter on the same day. Again i visit your poorvika branch to kumanan chavadi which is near to my work station place . their people give better respect to me, i told my issue then they told me " we have to verify higher manager then only we can help you sir " then i decide two module to that budget told their people they said once "we got a approval then we came and deliver your home sir" ( LG - G4 and Samsung J2 with that budget ) after they get a approval and they are delivered those model mobiles. again i get a problem on (LG - G4) to Wi Fi and Bluetooth I am informed (01/01/2016) your people they told me "sir today LG service center on Leave so wait till monday" then i said ok, but today 02/01/2016 i get a call from your poorvika staff (Mobile No.[protected]) they are verified me this purchase, i am Informed my purchase details and problem he is told me you have to visit nearest LG service center they give the service again i told why i have to go for this i cant visit your people need serve this he said ok sir" same day evening two people came to my home they ask all my purchased mobile with boxes and bills, I said "why should i have to give you, J2 mobile i given gift to my spouse on other mobile LG-G4 only problem if replace or refund my money" then they are told sorry sir you have to visit last your purchase branch only to brought a new mobiles and return the mobiles, this is the way your people are serving me, I need a solution on that and new mobile on the same budget LG (This Message share to LG customer care and consumer complaint)

      I purchased a LG washing machine which started some trouble recently. when I raised a complaint after couple of weeks one service guy came and said your motor need to be replaced. Then In waited a week, 2 weeks, no response. Then I called them and enquired. Every time they will give some service center number but no one will pick the phone. hell with your service LG!

        Comp no 90418. Complaint raised on 17/12. One guy from ace machinery services came and said mother board complaint, next day they took the washing machine too. After few days it was returned..but it was just the delivery guy..who knew nothing about it. The machine is still not working. In aa day at least 10 times we call the answer is we are near your house and will be coming. No one has come and checked yet, neither called to tell us what's the pblm..very disappointed and worst service seen so far.to customer care I also told will raise a complaint in consumer forum. To which the reply please do raise. Pls if some is concerned please contact [protected] Muneer

          FRIDGE BUYING DATE : 20.03.12 MODEL:285FEG5 MODEL SL NO: 201PRVK002727 Defect : DOOR HINGE BROKEN FROM BOTTOM Service Request dated 29.12.15 RNA[protected] Service engineer visited on 31st Dec-15 and declared as non repairable defect and advised for door replacement. When contacted to service centre & area manager he suggested for buying a new refrigerator against company's depreciation policy as replacement of part is not possible because company discontinued the production of this model. My fridge has total 5 years of compressor warranty before this warranty expires company has to ensure availability of other working spares of the model. Depreciation policy offered to me is not cost effective & will burden me amounting @ Rs.25000 for the utility which I was having with failed refrigerator please help me out to get it repaired/replaced by LG services. Regards.

            I have made a complaint in 17th Jan 2015 complaint no: RNA[protected] on the non functionality of the oven the service mam came and said that the parts need t be ordered and charged around 250 rs for checkup and later called and mentioned that the part is not available and to check us with the local spares person, whenever i tried reaching they wont pickup the call, and i got a message that part pending re allotted and again i registered the complain on 19th Dec 2015 complain no: RNA[protected], the service man again checked and said that the parts need to ordered and would take time as it is a high end product, they closed the complaint saying the customer cannot be contacted by giving a missed call on my mobile on 27th Dec 2015, i immediately called and complained on the same they registered a new complaint RNA[protected] is given to koteshwar rao he neither called or contacted and i got a message stating the complaint is closed stating discontinued part on 1st Jan 2016, i dont understand if LG high end products are to be trusted or not or they dont have spares for high end products. and to mention the make of the oven is 2012 if they cant have a spare part of a 3 year old high end model is it worth buying LG products Regards, Srikanth

              Dear Sir/ Madam, I had made a purchase of a fridge bearing the model no. LG FRIDGE FF GL M302RPZL APZZEBN GLM302RPZL APZZEBN from the Omega Electronics store in Borivli W, Mumbai on the[protected]. The fridge was delivered on the same day in the evening. The next day when we began operating the fridge, we noticed that the vegetables in the veg compartment had become stony hard (Brinjal) and some like tomatoes had become soft and spoilt. Secondly even those items which were pushed behind would become like ice. The mechanic was called and he altered the temperature and went back stating give it some time it will be okay. The next month the same story follows. The mechanic comes again. In this way listening to the mechanics which were sent by the LG company we continued for 6 months, thinking since it is a branded company, probably we give it time. Then on the 29th of December, we went personally and spoke to the concerned person in Omega stores- Ms Bella and she reassured us that a mechanic will be sent immediately, and also added that the piece cannot be exchanged. The mechanic (Mr. Raj) came and then he says there is some lose connection in the REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT TEMPERATURE CONTROL- AS THE FUNCTIONING WAS ERRATIC and conveniently taped it with paper tapes WITHOUT EXPLAINING TO US WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. This is absolutely unprofessional. Though we raised our voices and told him that this is a defective piece since we ARE FACING THIS PROBLEM SINCE DAY 1, HE JUST PASSED IT OFF SAYING THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM THIS HAPPENS AND INFORM ME AFTER 3-4 DAYS. How can the temperature control system fail in a new fridge, the only way I see it, is that the piece is defective. How can the management be so negligent. I, the consumer is at a loss, firstly I lost financially with the food items getting spoilt and now the main part in the fridge is stuck with paper tapes and thermocol to fill in the gap. Mind you this is a brand new fridge. I am really unsatisfied with the branded LG product and moreover with your services. You cannot fool the consumer. This will continue till the time the warranty period is over and then I will again have to pay for the part or for the repair. Why do I need to face the brunt of the defective fridge after paying 25, 000/- ALREADY FOR THE FRIDGE? Either refund me the money back as I am not going to tolerate a defective piece, or kindly exchange the fridge and deliver a new piece. I want the company to look into the matter at the earliest and take the necessary action. If not I will forward this to the higher authorities. I look forward to the reply. Rgds, Mr. Francis Moraes

                  On 23rd August we had raised complaint of sparking in our LG microwave oven. Refer. RNA[protected] Service Engineer had visited twice and recommended to replace the cavity and the estimate of repairs was given as @ 2000 Rs. We have then agreed to get the repairs done. On 30th September we got mail from Mr. Pravin Thakare about pictures of damage and also the estimate of 5317 Rs. In none of the visits by service engineer, damage or burning of door was mentioned. There was no documentation done for the service visits, problems identified and the recommendations. This is a normal practice to make visit report and get a sign of consumer. We had requested for service report but it was not given. The microwave was intentionally damaged for excess repairs cost from consumers. Door and cavity are badly damaged and we are left with no choice but to scrap the microwave. We are looking forward for support from you. The said microwave is kept in as received condition including the stain marks crated by service personnel.

                      I purchased an LG microwave oven having model no: MJ3283CG.DDRQEIL and serial no.: 509NMXH007274 on 27th December 2015.The invoice no. SPLAZA-01086 dated[protected] in favour of me, Nitin Patel is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. We called the LG technical person, Mr.Pradeep (Mobile no. [protected]) on 30th December 2015, evening hours, for the DEMO of the product. I was not at home, as he was out of town then. Mr.Pradeep explained to my wife and son various aspects of DEMO. He insisted upon us to buy the extended warranty, which we were not willing to take. Engineer Pradeep told us that if we take Extended Warranty at the time of AMC we get additional discount of 20%. After much persuasion, I agreed somehow on the phone for one year extended warranty @ Rs.1100/. He misrepresented the warranty details to my wife and deceived us and took Rs.4758/- in cash, against 3 years warranty, which was not at all required by us. But on 30th December 2015 at around 7 PM, I got a message on my mobile phone that the warranty is valid for 3 years. Also, the message I received had my surname spelled incorrectly, and incorrect amount paid (Rs. 4759 vs Rs. 4758) . I immediately contacted the LG customer care as soon as I received my message to cancel my Extended Warranty, to which they replied once a message has been received by the customer, the contract cannot be cancelled and abruptly ended the call. I haven't received my invoice till now, yet how can LG refuse to cancel my contract. I feel cheated due to misrepresentation of facts and callous and harsh attitude of customer care representatives towards me earnestly advise you to cancel the extended warranty and arrange to refund the amount Rs 4758 at the earliest, failing which I will be compelled to initiate appropriate Legal action, for which all costs and consequences shall be borne by you.

                        I was loyal to LG brand, all my households are LG but disappointed. During last two years only I purchased about 1 lakh worth of LG products. My LED TV purchased in Jan 2014 @ Rs.27000 was out of order. My complaint # RNA[protected]. LG gave estimate of Rs.15, 000 for less than 2 years old TV. As LG had 50% concession campaign in Chennai, I requested to extend concessional spare parts rate but they did not agree. The concession was only in News for their advertisement purpose. I sent many messages and contacted customer care but LG did not resolve the issue. Each time I contacted them, they gave their manager's number who cannot do anything. Instead of investing another Rs.15, 000 within two years of purchasing the LG LED TV, I am scrapping the TV as LG's estimate for repair is almost equal to new 32" LTD TV rate.

                          Purchased LG LCD which cost me 34000/- in NOVEMBER, 2009. I registered complaint(RNA[protected] DATED 12/12/15 that LCD is not working but company is not repairing it by saying that particular part is Discontinued by company & closed the service request. Please arrange part & repair my LCD because not a spend long time to purchase LCD only 6 years. if company not provide parts in less than 10 years customer why purchase Branded product & spend in high cost. Till date I have not received any solutioN after calling all heads in jaipur. Please look into this matter & repair my LCD immediately...

                            Little over a month back my LG 55" LED TV did not come one.I raised a complaint online through your customer support site.Some one from Zentech Service contacted me and said they were the authorized service centre.They said my power circuit board was spoilt and that they would repair it.The charged me Rs 11500 for it.Overnight the same problem occurred and they took back the TV.They said they would put a new power circuit board.They would never give me a feedback on the progress and I had to make frequent calls to enquire about the status.Yesterday they told me everything was fine and said they would send me the TV at 8.30 pm.They did not.Today when I called them they said it cannot be repaired and that they would send back the TV by next Monday.Is this the way LG handles customers?An official LG service centre does not know what the problem is and how to repair it?I am very disappointed in LG as a brand if this is how service is handled.Please escalate this matter to the highest authority and let me know what I should do.                                 I was very happy customer of lg for quite a long time. Have an LG manufactured TV washing machine and coupe of mobiles. Until now was looking for other hope appliances. Had an issue on Nov 10, 2015 with my 42LG6500 3D TV which was bought during last quarter of 2012. Registered complaint with the customer care -RNA[protected]. Customer Care executive arrived on nov12, 2015 informed that there is an issue with the board and that needs to be replaced. But later informed that the board is not being manufactured any more and there is no stock with them(within just 3years from the date of purchase). As an alternative customer care executive informed that the company will take the old device and provide an amount after calculating the depreciation which can be utilised for purchasing another TV from LG themselves. And collected all the necessary document for this process. After two weeks due to consecutive calls we made to customer care we were provided am update that the amount that will be provided for purchasing new device will only be 29% for the old TV that was bought for almost 1, 00, 000 Rs. Also the new TV should be purchased only from lg customer care which they are selling at higher prices compared to what I get from other retailer shops. Till date there is no proper response or updates on the complaint. Each and everytime a new number is provided to be called but the person never picks up the phone. This is really disappointing and frustrating. Now I don't believe in lg TVs anymore as they can't even promise service for 5 years that really makes me question the credibility of the company. Even today I have to call these so called customer care executives daily to know the status, but these is never a proper update. This is really frustrating, now I will always be afraid about choosing or suggesting a LG product in the future. Looking forward for a positive reply on this issue.

                                  I'm one of the favourite customers of LG products. Especially mobile phones from G2 to G4. Im from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I have purchased G4 on 30th June 2015. It was doing well until it got turned off automatically on 18th of this month. I took my mobile to service center in Vadapalani and i was shocked by their reply. I was said that the phone has some software issue and it cannot be resolved. So the only way is to change the entire board. I was just like hitting me heavily. How could this happen and wat if the problem repeats again? Im a businessman and i have faced a loss of 2.5 lakhs due to this issue. How can a giant concern like LG can be so irresponsible? I'm done with this issue. I can't take risk anymore. I had a passion over LG brands and i was extremely satisfied with G2 and G3, but this G4 is a total failure. I'm looking forward for a replacement and i dont want to use my mobile with a new Motherboard. LGEIL Chennai direct service. Job No.RNA[protected]. After sending the above complaint, i received mail from LG to contact Area Service head and Sales head. I met them both, but they r very adament that they can replace only with new motherboard. I bought the mobile for Rs.50000. I cant use it again with a other board. I surely want a replacement .

                                    RNA[protected], This is complaint i registered on Dec 14.. after 3 days service eng came and checked that part is not suitable for your tv. we will order and get the parts.. then he confirmed we got your part will coming today or tomorrow like that he said.. like this one week to 10 days gone.. daily he is telling the same reason coming today coming today.. but no response.. Customer care also very worst response.. no one escalating the issue.. at last they are telling again we have order your part wait for next two days.. i dont know after two day also issue get resolved...very very bad option and worst response . pls resolve the issue as soon as possible... thats it

                                      I had the worst experience with LG, we bought a Fridge 3 years ago and since we bought it the temperature was needs adjusting as the fruits and vegetables will be frozen or the their bags will be full of water though we change them every 2 days, we complained several times during the warrant period but no action what's so ever was taking, after the warranty expired some came to check on the fridge based on our request almost 2 months back and we were informed that it needs a spare part, we agreed that they will call to give us the cost but nobody contact us, I called several times the customer services number 80054 but no action was taken from the maintenance department, so I thank god that I did not purchase your air-condition in Jordan last summer and I bought another brand, and I'm sure that this complaint will not be investigated or any action will be taken

                                        My LG washing machine was repaired with pcb problem on 11aug 2015 & I was charged appx Rs 5000/, paid in cash & no receipt given, unfortunately I faced the same problem this month on 20th Dec after complaining I was being told that it has the same pcb problem & since last 6 days they are claiming to take an approval of free replacement as it has been replaced just 4 months back. Sorry to say one mr prashant patil DC is constantly avoiding my calls or having lame excuses, today, tomorrow, 1 or 2 hour later waiting for approval from higher authorities very sad I hv waited six days hv I done a mistake getting my washing machine serviced from the company please be kind to act on my complaint immediately or I hv to post all this on social media. Helpless & dejected customer Thanks

                                        My LG washing machine was repaired with PCB problem on 11 Aug 2015 & I was charged appx Rs 4800/paid in cash & no receipt given unfortunately I faced the same problem this month on 20th Dec after complaining I was being told that it has the same PCB problem & since last 8 days they are claiming to take an approval of free replacement as it has been replaced just 4 months back.


                                        Sorry to say one Mr Prashant Patil DC is constantly avoiding my calls or giving lame excuses today tomorrow 1 or 2 hour later waiting for approval from higher authorities & now a new supervisor Mr Sohaib has come into the picture & he says he has been given the details today he will take around a week for this issue to sort this issue.

                                        Very sad I am made to run from pillar to post like a government BMC department I must had called more than 100 times to these three people Mr Prashant Patil, Mr Sohaib& Mr Mohd Ashraf but it seems there is no end to the solution I have waited 8 days have I done a mistake getting my washing machine serviced from the company please be kind to act on my complaint immediately or I have to post all this on social media & maybe legal if required so.
