Namaste, I am not sure if this is going to help but I thought I would try this route. My endeavor started with LG with a mobile phone. That phone worked for one year and failed. Within one year, I had to repair it once. Interim, I purchased, Microwave, Refrigerator, and Washing M/C. My refrigerator and washing machine is down. Refrigerator is down for last one month and LG customer care hardly care about it. Two times two specialist came but couldn't repair it. Now I am waiting for the parts for last one week. I had talked to customer care many times and every time they have registered my complaint on priority basis. I need to understand what priority means for LG. Then I talked to Ms. Sarika Bhosle in Pune. I had Mr. Pravin first time and then Mr. Anil second time to fix it. Mr. Pravin didn't even bother to take our calls afterwards and Mr. Anil showed his helplessness to get the parts and fixed the refrigerator. Life is certainly not Good. Appliance from LG suks.

    Dear sir, I had bought a single door fridge from lg showroom which is at perundurai road, erode...right from 1st month continuously i am facing problem...lot of times i had lodged a complaint regarding the problem but every time some or the other representative comes to my place gives all nonsense suggestions which are intolerable ...your people suggests please don't keep fruits due to this the foul smell can come...cooling effect is very low...my things in the fridge gets damaged very fast...many we had complained to send a experienced technical staff one who can solve my problem...really i am just fed up with the fridge and all stupid excuses o[censored] r reprentatives...even today i had lodged a complain with the lg customer care but as of now the service reprentative has not turned up...this is last time i am gonna tolerate u r representative if he doesnt solve my problem then my nexr step would be very serious ...i.e will register a complain to consumer court and then its gonna be legal... Product Name: Home Appliances Category: Refrigerators Model Number: GL-B292SGSM Serial Number: 510NRHY0757601 Purchase Date: 25, Nov 2015 Vender Name: Poonam Electronics Vender Location: Valsad, Gujarat Let me know how and where i can get written warranty of 1+9 year on my specific refrigerator model. Vender is not giving written bill/documents for 1+9 year warranty on purchased/specific model. There is no information/details on LG product owners manual for 1+9 year warranty on purchased/specific model. In that case, Customer/I have no any documents to claim warranty in future. Please provide me warranty proof for same.

            bought LG dishasher in Aug 2014. Earlier I was using IFB for many years. Since the last one year the Dishwasher has been giving continuous trouble. The cleaning is poor, the water does not heat up, there is no drying etc. etc. The dishwasher was taken to the workshop by your staff on the 18th nov, after they could not repair it from a complaint opened on the 13th November against complaint no RNA[protected]. Still the dishwasher is not working properly. Your area incharge Rahul is evasive and is not able to provide a solution. HOW CAN THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCT BE SO BAD.

              I have a LG make Micro Wave Oven, Mod- MC7649DW, Price-Rs.9300 is got faulty. I had launch a complain in LG Customer Care(Customer Care No.[protected], Complain No.[protected] on 21st November 2015. They attend the problem same day. After verifying the Micro Wave Oven by LG Technicians they told one of the Micro Wave Oven part is got faulty and that part is absolute from LG stores.So they suggest you dump your Micro Wave Oven. Their concern person MR. Arka Ghosh suggest me the below said options. Now we have two solution which we can offer: Option-1: As per our depreciation policy we can refund 15% of purchase value.(considering date of purchase) Rs.9300*15% = 1395/- Option-2: You can take new MWO of LG from us & we will deduct this value from new Dealer price.(DP) Also we can offer some discount in new Dealer price (prior to Top Management approval) as you are a valuable customer for us. Now Why i take lose of RS. 9300 for small faulty part and also they could not told me beginning when i got that Micro wave from LG showroom that after 5 years if there is any fault in your micro wave there is no faulty part available with us and you should be replaced or by back with other equipment from LG.

                Dear All I bring to your kind notice that i purchased LG washing machine, top loading, automatic, Model No. WM WFT8519QL through ACE Electronics, Unit No. 225, The Great India Mall, Sec 38A, Noida-201301 through invoice No. 1136 dated 22 July 2012. My warranty for three years expired and i approached you for another two years warranty which was rejected by LG on the ground of the condition that the machine is 2 years old so already 5 years complete and the warranty can not be awarded if the tenure exceeds 5 years. It was never communicated to us that machine is 2010 made otherwise we never purchased 2 years old machine. and the above 5 year rule if existed to be told to us prior purchase. I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the functioning of LG and their authorised retail shops that they are selling 2 year old property to the customers and the machine has started disfunctioning on a very high scale due to reason of machine is too old. 1. I want to ask why you, a company of repute, did this fraud and cheating with me 2. My purchase period is three years only, what is my fault, why i cannot be given two years extended warranty. Request you to please address the above issues at the earliest and properly compensate me before letting me forced to go legal and start communicating on various portals. Mohd.                 No call from LG personnel.

                Now i regret to inform myself that iam a loyal customer of LG as I have refrigerator, AC and colour television from LG.

                AC also was not properly working, sold TV all bcoz of bad performance.

                What they did in case of Washing Machine amounts to a cheating. So LG should address all these issues.

                  Hello Guys, I recently purchased LG G4(FLAGSHIP DEVICE) after watching a lot of reviews where everybody was saying it is a very good phone. No doubt on paper the specs are very good and so I also bought the device. I bought it on 1st november from their authorized retailer. I worked fined for 5 DAYS and after that . 1. Started to lag(that too when bare minimum apps were running on device) 2. Images clicked by camera started to disappear. 3. Further. the camera started to split in two halves. 4. The entire screen started to split in two halves vertically. 5 And finally the device refused to even boot and was dead. I approached service center and now the their PATHETIC service - they say we will repair the device. Guys DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. LG has a very bad customer service. Whenever I try to get an update they say our manager is on leave or we have received any email from our supervisor. They are WORST in CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.                     I had purchased a Nexus 5 mobile in July 2014. 3 weeks back, the phone stopped working and would automatically switch on and get off repeatedly. I took the phone to the LG mobile service center in Kolkata - Suva Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. on 7th Nov and after initial checking, was told that the issue is most likely with the power button, which should become ok if the button is replaced. Since they did not have the button, I was told that the button would be received in 3-4 days and then my phone would be returned. It has been 18 days now and every time I keep on repeatedly calling them, I am told that they have still not received the button and I would get my phone in the next 2-3 days. This has got extremely frustrating for me now as I am facing a lot of problems in my professional life without a proper working phone. Was definitely not expecting this sort of service from a company that claims to be the best in the industry! Urgent help required...

                      We purchased 32inch LCD LG on 29/11/2009 with product details given below.
                      Model number: 32LH35FRCTR Serial number: 910LTFJ002683
                      Last week we had problem with LCD (Only sound with no Picture) and lodged complaint with customer support dated 21/11/2015 (Ref: RNA[protected] and the technician named Brijpal visited our place.

                      I was surprised and shocked with the response from your technician regarding the problem. Initially we were told that some part is damaged and he will arrange for the same but after couple of days we were told that part cannot be arranged since the model has been discontinued and you have replace your LCD with the new one.

                      It is really surprising that with the brand like LG, how one can expect such response. Infact we bought LCD for Rs 30000.00 keeping in mind the reputation of LG and how can you expect that we will simply replace it with none of our fault. In case you have discontinued the product so you should atleast keep the spares in your inventory or provide replacement and charge the cost of the spare. How can you expect customer to suffer just because of your technology advancements. It’s not just Rs 100 or 200 but its question of Rs 30000.00. We never faced such issues with any other brand in the past. This is something you have to take care with utmost sincerity and you cannot simply give such response of replacing LCD and getting out of the situation. I am really hurt and don’t want to suffer just because of your inventory problems. Kindly look into this issue and advice appropriate solution since i am not interested to replace the set just because of the conditions that is no way concerned to me. This excuse cannot be expected with the big brand like LG since you spend crores in advertisement and you don’t keep the spares for the product that gets 6 year old. It’s really pathetic for a brand like LG? I am looking forward to early solution from your end.

                        The control panel of two year old microwave oven product with extended warranty is not working . Technical support person took the pannel three months back for replacementrof the same. Now since the spare is not availableavailable theythey want to replacereplace the oven with depreciation as it was in anc. What is the annual depreciation for twotwo year old product.

                          Hi, There are several instances (approx 4-5 times) in a gap of few months when the service person confirmed that its an issue with the magnetron and hence magnetron has been replaced due to non-heating. Last time when it was replaced i.e. the 4th time, the service person said there won't be any issue. It was working for 1 week after which I was outstation for a couple of months. Now when am back to Bangalore and started using the microwave oven, after 15 days, the same issue has occurred i.e. non-heating. In 1 year magnetron has been replaced 5 times which highlights that either defective products are been installed or the service person is highly inefficient. They are only interested in charging for the product & service tax. As discussed with the LG service person, the issue is once again with the magnetron. Instead of replacing the magnetron free of cost without any further service charges, and apologizing for the mistake from the LG Customer service person, the issue was closed. Am not going to pay for the negligence of the service person who has replaced the magnetron 4-5 times. In fact, I would demand a return of the service tax paid so far.

                          The issue has been raised for so long, but there is no update from LG support team yet. Its really frustrating to see such a negligence & irresponsibility from one of the trusted brands in India.

                            We had purchased a washing machine in 2008 that had a 5 year warranty. A couple of weeks ago, the washing machine stopped working and we had called customer care for an enquirer. An individual in charge visited our home and said that one part(the display panel) was not functional and by replacing it, the machine would work again. We asked him to do the same and we would bear the costs but we were informed that the particular part was not manufactured anymore. We called customer care and were transferred 3-4 times to higher-ups after which the manager of some sort rudely told us there was nothing that could be done.

                              Hi I have always been a loyal customer towards LG products and am currently using several of its products. I had purchased 3d tv 42LW5700 3 years back with an expectation of firm product quality service. This expectation could not last long as my TV, which has not even completed 4000 hours on record, has fragmented lines on the display. While purchasing the product I was assured of average 20, 000 hours lifespan of this TV. Not to mention the fact that I have spent a whopping INR 86K for purchasing this product and now it is of 0 value to me. After contacting the service centre my worries were elevated as they gave me a quotation of INR 40K for the screen and service. I feel cheated at the moment with this ruthless response from LG service team. If this is the product quality being served to the most loyal customers, it is not worth. As of now I want my TV problem to be rectified earliest possible else I shall be most willing to approach consumer forum for the same. S.Wajid

                                I bought this LG AC in 2010 for Rs. 18990 and I have opted for AMC. My current AMC is valid till 10th April 2017. Two weeks Back my AC cooling was not proper and I raised a service request. To my Horror i have been told by the service people of LG that the Condenser of the AC needs to be replaced and there is no spare parts available for my model. The service people told me that they will provide me around Rs 6400. and i will be forced to bye another LG AC minus Rs. 6400 and they will not give this Rs . 6400 in cash or check to buy another AC of different brand. I have paid around Rs. 15500 till now for the AMC so for in the last five years. I feel cheated. Also with little more money above the Rs. 15500 i could have bought another Brand new AC. AMC offered by companies like LG is just a way of looting the people and not providing proper service. I sincerely recommend people not to buy AMC for any of their electric goods in india since it is useless and waste of your money.

                                  Dear LG Team, With a remarkable pathetic quality of products and service, on what moral grounds has LG started campaign of OUR INNOVATION YOUR TRUST? Trust, that LG will siphon your hard earned money once you own one of its products. THANK YOU. I committed a mistake in July 2013 of owning a LG Refrigerator (Model No - GL-278PNG4.APGZEBN) and I am indeed sorry for it. I never knew LG would make me pay for my mistake so severely. They say “Experience is the hardest kind of teacher” and LG made sure people like me who get carried away by brands need to be reprimanded in a similar manner. I learnt that the life of LG refrigerator is 2 years (I wonder they call it consumer DURABLE) and quality of service is unquestionable. The refrigerator I bought worked well (or at least appeared to) for exactly 2 years (I believe that’s the exact time extended warranty is valid). I realised one day that it is not cooling well. I complained to customer care (Complain No - RNA[protected] and they were very courteous to attend my complain. LG technicians came over and with just a look at fridge they said that filter is not functioning well and gas has leaked away. When I asked reason for the same they told me that the company fitted filters are screw fitted and hence this happens, we are now going to weld the new filter which will take care of the issue. Not having much technical knowledge about the fridge, I just agreed on what they explained to me and paid the amount they asked. I am attaching below the condition of the fridge, the faulty filter and job sheet of the job done. Exactly after 4 months, my refrigerator developed similar problem. When the technician came back and opened the fridge, the fridge was exactly in the same conditions as it was 4 months back (Complain No. RNA[protected] They just had a cursory look and said that the leak must be form somewhere else and it will need to be sent back to service centre for identification. I wondered that 4months back when exactly similar problem occurred they were very confident in telling me that it was from screw of filter and now they are simply expressing their incapability to understand the problem. Unapologetic and unsympathetic, they simply told me that you will have to bear all the transportation charges and cost of repairs thereafter. Frustrated by their attitude, when I asked them to connect me to their senior, they connected me to PAWAN ARYA, Service Head Delhi. Mr. Pawan was hardly concerned over the quality of the product or the service and was inclined towards payments of charges. Instead of expressing concern to the repeated problems I am facing, he simple told me “Electronics hai, fault to kabhi bhi ho sakta hai (It’s an electronic item, can be faulty anytime)”. I realised then that whether you buy a local electronic item or a well dressed brand like LG, once you own them they all are the same, then why consumers are made to pay so much more for a brand. To add on, when I wrote ‘dissatisfied’, which I am, in comment section of the job sheet, they simply told me how will they carry on the further procedure of taking the fridge to Service centre if I am expressing my dissatisfaction. I must applaud the business strategy of LG of making money out of existing customers. What better way than giving faulty service and re-services. And the simple statement with a smile will remain that “Sir it is an electronic item, can develop fault anytime”. With no clear applicable warranty over service they can twist the company policies as per their likes as the invoice doesn’t mention any service warranty. I was earlier told the service warranty is for six months and now they say the company policy is 3 months but nothing is mentioned nowhere. I earlier had a misconception that one must buy consumer brands with robust after-sales services, but, my recent experience speaks otherwise.                                     Dear LG, I was puchased as said washing machine FA8068NDP on 29/10/2012, upto last week run without any issues after that we have faced motor not running problem. After that the same has been complaint registered and customer service person was came inspected and informed that due to mother failure the problem was caused.Also they told that the replacing product cost will be Rs.6000. Actually in my home all my home appliance are LG products only like AC, Fridge&TV since five years but not even any problem faced except this washing machine. Infact my friends was told me that dont buy LG washing macine and go with IFB, but i was belived your product only till now. Also the reaparing cost also very high, hence i request you to pl consider my mail and do the needful with FOC or atleast minimum charge which is very helping us pl. Expecting your positive reply.                                       Very dissatisfied and dissapointed for having purchased a lg led tv, some major problem within months of purchase, service people not responding properly, more than 4 days, the problem as not been attended yet. i think i chose the wrong brand and made a mistake. kindly repair the tv asap, or replace with a new one because i will constantly feel bad whenever i see the repaired television. and moreover there is no direct no to compain and some call centre guy is attending the call and responding insanely. LG has given direct email id to pres and media to communicate regarding advertisement, corporate communication etc, but does not even provide an email id to hear customers problem. Vishnu [protected]
