I purchased an LG microwave oven having model no: MJ3283CG.DDRQEIL and serial no.: 509NMXH007274 on 27th December 2015.The invoice no. SPLAZA-01086 dated[protected] in favour of me, Nitin Patel is enclosed herewith for your ready reference. We called the LG technical person, Mr.Pradeep (Mobile no. [protected]) on 30th December 2015, evening hours, for the DEMO of the product. I was not at home, as he was out of town then. Mr.Pradeep explained to my wife and son various aspects of DEMO. He insisted upon us to buy the extended warranty, which we were not willing to take. Engineer Pradeep told us that if we take Extended Warranty at the time of AMC we get additional discount of 20%. After much persuasion, I agreed somehow on the phone for one year extended warranty @ Rs.1100/. He misrepresented the warranty details to my wife and deceived us and took Rs.4758/- in cash, against 3 years warranty, which was not at all required by us. But on 30th December 2015 at around 7 PM, I got a message on my mobile phone that the warranty is valid for 3 years. Also, the message I received had my surname spelled incorrectly, and incorrect amount paid (Rs. 4759 vs Rs. 4758) . I immediately contacted the LG customer care as soon as I received my message to cancel my Extended Warranty, to which they replied once a message has been received by the customer, the contract cannot be cancelled and abruptly ended the call. I haven't received my invoice till now, yet how can LG refuse to cancel my contract. I feel cheated due to misrepresentation of facts and callous and harsh attitude of customer care representatives towards me earnestly advise you to cancel the extended warranty and arrange to refund the amount Rs 4758 at the earliest, failing which I will be compelled to initiate appropriate Legal action, for which all costs and consequences shall be borne by you.

    I was loyal to LG brand, all my households are LG but disappointed. During last two years only I purchased about 1 lakh worth of LG products. My LED TV purchased in Jan 2014 @ Rs.27000 was out of order. My complaint # RNA[protected]. LG gave estimate of Rs.15, 000 for less than 2 years old TV. As LG had 50% concession campaign in Chennai, I requested to extend concessional spare parts rate but they did not agree. The concession was only in News for their advertisement purpose. I sent many messages and contacted customer care but LG did not resolve the issue. Each time I contacted them, they gave their manager's number who cannot do anything. Instead of investing another Rs.15, 000 within two years of purchasing the LG LED TV, I am scrapping the TV as LG's estimate for repair is almost equal to new 32" LTD TV rate.

      Purchased LG LCD which cost me 34000/- in NOVEMBER, 2009. I registered complaint(RNA[protected] DATED 12/12/15 that LCD is not working but company is not repairing it by saying that particular part is Discontinued by company & closed the service request. Please arrange part & repair my LCD because not a spend long time to purchase LCD only 6 years. if company not provide parts in less than 10 years customer why purchase Branded product & spend in high cost. Till date I have not received any solutioN after calling all heads in jaipur. Please look into this matter & repair my LCD immediately...

        Little over a month back my LG 55" LED TV did not come one.I raised a complaint online through your customer support site.Some one from Zentech Service contacted me and said they were the authorized service centre.They said my power circuit board was spoilt and that they would repair it.The charged me Rs 11500 for it.Overnight the same problem occurred and they took back the TV.They said they would put a new power circuit board.They would never give me a feedback on the progress and I had to make frequent calls to enquire about the status.Yesterday they told me everything was fine and said they would send me the TV at 8.30 pm.They did not.Today when I called them they said it cannot be repaired and that they would send back the TV by next Monday.Is this the way LG handles customers?An official LG service centre does not know what the problem is and how to repair it?I am very disappointed in LG as a brand if this is how service is handled.Please escalate this matter to the highest authority and let me know what I should do.             I was very happy customer of lg for quite a long time. Have an LG manufactured TV washing machine and coupe of mobiles. Until now was looking for other hope appliances. Had an issue on Nov 10, 2015 with my 42LG6500 3D TV which was bought during last quarter of 2012. Registered complaint with the customer care -RNA[protected]. Customer Care executive arrived on nov12, 2015 informed that there is an issue with the board and that needs to be replaced. But later informed that the board is not being manufactured any more and there is no stock with them(within just 3years from the date of purchase). As an alternative customer care executive informed that the company will take the old device and provide an amount after calculating the depreciation which can be utilised for purchasing another TV from LG themselves. And collected all the necessary document for this process. After two weeks due to consecutive calls we made to customer care we were provided am update that the amount that will be provided for purchasing new device will only be 29% for the old TV that was bought for almost 1, 00, 000 Rs. Also the new TV should be purchased only from lg customer care which they are selling at higher prices compared to what I get from other retailer shops. Till date there is no proper response or updates on the complaint. Each and everytime a new number is provided to be called but the person never picks up the phone. This is really disappointing and frustrating. Now I don't believe in lg TVs anymore as they can't even promise service for 5 years that really makes me question the credibility of the company. Even today I have to call these so called customer care executives daily to know the status, but these is never a proper update. This is really frustrating, now I will always be afraid about choosing or suggesting a LG product in the future. Looking forward for a positive reply on this issue.

              I'm one of the favourite customers of LG products. Especially mobile phones from G2 to G4. Im from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I have purchased G4 on 30th June 2015. It was doing well until it got turned off automatically on 18th of this month. I took my mobile to service center in Vadapalani and i was shocked by their reply. I was said that the phone has some software issue and it cannot be resolved. So the only way is to change the entire board. I was just like hitting me heavily. How could this happen and wat if the problem repeats again? Im a businessman and i have faced a loss of 2.5 lakhs due to this issue. How can a giant concern like LG can be so irresponsible? I'm done with this issue. I can't take risk anymore. I had a passion over LG brands and i was extremely satisfied with G2 and G3, but this G4 is a total failure. I'm looking forward for a replacement and i dont want to use my mobile with a new Motherboard. LGEIL Chennai direct service. Job No.RNA[protected]. After sending the above complaint, i received mail from LG to contact Area Service head and Sales head. I met them both, but they r very adament that they can replace only with new motherboard. I bought the mobile for Rs.50000. I cant use it again with a other board. I surely want a replacement .

                RNA[protected], This is complaint i registered on Dec 14.. after 3 days service eng came and checked that part is not suitable for your tv. we will order and get the parts.. then he confirmed we got your part will coming today or tomorrow like that he said.. like this one week to 10 days gone.. daily he is telling the same reason coming today coming today.. but no response.. Customer care also very worst response.. no one escalating the issue.. at last they are telling again we have order your part wait for next two days.. i dont know after two day also issue get resolved...very very bad option and worst response . pls resolve the issue as soon as possible... thats it

                  I had the worst experience with LG, we bought a Fridge 3 years ago and since we bought it the temperature was needs adjusting as the fruits and vegetables will be frozen or the their bags will be full of water though we change them every 2 days, we complained several times during the warrant period but no action what's so ever was taking, after the warranty expired some came to check on the fridge based on our request almost 2 months back and we were informed that it needs a spare part, we agreed that they will call to give us the cost but nobody contact us, I called several times the customer services number 80054 but no action was taken from the maintenance department, so I thank god that I did not purchase your air-condition in Jordan last summer and I bought another brand, and I'm sure that this complaint will not be investigated or any action will be taken

                    My LG washing machine was repaired with pcb problem on 11aug 2015 & I was charged appx Rs 5000/, paid in cash & no receipt given, unfortunately I faced the same problem this month on 20th Dec after complaining I was being told that it has the same pcb problem & since last 6 days they are claiming to take an approval of free replacement as it has been replaced just 4 months back. Sorry to say one mr prashant patil DC is constantly avoiding my calls or having lame excuses, today, tomorrow, 1 or 2 hour later waiting for approval from higher authorities very sad I hv waited six days hv I done a mistake getting my washing machine serviced from the company please be kind to act on my complaint immediately or I hv to post all this on social media.                     My LG washing machine was repaired with PCB problem on 11 Aug 2015 & I was charged appx Rs 4800/paid in cash & no receipt given unfortunately I faced the same problem this month on 20th Dec after complaining I was being told that it has the same PCB problem & since last 8 days they are claiming to take an approval of free replacement as it has been replaced just 4 months back.


                    Sorry to say one Mr Prashant Patil DC is constantly avoiding my calls or giving lame excuses today tomorrow 1 or 2 hour later waiting for approval from higher authorities & now a new supervisor Mr Sohaib has come into the picture & he says he has been given the details today he will take around a week for this issue to sort this issue.

                    Very sad I am made to run from pillar to post like a government BMC department I must had called more than 100 times to these three people Mr Prashant Patil, Mr Sohaib& Mr Mohd Ashraf but it seems there is no end to the solution I have waited 8 days have I done a mistake getting my washing machine serviced from the company please be kind to act on my complaint immediately or I have to post all this on social media & maybe legal if required so.

                      My air conditioner did not work for 2 months after installation. LG did nothing. Now I registered a service #RNA[protected]. No action either. Everything I call customer care they give me a new managers number to call. Is that how you handle customer service. I've contacted Dhananjay Kumar and Ruchi Kumari who are your managers but they have not even cared to call back. My worst experience with any company. Real shameful. And their website for escalations does not work. That should tell you how unethical LG is.

                      I'm really frustrated with LG. After registering complainst for more than a month, a service technician visited on 25-Dec-2015. He took some defective wires for repair and has since not returned to repair my AC. But when I check online it shows that the repair is completed.
                      LG is so BAD at customer service.. which no one can imagine?

                      DISGUSTING... If LG corporate really cares they should stop this cheating operation in India.
                      Please understand that this is the real state of affairs at LG do not purchase any LG product going forward (at least when you have the option of other manufacturers who treat their consumers with respect).

                        I have purchased LG LED TV 42 Inch, with a high money and I feel very sad now. After the completion of just 1 year, I could see 2 back lights visible on the center screen, and its completely manufacture defect and faulty device sold from LG. I have contacted customer care and he has sent a executive to home, after a quick look on screen, he told me it would be a panel issue and it will need to replace and it will cost 75% of the actual price.[Executive charged me RS 280 for just visiting my home and check this :( ] I feel very sad and I never go for any product from LG or suggest this worst Brand to any one. Unfortunately I just purchased a Refrigerator from LG. Worst product I ever seen and completely loss of money, I lost above 50000RS just one year :(

                          I have purchased the subject mobile phone on 5th March 2015 from Ranchi (Jharkhand). The mobile was working fine till July 2015. There was some problem with LCD and charging unit of the mobile and hence was take to LG Service Centre at Nehru Place, New Delhi. They told me that the damage to charging unit and LCD is not warrantable. I argued with Service Centre people that this mobile is under warranty period and then also they are asking money for repairs. They informed that this cannot be done under warranty since the mobile is an obsolete set. I argued that why such set was sold when it became obsolete. However, as I was in urgent need of the mobile, without which I was totally handicapped, I asked them to repair my mobile set. For this they charged me Rs. 1960/-, copy of bill attached. Now the LCD is once again giving problem and for this I visited LG Service Centre at Ranchi and asked them to repair the same under warranty which they refused sighting the reason that LG HQ is not giving permission.

                            I had purchased two led tv of lg in january 2015 from online site flipkart. This product contains 1 year warranty / free demo/ free wall installation upto one year. I took wall installation in febuary last week on one led, for 2nd led i asked lg that can i take it later???? lg replied- its free upto one year, you can take it any time during one year. Now i called them in december 1st week, i was shocked to listen that the online purchase service is chargable. I asked them how can you do it, i mean how you can change the rule for older customer. They said sir we dont know any thing, if you have any issue, mail your complaint via our site. I searched their mail id, but again shocked, there is no mail id any where, the only way to communicate is feed back or call customer care. Still i mailed my query, again shocked i mailed them on 07-12-15, i did not get any reply from there, after one week i called them, they said that mail us again. No one was taking any responsiblity, i said that i need that letter/mail/notification where you have applied this rule. Again no response, even customer care executive has promised me three times about call back. But again its lg, no call back, no sollution, no mail, no response. I have some call recording & mails..

                              Bought LG Fridge Side by Side Door GC B207GLQV October 2014 From Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd Mumbai Malad Link Road West Branch Registered my 1 st complaint within Warranty period to LG Customer Care. Since then They have changed each and every part of my fridge which is a BRAND NEW FRIDGE. But still they didnt figure it out what is the fault. This process took Frustrating almost 2 months but there is no solution. Finally I realized that it is defective pc. and I went back to the store and told them for replacement, Now it has been 3 months and still I have not got the solution. Kohinoor Stores states that it depends on the LG Company and they took there hands away. Mr. Parag Sharma M-[protected] (Area Sales Manager LG) Every day he gives False commitment that tomorrow your fridge will come Tomorrow tomorrow. its been almost 3 months, and still there is no solution. Today also I called them and they say it will be delivered today. This is really frustrating and I have given them Enough time for the solution. Here are the details for the complaints.                                 This is with regards to my 1.5 ton LG split ac which is at LG service center (in Mumbai) for repair since 5th October 2015. Recently, the AC cooling had reduced and on 3rd Oct 2015 I registered a complaint via customer care.(RNA[protected], after inspection the LG technician said that the condenser is damaged, hence there is gas leakage.Further on 5th Oct 2015, the AC reached LG service center and after constant followup from my end, I was informed on 10.10.2015, by Mr. Bhagwan that the part has been ordered and will be available in 2 days.On 12.10.15 I was told that the part is not available hence a copper condenser has to be assembled into the unit via some other vendor.After discussion for some dats, the service center guy asked me to share the invoice copy so that a solution can be found. As per the retail invoice with me the purchase date is 23rd April 2012 but as per Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mohit (from LG BPO) the purchase date is 2011 and manufacturing year is 2010. LG back office team has derived these dates from the serial number.As a lay-man I do not understand how to find manufacturing date from the serial number. I also do not know how they have arrived @ the depreciated value of INR 9, 275/-. Would appreciate if someone explain this to me.Mr.Vaibhav does not even have the courtesy to explain the calculations to me. I have full rights to know how are you evaluating my product? Then during Diwali, Mr.Vaibhav offered to refund my money, hence I agreed.Now Vaibhav says that I have to buy an LG product, only then the money will be refunded.After more than 2 months of such PATHETIC experience, I donot wish to buy any LG product in future.I have informed Mr.Vaibhav, I will not accept buy-back option as there is a possibility that I may face similiar issues again in future.I donot wish to undergo such mental trauma again.                                   I bought an Inverter AC (the best and costliest) as recommended by the dealer in Apr 2015. The installation persons from LG came in and installed the product and went away. I noticed that the AC is not cooling. I called up the dealer, they came back and said it was not working as my electric connections were improper (even though 4 other ACs were working in the same house). I bought and replaced electric connections spending 5000 rupees on wire alone. NO improvement AC did not work and still the LG service says it's a problem with my electric connection. After 3 months (most of the summer spent in heat), I noticed that there was a card affixed on the outdoor unit with clear words "PLEASE REMOVE DURING INSTALLATION". I removed the card and AC started cooling. I tried to tell LG and the service person that it was their mistake which made me stay in heat all summer after spending 53, 000 rupees on their AC. But LG did not care and the service person told me he did not care if ai complained to LG. I would request everyone to be careful while buying LG products. Looks like they do not care about customer satisfaction.

                                    I have purchased a Micro Wave in 23.02.2013. Model No. MH2548QPS. Sr Number : The Glass Tray & Rotating Ring is damaged and I wanted a replacement/ new parts under payment. I have booked a complain through your support center.( RNA[protected] dated 8th Aug 2015. ) The service guy visited and closed the Request with Reason : Discontinued Part. I am surprised to see this with in 2.5 year of purchase how a product parts can be discontinued. Service has been handled by Soumyajit Das ([protected]) After that I have Sent a Msg to customer support on 16-Aug-2015 through https://www.lg.com/in/support/message-customer-support I got a call From Mr. Manoj ( [protected]) who first tried to convince me that Parts is discontinued. When I cross question him, He offered me to Get a New LG Microwave with 40% discount( From MRP ). I thought let's don't fight back and accept. He asked me to choose a product and let him know. It will take 7-10 days for the shipment as it requires paper work. After that, More surprisingly There is no More email communication from Customer Care also. I need a immediate Remedy of the situation with a Parts/Or replacement immediately. I still don't understand how a product parts got discontinued with 2.5 years and customers are forced to buy an another product.

                                      Purchased LG LCD which cost me 34000/- in NOVEMBER, 2009. I registered complaint(RNA[protected] DATED 12/12/15 that LCD is not working but company is not repairing it by saying that particular part is Discontinued by company & closed the service request. Please arrange part & repair my LCD because not a spend long time to purchase LCD only 6 years. if company not provide parts in less than 10 years customer why purchase Branded product & spend in high cost. Please look into this matter & repair my LCD immediately.

                                        I had requested for repair of my home theatre dvd system on 11th of dec. 2015. The service technician turned up and on checking found that lens head is faulty. So he said he would have it replaced on the 12th or 14th but he could not obtain the part. After waiting for 4 days he showed up on the 16th wednesday and came with a defective lens head. How is this possible with an established reputed company like lg. I cannot understand. There is no importance given to time and the service is unacceptable. No body in the service repair section is accountable and my impression is that no one gives a dam. Since he ended up with a defective part, he promised he could get a good piece on thursday the 17th of dec. But since i was not going to be at home, i told him to come on friday the 18th. Upon checking was told that he could not come as he does not have the part. Spoke to madam chitra rane at your andheri east sakinaka centre and as per her the part has just been requestioned today from noida. What crap is this. Are you not committed to deliver. Is any one accountable for service. Being a person who worked overseas, i myself had the privelege to use lg long ago much before lg ever made it to india but i got good service in which ever country i was posted. But sorry to say lg is in a mess out here in india.
