I have made a service complaint of my front loading washing machine for higher noise at dryier level working and otherwise it was in excellent working condition. The complaint under ref no RNA[protected] was attended by their technician at doorstep and conveyed that the bearing alone is to be changed and it will cost me Rs 2000 plus and had to be taken to to service station. They have taken it away after three weeks because of chennai floods.Somebody called me from service station and told that they can change the bearings along with the drum only & it will cost Rs5500.I said no to that and insisted for bearing change alone as it has no other problems and if necessary will go for a new one.At this they were very arrogant and said they will return it. I have contacted their CCS and they suggested a service ref no RNA[protected] and promised that it will be done under a special flood related free service with 50% charge on components. I had agreed to that. Yesterday I got a message that the compliant is a duplication and is cancelled.Today theirservice department at Chennai called me and said, "we cannot repair your washing machine and will return".I think this action of them calls for escalation of the issue and definitely require remedial steps. Your immediate action is solicited to redress hapless clients.Also take care not to spoil their brand name because of a few arrogant employees. Awaiting your immediate reply. Regards Radhakrishnan

I never Thought LG customer support dealers will be this much atrocious .I too had same problem with washing machine.The engineer is trying to convince that flood water has spoiled the motor and bearing though i refused flood water doesnt reach till washingmachine.I never expected such an service from the brand like LG.

    LG Electronics being a good company in terms of products and services. We have purchased LG LED 32LN5120 vide Invoice number LG-0066 dated 8th April 2014 from Guman Furniture And Electronics, 61 Mansarovar colony, Kalwar Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur 302012 for Rs 26500 believing that LG Electronics is the best in Electronics segment. On dated we have reported to LG customer support service that we are facing audio-visual problem in our above mentioned set. Customer service agent attented us and reported that screen panel need to be replaced as it is not repairable costing Rs14000. Sir, we belong to a middle class family and purchased the above set after savings of years. Please look into the matter and do the needful so that the same can be replaced to us free of cost.       This is with regards to my 1.5 ton LG split ac which is at LG service center (in Mumbai) for repair since 5th October 2015. Recently, the AC cooling had reduced and on 3rd Oct 2015 I registered a complaint via customer care.(RNA[protected], after inspection the LG technician said that the condenser is damaged, hence there is gas leakage.Further on 5th Oct 2015, the AC reached LG service center and after constant followup from my end, I was informed on 10.10.2015, by Mr. Bhagwan that the part has been ordered and will be available in 2 days.On 12.10.15 I was told that the part is not available hence a copper condenser has to be assembled into the unit via some other vendor.After discussion for some dats, the service center guy asked me to share the invoice copy so that a solution can be found. As per the retail invoice with me the purchase date is 23rd April 2012 but as per Mr. Vaibhav and Mr. Mohit (from LG BPO) the purchase date is 2011 and manufacturing year is 2010. LG back office team has derived these dates from the serial number.As a lay-man I do not understand how to find manufacturing date from the serial number. I also do not know how they have arrived @ the depreciated value of INR 9, 275/-. Would appreciate if someone explain this to me.Mr.Vaibhav does not even have the courtesy to explain the calculations to me. I have full rights to know how are you evaluating my product? Then during Diwali, Mr.Vaibhav offered to refund my money, hence I agreed.Now Vaibhav says that I have to buy an LG product, only then the money will be refunded.After more than 2 months of such PATHETIC experience, I donot wish to buy any LG product in future. After that, there is no response from any person from LG. My advice to everyone would be NEVER buy LG.

        Bought LG TV 32LN5650 model on 28-Feb-2014 Now after turn on the screen showing blank Technician from LG visited and checked said LED panel needs to change Given estimated cost as 11600/- Rs to replace the LED panel Product Quality is very poor (in 22 months it got failed not working )

          I wish to express my dis satisfaction for having been cheated with a faulty product. There is profuse water leakage beneath the chiller tray. The service center wanted to apply double sided tape over the sponge for sealing the gap in water outlet. I have requested for a product replacement as water is presently seeping inside the refrigerator body and I don't want to end up with a product which will malfunction/ breakdown for sure. I have been a loyal LG customer for the last 15 years where I owned a LG Refrigerator prior to this besides my colour television. I even have a LG washing machine, LED TV & Refrigerator at my parents home. Having to choose between this Regrigerator & Hitachi R-WB480PND2-(GBK) 456 L, I chose LG because of my past good experience including service.             I am complaining from last one month but till now i had nt recieve service..and my product is still in a warranty
            Bt when i contact they say i have to pay for it..and from last one month my product is off its not being utilised..i had paid for my convenient bt it had become headache..the man of thsi servicecenter misbehave while talking they dnt knw to talk to girls also
            I am very disappinted with lg service

              I have Purchased one Godrej Fridge RT EON 311 PD 4.3 from PAI INTERNATIONAL UDUPI on 29 Nov 2015 Bill No UDU19133. The dealer has delivered the fridge on 30th Nov. On arrival of Service person for Demo it is noticed that the Fridge is not working and display and control system are in dead condition. The service person has try to repair the new fridge by opening the fridge several times and failed to repair the same till 15th of Dec. Although it is manufacturing defect the Pai International Udupi has not responded in any manner or not replaced the Fridge for my personal visits and repeated calls. They are avoiding to give the phone no of their of BOSS/Manager. They have 'NO SERVICE AFTER SALE'. No person from PAI INT Udupi has helped me to find any solution. I have to contact the Pai H. O at Bangalore for this matter. The workers from Pai Int UDUPI are irresponsible and careless about its customers. By supplying a defective product they are cheating the peoples. Till now my problem has not solved. Dont purchase any items from PAI INTERNATIONAL UDUPI. Think before you buy. Aravind

                I have bought a LG Cinema Smart 3D TV with model number 55LW5700 in 2011 August worth 1, 43, 000/-. Three months back there was an issue with the TV and LG technician told that there is a problem with the motherboard and it has to be changed.First I was told its in stock.Later, I was told its not in stock and it will take 15-20days to arrive.Now after 2months of waiting I am told that the part is not available at all and I will be just getting 20000 rs as discount on my new TV blatantly with out understanding the fact .My question is, 1.When you are selling a high value electronic gadgets, is it ethical to sell it with out having the spare parts and service thereafter?. 2.We should have been informed during the sales that there would be no availability of spare parts. 3.You have kept a consumer in dark. 4.I was told that the moth board would cost 10, 500/- I am only willing to spend that much plus your service fees of 1100 as spoken. 5.Please make sure that the mother board is made available to us. 6.I do not want to spend any more than the cost of motherboard.

                  Poor service of Air Conditioner in spite of a regular follow up from my end.My first complaint was registered on 8th Sept with call centre (RNA[protected] followed by second complaint on 24th Oct (RNA[protected]and a third on 30th Nov ( RNA[protected] all for the same reason "COOLING ISSUES". None of the technician is able to solve the issue and complaint is pending from last 15 days. Really dissatisfied with the way I am treated since last few days. AC is open in the balcony and the concerned technician is dragging the issue. I am using all products of LG but first time such a poor response. When called the customer care they have given the contact of customer relation officer (Sarika Bhosale) who had promised to get back to me by 5 pm today, i tried calling her multiple times but she is not showing any courtesy of receiving calls. No one is ready to take any kind of responsibility.

                      Dear concerned, I had purchased a LG Refrigirator from Airoli and within 3 yrs of purchase the refrigerator faced an issue ( lower door unit not cooling at all) . I registered the complaint and got a pcb replaced ( after long follow ups) for INR 4200. Again the refrigerator stopped working (the same issue) within just 7 days of the part replacement. I have been getting slower and unsatisfactory response from the service center and the on field engineer. My current request no is RNA[protected]. I request you to pls provide a resolution at the earliest or refund me my paid expenses. Treat this as urgent pls.

                        I am very much regret to inform you that the said refrigerator is sweating water all around the outer body including top portion.Though your technician come and attended twice, i am fed up with the same problem occurs and its very tedious and tiresome for my wife to wipe the outer body and floor around the refrigerator area. As i have already informed you that my grant child fell and got injury which causes to shell out a sum of rupees 500/- towards his medical ailment. Hence i request you to provide a new refrigerator as replacement of the defective one. NB: I hope you will not force me to approach consumer forum.
                        i am appreciating your servicing whereas manufacturing defects of your products should be checked by your quality control department very keenly.

                          I bought LG G4 dual sim dated on June, 2015. Everything was very good until my 6months o[censored]sage, till Monday(07/12/2015) when my device hanged on boot..I tried to restart it but it was getting hanged.Then I took it to LG service center in Kalyan west. After 2 hours of checking they said motherboard needs to replaced with a new one and device will ne handed over to me by thursday(10/12/2015)... but when I called them on thursday they said it will be handed over to me before 15th Dec and now when I called today on 12th Dec. they said they are yet to receive the mother board and don't know by when will be my device will be repaired and I will get it.Its really bad to know that after paying a hefty price of Rs.51000 for the device, I am getting such cheap service from LG, Please help me out, either give me a new device or provide my same device at the earliest... What's more pathetic is that I stay in dombivli and I have to travel all way to kalyan which is almost 30-45mns away for servicing as there is no service centres in dombivli.                             After 4 years o[censored]se, I had some issues with my LG 3d LED TV which I had purchased for 1, 25, 000 /- . I had immediate contacted the service center and they had sent a person for a check, on inspection he told me the main board needs to be replaced .After a week i checked with them again and they told me the part isn't available and they would give me about 40% of the TV original cost to get another one.There is no support for part and its unfair if i have to loose more than half the value of my TV for some part not working.

                              Ever since I purchased cell its bee a problem sent it to be repaired came back a month later saying that they fixed it but its still defective. I was without a phone from nov 20 til dec 10th. lg will not stand behind their product

                                My mobile lg g2 has developed board complaint and the divx communications service center, ernakulam, kerala-682031 placed an order for it on[protected] order no. POA[protected] and replied will arrive in 3 days. But since then am keeping on calling them, enquiring whether it has arrived or not but to no avail. Neither do they have the board nor are the replacing the mobile which is still in warranty period. They even went to the extant of saying that they dont have the number of the lg shop form where they ordered the board for me. They directed me to other service center which is far from wher I stay. This is the 1st time I experienced such poor service from L.g punith shah [protected]

                                  Purchased lg refrigerator(GL-368YVQ4) which cost me 29400/- in july, 2012 with 1+4 warranty. I registered complaint(RNA[protected] DATED 6/10/15 and RNA[protected] dated 14/10/15) that refrigerator is not working but company is not repairing it by saying that particular part is not manufactured by company now. They are offering me around 10000/- (65% depriciation). but I am not satisfied with the amount company is offering. Moreover they took around 2 months to offer me commercial solution. During the last two months I repeatedly registered my complaint to toll free no ([protected]), Parminder (Area manager), Seema madan( Customer care officer), Sunil (unique Solutions). They are also not providing me in written that company is not able to repair my product. please help me to refund my entire amount or repair my refrigerator.                                     My Dear respected Sir, I bought fridge on 08 june 2015.And it was stop working on 12 Sep, and your technical was inform me that PCB was damage which was shocked news to me such a new product happen this, however your technician replace PCB.Again on 30 Nov fridge stop working and it reported to your call center, as per your technician PCB as well as some other part also damage which is totally not acceptable for customer which seems to be your product has some manufacturing fault due to this every 2 month PCB is damaging. So this is my humble request you to kindly give me alternative solution rather than repair PCB.So i want to replace my fridge. Above mention issue was already registered complain in Call center LG but it seems to they are intersted to solve my issue and i got reply from Customer service that they are investigate my case very sincerely, However i feel they are not sincere to solve my issue as they send me contact person number which is in given below mail is not correct guy who can solve my issue. Because when i speak to this guy he was telling me that he is taking care for West Bengal not Bihar. Even tough when i call service center GAYA LG as per them they are not getting any notification from your LG Customer center regarding my Complain which is look like your company is not forwarding customer complaint to concern department or person to resolve issue.                                       I bought an LED 3D TV. After 15 months, one of circuit boards got damaged. As the warranty period is over, I had to buy the part and repaired. A week back, again the same circuit board got damaged. And this there is no stock as the TV is of Old model. Seriously I dont understand, how can such an expensive TV doesn't have spare parts available. Do you want me to buy a new TV again? And why do i have the circuit board issue again and again? We hardly used 100hrs/yr. If your products are not performing well, atleast provide good support. Make sure that your customers not losing too much. The amount of is too much in such a short period. I need justice.

                                        Bought lg led TV model LV3730. Stopped functioning due to motherboard failure. No motherboard available with the company as they say company has stopped product if the model. Very funny. Customer care advised me to get exchange against the piece in exchange offer. Is this really how lg India is functioning?
